Description

平衡性高的高速磨头 技术领域
本发明涉及一种石材打磨抛光加工机械领域,尤其是指一种平衡性高的高速磨头。
背景技术
石材是建筑装饰材料,其应用广泛,石材在使用前表面都比较粗糙,需要经过打磨抛光以后才能达到光彩照人的效果;而且,随着建筑材料的广泛应用,加工建筑材料的机械也被广泛的利用,比如加工打磨石板的磨具;现有磨具具有单磨头、双磨头和多磨头等多种磨头结构,其中,多磨头的磨具工作效率比较高,多应用于大型石材打磨抛光;但是,现有多磨头的磨具具有以下缺点:
1、磨具的多磨头在打磨时都是朝一个方向转动打磨,石材长时间受磨头单一方向转动的作用力下会倾斜,石材表面打磨不平,打磨效果差;而且,多磨头的单一方向打磨结构,打磨范围窄,打磨运动轨迹变化简单、致使打磨不均匀、打磨效果欠佳。
2、其中多磨头的磨具在工作时需要对每一磨头进行供水冷却,但是,若每一磨头连接一个进水管路后,当磨头转动时,各进水管路都随之转动扭成麻绳,转动几圈后受进水管路长度限制无法转动,进而磨头被进水管路阻挡而无法正常打磨工作,不仅磨头不能正常转动打磨石材,而且在高速运转过程中无法顺畅供水给磨头冷却;若是单独另设一洒水结构,洒水范围太广,供水量较大,较多的水会渗入到瓷砖内部,增加了后续脱水工序的难度。
有鉴于此,本发明人针对上述磨头结构设计上未臻完善所导致的诸多缺失及不便,而深入构思,且积极研究改良试做而开发设计出本案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种平衡性高的高速磨头,每组磨头组具有一一对应的正转磨头、反转磨头,在磨削过程中抵消两磨头自转的相互作用力,提高磨头的平衡性,石材打磨抛光效果好。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种平衡性高的高速磨头,其包括有至少一组磨头组及磨头传动机构;所述磨头传动机构具有主动齿轮和驱动主动齿轮转动的磨头电机、及对应驱动每组磨头组运转的齿轮传动组,所述主动齿轮设置有与磨头电机连接的动力主轴;所述齿轮传动组具有第一过渡齿轮、第一过渡齿轮轴、第二过渡齿轮、第二过渡齿轮轴、正转齿轮、正转齿轮轴、反转齿轮及反转齿轮轴;所述第一过渡齿轮设置于第一过渡齿轮轴上,所述第二过渡齿轮设置于第二过渡齿轮轴上,所述正转齿轮设置于正转齿轮轴上,反转齿轮设置于反转齿轮轴上;所述主动齿轮啮合第一过渡齿轮,所述第一过渡齿轮啮合第二过渡齿轮和正转齿轮,所述第二过渡齿轮啮合反转齿轮;所述磨头组具有一设置于正转齿轮轴下端的正转磨头和一设置于反转转齿轮轴下端的反转磨头。
所述高速磨头设置有三组磨头组和三组对应驱动磨头组运转的齿轮传动组,具有六个呈圆周均匀分布的磨头,且正转磨头和反转磨头间隔设置。
所述磨头还包括有将主动齿轮、第一过渡齿轮、第二过渡齿轮、正转齿轮及反转齿轮包裹在内的公转体,所述动力主轴、第一过渡齿轮轴、第二过渡齿轮轴、正转齿轮轴、反转齿轮轴两端通过轴承与公转体枢接。
所述公转体分成上盖、中环及底座,所述上盖、底座分别盖合中环的上下端面;所述公转体的中环设置有与主动齿轮同心的内齿圈,所述内齿圈择一选择正转齿轮或反转齿轮啮合。
所述公转体顶面设置有具有内齿圈且与主动齿轮同心的齿轮环,所述第一过渡齿轮轴或第二过渡齿轮轴上端设置有第三过渡齿轮,所述第三过渡齿轮与内齿圈啮合。
所述公转体顶面设置有具有外齿圈且与主动齿轮同心的齿轮环,所述第一过渡齿轮轴或第二过渡齿轮轴上端设置有第四过渡齿轮,所述第四过渡齿轮与外齿圈啮合。
所述公转体内设置有套置于主动齿轮、第一过渡齿轮、第二过渡齿轮、正转齿轮及反转齿轮上下端的定位座,所述定位座设置有抵靠于每一齿轮上端或下端的定位块、将各定位块连接在一起的连接块和设置于定位块上且供动力主轴、第一过渡齿轮轴、第二过渡齿轮轴、正转齿轮轴及反转齿轮轴穿设的孔洞。
