见图1、图2和图3所示:多功能扩展电路板模块包括主电路板10、辅电路板20、锁定件50、刚性导电件30和连接柱40,所述刚性导电件30连接所述主电路板10和辅电路板20,所述主电路板10和辅电路板20通过所述刚性导电件30传递电信号。所述连接柱40连接所述主电路板10和辅电路板20且与所述刚性导电件30间隔设置,所述锁定件50锁定连接于所述连接柱40,所述辅电路板20包括外扩功能件22。
刚性导电件30采用金属材料制成,用于在主电路板10和辅电路板20之间传输电信号,刚性导电件30能够支撑和限定主电路板10及辅电路板20的间隔位置及角度。并且,刚性导电件30与连接柱40间隔设置,以构成多点支撑连接结构,安装稳定性好。
主电路板10的面积远远大于辅电路板20的面积,以使辅电路板20作为主电路板10的外扩小板占据主电路板10上部空间,扩展主电路板10的功能,又能避免外扩小板所连接的外扩功能件22占据主电路板10的表面安装空间。 并且,辅电路板20能够设置为多种不同的功能性外扩小板,以灵活适配主电路板10所需的扩展功能。其中,主电路板10可设为指定规格尺寸的公模板型。例如,主电路板10的规格尺寸设为17CM*17CM,20CM*20CM等。可选地,外扩功能件22设置为具有相应功能的连接接口、或者具有指示功能的指示灯、输入输出功能的操作件等。如,外扩功能件22设为i/o(input/output interface,输入/输出设备接口)接口、USB接口。
辅电路板20设置有外扩功能件22,作为外扩小板连接于主电路板10,以扩展主电路板10的功能,功能丰富。辅电路板20通过刚性导电件30与主电路板10通信连接,以传输相应的信号,结合连接柱40固定支撑,以保证主电路板10与辅电路板20的安装位置稳定且连接牢固。可选地,连接柱40位于远离主电路板10边缘的方向,外扩功能件22朝向主电路板10的边缘方向延伸,以使外扩功能件22集中于主电路板10的边缘。
连接柱40用于连接主电路板10和辅电路板20,以使辅电路板20可以通过锁定件50个连接柱40的锁定连接固定于主电路板10。可选地,连接柱40与主电路板10可拆卸连接,方便调节辅电路板20与主电路板10的连接。其中,连接柱40可固定于辅电路板20或独立安装于主电路板10。可选地,连接柱40与主电路板10固定连接,辅电路板20通过锁定件50锁定连接于连接柱40,以固定于主电路板10,安装位置准确。
见图2和图5所示:在一实施例中,所述连接柱40固连于所述主电路板10,所述辅电路板20抵接于所述连接柱40的自由端,所述锁定件50穿过所述辅电路板20并将所述辅电路板20锁定于所述连接柱40。连接柱40固定于主电路板10,两者呈一体结构,连接强度高。辅电路板20通过锁定件50锁固连接于主电路板10,装配方便。辅电路板20所受的外部作用力能够通过连接柱40传递至主电路板10,以形成共同受力的框架结构,外扩功能件22的位置稳定性好。
连接柱40与主电路板10固定连接,以使两者结合为一体。可选地,连接柱40与主电路板10的预制部件焊接连接,以形成一体结构。可选地,连 接柱40的一端铆接连接于主电路板10,以使连接柱40与主电路板10固定连接。或者,连接柱40与主电路板10通过其它连接方式固定成一体,且连接柱40自主电路板10的表面凸出。
在一可选的实施例中,所述主电路板10包括线路主板11和安装于所述线路主板11的固定件12,所述连接柱40固连于所述固定件12,以使两者固定成一体。如,连接柱40与固定件12过盈配合连接;连接柱40与固定件12焊接连接;连接柱40与固定件12螺旋连接等。
在一可选地实施例中,所述连接柱40包括柱体41、自所述柱体41一端凸出的插接部42和设置于所述柱体41另一端的锁定部43,所述插接部42螺旋连接于所述主电路板10。插接部42与固定件12螺旋连接,两者拆装方便,其中,固定件12设有与插接部42相匹配的螺纹孔。柱体41的高度用于调节辅电路板20距离主电路板10的间距,以使外扩功能件22具有充足的安装空间。并且,柱体41的高度可根据不同的外扩功能件22灵活调整高度尺寸,适配性强。
