发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提出了手柄云台及手柄云台套件。

采用上述的技术方案后,通过在安装部111设置装配部,装配部与功能配件30的第一配合部机械耦合,可以提高功能配件30与手柄11连接的可靠性,连接后产品的整体性强。而且,安装部111可选择性地与功能配件30或底盖20连接,当手柄11不连接功能配件30时,可选择与底盖20连接,保持产品外观的一致性。此外,通过在安装部111设有第一通信接口113,第一通信接口113能够与功能配件30的第二通信接口32插接,使得手柄11能够与功能配件30同时实现机械耦合和通信连接,简化机构。
如图4-5所示,在一些实施例中,装配部为设于安装部111的卡槽112,第一配合部为与卡槽112相配合的卡扣部31。功能配件30通过卡扣部31与卡槽112的配合实现与安装部111的连接。
在一些实施例中,卡槽112的数量为两个,两个卡槽112分别设于安装部111相背的两侧,功能配件30设有两个相对的卡扣部31,两个卡扣部31分别卡进两个卡槽112中以对手柄11形成的夹持固定。
在一些实施例中,功能配件30包括弹性件(图未示)和两个间隔设置的夹持部33,两个夹持部33间距可调,弹性件连接于两个夹持部33之间且呈拉伸 状态,使得两个夹持部33具有相向运动的趋势,每个夹持部33朝向另一个延伸设有所述卡扣部31,功能配件30与手柄云台10装配时,用户手动拉开两个夹持部33,如图5中所述,沿E-E方向拉开,然后将两个卡扣部31与两个卡槽112对准,松开两个夹持部33,两个夹持部33在弹性件弹力的作用下相向移动,使得卡扣部31卡进卡槽112中,手柄11的底部夹持于两个夹持部33之间,完成装配。
如图6所示,在其他实施例中,卡扣部31’与夹持部33’设置成可拆卸连接,例如,夹持部33’设有滑槽331’,功能配件30’与手柄云台10装配时,先将两个卡扣部31’卡进两个卡槽112中,然后将卡扣部31’卡进设于夹持部的滑槽331’中,手柄11的底部夹持于两个夹持部33之间,完成装配。
需要说明的是,卡槽112和卡扣部31的位置可以互换,即装配部为设于安装部111的卡扣部31,而第一配合部以及第二配合部为与卡扣部31相配合的卡槽112也是可以的。
需要说明的是,装配部和第一配合部、第二配合部不局限于设置为卡槽112与卡扣部31的配合方式,例如,装配部可以设置为包括设于安装部111处的螺纹孔,第一配合部以及第二配合部为与螺纹孔相螺合的螺柱。功能配件30及底盖20通过螺柱旋进螺纹孔的方式实现与安装部111的连接。
如图4、图5所示,在一些实施例中,第一通信接口113设于手柄11的底部,第二通信接口32设于两个夹持部33之间,手柄11安装于两个夹持部33之间时,第一通信接口113与第二通信接口32插接。在其他实施例中,卡槽112设于安装部111,卡扣部31设于功能配件30,卡槽112的槽底壁设有第一通信接口113,卡扣部31设有第二通信接口32,当卡扣部31卡进卡槽112中时,第一通信接口113与第二通信接口32插接;或者,卡扣部31设于安装部111,卡槽112设于功能配件30,卡扣部31设有第一通信接口113,卡槽112设有第二通信接口,当卡扣部31卡进卡槽112中时,第一通信接口113与第二通信接口32插接。
在一些实施例中,底盖20安装于安装部111时,底盖20覆盖装配部。该设置方式,底盖20可以遮住装配部,使得装配部不会破坏手柄11的整体外观的一致性。
如图3所示,在一些实施例中,底盖20包括一侧敞口的收容槽22,底盖安 装于安装部111时,安装部111收容于收容槽22内。该设置方式的底盖20类似一个碗体,整体罩在安装部111外。当然,底盖20不局限于上述的设置方式,例如,底盖20设置成U型板的形状,或者底盖20包括左右两个板体也是可以的,只要底盖安装于安装部111可以覆盖装配部即可。
在一些实施例中,手柄11还包括位于手柄11的顶部11a和安装部111之间的侧壁115,安装部111的轮廓尺寸小于侧壁115的轮廓尺寸以形成凹台,底盖20嵌于凹台,底盖20的外侧面23与侧壁115平齐。该设置方式使得底盖20安装在安装部111后,底盖20的外侧面23和侧壁115平齐,手柄11外观的一致性好。当然,安装部111不设有所述凹台,底盖20的外侧面23凸出于侧壁115也是可以的。
如图3、图4所示,在一些实施例中,安装部111的外侧壁设有凹陷114,底盖20的内侧壁中设有凸起24,底盖20安装于安装部111时,凸起24嵌于凹陷114中。可以理解地,凹陷114和凸起24的设置位置可以互换,即凹陷114设于底盖20的内侧壁,而凸起24设于安装部111的外侧壁也是可以的。