所述平衡性高的高速磨头还包括有为正转磨头、反转磨头分别供水的供水机构,所述正转齿轮轴、反转齿轮轴分别设置有第一贯通孔;所述供水机构具有下水盘和随磨头转动的分水盘,所述下水盘设置有环状的承水腔室、连通承水腔室的进水口、由承水腔室的底壁向下延伸的下水凸环和多个圆周均匀分布于下水凸环上且连通承水腔室的下水通孔;所述分水盘设置有导水环、分水腔室、多个分水叶片和多个分水孔;所述下水凸环套设于所述导水环内,且所述导水环的下端与分水腔室连通;多个所述分水叶片设置于分水腔室的底壁上并将分水腔室分隔成多个分腔室;多个分水孔圆周均匀设置在分水腔室的底壁上,且每一分腔室对应设置一个分水孔,且所述第一贯通孔的上端与分水孔连通连接。
所述分水孔插置有伸入第一贯通孔内的导水管。
所述第一贯通孔内套设有组装轴,所述组装轴中心设置有上下贯通的第二贯通孔,所述导水管套设于第二贯通孔内;且所述组装轴的下端设置有伸出第一贯穿孔外且供磨头组设的环台。
所述组装轴的上端设置锁固座,所述锁固座设置有套设在组装轴上端外环的环座和插置于第一贯通孔的弹片。
所述导水管和第二贯通孔之间的间隙设置有密封件。
所述分水腔室为环形腔室,所述分水叶片由分水腔室的内环向外环螺旋外扩延伸。
所述导水环的内径与分水腔室的内径相同,所述导水环的外径小于所述分水腔室的外径。
所述分水孔设置于分水腔室靠外一侧的底壁。
所述下水凸环的底端与所述导水环的下端之间具有间距,所述导水环的上端与所述承水腔室的底壁之间具有间距。
所述下水凸环的外环直径与所述承水腔室的外环直径相同,所述下水凸环的内环直径大于所述承水腔室的内环直径。
所述进水口设置于承水腔室的顶壁,所述进水口设置有连通承水腔室的接水管;且所述进水口到承水腔室外侧壁的距离大于所述下水通孔到承水腔室外侧壁的距离。
所述承水腔室的底壁向上凸设有多个分布在同一圆环上且呈圆弧状的导片,所述导片与承水腔室同心设置;且所述下水通孔到承水腔室外侧壁的距离小于所述导片到承水腔室外侧壁的距离。
所述动力主轴的上端套设有套筒座,所述套筒座的上下两端分别通过轴承与动力主轴连接;所述下水盘、分水盘分别套置于套筒座上。
采用上述结构后,本发明平衡性高的高速磨头的工作原理:磨头电机将动力传递至动力主轴上,动力主轴带动主动齿轮转动;主动齿轮啮合第一过渡齿轮转动,第一过渡齿轮啮合正转齿轮和第二过渡齿轮转动,第二过渡齿轮啮合反转齿轮转动,即可带动正转磨头以正转齿轮轴为轴自转和反转磨头以反转齿轮轴为轴自转,且通过第一过渡齿轮和第二过渡齿轮控制正转磨头和反转磨头呈相反方向转动;在磨盘磨削石材时,在工作过程中呈相反方向转动的两磨头可抵消相互作用力,提高磨头的平衡性,石材打磨抛光效果好。

请查阅图9和图15,本发明所述平衡性高的高速磨头还包括有为正转磨头、反转磨头分别供水的供水机构4,所述正转齿轮轴151、反转齿轮轴161分别设置有第一贯通孔51;所述供水机构4具有下水盘41和随磨头转动的分水盘42,所述下水盘41设置有环状的承水腔室411、连通承水腔室411的进水口412、由承水腔室411的底壁向下延伸的下水凸环413和多个圆周均匀分布于下水凸环413上且连通承水腔室411的下水通孔414;所述分水盘42设置有导水环421、分水腔室422、多个分水叶片423和多个分水孔424;所述下水凸环413套设于所述导水环421内,且所述导水环421的下端与分水腔室422连通;多个所述分水叶片423设置于分水腔室422的底壁上并将分水腔室422分隔成多个分腔室4221;多个分水孔424圆周均匀设置在分水腔室422的底壁上,且每一分腔室4221对应设置一个分水孔424,且所述第一贯通孔