技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示屏面板及具有所述显示屏面板的移动终端。
背景技术
随着液晶显示装置生产技术的不断发展,为了提高用户体验,液晶显示装置的边框越做越窄。市场上的移动终端大部分是采用液晶显示屏,为了使移动终端的显示屏尺寸增大已经外观美感,在移动终端体积有限的情况下便需要将移动终端的显示屏边框做小,而且在移动终端的玻璃面板边缘采用弧形面设计,以增加视觉效果,但是在玻璃面板的边缘的弧形面会形成凸镜效应,造成玻璃下面显示屏的靠边部分显示区域光及图案的放大分解,外观上表现在玻璃面板的边缘产生彩色虹印,造成显示区域边缘显示变形而影响显示区域整体显示效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种显示屏面板,避免显示屏面板显示区域边缘的显示变形而影响显示屏的显示效果。
本发明还提供一种具有所述显示屏面板的移动终端。
本发明提供一种显示屏面板,所述面板包括透明区域及围绕透明区域的边框区域,所述边框区域包括内表面及与内表面相对设置的外表面,所述外表面为远离透明区域延伸弯折的弧形面,所述内表面上设有保护层,所述保护层正投影于所述弧形面。
其中,所述保护层为在所述内表面上通过蚀刻方式形成的磨砂层。
其中,所述保护层为贴于所述内表面的透明的磨砂薄膜,或者为丝印方式形成的半透明油墨层。
其中,所述透明区域包括背面及与背面相反设置的保护面,所述背面与所述内表面连接且位于同一平面。

其中,所述保护层为在所述内表面上通过蚀刻方式形成的磨砂层。

本发明所述的显示屏面板的所述边框区域设置保护层,在射入边框区域的光源透过所述保护层发生散射,然后经弧形的外表面射出,视觉上产生雾化效果,避免因为弧形外表面的存在而使显示内容的出现变形显示,在使用者角度不会再看到变形的显示内容,保证了显示效果。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例提供一种显示屏面板及移动终端。所述移动终端包括背光模组10、装于背光模组10上的显示模组12及显示屏面板15;所述显示模组12包括显示区121及围绕显示区设置的非显示区122。所述显示屏面板15包括透明区域151及围绕透明区域151的边框区域152,所述边框区域152包括内表面153及与内表面153相对设置的外表面154,所述外表面154为远离透明区域151延伸弯折的弧形面。所述内表面153上设有保护层155,所述保护层155正投影于所述弧形面。所述显示屏面板15盖于所述显示模组12上,所述透明区域151覆盖所述显示区121上,所述边框区域152覆盖所述非显示区122。本实施例中,所述显示屏面板15盖于移动终端的显示模组12上,保护显示模组12的同时并可通过触碰显示屏面板15实现对显示模组12界面的操作。
本实施例中,所述的呈弧形面的外表面154用于在显示区域发出的光线折射至显示屏面板15外时,使用者的视角观看时,经过弧形面处射出的光线因弧形面产生折射后,使光线向显示屏面板外侧方向出射,使显示屏面板的出光区域大于显示模组12的显示区域121,从而在视觉上减小非显示区的宽度。
本实施例中,所述显示屏面板15为透明玻璃板。所述边框区域152与所述透明区域151为一体成型的平整的板体。其它实施例中,所述边框区域152与所述透明区域151呈一定斜角设置,构成具有外周侧面的显示屏面板。所述透明区域151包括背面及与背面相反设置的保护面,所述背面与所述内表面153连接且位于同一平面。所述边框区域152的外表面155为保护面周缘的区域,即所述外表面154为所述显示屏面板15的外周缘区域,可以是倒角位置,也可以是显示屏面板15的外周侧面。所述背光模组10、显示模组12及显示屏面板15构成所述移动终端的显示屏幕。所述透明区域151与所述显示装置12的显示区121相对。所述背面朝向所述显示装置12,所述保护面为所述移动终端的显示屏的外表面。
本发明第一实施方式中,所述保护层155为在所述内表面153上通过蚀刻方式形成的磨砂层。也就是说,通过蚀刻的方式在整个内表面153上进行加工,使内表面上形成具有颗粒的均匀粗糙的磨砂层,磨砂层为半透明状态,可供光线透过。在其它实施方式中,保护层也可以是通过金刚砂、硅砂、石榴粉等磨料对内表面进行机械研磨或手动研磨,制成均匀粗糙的表面。
所述显示屏面板15的边框区域的弧形面的存在,显示面板12的显示区域内显示画面(图案或文字)时,靠近非显示区域的显示内容会因为弧形面处的光线的范围的扩大而产生变形的效果,影响显示效果;而所述边框区域152设置保护层155,在射入边框区域的光源透过所述保护层发生散射,散射后的光线经弧形外表面151射出,视觉上产生雾化效果,避免显示内容的出现变形显示,在使用者角度不会再看到变形的显示内容,保证了显示效果。
本发明的另一实施方式中,所述保护层155为贴于所述内表面152的透明的磨砂薄膜。所述磨砂薄膜为半透明膜,其一个表面为不光滑的平面,另一表面设有胶体,用于将保护层贴于内表面152上。在射入边框区域的光线透过磨砂薄膜形式的保护层时由于磨砂薄膜存在而发生散射,散射后的光线经弧形外表面151射出,避免显示内容的出现变形显示。
本发明的第三实施方式中,所述保护层155为丝印方式形成的半透明油墨层。本实施例中,在形成显示屏面板15后,使用半透明性质的油墨通过丝印的方式在所述内表面152上形成所述保护层155。

1.一种显示屏面板,其特征在于,所述面板包括透明区域及围绕透明区域的边框区域,所述边框区域包括内表面及与内表面相对设置的外表面,所述外表面为远离透明区域延伸弯折的弧形面,所述内表面上设有保护层,所述保护层正投影于所述弧形面。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示屏面板,其特征在于,所述保护层为在所述内表面上通过蚀刻方式形成的磨砂层。
3.如权利要求1所述的显示屏面板,其特征在于,所述保护层为贴于所述内表面的透明的磨砂薄膜,或者为丝印方式形成的半透明油墨层。
4.如权利要求2或3所述的显示屏面板,其特征在于,所述透明区域包括背面及与背面相反设置的保护面,所述背面与所述内表面连接且位于同一平面。
5.如权利要求1-4任一项所述的显示屏面板,其特征在于,所述显示屏面板为透明玻璃板。
6.一种移动终端,其包括背光模组、装于背光模组上的显示模组及显示屏面板;所述显示模组包括显示区及围绕显示区设置的非显示区,其特征在于,所述面板包括透明区域及围绕透明区域的边框区域,所述边框区域包括内表面及外表面,所述外表面为远离透明区域延伸弯折的弧形面,所述内表面上设有保护层,所述保护层正投影于所述弧形面,所述显示屏面板盖于所述显示模组上,所述透明区域覆盖所述显示区上,所述边框区域覆盖所述非显示区。
7.如权利要求6所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述保护层为在所述内表面上通过蚀刻方式形成的磨砂层。
8.如权利要求6所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述保护层为贴于所述内表面的透明的磨砂薄膜,或者为丝印方式形成的半透明油墨层。
9.如权利要求7或8所述的移动终端板,其特征在于,所述透明区域包括背面及与背面相反设置的保护面,所述背面与所述内表面连接且位于同一平面。
10.如权利要求6-9任一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述显示屏面板为透明玻璃板。
