使用时,将需要维修的设备放在两个放置架12上,随后控制第一电机13运行能够带动螺纹杆14转动,螺纹杆14转动带动两个螺纹套15向中间移动,螺纹套15通过连接杆16的配合带动两个放置架12向中间移动,根据设备的规格进行调节,还可以将设备进行固定,再控制第二气缸17和第二电机19运行,第二气缸17通过设备箱18的配合带动第二电机19和清洁刷20向下移动,清洁刷20逐渐靠近设备,同时第二电机19带动清洁刷20转动对设备表面进行清理,清理完毕后控制第二气缸17带动设备箱18和清 洁刷20向上移动,随后可以对设备进行维修,维修时开启抽风机9,维修产生的碎屑或者粉尘会通过开口10进入过滤壳8中,气体经过过滤壳8两侧的滤板进行过滤后排出,控制第一气缸5运行能够带动两个移动块6向相反的一侧移动,移动块6移动通过支撑条7的配合会带动调节座2调节高度,调节座2通过框架3的配合带动设备调节高度,方便工作人员对设备的检修。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种真空泵维修装置,包括底座(1),其特征在于:所述底座(1)的顶部设置有调节座(2),所述调节座(2)的顶部固定连接有框架(3),所述底座(1)内腔的底部固定连接有隔板(4),所述隔板(4)的两侧均固定连接有第一气缸(5),所述第一气缸(5)输出端远离隔板(4)的一侧固定连接有移动块(6),所述移动块(6)的顶部活动连接有支撑条(7),所述支撑条(7)远离移动块(6)的一端延伸至底座(1)的顶部并与调节座(2)活动连接,所述调节座(2)的内腔设置有过滤壳(8),所述过滤壳(8)的前侧贯穿至调节座(2)的前侧,所述调节座(2)内腔的两侧均固定连接有抽风机(9),两个抽风机(9)相反的一侧均贯穿至调节座(2)的外侧,所述调节座(2)的顶部和框架(3)的底部均开设有配合使用的开口(10),所述框架(3)内腔的两侧均固定连接有固定盒(11),两个固定盒(11)相对的一侧均设置有放置架(12),所述框架(3)的两侧且位于两个固定盒(11)相反的一侧均固定连接有第一电机(13),两个第一电机(13)相对一侧的输出端均固定连接有螺纹杆(14),两个螺纹杆(14)相对的一端均贯穿至固定盒(11)的内腔并套设有螺纹套(15),两个螺纹套(15)相对一侧的顶部和底部均固定连接有连接杆(16),所述连接杆(16)远离螺纹套(15)的一端贯穿固定盒(11)并与放置架(12)固定连接,所述框架(3)的顶部固定连接有第二气缸(17),所述第二气缸(17)输出端的底部贯穿至框架(3)的内腔并固定连接有设备箱(18),所述设备箱(18)内腔的顶部固定连接有第二电机(19),所述第二电机(19)输出端的底部贯穿至设备箱(18)的底部并固定连接有清洁刷(20)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种真空泵维修装置,其特征在于:所述移动块(6)的表面与底座(1)的内壁滑动连接,所述支撑条(7)的两端与移动块(6)和调节座(2)的连接处均通过转轴活动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种真空泵维修装置,其特征在于:所述底 座(1)顶部的四角均开设有限位槽(21),所述限位槽(21)的内腔设置有限位杆(22),所述限位杆(22)的顶部延伸至底座(1)的顶部并与调节座(2)固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种真空泵维修装置,其特征在于:所述过滤壳(8)的两侧均采用滤板制成,所述过滤壳(8)的前侧固定连接有握把,所述调节座(2)内腔的底部开设有与过滤壳(8)配合使用的凹槽,所述过滤壳(8)的表面固定连接有密封垫。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种真空泵维修装置,其特征在于:所述框架(3)内腔底部的两侧均固定连接有导流块,且导流块呈三角形,所述放置架(12)的一侧固定连接有防滑垫。
