进一步的,所述定位单元包括支撑辊4、绕线轮14、弹性拉绳6、第一连杆件5和定位板7,所述支撑板3上表面转动安装有多根支撑辊4,其中一根支撑辊4两端均固定有绕线轮14,所述绕线轮14上绕接有弹性拉绳6,所述防护壳1两侧内壁均设有第一连杆件5,第一连杆件5由两根支杆一端铰接构成,第一连杆件5底端与防护壳1内壁铰接,第二连杆19件顶端铰接有第二滑块8,第二滑块8与防护壳1内壁滑动连接,第二滑块8顶部与防护壳1之间固定连接有第一弹簧9,防护壳1内壁开设有供第二滑块8滑动连接的第二滑槽,第一连杆件5上位于两根支杆的铰接端上还铰接有定位板7,所述弹性拉绳6的自由端与两根支杆中位于上方的支杆中部系接,当将机箱放在放置板前端,然后向后推动至机箱移动至防护壳1内,机箱移动时,带动支撑辊4转动,支撑辊4带动绕线轮14转动,绕线轮14绕卷弹性拉绳6,弹性拉绳6拉动与其系接的支杆,支杆向下运动从而带动定位板7向靠近机箱运动,最终与机箱侧壁抵触对机箱进行定位,防止机箱晃动,同时也能够起到对机箱两侧进行缓冲减震的防撞效果,进一步的,所述定位板7与机箱的接触面上均匀固定有多根n型弹片23,所述n型弹片23表面包覆有海绵层,n型弹片23能够进一步起到缓冲减震的防护作用;
更进一步的,为了能够对机箱进行散热,所述防护壳1顶部还安装有散热单元,所述散热单元包括电机13、曲轴12、摆杆11和散热管10,所述摆杆11竖直贯穿防护壳1顶部并与之转动连接,摆杆11底端固定安装有散热管10,散热管10下表面均匀设有喷嘴,散热管10一端连接有气管,气管另一端与风机连接,所述电机13固定安装于防护壳1顶部且位于摆杆11一侧,电机13的输出轴上固定安装有曲轴12,所述摆杆11上开设有供曲轴12端部插入并活动的通槽,电机13带动曲轴12转动,曲轴12带动摆杆11摆动,摆杆11带动散热管10摆动,大范围对机箱进行散热,效果好。
实施例2
请参阅图3~4,本发明实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于,为了避免机箱上连接的线杂乱无章,还包括有排线单元,所述排线单元包括电动推杆24和排线件25,所述穿槽两侧壁上同一高度位置均固定有电动推杆24,电动推杆24的伸缩杆端部固定安装有排线件25,排线件25截面呈半圆形,排线件25上下部均呈耙状,两根电动推杆24上的排线件25上下部错位设置,通过两个排线件25能够对线进行定位,同时,通过电动推杆24伸长或缩短,能够调整两个排线件25之间的距离,对不同数量的线进行夹紧,提高了适应性。
本发明的工作原理是:在将机箱放在支撑板3上后,支撑板3向下运动,支撑板3带动第二连杆19转动,第二连杆19通过第三连杆20带动活动板17移动,活动板17上摩擦体21与第二弹片22之间的摩擦力进行缓冲减震,进一步的,支撑板3向下震动时,下压第一弹片15,第一弹片15本身能够起到缓冲减震的作用,同时,第一弹片15向下压紧活动板17,使得活动板17的摩擦体21与第二弹片22之间的压力进一步增大,摩擦力增大,进一步提高缓冲减震效果;当将机箱放在放置板前端,然后向后推动至机箱移动至防护壳1内,机箱移动时,带动支撑辊4转动,支撑辊4带动绕线轮14转动,绕线轮14绕卷弹性拉绳6,弹性拉绳6拉动与其系接的支杆,支杆向下运动从而带动定位板7向靠近机箱运动,最终与机箱侧壁抵触对机箱进行定位,防止机箱晃动,同时也能够起到对机箱两侧进行缓冲减震的防撞效果,电机13带动曲轴12转动,曲轴12带动摆杆11摆动,摆杆11带动散热管10摆动,大范围对机箱进行散热,效果好。