背景技术
柔性显示技术的发展,推动了消费电子产品设计的不断推陈出新,曲面电子产品由于其外观美观,能够实现在正面和侧面上进行显示或触控,曲面贴合也逐渐从直角贴合向四曲贴合转化,四曲贴合因拥有更好高的空间利用率及更好的操作性能而更受消费者青睐。
目前,四曲盖板与柔性显示模组贴合时,柔性显示模组在四曲盖板的四角处容易产生褶皱。
发明内容
基于此,本申请提供一种褶皱测试治具,能够形成具有不同褶皱率的柔性显示模组,进而有利于测试褶皱对屏体的显示效果和屏体可靠性的影响。
根据本申请,提供一种褶皱测试治具,包括:
支撑机构,包括支撑体、第一限位部和第二限位部,所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部沿第一方向相对地设置于所述支撑体的一侧,所述支撑体、所述第一限位部及所述第二限位部围设形成所述定位部,柔性显示模组容纳于所述定位部内;
调节机构,安装于所述支撑体,所述调节机构用于驱动所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部中的至少一者沿所述第一方向移动而使得所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部彼此靠近或远离,以调节所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部之间的间距的第一尺寸;

上述褶皱测试治具,通过调节机构调节第一限位部与第二限位部之间的间距的第一尺寸,且通过定位部与弹性贴合体的配合,能够形成具有不同褶皱率的柔性显示模组,如此,可根据后续的实验,测试不同褶皱率的柔性显示模组的显示效果和屏体可靠性。

具体实施方式
为了便于理解本申请,下面将参照相关附图对本申请进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本申请的较佳的实施例。但是,本申请可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本申请的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。
参阅附图1和图2,本申请一实施例中的褶皱测试治具100,包括支撑机构10、调节机构20及贴合机构30。
支撑机构10包括支撑体11、第一限位部12及第二限位部13,第一限位部12和第二限位部13沿第一方向相对地设置于支撑体11的同一侧。具体地,支撑体11具有作为其一侧表面的支撑面111,第一限位部12和第二限位部13设置于支撑面111上。所述支撑体11、所述第一限位部12及所述第二限位部13围设形成定位部14,柔性显示模组200容纳于所述定位部14内。
调节机构20安装于支撑体11,调节机构20用于驱动第一限位部12和第二限位部13 中的至少一者沿第一方向移动,从而可使得第一限位部12和第二限位部13彼此靠近或远离,从而调节第一限位部12与第二限位部13之间的间距的第一尺寸。在本实施例中,结合图3与图4,调节机构20用于驱动第一限位部12沿第一方向移动,从而使得第一限位部12靠近或远离第二限位部13。在其他实施例中,调节机构20可同时驱动第一限位部12与第二限位部13沿第一方向移动,从而可使得第一限位部12与第二限位部13彼此靠近或远离,从而调节第一限位部12与第二限位部13之间的间距的第一尺寸;或者,调节机构20用于驱动第二限位部13沿第一方向移动,从而使得第二限位部13靠近或远离第一限位部12。
需要指出的是,柔性显示模组200沿第一方向具有第二尺寸,通过调节上述第一尺寸,即可确定柔性显示模组200的所述第二尺寸与所述第一尺寸之间的差值,进而根据该差值与柔性显示模组200的第二尺寸的比值,确定柔性显示模组200的褶皱率。应当理解,因需要形成褶皱,柔性显示模组200沿第一方向的第二尺寸应大于上述第一尺寸。
结合图3所示,贴合机构30包括弹性贴合体31,弹性贴合体31沿第二方向朝向支撑体11可移动,弹性贴合体31与所述定位部14配合,支撑体11、第一限位部12、第二限位部13及弹性贴合体31界定出限定位置,柔性显示模组200于所述限定位置形成具有褶皱率的褶皱。其中,第二方向与第一方向垂直,第一方向为第一限位部12和第二限位部13所在的方向,第二方向为垂直于支撑体11的方向。
在第一限位部12与第二限位部13背离支撑体11的一侧,第一限位部12与第二限位部13之间形成一开口15,开口15与定位部14连通,弹性贴合体31可沿第二方向从开口15向定位部14内移动。
弹性贴合体31沿第二方向在支撑体11的投影覆盖第一限位部12与第二限位部13之间在支撑体11的区域。具体地,弹性贴合体31包括贴合部311和连接部312,贴合部311沿第二方向相对连接部312更靠近支撑体11设置,且贴合部311沿第二方向在支撑体11的投影覆盖第一限位部12与第二限位部13之间在支撑体11的区域。如此,在贴合部311进入定位部14后,弹性贴合体31的贴合部311被挤压变形而对柔性显示模组200施加可靠地压力,从而确保在柔性显示模组200上可靠地形成褶皱。