51的上端与分水孔424连通连接;所述供水机构4在磨头转动过程中,所述下水盘41处于不动状态,外接水从进水口412进入承水腔室411内,并由下水通孔414通过导水环421将水引流至分水腔室422内;所述分水盘42随磨头处于高速运转状态,水流至分水腔室422内并随分水盘42高速运转,每一分腔室4221内的水流高速运转过程中受分水叶片阻挡无法圆周高速运转,水流即可从分水孔424向下流动至第一贯通孔51内并向下流动至磨头上,实现高速运转过程中向圆周分布的磨头供水的目的;水流至每一磨头处为每一磨头打磨过程提供冷却水,冷却效果强且供水量较少,避免大范围洒水造成浪费和避免较多的水会渗入到瓷砖内部而增加了后续脱水工序的难度。
本发明的所述分水孔424插置有伸入第一贯通孔51内的导水管425;所述导水管425可准确地将分水盘42内的水导流至第一贯通孔51内,进而流动至磨头处;可避免水流渗入齿轮传动组内影响各齿轮正常传动结构,且可避免浪费水资源。
本发明的所述第一贯通孔51内套设有组装轴52,所述组装轴52中心设置有上下贯通的第二贯通孔521,所述导水管425套设于第二贯通孔521内;所述组装轴52将正转齿轮轴151或反转齿轮轴161与导水管425隔开,可避免水流渗入齿轮传动组内影响齿轮正常传动;且所述组装轴52的下端设置有伸出第一贯穿孔51外且供磨头组设的环台522;所述正转齿轮15或反转齿轮16设置在正转齿轮轴151或反转齿轮轴161上,所述磨头设置在组装轴52上,分开设置不仅组装更简单牢固且方便维护维修。
本发明的所述组装轴52的上端设置锁固座53,所述锁固座53设置有套设在组装轴52上端外环的环座531和插置于第一贯通孔51的弹片532;所述锁固座53可牢固将组装轴52组装第一贯通孔51内。
本发明的所述导水管425和第二贯通孔521之间的间隙设置有密封件54;所述密封件54可进一步防止水流渗透至齿轮传动组,影响各齿轮的正常传动结构。
本发明的所述分水腔室422为环形腔室,所述分水叶片423由分水腔室422的内环向外环螺旋外扩延伸;所述分水叶片423将分水腔室422分隔成呈逐渐外扩的弧形的分腔室4221,当分水盘42高速转动时,水流从分水腔室422内环向分水腔室422外环甩动,水流顺着逐渐外扩的弧形的分腔室4221流动并撞击到分水叶片423上,水流受到分水叶片423阻挡向分水腔室422内环流动,使得水流不受分水盘42高速转动而圆周转动,保证水流可向下流动为磨头提供冷却水,供水效果更好。
本发明的所述导水环421的内径与分水腔室422的内径相同,所述导水环421的外径小于所述分水腔室422的外径,水流从导水环421向分水腔室422流动时,水流是靠近分水腔室422的内环,当分水盘42随磨头高速转动时,处于分水腔室422内环的水流会甩向分水腔室422外环并撞击到分水叶片423上,水流受到分水叶片423阻挡在分水腔室422内环向流动,使得水流不受分水盘高速转动而圆周转动,保证水流可向下流动为磨头提供冷却水,供水效果更好。
本发明的所述下水盘41和分水盘42套置于动力主轴111上;可限制下水盘41和分水盘42的位置,使下水盘41、分水盘42和动力主轴111呈同心设置,且所述下水凸环413和导水环421配合精准,在分水盘42转动过程中带动导水环421转动套设于下水凸环413上,不仅不影响下水凸环413下水结构,也不影响分水盘42转动分水。
本发明的所述分水孔424设置于分水腔室422靠外一侧的底壁,水流由内向外甩动并撞击分水叶片423上,因此水流在靠近分水腔室422外环侧壁一侧改变水流方向,而分水孔424靠近水流方向改变位置方便水流通过分水孔424向下流动,分水更顺畅。
