本申请涉及电机安装技术领域,尤其是涉及一种电机支架和具有其的除湿机。
除湿机的风机的电机一般用电机支架作为固定支撑。相关技术中,为了可靠支撑电机,电机支架的支撑柱的直径一般大于电机的直径,支撑柱在下,电机在支撑柱上,这样电机支架就会出现挡风,导致风量减小;而为了保证一定的风量,就需要设置大功率高转速的电机配直径大的风叶来提高风量,然而这样设置会增加耗电量,降低除湿机的能效比,无法实现节能。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决相关技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请提出一种电机支架,所述电机支架可以实现电机的悬挂式安装,有利于保证风量,节省耗电量。
根据本申请第一方面的电机支架,包括:支架主体;安装架,所述安装架通过连接件悬挂在所述支架主体的下方,所述安装架适于安装电机。
根据本申请的电机支架,通过设置安装架通过连接件悬挂在支架主体的下方,可以实现电机的悬挂式安装,在电机支架用于安装风机的电机时,便于避免风机的进风侧等位置被电机支架的部分结构遮挡,从而可以减小气流流动过程中受到的阻力,可以在保证风量的同时,节省耗电量,有利于实现高能效,同时保证了产品的声品质。
在一些实施例中,所述支架主体延伸为闭合环形或开口环形。
在一些实施例中,所述连接件包括多个连接臂,多个所述连接臂沿所述支架主体的周向间隔布置。
在一些实施例中,所述电机支架还包括:支柱,所述支柱支撑在所述支架主体的底部。

根据本申请第二方面的除湿机,包括:壳体,所述壳体上形成有进风口;接水盘,所述接水盘设于所述壳体内;电机支架,所述电机支架为根据本申请上述第一方面的电机支架,所述电机支架设于所述壳体内,所述支架主体设在所述接水盘的上方,在上下方向上所述安装架位于所述支架主体和所述接水盘之间,所述除湿机的风机的电机安装于所述安装架上。
根据本申请的除湿机,通过采用上述的电机支架,有利于保证除湿机的风量,节省耗电量,便于实现高能效。
在一些实施例中,所述壳体内还设有换热器组件,所述换热器组件设在所述接水盘上且设于所述接水盘和所述支架主体之间,所述换热器组件包括换热器和两个边板,所述换热器包括由内向外依次设置的蒸发器和冷凝器,两个所述边板分别设在所述换热器的两端且与所述接水盘固定相连,所述支架主体支撑设在所述换热器的顶部且与两个所述边板分别固定相连,其中,在气流方向上,所述冷凝器位于所述蒸发器的下游。

如图1所示,电机支架1包括支架主体11和安装架12,安装架12通过连接件13悬挂在支架主体11的下方,则连接件13的上端与支架主体11相连,连接件13的下端与安装架12相连,且安装架12的底部没有支撑安装架12的支撑结构,即安装架12底部可以悬空设置,从而电机支架1在安装、使用时,电机支架1通过支架主体11与其他部件相连,且电机支架1并非通过安装架12与其他部件直接相连,换言之,电机支架1通过支架主体11、而非安装架12来实现电机支架1的安装。
其中,安装架12适于安装电机,使得电机呈悬挂式安装,例如电机支架用于安装风机的电机时,可以实现风机呈悬挂式安装,避免上述支撑结构等导致的挡风,从而减小了气流流动过程中受到的阻力,有利于气流流动,则采用功率较小的电机配置相应直径较小的风叶、且以较低转速运行,就可以保证风量,继而节省电机的耗电量,提升能效比,实现节能;同时由于电机运行转速较低,有利于保证产品的声品质。
由此,根据本申请实施例的电机支架1,通过设置安装架12通过连接件13悬挂在支架主体11的下方,可以实现电机的悬挂式安装,在电机支架1用于安装风机的电机时,便于避免风机的进风侧等位置被电机支架1的部分结构遮挡,从而可以减小气流流动过程中受到的阻力,可以在保证风量的同时,节省耗电量,有利于实现高能效,同时保证了产品的声品质。
可以理解的是,连接件13可以为具有一定结构强度的结构部件,以在实现电机安装的同时,可以实现电机位置的限定。
在图1和图3的示例中,电机安装于安装架12上时,电机的中心轴线可以沿竖直方向延伸;电机可带动风叶转动,安装架12的下侧可以形成为风叶的进风侧。