在本实施例中,弹性贴合体31的材质可以为硅胶,这样可以使弹性贴合体31本身具 有一定的强度,在自然状态下可以保持形态,同时在受到挤压时又可以产生一定的形变,从而对柔性显示模组200施加压力。当然,本申请的弹性贴合体31并不局限于硅胶材质,还可以是其他弹性材质。
因此,通过调节机构20调节第一限位部12与第二限位部13之间的间距的第一尺寸,且通过定位部14与弹性贴合体31的配合,能够形成具有不同褶皱率的柔性显示模组200,如此,可根据后续的实验,测试不同褶皱率的柔性显示模组200的显示效果和屏体可靠性。
结合图3与图4所示,在弹性贴合体31与定位部14配合之前,在第一限位部12和第二限位部13之间设置有盖板300,盖板300附着于支撑体11上,如此,柔性显示模组200与盖板300对应贴合,可使柔性显示模组200的褶皱定型,方便后续测试。具体地,盖板300沿第一方向的两侧分别夹持于支撑体11与第一限位部12、第二限位部13之间。如此,当弹性贴合体31与定位部14配合时,柔性显示模组200与盖板300贴合,进而得到具有一定褶皱率的屏体。具体地,盖板300为平板。支撑体11呈板状,第一限位部12和第二限位部13呈长条型。
调节机构20包括至少一个第一移动机构21,至少一个第一移动机构21用于带动第一限位部12和第二限位部13其中之一移动,以沿第一方向靠近或远离第一限位部12和第二限位部13其中之另一。
在本实施例中,调节机构20包括一个第一移动机构21,第一移动机构21用于带动第一限位部12移动,以使第一限位部12沿第一方向靠近或远离第二限位部13。在其他实施例中,调节机构20包括一个第一移动机构21,第一移动机构21用于带动第二限位部13移动,以使第二限位部13沿第一方向靠近或远离第一限位部12。
也就是说,第一限位部12和第二限位部13两者中有一者固定于支撑体11,另一者可由第一移动机构21带动移动,如此操作较为简单。
在其他实施方式中,调节机构20包括两个第一移动机构21,其中一个第一移动机构21用于带动第一限位部12移动,以使第一限位部12沿第一方向靠近或远离第二限位部13,另一个第一移动机构21用于带动第二限位部13移动,以使第二限位部13沿第一方向靠近或远离第一限位部12。通过使用两个第一移动机构21分别带动第一限位部12和第二限位部13移动的方式,可避免因单边调节而导致柔性显示模组200无法对中的问题。
进一步地,调节机构20还包括至少一个调节旋钮22,至少一个调节旋钮22与对应的第一移动机构21相连,调节旋钮22可操作地旋转以调节第一移动机构21的移动量。通过调节旋钮22可手动调节第一移动机构21的移动量,以使得第一移动机构21的移动量的调节更加方便。在其他实施方式中,也可以使用自动调节的方式,在此不作详述。
请再次参阅图2,在本实施例中,支撑体11设有刻度部(图未示),刻度部沿第一方向延伸,以显示第一限位部12与第二限位部13之间的间距的第一尺寸的大小。如此,可在调节机构20调节第一限位部12和第二限位部13之间的间距的第一尺寸时,通过刻度部读取对应的第一尺寸的数值,以加快调节效率。需要指出的是,刻度部可设置于支撑面11的边缘处,以避免影响柔性显示模组200的贴合过程。
请再次参阅图1,在本实施例中,第一限位部12和第二限位部13均开设有与定位部14连通的预弯凹槽16,预弯凹槽16沿第三方向延伸,两个预弯凹槽16分别与柔性显示模组200的沿第一方向的两侧相配合,其中,第一方向、第二方向及第三方向两两相互垂直。设置预弯凹槽16,可在弹性贴合体31与定位部14配合前,提前将柔性显示模组200预弯设置于定位部14内,故可简化操作,提高效率。
具体地,预弯凹槽16远离支撑体11设置,如此,可使得柔性显示模组200在与预弯凹槽16配合后,柔性显示模组200与盖板300之间无接触,避免柔性显示模组200因受力而造成损坏或变形。
在本实施例中,其中一个预弯凹槽16沿第三方向贯穿第一限位部12,可在第一限位部12沿第三方向的两端面上形成与对应的预弯凹槽16连通的第一插入口,另一个预弯凹槽16沿第三方向贯穿第二限位部13,如此,可在第二限位部13沿第三方向的两端面上形成与对应的预弯凹槽16连通的第二插入口,柔性显示模组200的两侧沿第三方向分别从第一插入口与第二插入口伸入至对应的预弯凹槽16内并与对应的预弯凹槽16配合,简化了柔性显示模组200与预弯凹槽16的配合步骤。