在一可选地实施例中,所述柱体41的端部抵接于所述主电路板10并与所述主电路板10焊接连接,所述锁定件50锁定于所述锁定部43。连接柱40焊接连接于主电路板10的固定件12,以使连接柱40与固定件12连接成一个整体。插接部42设置于柱体41的一端并与固定件12插接连接,定位精度高。柱体41的端部贴合于固定件12的表面,以使柱体41垂直于主电路板10,连接位置及高度可控。
进一步地,所述连接柱40还包括设置于所述柱体41外周壁的滚花纹路44,焊缝自主电路板10延伸至所述柱体41及滚花纹路44。在连接柱40的外周壁设置自外周壁凹陷且间隔分布的滚花纹路44,以使连接柱40与固定件12焊接过程中焊锡能够沿滚花纹路44和连接柱40的外周壁连接,焊接结合面积增大,连接柱40与固定件12的连接强度增大,提高连接柱40的抗弯和抗扭性能。
见图2和图4所示:在一可选地实施例中,所述辅电路板20包括线路小 板21,外扩功能件22安装于所述线路小板21,所述刚性导电件30固连于所述线路小板21并与所述外扩功能件22电连接。线路小板21用于安装外扩功能件22并与连接柱40连接,刚性导电件30与线路小板21构成一体结构并与外扩功能件22电性连接,以传输外扩功能件22的电信号,提高辅电路板20与主电路板10的连接效率及数据传输可靠性。可选地,所述刚性导电件30插接连接于所述主电路板10,以提高两者的连接效率。其中,所述主电路板10包括安装于所述线路主板11的排母座13,所述刚性导电件30插接连接于所述排母座13。排母座13与刚性导电件30相互配对,以限定刚性导电件30的自由端,限定及导电接触性能好。
在另一可选地实施例中,所述刚性导电件30插接连接于所述辅电路板20,以使辅电路板20与刚性导电件30可拆卸连接。可选地,辅电路板20包括安装于线路小板21的排母座13。排母座13与刚性导电件30相互配对,以限定刚性导电件30的自由端,限定及导电接触性能好。在本实施例中,刚性导电件30的另一自由端可固定连接于主电路板10并与连接柱40平行;或者,刚性导电件30的另一自由端与主电路板10的排母座13插接连接。
刚性导电件30可通过焊接或插接连接主电路板10及辅电路板20,其中,所述刚性导电件30包括固定块32和间隔分布于所述固定块32的至少两根导电杆31,所述导电杆31插接连接于所述主电路板10和/或辅电路板20。导电杆31的间距与排母座13的插孔间距相适配,以使刚性导电件30能够插入到对应的排母座13中。
导电杆31的长度随着主电路板10及辅电路板20的间距增大而加长,为提高导电杆31的结构尺寸稳定性。在一可选地实施例中,所述固定块32包括两块及以上的绝缘块,所述绝缘块沿所述导电杆31的长度延伸方向间隔分布。绝缘块将两根及以上数量的导电杆31按预制间距固定,并且沿导电杆31的延伸方向设置多个,可以提高导电杆31的尺寸及形态稳定。可选地,绝缘块抵接于排母座13,以限定导电杆31的插接深度,插接定位精度高。
刚性导电件30与连接柱40间隔分布,且均能够支撑连接主电路板10及 辅电路板20。其中,所述线路小板21设置有第一锁定孔211,第一锁定孔211贯穿线路小板21,所述锁定件50穿过所述第一锁定孔211后锁定至所述连接柱40,以将线路小板21锁定连接于连接柱40。其中,外扩功能件22连接于线路小板21且凸出线路小板21的表面,可选地,所述外扩功能件22朝向所述主电路板10方向凸出,以使外扩功能件22位于主线路板与线路小板21之间,减小多功能扩展电路板模块的厚度尺寸,提高空间利用率。当然,外扩功能件22也可朝向背离主电路板10方向凸出,以扩大外扩功能件22与主电路板10之间的间距,避免电气干扰。
可选地,所述线路小板21还包括与所述第一锁定孔211间隔设置的第二锁定孔212,所述第二锁定孔212远离所述刚性导电件30。线路小板21设置第二锁定孔212,以进一步提高线路小板21与主电路板10的连接稳定性。可选地,第二锁定孔212为设置于线路小板21边缘的缺口,以使线路小板21通过第二锁定孔212卡接连接至主电路板10的其它配件。如,主电路板10设置有支撑柱,线路小板21安装至连接柱40且第二锁定孔212卡接于支撑柱的边缘。或者,主电路板10设置有电气元器件,线路小板21安装至连接柱40且第二锁定孔212卡接于电气元器件的柱状结构,以提高辅电路板20的结构强度及安装稳定性,降低主电路板10的结构复杂性。