可选地,当风机的电机安装在安装架12上时,电机的中心轴线可以沿竖直方向延伸,则安装架12的下侧可以形成为风机的进风侧。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,支架主体11延伸为闭合环形或开口环形,则支架主体11和安装架12之间的作用力可以沿支架主体11的周向分布,便于使得支架主体11和安装架12的受力较为均衡,有利于实现安装架12的稳定悬挂设置,保证电机吊挂设置的可靠性。
例如,支架主体11延伸为闭合环形或开口环形,则支架主体11和安装架12之间的作用力可以沿支架主体11的周向分布,便于使得支架主体11和安装架12的受力较为均衡,有利于实现安装架12的稳定悬挂设置,保证电机悬挂设置的可靠性;安装架12的下侧可以形成为电机的进风侧,支架主体11内可以限定出气流通道,气流通道位于电机的下游,气流通道形成为除湿机100内风道的一部分,以实现除湿机100的气流循环。
在图1的示例中,支架主体11大致延伸为闭合方形,安装架12设在支架主体11的内侧,每个连接臂13的上端连接在支架主体11的内侧边缘处,每个连接臂13的下端连接在安装架12的外侧边缘处。
需要说明的是,本文所述的“开口环形”指的是:具有开口的环形(即非闭合环形),“闭合环形”可以理解为封闭环形,其中,“环形”当作广义理解,即不限于“圆环形”,例如还可以是“多边形环”等等。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,支架主体11延伸为闭合环形或开口环形,以使支架主体11限定出气流通道,在气流方向上,气流通道位于电机的下游。当电机支架1应用于除湿机100时,气流通道可以形成为除湿机100的风道的一部分。
在一些实施例中,如图1、图3、图5和图6所示,连接件13包括多个连接臂131,多个连接臂131沿支架主体11的周向间隔布置,每个连接臂131的上端与支架主体11相连、下端与安装架12相连,使得安装架12和连接件13组成的结构大致为凹形结构,且安装架12位于该凹形结构的底部,该凹形结构底部悬空设置。由此,通过设置连接件13包括多个连接臂131,可以在保证安装架12设置可靠的前提下,避免连接件13过度阻碍气流流动。
需要说明的是,在本申请的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
例如,在图1的示例中,支架主体11大致延伸为开口方形或闭合方形,安装架12设在支架主体11的内侧,每个连接臂131的上端连接在支架主体11的内侧边缘处,每个连接臂131的下端连接在安装架12的外侧边缘处。
可选地,连接臂131可以为钣金件。
在一些实施例中,如图1、图3和图5所示,电机支架1还包括支柱14,支柱14支撑在支架主体11的底部,则支柱14可以对支架主体11起到支撑作用,增强了支架主体11的稳定性,减轻了电机运行时支架主体11的晃动。例如,电机支架1应用于除湿机100中时,支柱14可以支撑在支架主体11和除湿机100的其他部件(例如后文所述的接水盘2)之间,保证电机支架1的稳定性。
例如,在图1、图3和图5的示例中,支架主体11延伸为闭合环形或开口环形,支柱14为多个,多个支柱14沿支架主体11的周向间隔设置,便于实现支柱14对支架主体11的稳定支撑。当然,支柱14还可以设置为一个,以灵活匹配实际应用。
在一些实施例中,如图5所示,支柱14上形成有走线槽141,安装架12上的电机出现可以通过走线槽141布线。
例如,走线槽141可以具有敞口侧,在走线槽141的敞口侧的边缘处可以设有限位卡142,限位卡142的一端与支柱14相连,限位卡142的另一端可以形成为自由端;限位卡142为多个,多个限位卡142沿走线槽141的延伸方向间隔设置,相邻两个限位卡142分别位于敞口侧的相对的两侧边缘处,以在实现顺利布线的前提下,对布线进行限位,保证布线规整。
例如,如图1和图6所示,电机支架1用于除湿机100,安装架12适于安装除湿机100的风机的电机。可以理解的是,电机支架1还可以用于其他具有电机的电器中,而不限于除湿机100。
