为实现上述发明目的之一,本发明一实施方式提供一种可更换门面的冰箱门,其包括:后侧门体和可拆卸连接所述后侧门体的门面板;所述后侧门体上包括相对设置的第一凸台和第一配合件;所述门面板朝向所述后侧门体的后侧包括相对设置的连杆锁扣和第二配合件;其中,所述门面板装配于所述后侧门体的前侧时,所述连杆锁扣的一端卡合于所述第一凸台限制所述门面板在上下方向上的位移;所述第一配合件与所述第二配合件配合限制所述门面板在前后方向上的位移。
作为可选的技术方案,所述连杆锁扣包括依次枢接的第一连杆、第二连杆和第三连杆,所述第一连杆枢接于所述门面板的后侧,当所述第一连杆转动至第一位置时,所述第一连杆的一端卡合于所述第一凸台,且所述第一连杆的第一枢转中心、第二连杆的第二枢转中心以及第三连杆的第三枢转中心之间的连线为直线。
作为可选的技术方案,当所述第一连杆枢转离开所述第一位置时,所述第一连杆的一端与所述第一凸台解除卡合。
作为可选的技术方案,所述连杆锁扣还包括压柱,所述压柱设置于所述第三连杆远离所述第二连杆的一端,其中,当所述第一连杆枢转至第一位置时,所述压柱在上下方向上压抵所述第一凸台,限制所述门面板在上下方向上的位移。
作为可选的技术方案,所述后侧门体设置盒体,所述盒体包括开口部和收纳腔,所述第一凸台具有通孔,所述通孔、所述开口部和所述收纳腔相互连通,当所述第一连杆枢转至第一位置时,所述第二连杆、所述第三连杆和所述压柱穿过所述通孔和所述开口部并收纳于所述收纳腔中。
作为可选的技术方案,所述第一连杆远离所述第二连杆的一端设置卡勾;所述第一凸台上设置卡块,所述卡块和所述压柱分别设置与所述第一凸台相背的两侧;其中,当所述第一连杆枢转至第一位置时,所述卡勾与所述卡块卡合。
作为可选的技术方案,所述门面板的后侧设置框架,所述框架贴合所述门面板,所述框架朝向所述后侧门体突出第二凸台,所述第二凸台设置凹部,所述第一连杆可转动的设置于所述凹部中。
作为可选的技术方案,所述第一连杆与所述框架枢接,所述第一连杆的第一转轴可转动的设置于所述框架的第一枢转孔中,所述第一转轴上套设线圈弹簧。
作为可选的技术方案,所述第二配合件设置于所述框架上,所述第二配合件与所述连杆锁扣上下相对,其中,所述第二配合件为挂钩。
作为可选的技术方案,所述后侧门体的前侧设置挂钩槽,所述第一配合件设置于所述挂钩槽中,所述第一配合件包括弹性推抵部,其中,所述挂钩进入所述挂钩槽中,所述弹性推抵部向后推抵所述挂钩。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供一种可更换门面的冰箱门,门面板后侧包括相对的连杆锁扣和第二配合件,后侧门体包括相对的第一平台和第一配合件,其中,连杆锁扣与第一平台卡合以及第二配合件与第一配合件相互作用,能够在上下方向和前后方向上共同限制前面板的位移。此外,第二配合件和第一配合件通过结构优化还可进一步限制前面板在左右方向上的位移
由于可更换门面的冰箱门利用了简单的连杆、卡勾、卡块等相互卡合固定的结构,实现了从多个维度上保证了门面板与后侧门体之间的装配稳定性,同时因为采用卡合固定的结构,避免使用螺丝锁固的结构,使得拆卸更简便。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图所示的具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但这些实施方式并不限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。
如图1至图7B中所示,可更换门面的冰箱门100包括后侧门体10和可拆卸连接在后侧门体10前侧的门面板20;后侧门体10的前侧包括相对设置的第一凸台12和第一配合件12;门面板20的后侧包括相对设置的连杆锁扣30和第二配合件23;其中,门面板20装配于后侧门体10的前侧时,连杆锁扣30卡合 第一凸台12限制门面板20在上下方向上的位移;第二配合件23与第一配合件13配合限制门面板20在前后方向上的位移。