支撑机构10还包括至少一个辅助限位组件17,至少一个辅助限位组件17设置于支撑体11。辅助限位组件17包括辅助限位件171,辅助限位件171可操作地沿第一方向靠近第一限位部12移动,以与第一限位部12远离第二限位部13的一侧抵接,或者辅助限位件171可操作地沿第一方向靠近第二限位部13移动,以与第二限位部13远离第一限位部12 的一侧抵接。如此,在弹性贴合体31与定位部14配合时,由于弹性贴合体31变形,会对第一限位部12和第二限位部13产生挤压力,从而导致第一限位部12和第二限位部13具有向彼此远离的方向移动的移动趋势,通过设置辅助限位件171,可使第一限位部12和第二限位部13保持在限定位置,从而确保柔性显示模组200的褶皱的稳定成型。
具体地,辅助限位件171为调节螺母。辅助限位组件17还包括固定件172,固定件172固定于支撑体11,固定件172沿第一方向开设有与辅助限位件171相配合的螺纹孔。如此,可简单地通过旋转辅助限位件171,以调节辅助限位件171朝向第一限位部12或第二限位部13的一端与第一限位部12或第二限位部13抵接。
进一步地,辅助限位组件17可设置在可被第一移动机构21带动而移动的第一限位部12和/或第二限位部13。
请再次参阅图2,在本实施例中,贴合机构30还包括第二移动机构32,第二移动机构32支撑于弹性贴合体31沿第二方向远离支撑机构10的一侧,第二移动机构32用于带动弹性贴合体31沿第二方向朝向支撑体11移动。通过设置第二移动机构32,可使弹性贴合体31朝向支撑体11的移动更加稳定且精准。
贴合机构30还包括沿第一方向或沿第三方向相对设置的至少两个夹紧件33,至少两个夹紧件33与弹性贴合体31的两侧相配合,至少两个夹紧件33将弹性贴合体31可拆卸地安装于第二移动机构32。由于弹性贴合体31具有弹性,因此,在弹性贴合体31与定位部14相配合而形成具有褶皱率的柔性显示模组200后,弹性贴合体31无法自动随第二移动机构32的移动而脱离定位部14,通过设置夹持于弹性贴合体31相对两侧的夹紧件33,可使弹性贴合体31随第二移动机构32的移动而脱离定位部14。
进一步地,当至少两个夹紧件33沿第一方向相对设置时,至少两个夹紧件33沿第三方向相对第二移动机构32移动,以可拆卸地安装于第二移动机构32,至少两个夹紧件33在移动过程中包括夹紧弹性贴合体31的夹紧位置和松开弹性贴合体31的松开位置。当至少两个夹紧件33沿第三方向相对设置时,至少两个夹紧件33沿第一方向相对第二移动机构32移动,以可拆卸地安装于第二移动机构32,至少两个夹紧件33在移动过程中包括夹紧弹性贴合体31的夹紧位置和松开弹性贴合体31的松开位置。如此,可方便弹性贴合体31的相对第二移动机构32的拆装。
进一步地,当至少两个夹紧件33处于夹紧位置时,至少两个夹紧件33安装于第二移动机构32,当至少两个夹紧件33处于松开位置时,至少两个夹紧件33可从第二移动机构32拆卸。
具体地,当至少两个夹紧件33沿第一方向相对设置时,夹紧件33和第二移动机构32其中之一具有沿第三方向延伸的导向凹槽,夹紧件33和第二移动机构32其中之另一具有与导向凹槽相配合的导向凸起,当至少两个夹紧件33处于夹紧位置时,导向凹槽与导向凸起配合。
具体地,当至少两个夹紧件33沿第三方向相对设置时,夹紧件33和第二移动机构32其中之一具有沿第一方向延伸的导向凹槽,夹紧件33和第二移动机构32其中之另一具有与导向凹槽相配合的导向凸起,当至少两个夹紧件33处于夹紧位置时,导向凹槽与导向凸起配合。通过设置导向凹槽和导向凸起的简单配合方式,使得夹紧件33的拆装过程简单。
基于同样的发明构思,本申请还提供一种褶皱测试方法,包括如下步骤:
S110:将柔性显示模组200放置于由支撑体11、第一限位部12和第二限位部13构造的定位部14内,其中,第一限位部12及第二限位部13沿第一方向相对地设置于支撑体11的同一侧,支撑体11、第一限位部12及第二限位部13围设形成定位部14,柔性显示模组200容纳于所述定位部14内,且第一限位部12与第二限位部13之间的沿第一方向的间距具有第一尺寸;
S120:将弹性贴合体31沿第二方向朝向支撑体11移动,弹性贴合体31与定位部14配合,支撑体11、第一限位部12、第二限位部13及弹性贴合体31界定出限定位置,柔性显示模组200于所述限定位置形成具有褶皱率的褶皱,第二方向与第一方向垂直。
具体地,第一方向为第一限位部12和第二限位部13所在的方向,第二方向为垂直于支撑体11的方向。
具体地,在步骤S110中,由调节机构20调节第一限位部12与第二限位部13之间的间距的第一尺寸,即调节机构20驱动第一限位部12和/或第二限位部13沿第一方向移动,使第一限位部12和第二限位部13彼此靠近或远离。
具体地,在步骤S110中,第一限位部12和第二限位部13均开设有与定位部14连通 的预弯凹槽16,预弯凹槽16沿第三方向延伸,两个预弯凹槽16分别与柔性显示模组200沿第一方向的两侧相配合,其中,第一方向与第三方向垂直。
具体地,在步骤S120中,弹性贴合体31沿第二方向在支撑体11的投影覆盖第一限位部12与第二限位部13之间在支撑体11的区域。