在一些实施例中,如图1、图3、图5和图6所示,除湿机100的蒸发器411适于支撑在支架主体11的下侧,有利于增强支架主体11的支撑稳定性,且支架主体11与蒸发器411相距较近,由于蒸发器411的温度相对较低,使得支架主体11的温度也相对较低。支架主体11的上表面设有凸筋111和排水孔112中的至少一个,则包括以下三种方式:1、支架主体11的上表面设有凸筋111;2、支架主体11的上表面设有排水孔112;3、支架主体11的上表面设有凸筋111和排水孔112。
当支架主体11的上表面设有凸筋111时,凸筋111适于与除湿机100的壳体相止抵,以将支架主体11的上表面与除湿机100的壳体隔开,避免壳体与支架主体11上表面接触而易产生凝露,从而降低了壳体凝露的概率,便于除湿机100的维护;当支架主体11的上表面设有排水孔112时,排水孔112沿上下方向贯穿支架主体11,则支架主体11上表面如果因蒸发器411等因素产生有凝露,凝露可以通过排水孔112向下排水,例如凝露可以通过排水孔112流至蒸发器411上,以与蒸发器411产生的冷凝水一起收集、排放,避免冷凝水的长期残留导致易滋生细菌。
可以理解的是,排水孔112可以为一个或多个,当排水孔112为多个时,多个排水孔112的位置及布置方式可以根据实际需求具体设置。
在图5、图6和图9的示例中,支架主体11形成为闭合环形,支架主体11的内侧边沿和外侧边沿分别设有凸筋111,凸筋11延伸为闭合环形或开口环形。
在一些实施例中,如图16所示,除湿机100的冷凝器412适于支撑在支架主体11 的下侧,有利于增强支架主体11的支撑稳定性,支架主体11上形成有止挡块15,止挡块15适于与冷凝器412相止抵,便于实现支架主体11与冷凝器412的限位、固定,提升除湿机100的组装效率。
在一些实施例中,如图16所示,除湿机100的蒸发器411和冷凝器412均适于支撑在支架主体11的下侧,蒸发器411的形状和冷凝器412的形状可以与支架主体11的形状相匹配,以有效保证支架主体11的稳定性;支架主体11的上表面设有凸筋111和/或排水孔112,凸筋111适于与除湿机100的壳体相止抵,排水孔112沿上下方向贯穿支架主体11,支架主体11上还形成有止挡块15,止挡块15适于与冷凝器412相止抵,便于保证支架主体11与蒸发器411和冷凝器412的可组装性。
在一些实施例中,如图16所示,支架主体11上形成有止挡块15时,止挡块15包括第一止挡部151和/或第二止挡部152,即止挡块15包括第一止挡部151和第二止挡部152中的至少一个,第一止挡部151适于止抵在冷凝器412宽度方向(例如,图16中冷凝器的径向)的一侧,以限制支架主体11和冷凝器412在冷凝器412宽度方向上的相对位置,第二止挡部152适于止抵在冷凝器412高度方向(例如,图16中的上下方向)的一侧,例如第二止挡部152适于止抵在冷凝器412的顶部,以限制支架主体11和冷凝器412在冷凝器412高度方向上的相对位置。
例如,在图16的示例中,冷凝器412延伸为开口环形结构,止挡块15包括第一止挡部151和第二止挡部152,第一止挡部151适于止抵在冷凝器412的径向内侧,第二止挡部152适于止抵在冷凝器412的顶部,则止挡块15可以大致形成为L型结构;其中,止挡块15位于支架主体11的边缘处,便于止挡块15止抵在冷凝器412的边角处,方便止挡块15的设置。可以理解的是,止挡块15在支架主体11上的位置不限于此。
在一些实施例中,如图16所示,支架主体11上形成有止挡块15时,止挡块15为多个且多个止挡块15沿冷凝器412的长度方向(例如,图16中冷凝器412的周向)间隔布置,以便保证整个支架主体11和整个冷凝器412之间的限位,有利于提升支架主体11和冷凝器412的组装效率。
在一些实施例中,如图16所示,连接件13包括多个连接臂131,多个连接臂131沿支架主体11的延伸方向间隔布置,每个连接臂131的与支架主体11相连的一端的在冷凝器412长度方向上的两侧分别设有止挡块15,则止挡块15与支架主体11和对应连接臂131分别相连,有利于提升止挡块15的承载能力,保证止挡块15使用可靠。