如图6至图12C中所示,连杆锁扣30包括依序枢接的第一连杆31、第二连杆32以及第三连杆33,第一连杆31枢接于门面板20的后侧,当第一连杆31转动至第一位置时,第一连杆31一端卡合于第一凸台12上,此时,第一连杆31的第一枢转中心、第二连杆32的第二枢转中心以及第三连杆33的第三枢转中心之间的连线为直线S,此时,第一连杆31、第二连杆32和第三连杆33共同枢转至“死点”位置,因此,各连杆之间不再转动,能够承受较大的作用力,即使门面板20的自重较大时,门面板20也可以通过连杆锁扣30稳定装配于后侧门体10上,且门面板20在上下方向上不产生位移,其中,第一连杆31和第一凸台12相互卡合。
进一步,当第一连杆31枢转离开第一位置时,第一连杆31与第一凸块12解除卡合,门面板20在上下方向上位移限制被移除。
本实施例中,连杆锁扣30通过第一连杆31枢接于门面板10的后侧,第二连杆32相对的两端分别枢接第一连杆31和第三连杆33。其中,第一连杆31包括相邻的第一枢转部311和第二枢转部312,第一枢转部311设置于第一连杆31的端部,第一枢转部311通过第一转轴40枢接于门面板20的后侧,第二枢转部312从第一枢转部311的一侧突出,且与第二连杆32的一端枢转连接,第二连杆32的另一端与第三连杆33的中部枢转连接。
第一连杆31的第一枢转部311绕着第一转轴40转动,即,第一枢转中心与第一转轴40重合;第二连杆32相对的两端分别设置第二转轴50和第三转轴60,其中,第二转轴50使得第二连杆32的一端与第一连杆31的第二枢转部312枢接,第三转轴60使得第二连杆32的另一端与第三连杆33的中部枢接;其中,第二连杆32绕着第二转轴50转动,即,第二连杆32的第二枢转中心与第二转轴50重合,第三连杆33绕着第三转轴60转动,即,第三连杆33的第三枢转中心与第三转轴60重合。
换言之,当第一连杆31一端卡合于第一凸台12时,第一转轴40、第二转轴50以及第三转轴60之间的连线与直线S相互重合。
另外,第三连杆33的一端通过第四转轴70枢接于门面板20的后侧,第三连杆33的另一端上设置压柱34,其中,当连杆锁扣30处于第一位置时,压柱 34在上下方向上推抵第一凸块12。本实施例中,第三连杆33的压柱34和第一连杆31的卡勾313分别位于第一凸台12的上下两侧。其中,卡勾313向下卡合第一凸台12,压柱34向上推抵第一凸台12;或者,在本发明其他实施里中,卡勾向上卡合第一凸台,压柱向下推抵第一凸台。
如图3到图7A所示,门面板20的后侧设置框架21,框架21朝向后侧门体突出第二凸台22,第二凸台22的延伸方向和后侧门体10前侧的第一凸台的延伸方向相对。本实施例中,框架21贴合于门面板20的后侧与门面板20构成一个整体,其中,连杆锁扣30枢接于第二凸台22上。
如图5、图6和图7A所示,第二凸台22为板片结构,其对应连杆锁扣30设置装配孔221,装配孔221在上下方向上贯穿第二凸台22,连杆锁扣30部分枢接于装配孔221的孔壁222中。
具体来讲,装配孔221包括在前后方向上相对的孔壁222,第一转轴40穿过第一连杆31的第一枢转部311上枢转孔,其两端分别插入孔壁222上的第一转轴孔中;第三连杆33靠近第二凸台22的一端上的第四转轴70的相对的两端分别插入孔壁222上的第二转轴孔中;此时,第一连杆31、第二连杆32、第三连杆33以及孔壁222共同组成“四连杆结构”。
因此,当转动“四连杆结构”中的第一连杆31至第一位置时,第一连杆31与第一凸台12相互卡合,第一连杆31的第一枢转中心、第二连杆32的第二枢转中心以及第三连杆的第三枢转中心之间的连线在同一直线上,此时,第三连杆33不能绕着第三转轴60转动,进而各连杆之间不会继续相对转动,“四连杆结构”处于“死点位置”,使得连杆锁扣30锁定在第一凸台12上。