在一些实施例中,安装部111的外侧壁设有导向定位结构,底盖20的内侧壁设有导向定位部(图未示),安装部111以导向定位结构滑进导向定位部的方式实现与底盖20的安装定位。
可选地,安装部111包括前后左右四个侧面,导向定位结构包括设于前后两个侧面并沿底盖20装配方向延伸的第一凹槽1161及设于左右两个侧面并沿底盖20装配方向延伸的第一凸棱1162,导向定位部包括设于底盖20的内侧壁并沿底盖20的安装方向延伸的第二凸棱(图未示)及设于底盖20的内侧壁并沿底盖20的安装方向延伸的第二凹槽(图未示),底盖20安装于安装部111时,第二凸棱嵌入第一凹槽1161中,第一凸棱1162嵌入第二凹槽中。该凸棱与凹槽的配合使得底盖与安装的装配更为稳固,不容易发生晃动,产品的整体性好。其中,前侧面是用户手持手柄拍摄时朝向用户的侧面。可以理解的,第一凹槽1161和第一凸棱1162的位置可以互换,或者前后左右四个侧面均设有第一凹槽1161,或者前后左右四个侧面均设有四个第一凸棱1162也是可以的,导向定位部根据导向定位结构的设置方式适应性设置。
如图4、图7、图8所示,在一些实施例中,手柄11包括壳体117和散热件118,壳体117具有收容空间1171,散热件118收容于收容空间1171内,装配 部设于散热件118。通过将装配部设于散热件118,无需对壳体117做较大的改动,不会增加壳体117的体积,也不用增加零部件。壳体117的底部开设有通孔1172,该通孔1172用于露出装配部。需要说明的是,装配部不局限于设在散热件118,装配部设于壳体117也是可以。
在一些实施例中,散热件118为金属散热件,且装配部与散热件118一体成型。该设置方式的装配部的强度高,能够与功能配件30形成可靠的连接。可选地,装配部和散热件118采用均热板一体成型。
在一些实施例中,壳体117包括顶盖1173,顶盖1173设于壳体11的顶部,顶盖119为金属顶盖,散热件118的顶部与顶盖1173导热连接,以使散热件118上的热量可以从顶盖1173散出。可选地,散热件118的顶部可以通过抵接顶盖1173,或者通过导热材料与顶盖1173连接的方式实现与顶盖1173的导热连接。
在一些实施例中,手柄11还包括电路板119,电路板119与散热件118层叠设置,散热件118朝向电路板119的一面还设有导热部1181和接地部1182,导热部1181与电路板119上的电子元器件导热连接,以将电子元器件工作时产生的热量导到散热件118上,并从金属顶盖1173扩散出去。接地部1182与电路板119上的接地区域连接,实现散热件118的接地,使得散热件118起到类似于屏蔽罩的作用,减小其他信号对电路板119的信号干扰。可选地,导热部1181和接地部1182均与散热件118一体成型。
如图2所示,在一些实施例中,手柄11还包括设于壳体117的控制部120,控制部120与电路板119电连接,通过操作控制部120,能够控制手柄云台10的工作,例如,控制手柄云台10的开启与关闭、控制摄像装置50的拍摄等,控制部120可以为按键(虚拟按键或者实体按键),也可以是旋钮。
在一些实施例中,手柄11还包括设于壳体117的显示屏121,电路板119包括显示驱动电路,显示驱动电路与显示屏121电连接,用户可以通过显示屏121直接观看拍摄的视频或图片。
在一些实施例中,功能配件30设有无线通信模块,无线通信模块用于获取终端的控制信号以及将摄像装置50采集的数据传输给终端。例如,用户可以通过终端将控制信号经无线通信模块传递给功能配件30,功能配件30再将控制信号传递给手柄云台10,以控制摄像装置50执行拍摄或者控制云台12改变摄像装置50的姿态,摄像装置50拍摄的图片数据或视频数据也可以通过无线通信 模块传输给用户的终端,供用户查看,该设置方式非常适用于功能配件30是多功能底座的使用场景。无线通信模块包括蓝牙(Bluetooth)模块、红外模块、超宽带(Ultra Wideband,UWB)模块和无线保真(Wireless-Fidelity,Wi-Fi)模块中的至少一种。
在一些实施例中,功能配件30设有麦克风,麦克风用于获取音频数据。例如,麦克风可以把用户的声音录进摄像装置50拍摄的视频里,当然,麦克风所获取的音频数据也可以包括用户周围的音频数据。可采用的麦克风可以但不限于以下类型:电容式麦克风、驻极体传声器、抛物面反射传声器、电动式传声器、铝带式传声器、炭粒式传声器、压电式传声器、光纤传声器、激光传声器、液体传声器、或者MEMS传声器。
