技术领域
本公开涉及显示产品制作技术领域,尤其涉及一种治具。
背景技术
随着通信技术的日趋发展,手机、智能穿戴装置等可移动的显示装置应用广泛,为了保障显示装置的便携性,可折叠及滑卷的显示装置成为一种趋势。为了外观美观对称,显示模组会设计呈弯曲状态的Edge(边缘)区,由于反弹力的存在,贴合后的显示模组在内聚力薄弱的胶层会逐渐分开,导致外观及尺寸不良,客户端无法组装;同时会造成bending(绑定)区被拉扯,导致Bending区走线crack(断裂),产生显示不良。尤其是模组在出货运送过程及客户端仓库储存时,边缘区出现剥离的可能性高,风险极大。由于边缘区部分同时是布线区域,碰触后产生显示不良风险高,无法使用常规夹持方案。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本公开提供一种治具,解决柔性显示模组的边缘易产生剥离的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本公开实施例采用的技术方案是:一种治具,用于避免柔性显示模组的弯折区出现剥离,柔性显示模组沿第一方向包括非弯折区、弯折区和绑定区,所述治具包括压合结构和对所述压合结构进行限位固定的限位结构:
所述压合结构,用于设置于柔性显示模组的出光侧,包括用于与所述弯折区抵接的压合部和与所述限位结构连接的第一连接部;

所述限位结构通过所述固定部22与所述支撑板连接,并通过所述连接区域25上的所述粘接区域213与所述支撑板连接,提高所述限位结构的连接稳定性。
所述限位结构与所述支撑板之间的连接可以通过粘结胶粘接,但并不以此为限。
本实施例中示例性的,所述限位结构还包括防护部24,所述防护部24的一端与所述中间区域21连接,并与所述中间区域21呈L形结构,所述压合部12包括用于与柔性显示模组的弯折区100抵接的抵接面,所述防护部24位于所述压合部12远离所述抵接面的一侧,且所述防护部24与所述压合部12之间具有间隙。
所述防护部24的设置,可以对所述压合部12起到保护作用,且所述防护部24与所述压合部12之间具有间隙,可避免对所述绑定区的损伤。
需要说明的是,所述限位结构上还设置有用于避让其他部件的避让孔214,避免对其他部件的干涉。
本实施例中示例性的,所述压合部12与所述弯折区100接触的一面设置有弹性件13。所述弹性件13的设置提供一定的缓冲力,避免对模组本体的损伤。
本实施例中示例性的,所述弹性件13为泡棉。
以上所述为本公开较佳实施例,需要说明的是,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本公开所述原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本公开保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种治具,用于避免柔性显示模组的弯折区出现剥离,柔性显示模组沿第一方向包括非弯折区、弯折区和绑定区,其中,所述治具包括压合结构和对所述压合结构进行限位固定的限位结构:
    所述压合结构,用于设置于柔性显示模组的出光侧,包括用于与所述弯折区抵接的压合部和与所述限位结构连接的第一连接部;
    所述限位结构,用于设置于所述柔性显示模组的背光侧,包括与所述第一连接部相配合连接的第二连接部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的治具,其中,所述压合部抵接于所述柔性显示模组的弯折区时,所述第一连接部与所述非弯折区平行,所述压合部用于与弯折区抵接的抵接面与所述弯折区相切。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的治具,其中,所述第二连接部在垂直于所述第一方向上的截面为U形,所述第二连接部包括中间区域和位于所述中间区域相对的两侧的连接区域,所述中间区域与所述第一连接部之间的距离大于所述柔性显示模组在垂直于所述第一方向上的高度,以使得所述压合部抵接于所述柔性显示模组的弯折区时,所述第一连接部与所述柔性显示模组之间具有间隙,所述中间区域与所述柔性显示模组之间具有间隙。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的治具,其中,所述第一连接部呈U形,包括与所述压合部连接的第一部分和对称设置于所述第一部分相对的两侧的两个第二部分,两个所述第二部分与两个所述连接区域一一对应,且所述第二部分与对应的所述连接区域错位设置;
    所述第二部分上设有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽沿所述第一方向延伸并贯穿所述第二部分设置,所述连接区域设置有与所述第一凹槽相对应的第二凹槽,所述治具还包括绕设于所述第一凹槽和对应的所述第二凹槽上的弹性绑定带。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的治具,其中,所述第二部分上设置有限位孔,与所述第二部分对应的所述连接区域上设置有能够与所述限位孔相配合的限位柱。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的治具,其中,所述限位孔为沿所述第一方向延 伸的条形限位孔,所述连接区域上沿所述第一方向设置有两个所述限位柱。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的治具,其中,所述柔性显示模组包括柔性显示基板和用于支撑所述柔性显示基板的支撑板,所述支撑板包括与所述非弯折区相对应的第一区域;
    所述限位结构还包括固定于所述支撑板上的所述第一区域的固定部,所述固定部与所述第二连接部的所述连接区域位于同一平面,所述固定部的一端通过一倾斜设置的连接板与所述中间区域连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的治具,其中,所述连接区域包括用于与所述支撑板连接的粘结区域。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的治具,其中,所述限位结构还包括防护部,所述防护部的一端与所述中间区域连接,并与所述中间区域呈L形结构,所述压合部包括用于与柔性显示模组的弯折区抵接的抵接面,所述防护部位于所述压合部远离所述抵接面的一侧,且所述防护部与所述压合部之间具有间隙。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的治具,其中,所述压合部用于与所述柔性显示模组的弯折区接触的抵接面设置有弹性件。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的治具,其中,所述弹性件为泡棉。
