本申请涉及显示面板领域,尤其地涉及一种可折叠显示屏。
背景技术
目前柔性显示屏表面比较脆弱,对于手机外折时暴露在外侧的屏幕在接触到坚硬物体或者跌落后容易损坏,导致无法显示或者大规模区域黑斑等问题。
请参阅图1a和图1b,图1a为现有技术提供的可折叠显示正视的结构示意图,图1b为现有技术提供的可折叠显示屏剖视的结构示意图,可折叠显示屏100,包括第一基板10、第二基板20和柔性显示屏30,第一基板10和第二基板20相互拼接成一个完整基板。柔性显示屏30设于第一基板10和第二基板20的正面且从第二基板20的正面弯折至第二基板20的背面。柔性显示屏30在第一基板10和第二基板20的正面具有第一显示区31,在第二基板20的背面具有第二显示区32,在第一显示区31和第二显示区32之间具有侧面弯折显示区33。
侧面弯折显示区33在接触到坚硬物体或者跌落后容易损坏,导致无法显示或者大规模区域黑斑。
因此,确有必要来开发一种新型的可折叠显示屏,以克服现有技术的缺陷。
技术问题
本发明的一个目的是提供一种可折叠显示屏,其能够解决现有技术中柔性手机暴露在侧面的屏幕在接触到坚硬物体或者跌落后容易损坏的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种可折叠显示屏,包括第一基板和第二基板,相互拼接成一个完整基板;柔性显示屏,设于所述第一基板和所述第二基板的正面且从所述第二基板的正面弯折至所述第二基板的背面;所述柔性显示屏在所述第一基板和所述第二基板的正面具有第一显示区,在所述第二基板的背面具有第二显示区,在所述第一显示区和所述第二显示区之间具有侧面弯折显示区;透明防护结构,包覆于所述侧面弯折显示区上。
在侧面弯折显示区的外部设置透明防护结构,能够实现在不影响显示效果的前提下对侧面弯折显示区的保护作用,有效提升屏幕在接触到坚硬物体或者跌落后容易损坏问题,达到有效解决侧边柔性显示屏损毁的目的。
进一步的,在其他实施方式中,其中还包括第一边框,用以包覆所述第一基板的边侧以及所述第二基板除所述侧面弯折显示区之外的边侧;所述透明防护结构的两端分别与所述第一边框固定连接,所述第一边框与所述透明防护结构形成整体的边框。
进一步的,在其他实施方式中,其中还包括偏光片,所述第一边框具有两个第一连接端,所述透明防护结构具有两个第二连接端,所述第一连接端与所述第二连接端相互卡接。

透明防护结构40,包覆于侧面弯折显示区33上,在侧面弯折显示区33的外部设置透明防护结构40,能够实现在不影响显示效果的前提下对侧面弯折显示区33的保护作用,有效提升屏幕在接触到坚硬物体或者跌落后容易损坏问题,达到有效解决侧边柔性显示屏30损毁的目的。
请参阅图5和图6,图5为本发明实施例提供的可折叠显示屏的的第一边框和透明防护结构的结构示意图,图6为本发明实施例提供的可折叠显示屏的第一边框和透明防护结构相接处的结构示意图,透明防护结构40的两端分别与第一边框50固定连接,第一边框50与透明防护结构40形成整体的边框。
第一边框50具有两个第一连接端51,透明防护结构40具有两个第二连接端41,第一连接端51与第二连接端41相互卡接。
第一连接端51包括一卡槽511;第二连接端41包括一与卡槽511相适配的卡接端子411,卡接端子411卡接于卡槽511内。
卡槽511具有槽口,卡接端子411具有弹性插销,弹性插销插设在卡槽511内且槽口对弹性插销进行止挡。
第二连接端41上设有至少一个通孔412,通孔412内填充有柔性粘接胶,用以粘接第二连接端41和第一连接端51。
在其他实施方式中,第一连接端51和第二连接端41的接触面之间设有缓冲层,能够减小透明防护结构40组装及平时使用时的缓冲力。
透明防护结构40包括主体部分42,包覆于侧面弯折显示区33上;弧形部分43,其一端连接于主体部分42,且包覆于侧面弯折显示区33的拐角处;第二连接端41连接于弧形部分43的另一端。
其中,透明防护结构40呈“]”型,透明防护结构40为透明玻璃或其他透明材料。
第一基板10和第二基板20以其连接处为中心可相对弯折,柔性显示屏30的第一显示区31在第一基板10和第二基板20的弯折处对应有可弯折区域。
可折叠显示屏100还包括柔性弯折件,连接第一基板10和第二基板20,用以使第一显示面折叠。
第一基板10和第二基板20的大小相同,第一显示面中具有一折叠线,折叠线与第一基板10和第二基板20之间的缝隙重叠,当第一显示面折叠时,第一基板10和第二基板20完全对齐。
第一基板10和第二基板20还包括基板层;薄膜晶体管层,设于基板层上;平坦层,设于薄膜晶体管层上;像素定义层,设于平坦层上;薄膜封装层;设于像素定义层上。
在其他实施方式中,可折叠显示屏100还包括摄像头,设于第一基板10的背面。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供一种可折叠显示屏100,在侧面弯折显示区33的外部设置透明防护结构40,能够实现在不影响显示效果的前提下对侧面弯折显示区33的保护作用,有效提升屏幕在接触到坚硬物体或者跌落后容易损坏问题,达到有效解决侧边柔性显示屏30损毁的目的。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可折叠显示屏,其中,包括
    第一基板和第二基板,相互拼接成一个完整基板;
    柔性显示屏,设于所述第一基板和所述第二基板的正面且从所述第二基板的正面弯折至所述第二基板的背面;所述柔性显示屏在所述第一基板和所述第二基板的正面具有第一显示区,在所述第二基板的背面具有第二显示区,在所述第一显示区和所述第二显示区之间具有侧面弯折显示区;
    透明防护结构,包覆于所述侧面弯折显示区上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示屏,其中,还包括
    第一边框,用以包覆所述第一基板的边侧以及所述第二基板除所述侧面弯折显示区之外的边侧;
    所述透明防护结构的两端分别与所述第一边框固定连接,所述第一边框与所述透明防护结构形成整体的边框。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可折叠显示屏,其中,所述第一边框具有两个第一连接端,所述透明防护结构具有两个第二连接端,所述第一连接端与所述第二连接端相互卡接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可折叠显示屏,其中,所述第一连接端包括一卡槽;所述第二连接端包括一与所述卡槽相适配的卡接端子,所述卡接端子卡接于所述卡槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可折叠显示屏,其中,所述卡槽具有槽口,所述卡接端子具有弹性插销,所述弹性插销插设在所述卡槽内且所述槽口对所述弹性插销进行止挡。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的可折叠显示屏,其中,所述第二连接端上设有至少一个通孔,所述通孔内填充有柔性粘接胶,用以粘接所述第二连接端和所述第一连接端。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的可折叠显示屏,其中,所述第一连接端和所述第二连接端的接触面之间设有缓冲层。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的可折叠显示屏,其中,所述透明防护结构还包括
    主体部分,包覆于所述侧面弯折显示区上;
    弧形部分,其一端连接于所述主体部分,且包覆于所述侧面弯折显示区的拐角处;
    所述第二连接端连接于所述弧形部分的另一端。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示屏,其中,所述透明防护结构为透明玻璃。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠显示屏,其中,所述第一基板和所述第二基板以其连接处为中心可相对弯折,所述柔性显示屏的第一显示区在所述第一基板和所述第二基板的弯折处对应有可弯折区域。