本发明的所述下水凸环413的底端与所述导水环421的下端之间具有间距,所述导水环421的上端与所述承水腔室411的底壁之间具有间距;所述下水凸环413悬空倒置在导水环421内,所述导水环421与下水凸环413和承水腔室411没有任何接触点,在分水盘42转动过程中导水环421转动不会碰触到下水凸环413和承水腔室411内,所述下水盘41始终处于不动状态,连接外接水的管路不会转动成麻花,不会影响到外接水的供给;且分水盘42可在高速转动过程中顺利接水且分流至各磨头上。
本发明的所述下水凸环413的外环直径与所述承水腔室411的外环直径相同,所述下水凸环413的内环直径大于所述承水腔室411的内环直径。
本发明的所述进水口412设置于承水腔室411的顶壁,所述进水口412设置有连通承水腔室411的接水管4121;且所述进水口412到承水腔室411外侧壁的距离大于所述下水通孔414到承水腔室411外侧壁的距离;所述接水管4121方便将水注入承水腔室411并由下水通孔414分流至分水腔室422内;利用一个接水管4121来进水,再利用下水盘进行圆周下水,无需连接多个接水管,结构更简单。
本发明的所述承水腔室411的底壁向上凸设有多个分布在同一圆环上且呈圆弧状的导片4111,所述导片4111与承水腔室411同心设置;且所述下水通孔414到承水腔室411外侧壁的距离小于所述导片4111到承水腔室411外侧壁的距离;当水从进水口412往下时,导片4111可将水流分散,每一下水通孔414均匀下水。
本发明的所述动力主轴111的上端套设有套筒座112,所述套筒座112的上下两端分别通过轴承与动力主轴111连接;所述下水盘41、分水盘42分别套置于套筒座112上,所述下水盘41、分水盘42分别与动力主轴111之间间隔有套筒座112,可避免下水盘41、分水盘42受动力主轴111影响而转动,影响供水机构4的供水效果。
上述实施例和附图并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样,任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。

Claims (20)

1、一种平衡性高的高速磨头,其特征在于:包括有至少一组磨头组及磨头传动机构;所述磨头传动机构具有主动齿轮和驱动主动齿轮转动的磨头电机、及对应驱动每组磨头组运转的齿轮传动组,所述主动齿轮设置有与磨头电机连接的动力主轴;所述齿轮传动组具有第一过渡齿轮、第一过渡齿轮轴、第二过渡齿轮、第二过渡齿轮轴、正转齿轮、正转齿轮轴、反转齿轮及反转齿轮轴;所述第一过渡齿轮设置于第一过渡齿轮轴上,所述第二过渡齿轮设置于第二过渡齿轮轴上,所述正转齿轮设置于正转齿轮轴上,反转齿轮设置于反转齿轮轴上;所述主动齿轮啮合第一过渡齿轮,所述第一过渡齿轮啮合第二过渡齿轮和正转齿轮,所述第二过渡齿轮啮合反转齿轮;所述磨头组具有一设置于正转齿轮轴下端的正转磨头和一设置于反转转齿轮轴下端的反转磨头。
2、如权利要求1所述平衡性高的高速磨头,其特征在于:所述高速磨头设置有三组磨头组和三组对应驱动磨头组运转的齿轮传动组,具有六个呈圆周均匀分布的磨头,且正转磨头和反转磨头间隔设置。
3、如权利要求1所述平衡性高的高速磨头,其特征在于:所述磨头还包括有将主动齿轮、第一过渡齿轮、第二过渡齿轮、正转齿轮及反转齿轮包裹在内的公转体,所述动力主轴、第一过渡齿轮轴、第二过渡齿轮轴、正转齿轮轴、反转齿轮轴两端通过轴承与公转体枢接。
4、如权利要求3所述平衡性高的高速磨头,其特征在于:所述公转体分成上盖、中环及底座,所述上盖、底座分别盖合中环的上下端面;所述公转体的中环设置有与主动齿轮同心的内齿圈,所述内齿圈择一选择正转齿轮或反转齿轮啮合。
