선행기술에서 보는 바와 같이, 멀칭필름(Mulching Film)은 그 특성상 쉽게 바람에 벗겨지므로 멀칭시 흙으로 복토하여 필름을 지면에 고정 시켜야 하는데 수작업은 많은 노동력을 필요로 하여 트랙터의 동력과 농용로터리를 흙비산부로 활용하여 흙을 복토하려는 많은 시도가 있었다. 도 1은 종래 흙비산부를 갖는 복토 멀칭 장치의 측면 구성도를 도시한 것이다.
구조적으로 흙을 비산시키는 농용로터리의 경운날 위치가 롤형태 멀칭필름 보다 아래에 위치하므로 비산되는 흙에 의해 멀칭필름이 훼손될 수 있어 멀칭필름을 보호하기 위해 멀칭필름보호커버를 두어야 한다. 이렇게 함으로써 비산되는 흙은 멀칭필름보호커버 위로 포물선을 그리면서 넘어가서 멀칭필름 위에 도달할 수 있다.
도 2 내지 도 5는 종래 흙비산부만을 갖는 복토 멀칭 장치의 경우, 흙벽이 형성되는 문제현상을 나타낸 모식도를 도시한 것이다.
도 2 내지 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 비산된 흙 중 많은 량이 멀칭필름보호커버에 떨어져 쌓이게 되어 벽을 형성하므로 더 이상 비산흙이 포물선이 멀칭필름보호커버 위를 통과할 수 없는 흙벽을 형성하게 되는 문제가 있었다.
따라서 본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서, 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 경운 로터리 날에 의해 비산된 흙이 멀칭필름보호커버 위에 쌓여 비산 경로를 막는 것을 방지하기 위해, 멀칭필름보호커버에 쌓인 흙을 주기적으로 강한 흔들림으로 털어내어 경운 로터리 날에 의해 비산된 흙이 막힘없이 포물선을 그리면서 멀칭필름 위로 도달되도록 캠 기능을 구비한 트랙터용 필름 포설 장치 및 그 장치의 작동방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
한편, 본 발명에서 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제들은 이상에서 언급한 기술적 과제들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급하지 않은 또 다른 기술적 과제들은 아래의 기재로부터 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
본 발명의 목적은, 승용피복기, 이앙기, 트랙터, 경운기 또는 관리기와 같은 농기계의 후단에 설치되는 복토 멀칭 장치에 있어서, 상기 농기계 후단에 구비되며, 비산부 프레임과, 상기 비산부 프레임 하단측에 구비되어 바닥의 흙을 비산시키는 비산 유닛을 갖는 흙비산부; 상기 흙비산부의 후단측에 연결되는 포설부 프레임과, 멀칭필름이 권취되고 상기 바닥에 상기 멀칭필름을 펼치는 멀칭필름 거취부를 갖는 멀칭필름 포설부; 상기 멀칭필름 거치부 상부에 위치되어, 상기 흙비산부에 의해 비산된 흙을 후방측으로 이송시켜 상기 멀칭필름의 상부면으로 포설하도록 가이드하는 요동판; 및 상기 요동판을 요동시켜 상기 요동판 상부에 흙벽이 형성되는 것을 방지하는 요동수단을 갖는 흙요동부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흙 막힘 방지 기능을 구비한 복토 멀칭 장치로서 달성될 수 있다.