具体地,在步骤S120中,可通过第二移动机构32带动弹性贴合体31沿第二方向朝向支撑体11移动。
在本申请的实施例中,步骤S110之前还包括以下步骤:
S100:将盖板300放置于第一限位部12和第二限位部13之间,且附着于支撑体11上。
具体地,在步骤S100中,盖板300的沿第一方向的两侧分别夹持于支撑体11与第一限位部12、第二限位部13之间。
本申请的褶皱测试治具及方法,通过调节机构20调节第一限位部12与第二限位部13之间的间距的第一尺寸,且通过定位部14与弹性贴合体31的配合,能够形成具有不同褶皱率的柔性显示模组200,如此,可根据后续的实验,测试不同褶皱率的柔性显示模组200的显示效果和屏体可靠性。
以上所述仅为本申请的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本申请,凡在本申请的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种褶皱测试治具,包括:
    支撑机构,包括支撑体、第一限位部和第二限位部,所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部沿第一方向相对地设置于所述支撑体的一侧,所述支撑体、所述第一限位部及所述第二限位部围设形成定位部,柔性显示模组容纳于所述定位部内;
    调节机构,安装于所述支撑体,所述调节机构用于驱动所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部中的至少一者沿所述第一方向移动而使得所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部彼此靠近或远离,以调节所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部之间的间距的第一尺寸;
    贴合机构,包括弹性贴合体,所述弹性贴合体沿第二方向朝向所述支撑体可移动,所述弹性贴合体与所述定位部配合,所述支撑体、所述第一限位部、所述第二限位部及所述弹性贴合体界定出限定位置,所述柔性显示模组于所述限定位置形成具有褶皱率的褶皱;
    其中,所述第二方向与所述第一方向垂直。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的褶皱测试治具,其中,在所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部远离所述支撑体的一侧,所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部之间形成有一开口,所述开口与所述定位部连通,所述弹性贴合体可沿所述第二方向从所述开口向所述定位部内移动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的褶皱测试治具,其中,所述弹性贴合体沿所述第二方向在所述支撑体的投影覆盖所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部之间在所述支撑体的区域。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的褶皱测试治具,其中,所述调节机构包括至少一个第一移动机构,所述第一移动机构用于带动所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部其中之一者移动,以使所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部其中之一者沿所述第一方向靠近或远离所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部其中之另一者。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的褶皱测试治具,其中,所述调节机构包括一个所述第一移动机构,所述第一移动机构用于带动所述第一限位部沿所述第一方向靠近或远离所述第二限位部。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的褶皱测试治具,其中,所述调节机构包括两个所述第一移动机构,其中一个所述第一移动机构用于带动所述第一限位部沿所述第一方向靠近或远离 所述第二限位部,另一个所述第一移动机构用于带动所述第二限位部沿所述第一方向靠近或远离所述第一限位部。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的褶皱测试治具,其中,所述调节机构还包括至少一个调节旋钮,所述调节旋钮与对应的所述第一移动机构相连,所述调节旋钮可操作地旋转以调节所述第一移动机构的移动量。