实施例2  如图1所示,在本发明提供的实施例中,一种纺织材料自动分拣设备,包括机架1,所述机架1沿其长度方向的两侧均支撑转动设置有输送辊筒3,两个输送辊筒3之间绕接有输送带4,所述机架1的一侧还设置有用于驱动其中一个所述输送辊筒3旋转的输送电机5,从而对放置在输送带4上的纺织材料进行输送;所述机架1的下表面四角均设置有减震支撑腿6,以对机架1起到减震支撑作用。
进一步的,请继续参阅图1,在本发明提供的实施例中,所述机架1上通过推料块8支撑固定设置有支撑箱2,所述支撑箱2上设置有与所述输送带4相对应的分拣机构。
具体的,如图1-4所示,在本发明提供的实施例中,所述分拣机构包括设置在所述支撑箱2上的推料组件,所述分拣机构还包括设置在所述支撑箱2上且与所述输送带4相对应的检测探头11,当放置在输送带4上的纺织材料运输到检测探头11正下方时,通过检测探头11判定输送带4上的纺织材料是否为所需材料,若为所需纺织材料,则控制推料组件运转,以将所需纺织材料从输送带4上推下,且所述机架1上还设置有位于所述输送带4一侧的收集筒7,通过收集筒7接收输送带4上被推下的纺织材料。
进一步的,在本发明提供的实施例中,所述支撑箱2上开设有支撑腔17,所述推料组件包括转动设于所述支撑腔17内的旋转盘18,所述推料组件还包括用于驱动所述旋转盘18旋转的调节电机16,所述调节电机16安装在所述支撑腔17的顶部;所述旋转盘18的一侧下表面固定安装有导柱20,所述支撑腔17的底部水平滑动设有支撑滑块21,所述支撑滑块21上固定安装有摆动槽19,所述导柱20的底端滑动设于所述摆动槽19内,因此,当调节电机16驱动旋转盘18旋转时,旋转的旋转盘18带动导柱20做圆周运动,进而推动摆动槽19在水平方向上摆动。
更进一步的,在本发明提供的实施例中,所述支撑滑块21上固定安装有支撑杆22,所述支撑杆22的底端通过安装组件拆装式固定设置有推料块9,因此,当推动摆动槽19运动时,能够带动推料块9运动,从而将输送带4上的纺织材料推下。
请继续参阅图1-4,在本发明提供的实施例中,所述机架1上还贯穿设置有支撑柱13,位于所述机架1下方的支撑柱13底端固定设置有支撑盘14,且位于所述机架1下方的支撑柱13上还套设有压缩弹簧15,位于所述机架1上方的支撑柱13顶端设置有预紧辊筒12,所述输送带4的下部饶设于所述预紧辊筒12上,进而在压缩弹簧15的弹性支撑作用下,使得输送带4处于张紧状态,提高了对纺织材料的输送效果。
进一步的,在本发明提供的实施例中,所述支撑杆22的底部开设有支撑通孔23,所述推料块9的背面固定安装有安装杆24,所述安装杆24的外圈表面均布开设有多个锁定槽25,所述安装组件包括固定安装在所述支撑杆22上的固定筒28,所述固定筒28内通过支撑弹簧29支撑滑动设置有矩形滑块30,所述矩形滑块30上固定安装有连接柱31,所述连接柱31的底端固定安装有与所述锁定槽25相适配的锁定块26,所述矩形滑块30的一侧固定安装有拨杆27,因此,在支撑弹簧29的弹性支撑作用下,能够推动矩形滑块30在固定筒28内向下运动至使得锁定块26嵌入对应的锁定槽25内,从而对伸入支撑通孔23内的安装杆24进行固定,完成推料块9的固定安装。
请继续参阅图1,在本发明提供的实施例中,所述减震支撑腿6包括固定安装在所述机架1上的支座61,所述支座61内通过减震弹簧63支撑滑动设置有支块62,所述支块62上固定连接设置有支脚64。
进一步的,在本发明提供的实施例中,所述支撑箱2的正面还设置有指示灯10。
因此,在本发明实施例提供的纺织材料自动分拣设备中,利用输送电机5驱动输送辊筒3旋转,进而带动输送带4运转,从而对纺织材料进行输送,输送过程中利用检测探头11对纺织材料进行检测,将检测到的所需材料通过拖拉组件从输送带4上推下,进而落到收集筒7内,从而实现对纺织材料的分拣;其中,在本发明实施例提供的推料组件中,当调节电机16驱动旋转盘18旋转时,旋转的旋转盘18带动导柱20做圆周运动,进而推动摆动槽19在水平方向上摆动,当推动摆动槽19运动时,能够带动推料块9运动,从而将输送带4上的纺织材料推下,另外,在支撑弹簧29的弹性支撑作用下,能够推动矩形滑块30在固定筒28内向下运动至使得锁定块26嵌入对应的锁定槽25内,从而对伸入支撑通孔23内的安装杆24进行固定,完成推料块9的固定安装,方便快捷。
