Definitions
- the invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular, to agrochemicals and organomineral fertilizers based on lignocellulosic raw materials for plants and cultivated fungi.
- compositions that include an active chemical principle in the form of a micro- or macrofertilizer with elements of a growth regulator and an immunomodulator.
- the preparations obtained are a complex complex composition of an organo-mineral fertilizer and a plant growth regulator, to increase the yield of most agricultural crops and resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses.
- the composition of the combination of an agrochemical - a plant growth stimulator implies the presence in the composition of the agrochemical of the main elements - nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium (NPK), polyphenol derivatives, organic compounds in terms of carbon, the presence of microelements in a chelated form, carboxylic acids and their compounds.
- straw stubble residues of cereals and legumes is used as animal feed, and is also used in the production of substrates for growing cultivated plants and fungi.
- Microelements, organic substances, cellulose, pentosans, hemicellulose and lignin contained in crop residues are an energy material for soil microorganisms, and their degradation products are a building material for labile humus, and are also essential nutrients in organic farming when growing plants and mushrooms ( see Vernichenko, L.Yu. Influence of straw on soil processes and crop yields / L.Yu. Vernichenko, E.N. Mishustin // Use of straw as an organic fertilizer. - M.: Nauka. - 1980. - P. 3 -24; Narusheva, E.A.
- the prior art composition for the production of organomineral fertilizer (patent RU2566048C1), including chicken manure and chopped straw in the ratio of dry matter, wt.%: chicken manure - 50-60; chopped straw - the rest.
- the composition allows to increase the yield by increasing the rate of fertilizer processing while improving the air supply of the root system of plants.

Technical field
The invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular, to agrochemicals and organomineral fertilizers based on lignocellulosic raw materials for plants and cultivated fungi.
State of the art
Recently, industrial compositions have been created that include an active chemical principle in the form of a micro- or macrofertilizer with elements of a growth regulator and an immunomodulator. The preparations obtained are a complex complex composition of an organo-mineral fertilizer and a plant growth regulator, to increase the yield of most agricultural crops and resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses. The composition of the combination of an agrochemical - a plant growth stimulator implies the presence in the composition of the agrochemical of the main elements - nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium (NPK), polyphenol derivatives, organic compounds in terms of carbon, the presence of microelements in a chelated form, carboxylic acids and their compounds.
In the cultivation of agricultural plants, straw (stubble residues) of cereals and legumes is used as animal feed, and is also used in the production of substrates for growing cultivated plants and fungi.
Microelements, organic substances, cellulose, pentosans, hemicellulose and lignin contained in crop residues are an energy material for soil microorganisms, and their degradation products are a building material for labile humus, and are also essential nutrients in organic farming when growing plants and mushrooms ( see Vernichenko, L.Yu. Influence of straw on soil processes and crop yields / L.Yu. Vernichenko, E.N. Mishustin // Use of straw as an organic fertilizer. - M.: Nauka. - 1980. - P. 3 -24; Narusheva, E.A. Influence of associative diazotrophs, straw and green manure on the productivity of buckwheat in the forest-steppe of the Volga region / E.A. Narusheva // Bulletin of the Saratov State Agrarian University named after N.I. Vavilov. - 2011. - Ns 4. - C 10-14.; Zemlyanoye, I.N. The use of straw as an organic fertilizer / I.N. Zemlyanoye // Agriculture. - 2007. - Ns 6. - P. 18-19.). However, the process of preparing crop residues for use as a nutrient element of the substrate is quite lengthy and in some cases labor-intensive, depending on a number of factors: humidity, temperature, pressure, pH environment, mixing for uniform maturation, etc. As a result of the duration of the process of preparing crop residues as a nutrient medium, there is a significant loss of trace elements, the occurrence foci of putrefactive lesions, which in turn limits the use of the resulting biomass only as an element for improving the mechanical composition of heavy soils.
- 512 с., с.188-189). It is known to use straw as a fertilizer (see Kurdyumov N.I. Fertility Mastery. - Rostov-on-Don: Vladis Publishing House, 2006. - 512 p., p. 188-189).
The disadvantage of these fertilizers is the low content of nutrients and the unstable quality of the raw materials used.
The prior art composition for the production of organomineral fertilizer (patent RU2566048C1), including chicken manure and chopped straw in the ratio of dry matter, wt.%: chicken manure - 50-60; chopped straw - the rest.
The composition allows to increase the yield by increasing the rate of fertilizer processing while improving the air supply of the root system of plants.
The disadvantage of this composition is the low content of nutrients for plants, a high degree of biological hazard.
The present invention is aimed at creating a concentrated multifunctional composition based on straw and trace elements for plants (in particular, for agricultural plants) and cultivated fungi in the form of a solution recommended for dissolution in water and for further use in organic farming, in substrates, open and protected ground (greenhouses), when growing various plants and cultivated fungi, which can give the maximum effect at fairly low doses of introduction.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a highly effective fertilizer, which makes it possible to increase the yield of cultivated crops and improve the condition of soils when grown in open ground.
The composition is made on the basis of lignocellulosic raw materials, preferably from straw (crop residues), most preferably from cereal straw and legumes. Lignocellulosic raw materials can be used as a carrier of trace elements necessary for the full growth of cultivated plants and fungi, including those grown on artificial and synthetic substrates. The proposed solution consists in the use of microelement composition, polyfunctional compounds, properties of growth regulators, chelators obtained by using and in combination with non-toxic and environmentally friendly substances.