可选地,连接臂131、支架主体11和止挡块15可以为一体成型件。
可以理解的是,支架主体11上还可以未形成止挡块15,此时可以通过连接件13 自身弯折延伸形成的结构与冷凝器412止抵,以便实现支架主体11与冷凝器412的限位;但不限于此。
下面,参考附图描述根据本申请第二方面实施例的除湿机100。
如图1所示,除湿机100包括壳体、接水盘2和电机支架1,壳体上形成有进风口,除湿机100运行时,外界空气可以通过进风口流入壳体内进行除湿,改善环境;接水盘2设于壳体内,电机支架1设于壳体内。其中,电机支架1为根据本申请上述第一方面实施例的电机支架1,支架主体11设在接水盘2的上方,在上下方向上,安装架12位于支架主体11和接水盘2之间,除湿机100的风机的电机安装于安装架12上,接水盘2可以用于收集除湿机100去除的空气的水分。
根据本申请实施例的除湿机100,通过采用上述的电机支架1,有利于保证除湿机100的风量,节省耗电量,实现高能效。
在一些实施例中,如图1、图3和图6所示,壳体内还设有换热器组件4,换热器组件4设在接水盘2上,且换热器组件4设于接水盘2和支架主体11之间,换热器组件4可以对空气进行处理以除去空气中的水蒸气,例如换热器组件4可以将空气中的水蒸气冷凝成水滴,冷凝水可以被收集到接水盘2中,便于实现冷凝水的排放。换热器组件4包括换热器41和两个边板42,两个边板42分别设在换热器41的两端,且两个边板42分别与接水盘2固定相连,便于实现换热器组件4的固定;支架主体11支撑设在换热器41的顶部,则换热器41可以对支架主体11起到一定支撑作用,保证支架主体11的稳定性;支架主体11与两个边板42分别固定相连,实现了支架主体11的固定,同时边板42可以对支架主体11起到一定支撑作用,提升安装架12的稳定性。由此,边板42可以实现支架主体11和接水盘2的固定相连、换热器41和接水盘2的固定相连,保证了支架主体11、接水盘2和换热器组件4之间的装配牢固性。
其中,换热器41包括由内向外依次设置的蒸发器411和冷凝器412,在气流方向上,冷凝器412位于蒸发器411的下游,则气流流经蒸发器411以将空气中的水蒸气冷凝成水滴,除去空气中的水蒸气,而后气流流经冷凝器412以对除去水蒸气的空气进行加热干燥,使得除湿机100的出风回复常温。需要说明的是,方向“内”是指靠近壳体的中心轴线的方向,其相反方向被定义为“外”,壳体的中心轴线竖直延伸。
在一些实施例中,如图1、图5和图6所示,换热器组件4包括沿壳体的周向设置的第一换热部分43、第二换热部分44和第三换热部分45,第一换热部分43与第三换热部分45相对设置,第二换热部分44连接在第一换热部分43和第三换热部分45之间, 使得换热器组件4大致延伸为U形,有利于提升空气与换热器组件4的接触面积,提升空气处理效率。两个边板42中的其中一个设在第一换热部分43的远离第二换热部分44的一端,两个边板42中的另一个设在第三换热部分45的远离第二换热部分44的一端。
电机支架1还包括支柱14,支柱14支撑在支架主体11和接水盘2之间,增强支架主体11的稳定性,减轻支架主体11的晃动;支柱14和两个边板42可以沿支架主体11的延伸方向间隔设置,以起到稳定支撑支架主体11的作用。
如图1、图5和图6所示,支柱14和边板42分别位于支架主体11的相对两端,保证支柱14和边板42对于支架主体11的稳定支撑;例如在图1、图5和图6的示例中,支架主体11延伸为闭合环形或开口环形,支柱14为多个,多个支柱14和两个边板42沿支架主体11的周向间隔设置,且边板42和支柱14可以支撑在支架主体11的边角处;换热器41大致延伸为U形,两个边板42分别设在换热器41在延伸方向上的两端,支架主体11大致延伸为方形,两个边板42分别对应设在支架主体11构成的方形结构其中一端的两个相邻的边角处,支架主体11构成的方形结构另一端的其余两个边角处分别设有一个支柱14,从而两个边板42和两个支柱14均对支架主体11起到支撑作用,保证了支架主体11的稳定性。