将上述实施例所公开的多功能扩展电路板模块应用于移动终端,以使移动终端在利用公模板型时能外扩相应的功能结构。在一实施例中,一种移动终端,包括壳体和如上所述的多功能扩展电路板模块,所述壳体设置有至少二个功能孔,所述功能孔与所述主电路板10及辅电路板20相适配。
功能孔与主电路板10的电气元器件及辅电路板20上的外扩功能件22相适配,以使外部的信号线或其它配合件能穿过功能孔连接至多功能扩展电路板模块,连接效率高且外扩功能多。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能扩展电路板模块,其特征在于,包括主电路板、辅电路板、锁定件、刚性导电件和连接柱,所述刚性导电件连接所述主电路板和辅电路板,所述主电路板和辅电路板通过所述刚性导电件传递电信号,所述连接柱连接所述主电路板和辅电路板且与所述刚性导电件间隔设置,所述锁定件锁定连接于所述连接柱,所述辅电路板包括外扩功能件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能扩展电路板模块,其特征在于,所述连接柱固连于所述主电路板,所述辅电路板抵接于所述连接柱的自由端,所述锁定件穿过所述辅电路板并将所述辅电路板锁定于所述连接柱。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能扩展电路板模块,其特征在于,所述连接柱包括柱体、自所述柱体一端凸出的插接部和设置于所述柱体另一端的锁定部,所述插接部螺旋连接于所述主电路板,所述锁定件锁定于所述锁定部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能扩展电路板模块,其特征在于,所述刚性导电件插接连接于所述主电路板;和/或,所述刚性导电件插接连接于所述辅电路板。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能扩展电路板模块,其特征在于,所述刚性导电件包括固定块和间隔分布于所述固定块的至少两根导电杆,所述导电杆插接连接于所述主电路板和/或辅电路板。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的多功能扩展电路板模块,其特征在于,所述固定块包括两块及以上的绝缘块,所述绝缘块沿所述导电杆的长度延伸方向间隔分布。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能扩展电路板模块,其特征在于,所述主电路板包括线路主板、安装于所述线路主板的排母座和固定件,所述连接柱固连于所述固定件,所述刚性导电件插接连接于所述排母座。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能扩展电路板模块,其特征在于,所述辅电路板包括线路小板,所述外扩功能件安装于所述线路小板,所述刚性导电件固连于所述线路小板并与所述外扩功能件电连接,所述线路小板设置有第一锁定孔,所述锁定件穿过所述第一锁定孔后锁定至所述连接柱,所述外扩功能件朝向所述主电路板方向凸出,所述外扩功能件包括连接接口。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的多功能扩展电路板模块,其特征在于,所述线 路小板还包括与所述第一锁定孔间隔设置的第二锁定孔,所述第二锁定孔远离所述刚性导电件。
  10. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括壳体和如权利要求1至9任一项所述的多功能扩展电路板模块,所述壳体设置有至少二个功能孔,所述功能孔与所述主电路板及辅电路板相适配。
