5. 收合套、 四指套、 U型连接带以及拇指套按序一 体连接成型, 使得自包 式手指套 的整体性得到体 现, 形态间的切换显得更加合理。
6.收合套与四指套之 间设有在自包 式手指套处于 收合状态时将收 合套和四 指套 固定连接的固定连接 结构, 使得自包式手指套使 用后, 将可能接触到细菌 或病毒 的拇指套以及 四指套的内侧锁在 矩形盒子内, 避免出现矩形盒 子容易打 开的情况 。
7. 相对于四指分别独占一个 指套空间, 本发明中四指套内部 的空间为一体 空间, 使得降低四指套 内外反转难度 的同时, 自包式手指套不用再细分 左自包 式手指 套或右自包式手 指套, 而且拇指套的位置相对 于四指套是位 于四指套的 中间, 而不是偏左或偏右, 故本发明所述的 自包式手指套左右手 均可适合使用 。
8. 自包式手指套处于展开状 态, 拇指套与四指套构成适合人体 手型的手指 套时, 四指套相对的一侧的内表面上一 体成型有防滑 凸部, 从而增加四指套与 手指之 间的摩擦力。 附图说明 图 1为本发明实施例 一的一种自包式手 指套收合状态时 的立体图; 图 2为本发明实施例 一的一种自包式手 指套收合状态时 的透视图; 图 3为本发明实施例 一的一种自包式手 指套展开状态时 的立体图之一; 图 4为本发明实施例 一的一种自包式手 指套展开状态时 的立体图之二; 图 5为本发 明实施例一的一种 自包式手指套从 收合到展开状态的流 程示意 图; 图 6为本发 明实施例一的一种 自包式手指套从展 开到收合状态的流 程示意 图; 图 7为本发明实施例 二的一种自包式手 指套展开状态时 的立体图。 具体实施 方式 下面结合具体 实施例对本发明作进 一步说明。 实施例一: 如图 1 -2所示, 一种自包式手指套, 由硅胶材料制成, 包括收合套 1、 拇指 套 2、 四指套 3以及 U型连接带 4; 其中, 收合套 1套口一侧边与四指 套 3套口一侧边连接 , 而四指套 3套口 另一侧边则 通过 U型连接 带 4与拇指套 2套口的一侧边连接, 收合套 1、 四指 套 3、 U型连接带 4与拇指套 2按序一体连接成型 。 具体地, 如图 3所示, 收合套 1 的外形和四指套 3的外形均由设于各 自前 后两表面 框架处的造型骨 5架设而成; 造型骨 5在本实施例 中是凸起的胶边 , 一体成 型于收合套 1 和四指套 3。 在自包式手指套前后同一朝向的表面上 , 收 合套 1上的造型骨 5与四指套 3上的造型骨 5配合, 将处于收合状态时自包式 手指套 的整体形态塑造为 圆角矩形, 自包式手指套的四个角 均为圆角。 另外, 如图 4所示, 收合套 1 与四指套 3连接处的两端为圆弧结构 6, 且 两者的套 口适配。 四指套 3 内部的空间为一体空间, 食指、 中指、 无名指以及小指共存在同 一空间 中。 当自包式手指 套不需要使用 时, 此时的自包式手指套处于收 合状态, 收合 套 1套口与四指套 3套口相对 , 收合套 1 内部与四指套 3内部连为一体, 构成 置物空 间; 拇指套 2以及 U型连接带 4置于该置物 空间中, 由收合套 1与四指 套 3配合包裹。 从二维角度看 , 此时自包式手指套的整体形态为圆角矩 形。 从三维角度看, 此时 自包式手指套的整体 形态为一个矩形 的盒子, 方便携带。 如图 5所示, 当需要自包式手指套用于开 门、 按按钮或拿扶手时, 一只手 将收合套 1 打开并抓稳收合套 1 , 另外一只手的拇指插入拇指套 2内, 且该手 的四指抵 着四指套 3外侧底部; 当各指到达所述位置后, 抓稳收合套 1 的手带 动收合套 1往下拉, 而由于收合套 1套口一侧边与四指套 3套口一侧边连接, 使得四指 套 3在收合套 1 的带动以及抵于其外侧底部的四指 的配合下, 进行内 外侧反转 (原内侧转换为外侧, 原外侧转换为内侧) ; 此时, 四指套 3套口与 收合套 1套口错开, 并成型于收合套 1 的背面; 拇指套 2从置物空间内位移至 四指套 3的一侧, 并在 U型连接带 4的连接作用下 , 与四指套 3构成适合人体 手型 的手指套 (自包式手指套处于展开状态) , 用户戴上该变形后的手指套, 可安全 地进行开门、 按按钮或拿扶手的操 作。 此时, 与门、 按钮或扶手接触的 部位主要 为拇指套 2的外侧面以及四指套 3内外侧切换后的外 侧面, 从而避免 了用户直 接与细菌或病毒接 触。 更进一步地, 本实施例中, 自包式手指套处于展开状态, 拇指套 2与四指 套 3构成适合人体手型 的手指套时, 四指套 3相对的一侧的 内表面上一体成型 有防滑 凸部, 从而增加四指套 3与手指之间 的摩擦力。 如图 6所示, 当自包式手指套使用后并需要收纳 时, 抓稳收合套 1 的手带 动收合套 1往上拉, 而四指套 3在拇指套 2的挤压下再次进行内外 侧反转 (外 侧转换回原 内侧, 内侧转换回原外侧), 状态切换后的收合套 1套口与四指套 3 套口再 次相对, 拇指套 2以及 U型连接带 4再次回归于置物空间 中, 由收合套 1 与四指套 3配合包裹 , 即自包式手指套切换回收合状态 。 收合状态时的自包 式手指套 能将可能接触到 细菌或病毒的拇 指套 2以及四指套 3的内侧包裹在矩 形盒子 内。 除此之外,本实施例将 收合套 1与四指套 3连接处的两端改造为 圆弧结构, 使得最 大限度地卸掉拉 扯的力, 从而大大降低了 由于自包式手指套 使用时需要 进行形态切 换而带来的收合 套 1与四指套 3连接处的两端容 易出现爆裂的风险, 进而提高 自包式手指套 的耐用性。 