在一些实施例中,如图11、图14和图15所示,除湿机100还包括滤网组件3,滤网组件3覆盖进风口,以对通过进风口流入壳体内的空气进行过滤;电机支架1上形成有第一导槽10,接水盘2上形成有第二导槽20,滤网组件3的上下两端分别穿过第一导槽10的长度一端和第二导槽20的长度一端,且滤网组件3的上下两端分别可抽拉地插配于第一导槽10和第二导槽20,例如第一导槽10间隔设在第二导槽20的上方,滤网组件3的上端可抽拉地插配于第一导槽10,滤网组件3的下端可抽拉地插配于第二导槽20,则滤网组件3可相对于第一导槽10和第二导槽20在垂直于上下方向的方向上可抽拉移动。
由此,当需要对滤网组件3进行清洗或更换时,可以将滤网组件3从第一导槽10和第二导槽20中抽拉出来,实现滤网组件3的快速拆卸,方便了滤网组件3的维护;当安装滤网组件3时,将滤网组件3的上下两端分别通过第一导槽10的长度一端和第二导槽20的长度一端插配于第一导槽10和第二导槽20,移动滤网组件3机壳实现滤网组件3的快速安装,提高了除湿机100的使用便利性。
而且,由于第一导槽10形成在电机支架1上,第二导槽20形成在接水盘2上,在保证滤网组件3覆盖进风口的前提下,可以适当减小滤网组件3上述两端之间的距离, 从而减小滤网组件3的面积,节省滤网组件3的用材量,降低成本;此时,电机支架1可以具有多种功能,电机支架1既可以用于安装除湿机100的风机的电机,也可以用于安装滤网组件3,实现了一物多用,便于实现产品的结构设计更加合理化。
可以理解的是,“滤网组件3的上端通过第一导槽10的长度一端可抽拉地插配于第一导槽10”中“第一导槽10的长度一端”可以指第一导槽10的长度两端中的任意端,同样,“滤网组件3的下端通过第二导槽20的长度一端可抽拉地插配于第二导槽20”中“第二导槽20的长度一端”可以指第二导槽20的长度两端中的任意端。当然,当滤网组件3包括多个子滤网时,多个子滤网可以通过第一导槽10(或第二导槽20)的长度方向的同一端完成安装、也可以通过第一导槽10(或第二导槽20)的长度方向的不同端完成安装。
在一些实施例中,如图14和图15所示,第一导槽10形成在支架主体11上,便于保证滤网组件3与安装架12上的电机不干涉,便于保证滤网组件3的安装可靠性,实现滤网组件3和电机的顺利安装,有利于使得壳体内的部件组装成一个整体,保证除湿机100的结构稳定性。例如第一导槽10位于支架主体11的边缘处,第二导槽20位于接水盘2的边缘处,第一导槽10间隔设在第二导槽20的上方,滤网组件3的上端通过第一导槽10的长度一端可抽拉地插配于第一导槽10,滤网组件3的下端通过第二导槽20的长度一端可抽拉地插配于第二导槽20。
例如,在图10的示例中,第一导槽10形成在支架主体11的边缘处,支架主体11上可以具有两条间隔设置的第一导向筋,两条第一导向筋之间限定出第一导槽10。第二导槽20可以形成在接水盘2的边缘处,接水盘2上具有两条间隔设置的第二导向筋,两条第二导向筋之间限定出第二导槽20。
在一些实施例中,如图4、图6和图9所示,第一导槽10和第二导槽20中的至少一个的至少长度一端设有导引槽100a,则可以包括以下情况:1、第一导槽10的至少长度一端设有导引槽100a,第二导槽20没有设置导引槽100a;2、第二导槽20的至少长度一端设有导引槽100a,第一导槽10没有设置导引槽100a;3、第一导槽10的至少长度一端设有导引槽100a,且第二导槽20的至少长度一端设有导引槽100a。
其中,导引槽100a的宽度沿朝向靠近滤网组件3的中心的方向逐渐减小,则滤网组件3可以穿过导引槽100a插配于第一导槽10和第二导槽20,导引槽100a可以起到引导滤网组件3的作用,使得滤网组件3可以顺利插配至第一导槽10和第二导槽20,提升滤网组件3的安装效率。
例如,在图4的示例中,第一导槽10的长度两端分别设有导引槽100a,导引槽100a 具有导向壁100b,导向壁100b与第一导槽10的壁面圆滑过渡,有利于提升滤网组件3抽拉的顺畅性。当然,导向臂100b与第一导槽10的壁面之间还可以非圆滑过渡。
在一些实施例中,如图12和图13所示,第一导槽10的深度为t

