在本实施方式中提供了一种外壳2为第一外壳组件21和第二外壳组件22扣合结构与电连接导体件4连接的具体结构。电连接导体件4除了实现电路板1与第一端31的电连接外,还实现了第一外壳组件21和第二外壳组件22的连接固定作用。本实施方式中的第一外壳组件21和第二外壳组件22可以分别理解为外壳2的上壳盖和下壳盖,所述上壳盖和所述下壳盖扣合后形成了完整的外壳2。
在一实施方式中,电连接导体件4为螺栓,第一外壳组件21上设置有第一螺栓通孔211,第一端31与第二外壳组件22机械连接,第二外壳组件22上设置有第二螺栓通孔221,第一端31上设置有螺纹孔311,螺栓穿过第一螺栓通孔211和第二螺栓通孔221与螺纹孔311螺接,所述螺栓的螺栓头与第一外壳组件22相抵。
在本实施方式中提供了利用螺栓作为电连接导体件4的具体实施方式,需要指出的是所述螺栓为导体材质,可以导通电路板1的电信号。所述螺栓的所述螺栓头最终与第一外壳组件22相抵,则可以将第一外壳组件21和第二外壳组件22紧固。所述螺栓在本实施方式中充当了电连接导体件4使第一端31和电路板1实现了电连接,与此同时通过所述螺栓实现了第一外壳组件21和第二外壳组件22的装配。
在一实施方式中,所述螺栓为沉头螺栓,第一螺栓通孔211为阶梯孔,沉头螺栓的螺栓头沉入阶梯孔后与第一外壳组件21相抵。
在本实施方式中提供了一种采用沉头螺栓作为电连接导体件4的具体实施方式。所述沉头螺栓的优势在于所述螺栓头可以不外露在外壳2的表面外。在本实施方式中为了配合所述沉头螺栓的装配,需要在外壳2上设置阶梯孔,所述阶梯孔可以理解为两段阶梯,所述阶梯孔插入所述沉头螺栓的一端直径较大用于沉入所述沉头螺栓的所述螺栓头。
在一实施方式中,外壳2具有中空腔23,第一外壳组件21上设置有向中空腔23突出的凸台212,第一螺栓通孔211设置在凸台212上。
在本实施方式中提供了一种具有凸台结构的具体实施方式,其原因在于外壳2可能会采用薄壁结构,因此第一螺栓通孔211为了确保其可以设置在外壳2上,需要在外壳2设置凸台212用于设置第一螺栓通孔211,另外在使用所述沉头螺栓作为电连接导体件4时所述螺栓头应当沉入所述阶梯孔中,所述螺栓头也具有一定的厚度,因此设置凸台212即可满足设计要求。需要指出的是为了不影响到外壳2外表面的平整,凸台212应向外壳2的中空腔23方向设置。
在一实施方式中,凸台212与第二所述外壳组件22压合固定外壳2中配合安装的电路板1。
在本实施方式中提供了一种电路板1和凸台212之间的装配结构,借用了上述的凸台212结构。一方面实现了电路板1的固定,另一方面电连接导体件4也可以通过凸台212后与电路板1实现接触,用于电连接导体件4与电路板1的电连接。
在一实施方式中,外壳2上设置至少一条限位插槽24,第一端31插入限位插槽24中配合安装以实现与外壳2的机械连接。
在本实施方式中提供了一种利用限位插槽24与第一端31插接后实现机械连接的具体方式。
在一实施方式中,限位插槽21为条状插槽,限位插槽21的一端延伸至外壳2的边沿形成插入口213,第一端31由所述插入口213插入限位插槽21配合安装。
在本实施方式中提供了限位插槽21与外壳2之间的设置关系,第一端31由插入口213插入限位插槽21中用于实现机械连接导体件3与外壳2之间的机械连接。
在一实施方式中,限位插槽21为T型槽。
在本实施方式中提供了限位插槽21的一种具体结构,即T型槽。图4为本发明机械连接导体件结构示意图,如图4所示,需要指出的是机械连接导体件3为与T型槽配合安装的长条结构。机械连接导体件3的两端可以提供过圆角进行圆滑过渡,方便由插入口213插入。T型槽向外壳2的中空腔23内突起,与凸台212压合电路板1。
在一实施方式中,至少一个外壳2为两个,两个外壳2镜像机械连接在机械连接导体件3的两端,至少两个电连接导体件4分别实现机械连接导体件3与每个外壳2的电连接。
图5为本发明两块电路板连接时的外部结构示意图。如图5所示,在本实施方式中提供个了一种连接两个外壳2的具体结构,两个外壳2镜像设置在机械连接导体件3的两端,需要指出的是此处的两端其中一端即为第一端31。
为了使本发明的技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施方式,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅仅用以阐述性说明本发明,并不用于限定本发明的保护范围。
其具体的有益效果:
通过外壳2上设置的机械连接导体件3实现电路板1和其他电路板或者其他电气元件的机械连接,外壳2提供了良好的机械连接稳定性。