在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种纺织材料自动分拣设备,其特征在于,包括机架(1);所述机架(1)沿其长度方向的两侧均支撑转动设置有输送辊筒(3),两个输送辊筒(3)之间绕接有输送带(4),所述机架(1)的一侧还设置有用于驱动其中一个所述输送辊筒(3)旋转的输送电机(5),从而对放置在输送带(4)上的纺织材料进行输送;所述机架(1)上通过推料块(8)支撑固定设置有支撑箱(2);所述支撑箱(2)上设置有与所述输送带(4)相对应的分拣机构;所述分拣机构包括设置在所述支撑箱(2)上的推料组件,所述分拣机构还包括设置在所述支撑箱(2)上且与所述输送带(4)相对应的检测探头(11);所述机架(1)上还设置有位于所述输送带(4)一侧的收集筒(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的纺织材料自动分拣设备,其特征在于,所述机架(1)的下表面四角均设置有减震支撑腿(6),所述减震支撑腿(6)包括固定安装在所述机架(1)上的支座(61),所述支座(61)内通过减震弹簧(63)支撑滑动设置有支块(62),所述支块(62)上固定连接设置有支脚(64)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的纺织材料自动分拣设备,其特征在于,所述支撑箱(2)上开设有支撑腔(17),所述推料组件包括转动设于所述支撑腔(17)内的旋转盘(18),所述推料组件还包括用于驱动所述旋转盘(18)旋转的调节电机(16),所述调节电机(16)安装在支撑腔(17)的顶部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的纺织材料自动分拣设备,其特征在于,所述旋转盘(18)的一侧下表面固定安装有导柱(20),所述支撑腔(17)的底部水平滑动设有支撑滑块(21),所述支撑滑块(21)上固定安装有摆动槽(19),所述导柱(20)的底端滑动设于所述摆动槽(19)内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的纺织材料自动分拣设备,其特征在于,所述支撑滑块(21)上固定安装有支撑杆(22),所述支撑杆(22)的底端通过安装组件拆装式固定设置有推料块(9)。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5任一所述的纺织材料自动分拣设备,其特征在于,所述机架(1)上还贯穿设置有支撑柱(13),位于所述机架(1)下方的支撑柱(13)底端固定设置有支撑盘(14),且位于所述机架(1)下方的支撑柱(13)上还套设有压缩弹簧(15),位于所述机架(1)上方的支撑柱(13)顶端设置有预紧辊筒(12),所述输送带(4)的下部饶设于所述预紧辊筒(12)上。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的纺织材料自动分拣设备,其特征在于,所述支撑杆(22)的底部开设有支撑通孔(23),所述推料块(9)的背面固定安装有安装杆(24),所述安装杆(24)的外圈表面均布开设有多个锁定槽(25)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的纺织材料自动分拣设备,其特征在于,所述安装组件包括固定安装在所述支撑杆(22)上的固定筒(28),所述固定筒(28)内通过支撑弹簧(29)支撑滑动设置有矩形滑块(30),所述矩形滑块(30)上固定安装有连接柱(31),所述连接柱(31)的底端固定安装有与所述锁定槽(25)相适配的锁定块(26),所述矩形滑块(30)的一侧固定安装有拨杆(27)。
  9. 根据权利要求1、2、3、4、5、7或8所述的纺织材料自动分拣设备,其特征在于,所述支撑箱(2)的正面还设置有指示灯(10)。