5、如权利要求3所述平衡性高的高速磨头,其特征在于:所述公转体顶面设置有具有内齿圈且与主动齿轮同心的齿轮环,所述第一过渡齿轮轴或第二过渡齿轮轴上端设置有第三过渡齿轮,所述第三过渡齿轮与内齿圈啮合。
6、如权利要求3所述平衡性高的高速磨头,其特征在于:所述公转体顶面设置有具有外齿圈且与主动齿轮同心的齿轮环,所述第一过渡齿轮轴或第二过渡齿轮轴上端设置有第四过渡齿轮,所述第四过渡齿轮与外齿圈啮合。
7、如权利要求3所述平衡性高的高速磨头,其特征在于:所述公转体内设置有套置于主动齿轮、第一过渡齿轮、第二过渡齿轮、正转齿轮及反转齿轮上下端的定位座,所述定位座设置有抵靠于每一齿轮上端或下端的定位块、将各定位块连接在一起的连接块和设置于定位块上且供动力主轴、第一过渡齿轮轴、第二过渡齿轮轴、正转齿轮轴及反转齿轮轴穿设的孔洞。
8、如权利要求1所述平衡性高的高速磨头,其特征在于:还包括有为正转磨头、反转磨头分别供水的供水机构,所述正转齿轮轴、反转齿轮轴分别设置有第一贯通孔;所述供水机构具有下水盘和随磨头转动的分水盘,所述下水盘设置有环状的承水腔室、连通承水腔室的进水口、由承水腔室的底壁向下延伸的下水凸环和多个圆周均匀分布于下水凸环上且连通承水腔室的下水通孔;所述分水盘设置有导水环、分水腔室、多个分水叶片和多个分水孔;所述下水凸环套设于所述导水环内,且所述导水环的下端与分水腔室连通;多个所述分水叶片设置于分水腔室的底壁上并将分水腔室分隔成多个分腔室;多个分水孔圆周均匀设置在分水腔室的底壁上,且每一分腔室对应设置一个分水孔,且所述第一贯通孔的上端与分水孔连通连接。
9、如权利要求8所述平衡性高的高速磨头,其特征在于:所述分水孔插置有伸入第一贯通孔内的导水管。
10、如权利要求9所述平衡性高的高速磨头,其特征在于:所述第一贯通孔内套设有组装轴,所述组装轴中心设置有上下贯通的第二贯通孔,所述导水管套设于第二贯通孔内;且所述组装轴的下端设置有伸出第一贯穿孔外且供磨头组设的环台。
11、如权利要求10所述平衡性高的高速磨头,其特征在于:所述组装轴的上端设置锁固座,所述锁固座设置有套设在组装轴上端外环的环座和插置于第一贯通孔的弹片。
12、如权利要求10所述平衡性高的高速磨头,其特征在于:所述导水管和第二贯通孔之间的间隙设置有密封件。
13、如权利要求9所述平衡性高的高速磨头,其特征在于:所述分水腔室为环形腔室,所述分水叶片由分水腔室的内环向外环螺旋外扩延伸。
14、如权利要求9所述平衡性高的高速磨头,其特征在于:所述导水环的内径与分水腔室的内径相同,所述导水环的外径小于所述分水腔室的外径。
15、如权利要求9所述平衡性高的高速磨头,其特征在于:所述分水孔设置于分水腔室靠外一侧的底壁。
16、如权利要求9所述平衡性高的高速磨头,其特征在于:所述下水凸环的底端与所述导水环的下端之间具有间距,所述导水环的上端与所述承水腔室的底壁之间具有间距。
17、如权利要求9所述平衡性高的高速磨头,其特征在于:所述下水凸环的外环直径与所述承水腔室的外环直径相同,所述下水凸环的内环直径大于所述承水腔室的内环直径。
18、如权利要求9所述平衡性高的高速磨头,其特征在于:所述进水口设置于承水腔室的顶壁,所述进水口设置有连通承水腔室的接水管;且所述进水口到承水腔室外侧壁的距离大于所述下水通孔到承水腔室外侧壁的距离。
19、如权利要求9所述平衡性高的高速磨头,其特征在于:所述承水腔室的底壁向上凸设有多个分布在同一圆环上且呈圆弧状的导片,所述导片与承水腔室同心设置;且所述下水通孔到承水腔室外侧壁的距离小于所述导片到承水腔室外侧壁的距离。
20、如权利要求9所述平衡性高的高速磨头,其特征在于:所述动力主轴的上端套设有套筒座,所述套筒座的上下两端分别通过轴承与动力主轴连接;所述下水盘、分水盘分别套置于套筒座上。