以上所述,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到各种等效的修改或替换,这些修改或替换都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种手柄云台,其特征在于,所述手柄云台包括手柄和云台,所述云台用于承载拍摄装置并调节所述拍摄装置的姿态,所述手柄具有顶部和底部,所述云台装载于所述手柄的顶部,所述手柄的底部设有安装部,所述安装部用于可选择性地与功能配件或底盖连接;
    所述手柄在所述安装部处设有装配部和第一通信接口,所述装配部用于与所述功能配件的第一配合部或者所述底盖的第二配合部机械耦合,以使所述手柄与所述功能配件或者所述底盖可拆卸连接;
    所述第一通信接口能够与所述功能配件的第二通信接口插接,在所述装配部与所述功能配件的第一配合部机械耦合的同时,实现所述手柄云台与所述功能配件的通信连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手柄云台,其特征在于,所述装配部为设于所述安装部的卡槽,所述第一配合部以及所述第二配合部为与所述卡槽相配合的卡扣部;
    或者,所述装配部为设于所述安装部的卡扣部,所述第一配合部以及所述第二配合部为与所述卡槽相配合的卡槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的手柄云台,其特征在于,所述装配部包括设于所述安装部处的螺纹孔,所述第一配合部以及所述第二配合部为与所述螺纹孔相螺合的螺柱。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的手柄云台,其特征在于,所述手柄包括:
    壳体,所述壳体具有收容空间;
    散热件,所述散热件收容于所述收容空间内,所述装配部设于所述散热件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的手柄云台,其特征在于,所述散热件为金属散热件,且所述装配部与所述散热件一体成型。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的手柄云台,其特征在于,所述壳体包括:
    顶盖,所述顶盖设于所述壳体的顶部,所述顶盖为金属顶盖,所述散热件的顶部与所述顶盖导热连接,以使所述散热件上的热量可以从所述顶盖散出。
  7. 一种手柄云台套件,其特征在于,包括底盖、功能配件以及权利要求 1-6任一项所述的手柄云台,所述手柄的底部可选择性地与所述底盖或所述功能配件可拆卸连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的手柄云台套件,其特征在于,所述功能配件设有无线通信模块,所述无线通信模块用于获取终端的控制信号以及将所述摄像装置采集的数据传输给终端。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的手柄云台套件,其特征在于,所述功能配件设有麦克风,所述麦克风用于获取音频数据。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的手柄云台套件,其特征在于,所述底盖安装于所述安装部时,所述底盖覆盖所述装配部。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的手柄云台套件,其特征在于,所述底盖包括一侧敞口的收容槽,所述底盖安装于所述安装部时,所述安装部收容于所述收容槽内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的手柄云台套件,其特征在于,所述安装部的外侧壁和所述底盖的内侧壁中的一者设有凹陷,所述安装部的外侧壁和所述底盖的内侧壁中的另一者设有凸起,所述底盖安装于所述安装部时,所述凸起嵌于所述凹陷中。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的手柄云台套件,其特征在于,所述手柄还包括位于所述手柄的顶部和所述安装部之间的侧壁,所述安装部的轮廓尺寸小于所述侧壁的轮廓尺寸以形成凹台,所述底盖嵌于所述凹台,所述底盖的外侧面与所述侧壁平齐。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的手柄云台套件,其特征在于,所述安装部的外侧壁设有导向定位结构,所述底盖的内侧壁设有导向定位部,所述安装部以所述导向定位结构滑进所述导向定位部的方式实现与所述底盖的安装定位。
