请参阅图1-3,一种手机壳生产用打磨装置,包括底座1,底座1内腔的两侧均设置有隔板2,隔板2的顶部与底部均与底座1的内壁固定连接,底座1内腔的底部固定连接有第一电机3,第一电机3输出端的两侧均固定连接有螺纹杆4,两个螺纹杆4相反的一侧均与隔板2活动连接,螺纹杆4的表面套设有螺纹套5,第一电机3的顶部设置有调节板6,调节板6底部的两侧均开设有调节槽7,螺纹套5的顶部固定连接有调节轮8,调节轮8的顶部延伸至调节槽7的内腔,调节板6顶部的两侧均固定连接有支撑杆9,底座1的顶部设置有放置板10,支撑杆9的顶部贯穿底座1并与放置板10固定连接,底座1顶部的两侧均固定连接有固定杆11,两个固定杆11的顶部均固定连接有安装板12,安装板12的顶部设置有第一气缸13,第一气缸13的底部贯穿至安装板12的底部,第一气缸13输出端的底部固定连接有第二电机14,第二电机14输出端的底部固定连接有打磨片15,两个固定 杆11相对一侧的底部均固定连接有第二气缸16,两个第二气缸16相对一侧的输出端均固定连接有夹持板17,两个固定杆11相对一侧的顶部均固定连接有吸尘罩18,两个固定杆11相反的一侧均固定连接有除尘箱19,除尘箱19的底部与底座1连通,吸尘罩18顶部的出风口与除尘箱19通过导管连通,两个除尘箱19相反的一侧均固定连接有风机20,风机20顶部的进风口与除尘箱19通过导管连接,除尘箱19的内腔设置有滤芯21,两个滤芯21相反的一侧均与除尘箱19的内壁固定连接,除尘箱19内腔的顶部固定连接有第三气缸22,第三气缸22输出端的底部固定连接有清洁毛刷23,两个隔板2相反的一侧均设置有收纳壳24,两个收纳壳24相反的一侧均贯穿底座1并固定连接有挡板25,底座1内腔顶部的两侧均固定连接有滑杆,滑杆的底部固定连接有限位块,滑杆的表面套设有滑套,两个滑套相对的一侧均与调节板6固定连接,螺纹杆4远离第一电机3的一侧与隔板2的连接处通过轴承活动连接,螺纹套5的底部固定连接有滑块,底座1内腔底部的两侧均开设有与滑块配合使用的滑槽,挡板25远离底座1一侧的底部设置有螺栓,两个螺栓相对的一侧均贯穿挡板25并与底座1螺纹连接,风机20的底部连通有排风管,两个清洁毛刷23相反的一侧均与滤芯21接触,底座1的正表面开设有散热口,通过设置隔板2,能够方便螺纹杆4的安装,通过设置螺纹杆4,能够与第一电机3配合调节螺纹套5的使用位置,通过设置调节槽7,能够与调节轮8配合控制调节板6的使用位置,通过设置第二气缸16,能够与夹持板17配合夹持固定手机壳,通过设置吸尘罩18,能够将打磨过程中产生的粉尘吸收进入除尘箱19内,通过设置滤芯21,能够将粉尘过滤,通过设置清洁毛刷23,能够与第三气缸22配合清扫滤芯21表面附着的粉尘,通过设置收纳壳24,能够收纳清洁毛刷23扫落的粉尘,通过设置底座1、隔板2、第一电机3、螺纹杆4、螺纹套5、调节板6、调节槽7、调节轮8、支撑杆9、放置板10、固定杆11、第二气缸16、夹持板17、吸尘 罩18、除尘箱19、风机20、滤芯21、第三气缸22、清洁毛刷23、收纳壳24和挡板25,解决了现有的手机壳生产用打磨装置固定不够稳固和没有粉尘收集功能的问题,该手机壳生产用打磨装置,具备固定稳固和粉尘收集的优点,值得推广。
使用时,将需要打磨的手机壳放在放置板10上,开启第二气缸16,第二气缸16与夹持板17配合固定手机壳,同时开启第一电机3,第一电机3与螺纹杆4配合带动螺纹套5移动,螺纹套5移动带动调节轮8移动,调节轮8与调节槽7配合带动调节板6向上移动,调节板6与支撑杆9配合带动放置板10向上移动,放置板10与夹持板17配合使手机壳的固定更加稳固,当开始打磨时产生粉尘,开启风机20,吸尘罩18将打磨时产生的粉尘吸入除尘箱19内,通过滤芯21过滤空气中的粉尘,开启第三气缸22,第三气缸22带动清洁毛刷23上下移动,清洁毛刷23将附着在滤芯21表面的粉尘扫落,粉尘掉落至收纳壳24内方便集中处理。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