在一些实施例中,进风口为三个,三个进风口沿壳体的周向设置,以实现除湿机100的“三侧进风”。例如,壳体包括沿壳体的周向设置第一侧壁、第二侧壁和第三侧壁,第一侧壁与第三侧壁相对设置,第二侧壁连接在第一侧壁和第三侧壁之间,进风口包括第一进风口、第二进风口和第三进风口,第一进风口形成在第一侧壁上,第二进风口形成在第二侧壁上,第三进风口形成在第三侧壁上。由此,除湿机100运行时,空气可以分别沿三个方向流入壳体内,形成“三侧进风”,增大了除湿机100的进风面积,从而增大了除湿机100的空气处理面积,有利于提高空气处理效率;而且,在相同风量下,除湿机100可以减小进风速度,从而降低气流损耗,有利于除湿机100高效运行。
例如,第一进风口和第三进风口分别形成在壳体的左侧、右侧,第二进风口分别形成在除湿机100的前侧。
需要说明的是,壳体的轴向可以理解为竖直方向,则壳体的中心轴线竖直延伸,壳体的周向可以理解为绕壳体中心轴线的方向。
如图1、图5和图6所示,壳体内还设有换热器组件4,在气流方向上,换热器组件4位于滤网组件3的下游,换热器组件4沿壳体的周向延伸,且换热器组件4与三个 进风口相对设置,则自三个进风口流入壳体内的气流均流向换热器组件4、可以流向换热器组件4的不同位置。例如,换热器组件4包括沿壳体的周向设置的第一换热部分43、第二换热部分44和第三换热部分45,第一换热部分43对应第一进风口设置,第二换热部分44对应第二进风口设置,第三换热部分45对应第三进风口设置,则第一换热部分43邻近第一进风口且第一换热部分43与第一进风口相对设置,第二换热部分44邻近第二进风口且第二换热部分44与第二进风口相对设置,第三换热部分45邻近第三进风口且第三换热部分45与第三进风口相对设置,使得换热器组件4大致延伸为U形,以与壳体上的进风口相匹配,保证空气处理效率。
如图5、图6和图8所示,第一导槽10和第二导槽20均沿壳体的周向延伸,且第一导槽10和第二导槽20分别与三个进风口相对设置,则三个进风口可以分别对应第一导槽10的不同位置,三个进风口可以分别对应第二导槽10的不同位置。例如,第一导槽10和第二导槽20均连续不间断延伸,保证滤网组件3安装顺畅;第一导槽10包括沿壳体的周向设置的第一槽段10a、第二槽段10b和第三槽段10c,第一槽段10a、第二槽段10b和第三槽段10c均连续延伸,第二槽段10b连接在第一槽段10a和第三槽段10c之间,且第二槽段10b与第一槽段10a和第三槽段10c之间分别圆滑过渡,便于保证滤网组件3在抽拉过程中顺利经过第一槽段10a与第二槽段10b之间的弯折过渡处、第二槽段10b与第三槽段10c之间的弯折过渡处;第二导槽20包括连续延伸的第四槽段20a、第五槽段20b和第六槽段20c,第五槽段20b连接在第四槽段20a和第六槽段20c之间,且第五槽段20b与第四槽段20a和第六槽段20c之间分别圆滑过渡,便于保证滤网组件3在抽拉过程中顺利经过第四槽段20a与第五槽段20b之间的弯折过渡处、第五槽段20b与第六槽段20c之间的弯折过渡处。
由此,第一导槽10和第二导槽20可以均形成为连续延伸的U形,则滤网组件3可以围绕换热器组件4设置,且便于保证滤网组件3插配至第一导槽10和第二导槽20后可以有效覆盖壳体上的进风口,保证空气过滤效果。其中,第一槽段10a和第四槽段20a均对应第一侧壁设置,第二槽段10b和第五槽段20b均对应第二侧壁设置,第三槽段10c和第六槽段20c均对应第三侧壁设置。
在一些实施例中,如图14和图15所示,滤网组件3延伸为U形,且滤网组件3包括沿壳体的周向设置的第一子滤网31和第二子滤网32,第一子滤网31和第二子滤网32彼此邻近的一端拼接设置或重叠设置,以保证第一子滤网31和第二子滤网32可以有效覆盖进风口。第一子滤网31包括第一部分和第二部分,第一部分覆盖第一进风口,第二子滤网32包括第三部分和第四部分,第四部分覆盖第三进风口,第二部分和第三 部分覆盖第二进风口,则第一子滤网31和第二子滤网32分别延伸成L形,此时第一子滤网31可以通过第一导槽10在长度方向上的其中一端和第二导槽20的对应一端可抽拉地插配于第一导槽10和第二导槽20,第一子滤网31的上端与第一导槽10抽拉配合,第一子滤网31的下端与第二导槽20抽拉配合,且第二子滤网32可以通过第一导槽10在长度方向上的另一端和第二导槽20的对应一端可抽拉地插配于第一导槽10和第二导槽20,第二子滤网32的上端与第一导槽10抽拉配合,第二子滤网32的下端与第二导槽20抽拉配合。