그리고 상기 멀칭필름 하부로 물, 종자, 비료, 농약 및 점적호스 중 적어도 어느 하나를 공급하기 위한 적어도 하나의 공급관을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한 상기 비산유닛은 흙을 비산시키는 비산날과, 제1구동부를 갖는 기어박스와, 상기 제1구동부의 구동력을 상기 비산날로 전달시키는 제1동력전달부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
그리고 상기 요동수단은, 요동동력전달부에 의해 회전되는 요동축과, 상기 요동축 상에 설치되는 캠부재를 포함하여, 상기 요동판의 하단면이 상기 캠부재의 외면과 접촉되어 상기 캠부재의 회전에 의해 상기 캠부재의 외면 형상에 따라 상기 요동판이 요동치게 되는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
또한 상기 요동수단은, 상기 요동판 하단면에 결합되는 브라켓에 힌지연결되는 롤러를 더 포함하고, 상기 캠부재 외면은 상기 롤러 외면과 접촉되어 회전되며, 상기 포설부 프레임에 결합되는 왕복운동가이드와, 상기 요동판 상단 일측에 결합되며 상기 왕복운동가이드에 의해 상기 요동판의 왕복운동을 가이드하는 왕복운동 샤프트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
그리고 상기 요동동력전달부는, 제2구동부에 의해 회전구동되는 구동축과, 상기 구동축의 동력을 상기 요동축에 전달하는 제2동력전달부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 캠 기능을 구비한 트랙터용 필름 포설 장치 및 그 장치의 작동방법에 따르면, 경운 로터리 날에 의해 비산된 흙이 멀칭필름보호커버 위에 쌓여 비산 경로를 막는 것을 방지하기 위해, 멀칭필름보호커버에 쌓인 흙을 주기적으로 강한 흔들림으로 털어내어 경운 로터리 날에 의해 비산된 흙이 막힘없이 포물선을 그리면서 멀칭필름 위로 도달되도록 할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.
한편, 본 발명에서 얻을 수 있는 효과는 이상에서 언급한 효과들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급하지 않은 또 다른 효과들은 아래의 기재로부터 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.
본 명세서에 첨부되는 다음의 도면들은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 예시하는 것이며, 발명의 상세한 설명과 함께 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 더욱 이해시키는 역할을 하는 것이므로, 본 발명은 그러한 도면에 기재된 사항에만 한정되어 해석 되어서는 아니 된다.

이하에서는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 흙 막힘 방지 기능을 구비한 복토 멀칭 장치의 구성, 기능 및 작동방법에 대해 설명하도록 한다.
먼저 도 6은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 흙 막힘 방지 기능을 구비한 복토 멀칭 장치의 측면 구성도를 도시한 것이다.
도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 흙 막힘 방지 기능을 구비한 복토 멀칭 장치(100)는, 승용피복기, 이앙기, 트랙터, 경운기 또는 관리기와 같은 농기계(1)의 후단에 설치되게 된다.
이러한 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 흙 막힘 방지 기능을 구비한 복토 멀칭 장치(100)는 전체적으로 흙비산부(10)와, 멀칭필름 포설부(30)와, 흙요동부(50)와 공급관(40)을 포함하여 구성된다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 흙비산부(10)는 농기계(1) 후단에 구비되며, 비산부 프레임(11)과, 비산부 프레임(11) 하단측에 구비되어 논바닥의 흙을 비산시키는 비산 유닛(20)을 포함하여 구성된다.
도 7은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 흙비산부 측의 측면 구성도를 도시한 것이다. 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 비산유닛(20)은 흙을 비산시키는 비산날(21)과, 제1구동부(22)를 갖는 기어박스(23)와, 제1구동부(22)의 구동력을 비산날(21)로 전달시키는 제1동력전달부재(24)를 포함하여 구성됨을 알 수 있다.
즉, 흙비산부(10)는 농기계(1) 후단에 연결되는 3점 링크와 비산부 프레임(11), PTO 동력을 받는 기어박스(23)와, 비산날(21), 그리고 기어박스(23)와 비산날(21)을 연결하는 제1동력전달부재(24)를 포함하여 구성되게 된다.
이러한 기어박스(23)와 비산날(21)을 연결하는 제1동력전달부재(24)는 수직이 아닌 경사지게 설치되며, 그 경사각도는 약 20 ~ 60도 정도가 바람직하다.
