Description

一种窄边框显示器 技术领域
本申请涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种窄边框显示器。
背景技术
随着智能手机的广泛发展,特别是OLED屏幕手机广泛应用,人们越来越追求全面屏显示,同时会对产品防水,耐摔等一些功能要求越来越高。目前将显示器或手机的边框做到越来越窄,从而实现全面屏显示已成为当下热点。传统的手机虽然通过将绑定区域弯折至显示面板背部来减小边框,但由于显示面板柔性及弯曲半径的限制,以及边框防水胶宽度等依然会影响窄边框的开发。
因此,现有技术存在缺陷,急需改进。
技术问题
本申请提供一种窄边框显示器,能够有效减小边框宽度,提高屏占比,从而实现显示器的窄边框化。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本申请提供的技术方案如下:
本申请提供一种窄边框显示器,包括:中框、玻璃盖板以及贴合于所述玻璃盖板上的显示面板;
所述显示面板包括显示部和位于所述显示部一侧且与所述显示部连接的弯曲部,所述显示部与所述玻璃盖板贴合,所述弯曲部与所述玻璃盖板之间形成空隙;
所述中框包括底面支撑部与设于所述底面支撑部端部的侧面支撑部,所述侧面支撑部上设有凹槽;

有益效果
本申请的有益效果为:相较于现有的显示器,本申请提供的窄边框显示器中,通过在中框的内壁上开设让位槽,将显示面板的弯曲部的弧度区域正好收容于中框内壁开设的让位槽内,在玻璃盖板与中框粘合时,由于显示面板的弯曲部的弧度区域收容于中框的让位槽内而不占用边框区域,因此可有效减少边框的宽度,从而提高屏占比。

本申请针对现有技术的显示器,由于显示面板柔性及弯曲半径的限制,以及边框防水胶宽度等影响窄边框开发的技术问题,本实施例能够解决该缺陷。
如图1所示,为本申请实施例提供的窄边框显示器结构示意图。所述窄边框显示器包括:中框10、玻璃盖板20以及贴合于所述玻璃盖板20上的显示面板30;所述显示面板30包括显示部301和位于所述显示部301一侧且与所述显示部301连接的弯曲部302,所述显示部301与所述玻璃盖板20贴合,所述弯曲部302与所述玻璃盖板20之间形成空隙;所述显示面板30还包括位于所述弯曲部302一侧并与所述弯曲部302连接的非显示部303,所述弯曲部302用于将所述非显示部303弯折至所述显示部301的背面。
其中,所述中框10包括底面支撑部101与设于所述底面支撑部101端部的侧面支撑部102,所述侧面支撑部102上设有凹槽102A。所述玻璃盖板20对应所述空隙的部位与所述中框10的所述侧面支撑部102连接,所述显示面板30的所述弯曲部302收容于所述凹槽102A内。使得所述显示面板30的所述弯曲部302尽可能的不占用边框位置,即使得所述侧面支撑部102与所述玻璃盖板20的贴合位置尽可能的靠近所述显示部301的边缘外侧,即得到较窄的边框间距A。

所述玻璃盖板20与所述中框10粘合后,所述凹槽102A与所述弯曲部302之间形成间隙。以避免所述中框10受到挤压发生一定形变时以及所述弯曲部302由于弯曲半径的限制,而对所述凹槽102A内的所述弯曲部302造成损伤。
在本申请的一种实施例中,所述显示面板30包括但不限于背板、柔性衬底、薄膜晶体管层、像素单元层、封装层、触控层、以及偏光片等。
结合图2所示,为本申请实施例提供的一种中框的结构示意图。所述中框10的所述侧面支撑部102设置于所述底面支撑部101的端部。所述侧面支撑部102靠近所述玻璃盖板20的端面形成第一凸出部102B以及位于所述第一凸出部102B一侧的粘合部102C,所述第一凸出部102B与所述玻璃盖板20的侧面接触(如图1中所示),所述粘合部102C通过所述粘胶层40与所述玻璃盖板20粘合。采用此设计,所述第一凸出部102B不仅可以在所述玻璃盖板20与所述侧面支撑部102粘合制程中起到限位的作用,而且还可以与所述玻璃盖板20结合起来对所述粘胶层40起到封装的作用,进一步防止外界水汽等进入所述显示面板30内部而造成器件的损坏。
所述粘合部102C夹设于所述显示面板30的所述弯曲部302与所述玻璃盖板20之间形成的所述空隙处。
在本申请的一种实施例中,所述粘合部102C的形状与所述空隙相匹配,所述粘合部102C可以对应位于所述空隙位置,并与所述玻璃盖板20之间通过所述所述粘胶层40粘合。
所述侧面支撑部102的内壁上设有所述凹槽102A,所述凹槽102A的截面形状为半圆形或者半椭圆形等,所述侧面支撑部102的内壁为弧形,用于收纳所述显示面板30的所述弯曲部302。
结合图3所示,为本申请实施例提供的另一种中框的结构示意图。相较于上述图2中的所述中框,本图中提供的所述中框的区别特征在于:所述侧面支撑部102的形状为倒“L”形,即所述侧面支撑部102包括第二凸出部102D,所述第二凸出部102D与所述底面支撑部101夹设形成所述凹槽102A。所述凹槽102A的截面形状可以为U形。所述玻璃盖板20与所述中框10的所述第二凸出部102D粘合。
本申请提供的窄边框显示器中,通过在中框的内壁上开设让位槽,将显示面板的弯曲部的弧度区域正好收容于中框内壁开设的让位槽内,在玻璃盖板与中框粘合时,由于显示面板的弯曲部的弧度区域收容于中框的让位槽内而不占用边框区域,因此可有效减少边框的宽度,从而提高屏占比。

  13. 根据权利要求12所述的窄边框显示器,其中,所述侧面支撑部靠近所述玻璃盖板的端面形成第一凸出部以及位于所述第一凸出部一侧的粘合部,所述第一凸出部与所述玻璃盖板的侧面接触,所述粘合部通过所述粘胶层与所述玻璃盖板粘合。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的窄边框显示器,其中,所述粘合部夹设于所述显示面板的所述弯曲部与所述玻璃盖板之间形成的所述空隙处。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的窄边框显示器,其中,所述侧面支撑部包括第二凸出部,所述第二凸出部与所述底面支撑部夹设形成所述凹槽。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的窄边框显示器,其中,所述玻璃盖板与所述中框的所述第二凸出部粘合。
  17. 根据权利要求10所述的窄边框显示器,其中,所述显示面板还包括位于所述弯曲部一侧的非显示部,所述弯曲部用于将所述非显示部弯折至所述显示部的背面。
  18. 根据权利要求10所述的窄边框显示器,其中,所述凹槽的截面形状为半圆形或者U形。