由此,第一子滤网31和第二子滤网32在安装过程中均只需要经过一次弯折,有利于提升安装便利性。
当然,本申请不限于此;在另一些实施例中,滤网组件3包括第一滤网部、第二滤网部和第三滤网部,第一滤网部对应覆盖第一进风口,第二滤网部对应覆盖第二进风口,第三滤网部对应覆盖第三进风口,此时滤网组件3可以形成为一体式结构,在安装过程中需要经过两次弯折。
可以理解的是,滤网组件3具有一定的柔性和刚性,可以在外力作用下沿第一导槽10和第二导槽20抽拉移动,同时可以适应第一导槽10和第二导槽20的弯折过渡。
在一些实施例中,如图14和图15所示,滤网组件3包括沿壳体的周向设置的第一子滤网31和第二子滤网32,第一子滤网31和第二子滤网32对称设置,则第一子滤网31和第二子滤网32结构相同,且第一子滤网31和第二子滤网32的安装位置可以互换,使得滤网组件3在安装过程中,无需对第一子滤网31和第二子滤网32进行区分,有利于提升安装效率。
在一些实施例中,如图3和图14所示,滤网组件3的长度一端具有限位部30a,限位部30a的至少部分的延伸方向与抽拉方向之间的夹角不为0°,则安装滤网组件3时,限位部30a可以卡设在第一导槽10和第二导槽20的长度一端,便于用户观察滤网组件3是否安装到位。
在一些实施例中,除湿机100包括换热器组件4和滤网组件3,换热器组件4设在接水盘2上且换热器组件4位于接水盘2和支架主体11之间,在气流方向上,滤网组件3设于进风口和换热器组件4之间,则进风口、滤网组件3和换热器组件4之间相匹配,例如壳体上“三侧进风”,此时滤网组件3和换热器组件4可以均延伸成U形,滤网组件3可以围绕换热器组件4设置,使得除湿机100实现对空气的有效处理。
例如,在图1、图6和图8的示例中,壳体包括机身和水箱,机身位于水箱上侧,且机身与水箱限定出安装空间,机身的左侧形成有第一进风口、前侧形成有第三进风口、 右侧形成有第三进风口,除湿机100的出风口形成在机身的顶侧;除湿机100运行时,空气分别通过第一进风口、第二进风口和第三进风口流入壳体内,并依次流滤网组件3、蒸发器411和冷凝器412,而后通过支架主体11流向出风口,以改善环境湿度。其中,机身上可以形成有滤网安装口,滤网安装口沿上下方向延伸,滤网组件3可以通过滤网安装口插配至第一导槽10和第二导槽20。其中,接水盘2的一侧(例如,图1中的后侧)设有缺口,压缩机放在缺口处,接水盘2上设有挡板环绕压缩机,以保证风量。
根据本申请实施例的除湿机100的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“上”、“下”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。此外,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。

Claims (16)
- 一种电机支架,其中,包括:支架主体;安装架,所述安装架通过连接件悬挂在所述支架主体的下方,所述安装架适于安装电机。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电机支架,其中,所述支架主体延伸为闭合环形或开口环形。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电机支架,其中,所述连接件包括多个连接臂,多个所述连接臂沿所述支架主体的周向间隔布置。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的电机支架,其中,还包括:支柱,所述支柱支撑在所述支架主体的底部。