  1. 一种手机壳生产用打磨装置,包括底座(1),其特征在于:所述底座(1)内腔的两侧均设置有隔板(2),所述隔板(2)的顶部与底部均与底座(1)的内壁固定连接,所述底座(1)内腔的底部固定连接有第一电机(3),所述第一电机(3)输出端的两侧均固定连接有螺纹杆(4),两个螺纹杆(4)相反的一侧均与隔板(2)活动连接,所述螺纹杆(4)的表面套设有螺纹套(5),所述第一电机(3)的顶部设置有调节板(6),所述调节板(6)底部的两侧均开设有调节槽(7),所述螺纹套(5)的顶部固定连接有调节轮(8),所述调节轮(8)的顶部延伸至调节槽(7)的内腔,所述调节板(6)顶部的两侧均固定连接有支撑杆(9),所述底座(1)的顶部设置有放置板(10),所述支撑杆(9)的顶部贯穿底座(1)并与放置板(10)固定连接,所述底座(1)顶部的两侧均固定连接有固定杆(11),两个固定杆(11)的顶部均固定连接有安装板(12),所述安装板(12)的顶部设置有第一气缸(13),所述第一气缸(13)的底部贯穿至安装板(12)的底部,所述第一气缸(13)输出端的底部固定连接有第二电机(14),所述第二电机(14)输出端的底部固定连接有打磨片(15),两个固定杆(11)相对一侧的底部均固定连接有第二气缸(16),两个第二气缸(16)相对一侧的输出端均固定连接有夹持板(17),两个固定杆(11)相对一侧的顶部均固定连接有吸尘罩(18),两个固定杆(11)相反的一侧均固定连接有除尘箱(19),所述除尘箱(19)的底部与底座(1)连通,所述吸尘罩(18)顶部的出风口与除尘箱(19)通过导管连通,两个除尘箱(19)相反的一侧均固定连接有风机(20),所述风机(20)顶部的进风口与除尘箱(19)通过导管连接,所述除尘箱(19)的内腔设置有滤芯(21),两个滤芯(21)相反的一侧均与除尘箱(19)的内壁固定连接,所述除尘箱(19)内腔的顶部固定连接有第三气缸(22),所述第三气缸(22)输出端的底部固定连接有清洁毛刷(23),两个隔板(2)相反的一侧均设置有收纳壳(24),两个收 纳壳(24)相反的一侧均贯穿底座(1)并固定连接有挡板(25)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手机壳生产用打磨装置,其特征在于:所述底座(1)内腔顶部的两侧均固定连接有滑杆,滑杆的底部固定连接有限位块,滑杆的表面套设有滑套,两个滑套相对的一侧均与调节板(6)固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手机壳生产用打磨装置,其特征在于:所述螺纹杆(4)远离第一电机(3)的一侧与隔板(2)的连接处通过轴承活动连接,所述螺纹套(5)的底部固定连接有滑块,所述底座(1)内腔底部的两侧均开设有与滑块配合使用的滑槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手机壳生产用打磨装置,其特征在于:所述挡板(25)远离底座(1)一侧的底部设置有螺栓,两个螺栓相对的一侧均贯穿挡板(25)并与底座(1)螺纹连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种手机壳生产用打磨装置,其特征在于:所述风机(20)的底部连通有排风管,两个清洁毛刷(23)相反的一侧均与滤芯(21)接触,所述底座(1)的正表面开设有散热口。