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种计算机机箱防护机构,包括防护壳(1)和定位单元,所述防护壳(1)前侧开口,后侧壁上开设有用于连接插头的穿槽,防护壳(1)内设有用于放置机箱的支撑板(3),其特征在于,所述定位单元包括支撑辊(4)、绕线轮(14)、弹性拉绳(6)、第一连杆件(5)和定位板(7),所述支撑板(3)上表面转动安装有多根支撑辊(4),其中一根支撑辊(4)两端均固定有绕线轮(14),所述绕线轮(14)上绕接有弹性拉绳(6),所述防护壳(1)两侧内壁均设有第一连杆件(5),第一连杆件(5)由两根支杆一端铰接构成,第一连杆件(5)底端与防护壳(1)内壁铰接,第二连杆(19)件顶端铰接有第二滑块(8),第二滑块(8)与防护壳(1)内壁滑动连接,第二滑块(8)顶部与防护壳(1)之间固定连接有第一弹簧(9),防护壳(1)内壁开设有供第二滑块(8)滑动连接的第二滑槽,第一连杆件(5)上位于两根支杆的铰接端上还铰接有定位板(7),所述弹性拉绳(6)的自由端与两根支杆中位于上方的支杆中部系接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的计算机机箱防护机构,其特征在于,所述定位板(7)与机箱的接触面上均匀固定有多根n型弹片(23),所述n型弹片(23)表面包覆有海绵层。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的计算机机箱防护机构,其特征在于,所述支撑板(3)与防护壳(1)内壁滑动连接,所述防护壳(1)内位于支撑板(3)下方安装有对支撑板(3)进行缓冲的减震单元,所述减震单元包括第二连杆(19)、第三连杆(20)、活动板(17)和第一弹片(15),所述防护壳(1)内腔底部中间对称铰接有两根第二连杆(19),两根所述第二连杆(19)顶端均铰接有第三滑块(18),所述支撑板(3)底部开设有供第三滑块(18)滑动连接的第三滑槽,所述第二连杆(19)中部与第三连杆(20)一端铰接,第三连杆(20)另一端铰接有活动板(17),所述活动板(17)上表面固定安装有第一弹片(15),第一弹片(15)顶端与支撑板(3)底部接触,所述活动板(17)下表面均匀设有摩擦体(21),所述防护壳(1)底部上表面并排间隔固定有多块第二弹片(22),摩擦体(21)与第二弹片(22)错位设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的计算机机箱防护机构,其特征在于,所述支撑板(3)两侧底部均固定有第一滑块(2),所述防护壳(1)内壁开设有供第一滑块(2)滑动连接的第一滑槽。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的计算机机箱防护机构,其特征在于,所述第一弹片(15)包括竖直段以及一体式设于竖直段两端的弧形段,第一弹片(15)的弧形段端部与竖直段中部之间固定连接有第二弹簧(16)。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的计算机机箱防护机构,其特征在于,所述防护壳(1)顶部还安装有散热单元,所述散热单元包括电机(13)、曲轴(12)、摆杆(11)和散热管(10),所述摆杆(11)竖直贯穿防护壳(1)顶部并与之转动连接,摆杆(11)底端固定安装有散热管(10),散热管(10)下表面均匀设有喷嘴,散热管(10)一端连接有气管,气管另一端与风机连接,所述电机(13)固定安装于防护壳(1)顶部且位于摆杆(11)一侧,电机(13)的输出轴上固定安装有曲轴(12),所述摆杆(11)上开设有供曲轴(12)端部插入并活动的通槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的计算机机箱防护机构,其特征在于,还包括有排线单元,所述排线单元包括电动推杆(24)和排线件(25),所述穿槽两侧壁上同一高度位置均固定有电动推杆(24),电动推杆(24)的伸缩杆端部固定安装有排线件(25),排线件(25)截面呈半圆形,排线件(25)上下部均呈耙状,两根电动推杆(24)上的排线件(25)上下部错位设置。