그리고 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 멀칭필름포설부(30)는, 흙비산부(10)의 후단측에 연결되는 포설부 프레임(31)과, 멀칭필름(2)이 권취되고 논바닥에 멀칭필름(2)을 펼치는 멀칭필름 거치부(32)를 포함하여 구성된다.
도 8은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 멀칭필름포설부의 후방보호커버와 멀칭필름 거치부의 측면 구성도를 도시한 것이다.
도 8에 도시된 바와 같이, 멀칭필름 거치부(32)에는 멀칭필름(2)이 권취되며 멀칭필름 거치부(32)가 회전되면서 권취된 멀칭필름(2)이 논바닥에 펼쳐지게 되며 흙비산부(10)에 의해 비산된 흙이 복토되게 된다. 또한, 이러한 멀칭필름 거치부(32)의 전방에는 필름보호 후방커버(33)가 설치되어 질 수 있다.
또한, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 복토 멀칭장치(100)에는 적어도 하나 이상의 공급관(40)이 설치되어 질 수 있음을 알 수 있다.
이러한 공급관(40)을 통해, 멀칭필름(2) 하부로 물, 종자, 비료, 농약 및 점적호스 중 적어도 어느 하나를 공급할 수 있게 된다.
그리고 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 흙요동부(50)는, 멀칭필름 거치부(32) 상부에 위치되어 흙비산부(10)에 의해 비산된 흙을 후방측으로 이송시켜 멀칭필름(2)의 상부면으로 포설하도록 가이드하는 요동판(60)과, 이러한 요동판(60)을 요동시켜 요동판(60) 상부에 흙벽이 형성되는 것을 방지하는 요동수단(70)과 이러한 요동수단(70)에 동력을 전달하기 위한 요동동력전달부(80)를 포함하여 구성된다.
도 9는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 요동판의 측면도를 도시한 것이다. 그리고 도 10은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 흙요동부의 측면 구성도를 도시한 것이다. 또한 도 11은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 요동수단의 측면 구성도를 도시한 것이다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 요동판(60)은 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이, 측면을 기준으로 상부로 뾰족한 형태를 가지며, 뾰족부를 기준으로 후방측으로 경사진 후방경사판(61)과, 전방측으로 경사진 전방경사판(62)을 포함하여 구성됨을 알 수 있다. 따라서 비산된 흙은 후방경사판(61)에서 흘러 펼쳐진 멀칭필름(2)을 복토하게 된다.
또한 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 흙요동부(50)에 의해 이러한 요동판(60)을 진동, 흔들, 요동치도록 함으로써 흙벽이 형성되어 복토가 중단되게 되는 종래의 문제점을 해결할 수 있게 된다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 요동수단(70)은, 도 6 및 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이, 요동동력전달부(80)에 의해 회전되는 요동축(71)과, 이러한 요동축(71) 상에 설치되는 캠부재(72)를 포함함을 알 수 있다. 이러한 캡부재(72)의 형상은 화동캠, 구면캠, 원뿔캠 등 다양한 형태가 가능하며 회전 중심축을 기준으로 직경이 변화되는 형태라면 그 구체적인 형태는 제한되지 않는다.
또한 요동판(60) 하단면에 결합되는 브라켓(74)에 힌지연결되는 롤러(73)를 포함하여, 캠부재(72) 외면은 롤러(73) 외면과 접촉되어 회전되게 된다.
따라서 롤러(73) 외면이 캠부재(72)의 외면과 접촉되어 캠부재(72)의 회전에 의해 캠부재(72)의 외면 형상에 따라 요동판(60)이 요동치게 되어, 흙 막힘 현상을 방지할 수 있게 된다.
또한 요동동력전달부(80)는 도 6, 도 11에 도시된 바와 같이, 제2구동부에 의해 회전구동되는 구동축(81)과, 이러한 구동축(81)의 동력을 요동축(71)에 전달하는 제2동력전달부재(82)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있음을 알 수 있다.