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的褶皱测试治具,其中,所述支撑体设有刻度部,所述刻度部沿所述第一方向延伸,以显示所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部之间的间距的所述第一尺寸的数值。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的褶皱测试治具,其中,所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部均开设有与所述定位部连通的预弯凹槽,所述预弯凹槽沿第三方向延伸,两个所述预弯凹槽分别与所述柔性显示模组沿所述第一方向的两侧相配合。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的褶皱测试治具,其中,开设于所述第一限位部的所述预弯凹槽沿所述第三方向贯穿所述第一限位部,所述第一限位部在其沿所述第三方向的两端面上形成与所述预弯凹槽连通的第一插入口,开设于所述第二限位部的所述预弯凹槽沿所述第三方向贯穿所述第二限位部,所述第二限位部在其沿所述第三方向的两端面上形成与所述预弯凹槽连通的第二插入口,所述柔性显示模组的两侧沿所述第三方向从所述第一插入口与所述第二插入口伸入至对应的所述预弯凹槽内并与对应的所述预弯凹槽配合。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的褶皱测试治具,其中,所述预弯凹槽远离所述支撑体设置。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的褶皱测试治具,其中,所述支撑机构还包括至少一个辅助限位组件,所述至少一个辅助限位组件设置于所述支撑体;所述辅助限位组件包括辅助限位件,所述辅助限位件可操作地沿所述第一方向靠近所述第一限位部移动,以与所述第一限位部远离所述第二限位部的一侧抵接。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的褶皱测试治具,其中,所述支撑机构还包括至少一个辅助限位组件,所述至少一个辅助限位组件设置于所述支撑体;所述辅助限位组件包括辅助限位件,所述辅助限位件可操作地沿所述第一方向靠近所述第二限位部移动,以与所述第二限位部远离所述第一限位部的一侧抵接。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的褶皱测试治具,其中,所述辅助限位件为调节螺母, 所述辅助限位组件还包括固定件,所述固定件固定于所述支撑体,所述固定件沿所述第一方向开设有与所述调节螺母相配合的螺纹孔。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的褶皱测试治具,其中,所述贴合机构还包括第二移动机构,所述第二移动机构支撑于所述弹性贴合体沿所述第二方向远离所述支撑机构的一侧,所述第二移动机构用于带动所述弹性贴合体沿所述第二方向朝向所述支撑体移动。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的褶皱测试治具,其中,所述贴合机构还包括相对设置的至少两个夹紧件,所述至少两个夹紧件与所述弹性贴合体的两侧相配合,所述至少两个夹紧件将所述弹性贴合体可拆卸地安装于所述第二移动机构。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的褶皱测试治具,其中,所述至少两个夹紧件沿所述第一方向相对设置,所述至少两个夹紧件沿第三方向相对所述第二移动机构移动,所述至少两个夹紧件在移动过程中包括夹紧所述弹性贴合体的夹紧位置和松开所述弹性贴合体的松开位置,所述第三方向与所述第一方向垂直。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的褶皱测试治具,其中,所述至少两个夹紧件沿第三方向相对设置,所述至少两个夹紧件沿所述第一方向相对所述第二移动机构移动,所述至少两个夹紧件在移动过程中包括夹紧所述弹性贴合体的夹紧位置和松开所述弹性贴合体的松开位置,所述第三方向与所述第一方向垂直。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的褶皱测试治具,其中,在第一限位部和第二限位部之间设置有盖板,所述盖板附着于所述支撑体上。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的褶皱测试治具,其中,所述盖板沿所述第一方向的两侧分别夹持于所述支撑体与所述第一限位部、所述第二限位部之间。