6.31.8 : 633.172 DOI 10.18286/1816-4501-2017-1-31-37). In the proposed composition, the straw plays the role of a supplier of humic-like substances containing polysaccharides. When used as a plant growth regulator, polysaccharides play the role of quickly available energy reserves, stimulating the growth and maturation of the plant (Kulikova A.Kh. GSHA, UDC 6.31.8: 633.172 DOI 10.18286/1816-4501-2017-1-31-37).
(Tatyana N Popova, Miguel A Pinheiro de Carvalho Biochimica et Biophysica Acta (BBA)- Bioenergetics 1364 (3), 307-325, 1998.).
- 2008. - Ns 6. - С. 33-35.). Potassium citrate acts as a chelating agent and as an agent that increases the availability of certain phosphorus sources. There is evidence of the important role of citric acid salts as a catalyst for a number of metabolic processes (the Krebs cycle). Citrate pathways are included in the system of cross-linked metabolic processes and can provide carbon skeletons for nitrogen assimilation and reduction of equivalents for biosynthetic reactions, support the functioning of the glyoxylate cycle and play an important role in the Krebs cycle and energy metabolism in general (Tatyana N Popova, Miguel A Pinheiro de Carvalho Biochimica et Biophysica Acta (BBA) - Bioenergetics 1364 (3), 307-325, 1998.). Arachidonic acid induces long-term systemic resistance of plants to fungal, bacterial and viral pathogens, water and temperature stress, and also stimulates the processes of wound repair (Maysamova, D.R. Effect of straw on the number of microorganisms in ordinary chernozem with minimal processing / D.R. Maysamova / / Agrarian Bulletin of the Urals. - 2008. - Ns 6. - P. 33-35.).
-М., 1960. -43с). Glycyrrhizic acid acts as a growth stimulant and a means of combating certain types of micromycetes, exhibits fungicidal properties (Turkish R.Kh. Physiological bases of plant propagation by cuttings using growth stimulants: Auto-ref. Diss. on the competition. Scientific step, Dr. Biol. Sciences. - M., 1960. - 43 p.).
Ammonium hydrogen phosphate acts as a source of phosphorus and nitrogen, components necessary for the full growth of the plant.
Acetic acid acts as an acidity regulator.
The proposed stimulant has a high penetrating ability due to the small particle size, a prolonged effect on soil biota and plants due to the high content of organic substances, growth-stimulating substances due to the content of substances that have a positive effect on plants and soil biota (including rhizospheric and nodule bacteria). ).
The proposed composition for stimulating growth and increasing resistance to stress factors of plants and cultivated fungi, includes the above components in the following ratio, wt.%: straw - 35-40; sodium hydroxide - 4-7; acetic acid - 3-5; ammonium hydrogen phosphate - 0.3-0.5; potassium citrate - 0.5-0.7; arachidonic acid - 0.02-0.035; glycyrrhizic acid - 0.01-0.015; water is the rest.
The present invention is also directed to a method for preparing the composition. The composition is obtained by staged dispersion (homogenization). At the first stage, sodium hydroxide (NaOH) is added to the straw and subjected to temperature mixing in water to obtain a mixture, then ammonium hydrogen phosphate ((NH ^ HPO. *, acetic acid) is added and mixed. At the next stage, the resulting intermediate is homogenized in a disperser, after which the remaining components - ammonium hydrogen phosphate, potassium citrate, arachidonic acid, glycyrrhizic acid and the entire mixture are once again subjected to dispersion and the finished composition is obtained.
In a particular embodiment of the production method, straw is preliminarily dried to a moisture content of preferably 10-35%, most preferably 10-15%, and crushed to a particle size not exceeding 0.5 mm-1.0 mm. At the first stage, an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide is added to the crushed straw and subjected to temperature mixing at a temperature, preferably up to 35-80 ° C, most preferably up to 60-70 ° C, to obtain mixtures. The concentration of sodium hydroxide solution is selected in such a way that the concentration of sodium hydroxide in the final product (composition) was 4-7%. Then, ammonium hydrogen phosphate and an aqueous acetic acid solution are added and mixed. The concentration of the acetic acid solution is selected in such a way that the concentration of acetic acid in the final product (composition) was 3-5%. Add water and carry out the first dispersion. After dispersion, the precipitate is removed. Potassium citrate, arachidonic acid, glycyrrhizic acid are added to the mixture and mixed. In the next step, water is added and a second dispersion is carried out. Get the finished composition.
To transfer the substances in the straw into water-soluble and easily digestible forms, it can be subjected to mechanochemical treatment.
The mechanochemical treatment may be carried out in a reactor, such as a mixer reactor. To increase the rate of mechanochemical reactions in the reactor, when preparing straw, its mechanical processing in a high-speed mill can be used beforehand, as a result of which the structure changes due to heating, grinding, amorphization and disordering of the straw structure, which, in turn, subsequently accelerates the process of a chemical reaction in a reactor. To intensify chemical processes, rotary cavitation dispersants can be used, in which the composition is subjected to impact in an aqueous medium at high pressure and the cavitation effect. The result of this action is the grinding of particles in the aquatic environment to ultra-small, as well as the additional destruction of pathogenic microflora in the process of manufacturing the product.