还有的是, 本实施例中的收合套 1 的外形和四指套 3的外形均 由设于各自 前后两表 面框架处的造型骨 5架设而成 ; 在自包式手指套前后同一朝 向的表面 上, 收合套 1上的造型骨 5与四指套 3上的造型骨 5配合, 将处于收合状态时 自包式 手指套的整体形 态塑造为圆角矩 形, 使得自包式手指套进行形 态切换后 也能保持 整体形态, 耐用性也能得到进一步 的提高。 另外, 相对于四指分别独占一个 指套空间, 本实施例中四指套 3 内部的空 间为一体 空间, 不但可降低四指套 3 内外反转的难度, 而且自包式手指套亦不 用再细分 左自包式手指套 或右自包式手指 套, 而且拇指套 2的位置相对 于四指 套 3是位于四指套 3的中间, 而不是偏左或偏右, 故本实施例所述的自包式 手 指套左右 手均可适合使用 。 最后,收合套 1、四指套 3、 U型连接带 4以及拇指套 2按序一体连接成型, 使得 自包式手指套的整体 性得到体现, 形态间的切换显得更加 合理。 实施例二: 图 7示出 了本发明一种自包 式手指套的实施例 二。 实施例二与实施例一相 比, 区别在于, 收合套 1 与四指套 3之间设有在自包式手指套 处于收合状态时 将收合套 1 和四指套 3固定连接的固定连接 结构, 使得自包式手指套使用后 , 将可能接 触到细菌或病毒 的拇指套 2以及四指套 3的内侧锁在 矩形盒子内, 避 免出现矩 形盒子容易打 开的情况。 具体地, 该固定连接结构为卡扣连接 结构, 包括卡头 71 和卡座 72; 其中, 卡头 71 设于 U型连接带 4在自包式手指套处 于展开状 态时朝向收合套 1 的一侧,卡座 72对应地设于收合套 1在自包式手指 套处于收 合状态时朝向卡头 71 的内侧。 卡头 71 与卡座 72与自包式手指套一 体注塑成 型。 以上所述之 实施例子只为本 发明之较佳实施例 , 并非以此限制本发明的实 施范 围, 故凡依本发明之形状、 原理所作的变化, 均应涵盖在本发 明的保护范 围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种自包式手指套, 其特征在于, 所述自包式手指套由弹性材料 制成, 包括收合 套 (1) 、 拇指套 (2) 以及四指套 (3) ; 其中, 所述收合套 (1) 套口一侧边与四指套 (3) 套口一侧边连接, 而四 指套 (3) 套口另一侧边则通过 U 型连接带 (4) 与拇指套 (2) 套口的一侧边 连接; 所述收合套 (1) 套口与四指套 (3) 套口适配; 自包式手指套 处于收合状态时, 收合套 (1) 套口与四指套 (3) 套口相对, 收合套 (1) 内部与四指套(3) 内部连为一体, 构成置物空间, 所述拇指套(2) 以及 U 型连接带 (4) 置于该置物空间中, 由收合套 (1) 与四指套 (3) 配合 包裹; 自包式手指套 处于展开状态时, 四指套 (3) 的内外侧反转, 其套口与收合 套 (1) 套口错开, 并成型于收合套 (1) 的背面; 拇指套 (2) 从置物空间内位 移至四指 套 (3) 的一侧, 并在 U型连接带 (4) 的连接作用下, 与四指套 (3) 构成适合 人体手型的手指 套。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的一种 自包式手指套,其特征在于,所述收合套(1)、 四指套 (3) 、 U型连接带 (4) 以及拇指套 (2) 按序一体连接成型。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的一种自包式手指套 ,其特征在于,所述收合套(1) 的外形 和四指套 (3) 的外形均由设于各自前后两表面框架处的造型骨 (5) 架 设而成 ; 在自包式手指套前后同一朝向的表 面上, 收合套 (1) 上的造型骨 (5) 与四指 套 (3) 上的造型骨 (5) 配合, 将处于收合状态时自包式手指套的整体 形态塑造 为矩形。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种自包式手 指套, 其特征在于, 所述处于收合 状态时 的自包式手指套 的矩形整体形态 , 为圆角矩形整体形态; 处于收合状态 时的 自包式手指套的四个 角均为圆角。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的一种自包式手指套 ,其特征在于,所述收合套(1) 与四指套 (3) 连接处的两端为圆弧结构 (6) 。
6、根据权利要求 1所述的一种自包式手指套 ,其特征在于,所述收合套(1) 与四指 套 (3) 之间设有在自包式手指套处于收合状态时将收合套 (1) 和四指 套 (3) 固定连接的固定连接结构。
1、 根据权利要求 6所述的一种自包式手 指套, 其特征在于, 所述固定连接 结构为卡扣 连接结构。
8、根据权利要求 1所述的一种自包式手指套 ,其特征在于,所述四指套(3) 内部的 空间为一体空间, 食指、 中指、 无名指以及小指共存在同一空间中。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种自包式手 指套, 其特征在于, 自包式手指套 处于展开状 态, 所述拇指套 (2) 与四指套 (3)构成适合人体手型的手指套时, 所述四指 套 (3) 相对的一侧的内表面上一体成型有防滑凸部。
10、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种自包式手指套, 其特征在于, 所述弹性材 料为硅胶 或橡胶。