- 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的电机支架,其中,所述电机支架用于除湿机,所述除湿机的风机的电机适于安装于所述安装架上,所述除湿机的蒸发器适于支撑在所述支架主体的下侧,所述支架主体的上表面设有凸筋和排水孔中的至少一个,所述凸筋适于与所述除湿机的壳体相止抵,所述排水孔沿上下方向贯穿所述支架主体;和/或,所述除湿机的冷凝器适于支撑在所述支架主体的下侧,所述支架主体上形成有止挡块,所述止挡块适于与所述冷凝器相止抵。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电机支架,其中,所述支架主体上形成有止挡块时,所述止挡块包括:第一止挡部,所述第一止挡部适于止抵在所述冷凝器宽度方向的一侧;和/或,第二止挡部,所述第二止挡部适于止抵在所述冷凝器高度方向的一侧。
- 根据权利要求6所述的电机支架,其中,所述支架主体上形成有止挡块时,所述止挡块为多个且适于沿所述冷凝器的长度方向间隔布置。
- 根据权利要求7所述的电机支架,其中,所述连接件包括多个连接臂,多个所述连接臂沿所述支架主体的延伸方向间隔布置,至少一个所述连接臂的与所述支架主体相连的一端在所述冷凝器长度方向的两侧分别设有所述止挡块。
- 一种除湿机,其中,包括:壳体,所述壳体上形成有进风口;接水盘,所述接水盘设于所述壳体内;电机支架,所述电机支架为根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的电机支架,所述电机支架设于所述壳体内,所述支架主体设在所述接水盘的上方,在上下方向上所述安装架位于所 述支架主体和所述接水盘之间,所述除湿机的风机的电机安装于所述安装架上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的除湿机,其中,所述壳体内还设有换热器组件,所述换热器组件设在所述接水盘上且设于所述接水盘和所述支架主体之间,所述换热器组件包括换热器和两个边板,所述换热器包括由内向外依次设置的蒸发器和冷凝器,两个所述边板分别设在所述换热器的两端且与所述接水盘固定相连,所述支架主体支撑设在所述换热器的顶部且与两个所述边板分别固定相连,其中,在气流方向上,所述冷凝器位于所述蒸发器的下游。
- 根据权利要求10所述的除湿机,其中,所述换热器组件包括沿所述壳体的周向设置的第一换热部分、第二换热部分和第三换热部分,所述第一换热部分与所述第三换热部分相对设置,所述第二换热部分连接在所述第一换热部分和所述第三换热部分之间,两个所述边板中的其中一个设在所述第一换热部分的远离所述第二换热部分的一端、另一个设在所述第三换热部分的远离所述第二换热部分的一端,所述电机支架还包括支柱,所述支柱支撑在所述支架主体和所述接水盘之间,其中,所述支柱和所述边板分别位于所述支架主体的相对两端。
- 根据权利要求9-11中任一项所述的除湿机,其中,还包括:滤网组件,所述滤网组件覆盖所述进风口,所述电机支架上形成有第一导槽,所述接水盘上形成有第二导槽,所述滤网组件的上下两端分别穿过所述第一导槽的长度一端和所述第二导槽的长度一端,且分别可抽拉地插配于所述第一导槽和所述第二导槽。
- 根据权利要求12所述的除湿机,其中,所述第一导槽形成在所述支架主体上。
- 根据权利要求12或13所述的除湿机,其中,所述第一导槽的深度为t 1,所述第二导槽深度为t 2,t 1>5mm,t 2>5mm。
- 根据权利要求12-14中任一项所述的除湿机,其中,所述滤网组件包括过滤网和滤网骨架,所述过滤网设在所述滤网骨架上且覆盖所述进风口,所述滤网骨架可抽拉地插配于所述第一导槽和所述第二导槽,所述第一导槽的宽度为d 1,所述第二导槽的宽度为d 2,所述滤网骨架插配于所述第一导槽内的宽度为d 1’,所述滤网骨架插配于所述第二导槽内的宽度为d 2’,1mm≤d 1-d 1’≤2mm,1mm≤d 2-d 2’≤2mm。
- 根据权利要求12-15中任一项所述的除湿机,其中,所述进风口为三个且沿所述壳体的周向设置,所述壳体内还设有换热器组件,在气流方向上,所述换热器组件位于所述滤网组件的下游,所述换热器组件沿所述壳体的周向延伸且与三个所述进风口相对设置,所述第一导槽和所述第二导槽均沿所述壳体的周向延伸,且所述第一导槽和所述第二导槽分别与三个所述进风口相对设置。
