Then, the same decorative cloth 39 as the sloped ceiling 2 is attached to the inner surface of the groove portion 15 of the side surface base plate 18 and the top surface base plate 19 on the opening 5 side, respectively.

- the end portion of the ceiling base plate 9 forming the sloped ceiling 2 is inserted, and a groove-shaped parting portion 26 covering a part of the edge surface and the lower surface of the ceiling base plate 9 is formed.
- the decorative side plate 40 preferably has a texture and color similar to those of the decorative cloth 39 forming the sloped ceiling 2.
- the same decorative cloth 39 as the sloped ceiling 2 is attached to the inner surface of the side base plate 18 on the opening 5 side of the groove 15 and the upper surface base plate 19 of the groove 15, the inside of the groove 15 is from the indoor side.
- the same decorative cloth 39 is attached to all the positions that are easily visible, and the sloped ceiling 2 and the groove portion 15 are integrated.

Abstract
Description
以下、第一の実施形態の建物構造1aについて、図1から図3を参照しつつ説明する。本実施形態の建物構造1aは、例えば木造2階建の戸建住宅の建物構造1aである。本発明の建物構造1aは、木造に限定されるものではなく、鉄骨造や鉄筋コンクリート造の建物に用いられる建物構造1aであってもよい。また、本発明の建物構造1aは、戸建住宅に限定されるものではなく、集合住宅であってもよく、又は住宅以外の建物であってもよい。また、建物構造1aは、2階建ての建物に限定されるものではなく、平屋建てや3階建て以上の建物であってもよい。本実施形態の建物構造1aは、屋内の勾配天井2と、軒裏4が勾配天井2と平行な勾配となる軒3と、勾配天井2と軒裏4との境界に形成され、開口部5を有する外壁6と、を備えている。本実施形態においては、勾配天井2、及び開口部5は、建物の最上階である2階に形成されており、軒3は、図示しない屋根から連続して配置されるものである。なお、勾配天井2及び開口部5は、必ずしも最上階に形成されるものに限定されるものではない。軒3は屋根から連続して配置されるものに限定されず、最上階よりも下階の外壁6から突出するように配置されるものであってもよい。建物構造1aの勾配天井2及び開口部5は、最上階以外のどの階に設置されるものであってもよい。
次に、第二実施形態の建物構造1bについて、図4を参照しつつ説明する。なお、第一実施形態の建物構造1aと同様の構成については、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。第二実施形態の建物構造1bは、第一実施形態と同様に、勾配天井2、開口部5、及び軒3が形成されており、勾配天井2の開口部5が形成された位置の外壁6に沿って、勾配天井2の下端に、下方に向かって開いた下方開口14を有する箱状の溝部15が形成されている。溝部15は、内部に2本のカーテンレール38が設けられている。本実施形態においては、2本のカーテンレール38が光遮蔽材の上端を固定する取付部である。また、本実施形態においては、カーテンレール38に吊り下げられたカーテン37が、本発明における光遮蔽材に相当する。なお、本実施形態の溝部15の収まりとする場合に、光遮蔽材は、カーテン37に限定されるものではなく、ロールスクリーンやその他の外光及び外部からの視線を遮ることが可能な光遮蔽材であってもよい。光遮蔽材がカーテン37で無い場合には、取付部はカーテンレール38ではなく、光遮蔽材の上端を固定することができる他の部材となる。
次に、第三実施形態の建物構造1cについて、図5及び図6を参照しつつ説明する。なお、第一実施形態及び第二実施形態の建物構造1a,1bと同様の構成については、同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。第三実施形態の建物構造1cは、第一実施形態及び第二実施形態と同様に、勾配天井2、開口部5、及び軒3が形成されており、勾配天井2の開口部5が形成された位置の外壁6に沿って、勾配天井2の下端に、下方に向かって開いた下方開口14を有する箱状の溝部15が形成されている。溝部15は、第二実施形態と同様に、内部に2本のカーテンレール38が設けられている。本実施形態においては、2本のカーテンレール38が光遮蔽材の上端を固定する取付部である。また、本実施形態においては、カーテンレール38に吊り下げられたカーテン37が、本発明における光遮蔽材に相当する。なお、本実施形態の溝部15の収まりとする場合に、光遮蔽材は、カーテン37に限定されるものではなく、ロールスクリーンやその他の外光及び外部からの視線を遮ることが可能な光遮蔽材であってもよい。光遮蔽材がカーテン37で無い場合には、取付部はカーテンレール38ではなく、光遮蔽材の上端を固定することができる他の部材となる。

Claims (7)
- 勾配天井の勾配方向下側に設けられる外壁と、
前記外壁に形成される開口部と、
前記外壁に沿って前記勾配天井の下端に形成され、下方に向かって開いた下方開口を有する箱状の溝部と、
前記溝部の内部に設けられ、前記開口部に入射する光を遮る光遮蔽材の上端部が取り付けられる取付部と、
を備え、
前記溝部は前記勾配天井に埋め込まれる天井埋込式であり、
前記溝部の前記開口部と反対側の側板の下端は、前記開口部の上側の額縁の下面の高さよりも低いことを特徴とする建物構造。 - 前記溝部は前記開口部と反対側の前記側板の下端から、当該溝部の下方に向かって伸びて形成され、当該溝部の前記下方開口の一部を覆うカバー体が形成されており、
前記カバー体は平板状で、その下面は前記勾配天井と同じ勾配であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建物構造。 - 前記開口部は、矩形枠内に透光部を有し、
前記透光部の上端が前記カバー体の下端よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の建物構造。 - 前記カバー体は、前記勾配天井を形成する天井材と同一材料で、同色に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載の建物構造。
- 前記カバー体は、その基端側に前記勾配天井を形成する前記天井材の小口面及び下面の一部を覆う見切り部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項2から請求項4のいずれかに記載の建物構造。
- 前記勾配天井は、天井下地材により形成された下地面に化粧クロスを貼り付けて形成されるものであり、
前記溝部は、一対の側面下地板と、前記側面下地板の上端同士を結ぶ上面下地板と、を有し、
前記溝部は、前記開口部側の側面下地板及び前記上面下地板の当該溝部の内側の面に前記勾配天井と同一の化粧クロスが貼り付けられ、
前記開口部と反対側の側面下地板は、前記勾配天井を形成する前記天井下地板の小口面及び下面の一部を覆う見切り部が形成される化粧側板に覆われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建物構造。 - 前記外壁の屋外側に軒を備え、
当該軒の軒裏は、化粧軒裏面材の上側に耐火面材を備えており、前記勾配天井と平行で、且つ、当該軒裏の前記外壁側の端部が当該勾配天井の下端よりも高い位置に配置されており、
前記外壁の屋外側で前記開口部の上にシャッターボックスを備え、
当該シャッターボックスは、上面が前記軒裏と同じ勾配で形成され、その側面に前記耐火面材の端部が当接することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の建物構造。