电连接导体件4不但实现了电路板1与机械连接导体件3的电连接,与此同时还稳定的将外壳2的第一外壳组件21和第二外壳组件22进行连接固定。
机械连接导体件3通过螺纹孔311实现与电连接导体件4的连接,进而实现了与电路板1的电 连接。
外壳2机械强度要求不高时,可以采用金属以外的材质降低成本。
基于成本上更加优化的考虑,机械连接导体件3可采用更加薄的金属板,机械连接导体件3与外壳2装配时也不需要复杂的过渡结构。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施方式而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 电路板连接结构,其特征在于,包括:
    至少一个外壳(2),每个所述外壳(2)能够配合安装至少一块电路板(1);和
    至少一个机械连接导体件(3),至少其中一个所述机械连接导体件(3)的第一端(31)与至少其中一个所述外壳(2)机械连接;以及
    至少一个电连接导体件(4),至少其中一个所述电连接导体件(4)的两端分别电连接所述第一端(31)与所述电路板(1)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电路板连接结构,其特征在于,所述外壳(2)包括:
    一第一外壳组件(21);
    一第二外壳组件(22),所述第二外壳组件(22)与所述第一外壳组件(21)扣合形成所述外壳(2);
    所述第一端(31)和所述电路板(1)通过所述电连接导体件(4)电连接,且所述电连接导体件(4)将扣合后的所述第一外壳组件(21)和所述第二外壳组件(22)穿接固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电路板连接结构,其特征在于,所述电连接导体件(4)为螺栓,所述第一外壳组件(21)上设置有第一螺栓通孔(211),所述第一端(31)与所述第二外壳组件(22)机械连接,所述第二外壳组件(22)上设置有第二螺栓通孔(221),所述第一端(31)上设置有螺纹孔(311),所述螺栓穿过所述第一螺栓通孔(211)和第二螺栓通孔(221)与所述螺纹孔(311)螺接,所述螺栓的螺栓头与所述第一外壳组件(22)相抵。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电路板连接结构,其特征在于,所述螺栓为沉头螺栓,所述第一螺栓通孔(211)为阶梯孔,所述沉头螺栓的螺栓头沉入所述阶梯孔后与所述第一外壳组件(21)相抵。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电路板连接结构,其特征在于,所述外壳(2)具有中空腔(23),所述第一外壳组件(21)上设置有向所述中空腔(23)突出的凸台(212),所述第一螺栓通孔(211)设置在所述凸台(212)上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电路板连接结构,其特征在于,所述凸台(212)与所述第二所述外壳组件(22)压合固定所述外壳(2)中配合安装的所述电路板(1)。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项的所述电路板连接结构,其特征在于,所述外壳(2)上设置至少一条限位插槽(24),所述第一端(31)插入所述限位插槽(24)中配合安装以实现与所述外壳(2)的机械连接。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的电路板连接结构,其特征在于,所述限位插槽(21)为条状插槽,所述限位插槽(21)的一端延伸至所述外壳(2)的边沿形成插入口(213),所述第一端(31)由所述插入口(213)插入所述限位插槽(21)配合安装。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的电路板连接结构,其特征在于,所述限位插槽(21)为T型槽。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电路板连接结构,其特征在于,所述至少一个外壳(2)为两个,两个所述外壳(2)镜像机械连接在所述机械连接导体件(3)的两端,至少两个所述电连接导体件(4)分别实现所述机械连接导体件(3)与每个所述外壳(2)的电连接。