그리고 요동수단(70)은 도 6 및 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이, 포설부 프레임(31)에 결합되는 왕복운동가이드(34)와, 요동판(60) 상단 일측에 결합되며 왕복운동가이드(34)에 의해 요동판(60)의 왕복운동을 가이드하는 왕복운동 샤프트(63)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있음을 알 수 있다.
따라서 포설부 프레임(31)에 결합되는 왕복운동가이드(34) 내에서, 요동판(60)에 결합된 왕복운동샤프트(63)가 이동되므로 요동판(60)이 설정된 왕복 경로상에서 이탈되지 않고 요동될 수 있게 된다.
도 12 내지 도 15는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 흙 막힘 방지 기능을 구비한 복토 멀칭 장치에 의한 흙막힘 방지의 작동방법을 모식적으로 나타낸 것이다.
도 12 내지 도 15에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 흙 막힘 방지 기능을 구비한 복토 멀칭 장치(100)의 작동에 따르면, 요동수단(70)의 캡부재(72)가 회전함에 따라 요동판(60)이 상하로 계속적으로 요동 구동됨에 따라 요동판(60) 상부에서의 흙 막힘 현상을 방지할 수 있게 됨을 알 수 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 승용피복기, 이앙기, 트랙터, 경운기 또는 관리기와 같은 농기계의 후단에 설치되는 복토 멀칭 장치에 있어서,
    상기 농기계 후단에 구비되며, 비산부 프레임과, 상기 비산부 프레임 하단측에 구비되어 바닥의 흙을 비산시키는 비산 유닛을 갖는 흙비산부;
    상기 흙비산부의 후단측에 연결되는 포설부 프레임과, 멀칭필름이 권취되고 상기 바닥에 상기 멀칭필름을 펼치는 멀칭필름 거취부를 갖는 멀칭필름 포설부;
    상기 멀칭필름 거치부 상부에 위치되어 상기 흙비산부에 의해 비산된 흙을 후방측으로 이송시켜 상기 멀칭필름의 상부면으로 포설하도록 가이드하는 요동판; 및
    상기 요동판을 요동시켜 상기 요동판 상부에 흙벽이 형성되는 것을 방지하는 요동수단을 갖는 흙요동부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흙 막힘 방지 기능을 구비한 복토 멀칭 장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 멀칭필름 하부로 물, 종자, 비료, 농약 및 점적호스 중 적어도 어느 하나를 공급하기 위한 적어도 하나의 공급관을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흙 막힘 방지 기능을 구비한 복토 멀칭 장치.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 비산유닛은 흙을 비산시키는 비산날과, 제1구동부를 갖는 기어박스와, 상기 제1구동부의 구동력을 상기 비산날로 전달시키는 제1동력전달부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흙 막힘 방지 기능을 구비한 복토 멀칭 장치.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 요동수단은, 요동동력전달부에 의해 회전되는 요동축과, 상기 요동축 상에 설치되는 캠부재를 포함하여,
    상기 요동판의 하단면이 상기 캠부재의 외면과 접촉되어 상기 캠부재의 회전에 의해 상기 캠부재의 외면 형상에 따라 상기 요동판이 요동치게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흙 막힘 방지 기능을 구비한 복토 멀칭 장치.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서,
    상기 요동수단은, 상기 요동판 하단면에 결합되는 브라켓에 힌지 연결되는 롤러를 더 포함하고, 상기 캠부재 외면은 상기 롤러 외면과 접촉되어 회전되며,
    상기 포설부 프레임에 결합되는 왕복운동가이드와, 상기 요동판 상단 일측에 결합되며 상기 왕복운동가이드에 의해 상기 요동판의 왕복운동을 가이드하는 왕복운동 샤프트를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흙 막힘 방지 기능을 구비한 복토 멀칭 장치.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 요동동력전달부는, 제2구동부에 의해 회전구동되는 구동축과, 상기 구동축의 동력을 상기 요동축에 전달하는 제2동력전달부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흙 막힘 방지 기능을 구비한 복토 멀칭 장치.