本实施例中,装配孔221在左右方向上宽度大于第一连杆31在左右方向上的长度,当第一连杆32转动,穿过装配孔221卡合于第一凸台12上。
此外,连杆锁扣30处于初始状态时,第一连杆31突出于装配孔221的上侧,第二连杆32和第三连杆33分别突出于装配孔221的下侧,但不以此为限。在本发明其他实施里中,第一连杆突出于装配孔的下侧,第二连杆和第三连杆突出于装配孔的上侧。
如图4、图9和图11所示,第一连杆31上包括卡勾313,第一凸台12上设置卡块121,卡块121上设置卡合凸起122,第一连杆31与第一凸台12卡合时,卡勾313与卡合凸起122相互卡合。
如图11所示,门面板20装配于后侧门体10的前侧时,第二凸台22与第一凸台12相互叠置,卡块121进入装配孔222中。
另外,第一凸台12的下侧设置用于收纳连杆锁扣30的第二连杆32、第三连杆33以及压柱34的盒体13,盒体13包括开口部131和收纳腔132;第一凸台12上设置与盒体13相通的通孔122;其中,通孔122与开口部131连通,进而通孔122与收纳腔132连通。
如图9和图11所示,连杆锁扣30的第二连杆32、第三连杆33以及压柱34在上下方向上穿过通孔122、开口部131进入收纳腔132中。在第一凸台12的下侧设置具有收纳腔132的盒体13收纳第二连杆32、第三连杆33以及压柱34,可以实现保护连杆锁扣30的效果。
如图11所示,第一凸台12的下侧延伸出延伸部124,盒体13装配于第一凸台12下侧时,延伸部124自开口部131进入收纳腔132中,且延伸部124与盒体13的内壁之间紧配合,避免盒体13从第一凸台12的下侧脱落。其中,盒体13的开口部131抵靠第一凸台12的下侧。
在本发明其他实施例中,盒体还可以与第一凸台一体成型,进而从根本上克服盒体和第一凸块之间存在的连接稳定性。
此外,图9和图11所示的可更换门面的冰箱门中盒体13形成于第一凸台12的下侧,但不以此为限。在本发明其他实施例中,盒体还可形成于第一凸台的上侧,较佳的,其与第一凸台可以是一体成型。
结合图9和图11可知,第一连杆31绕着第一转轴40转动,当其转动至第一位置时,第一连杆31的端部的卡勾313卡合于第一凸台12上的卡块121的卡合凸起123上。
较佳的,第一转轴40穿设于第一连杆31的第一枢转部311的枢转孔中,其中,第一转轴40的外侧套设一弹性件(未图示),弹性件例如是线圈弹簧,线圈弹簧提供弹性力使得第一连杆31绕着第一转轴40转动时更加稳定,不会造成晃动,提高了连杆锁扣30的稳定性。
在一较佳的实施方式中,后侧门体10前侧的第一凸台12可以视作后把手,门面板20后侧框架21上的第二凸台22可以视作前把手,门面板20和后侧门体10装配后,第一凸台12和第二凸台22在上下方向上相互叠置,其中,第一凸台12和第二凸台22可共同构成可更换门面的冰箱门的隐藏把手。
继续参照图6和图7B,框架21的下部还包括第二配合,第二配合件与连杆锁扣30上下相对,较佳的,第二配合件为挂钩23。
对应于挂钩23,后侧门体10的前侧设置挂钩槽12,挂钩槽12中设置第一配合件15,较佳的,第一配合件15在前后方向上向后推抵挂钩23,挂钩23落入挂钩槽12中,朝向挂钩槽12的后侧移动,使得门面板20贴合于后侧门体10的前侧,消除门面板20和后侧门体10之间的间隙,提高可更换门面的冰箱门100的美观程度。
本实施例中,后侧门体10包括周边饰条11,挂钩槽14可形成于周边饰条11中,较佳的,挂钩槽14与周边饰条一体成型。
如图12C所示,第一配合件15包括弹性推抵部151,弹性推抵部151朝向挂钩槽12的后侧突出,弹性推抵部151为形成于第一配合件15后侧的悬臂,悬臂与第一配合件15之间存在间隙,间隙可提供悬臂弹性形变的空间,便于悬臂形变而产生弹性力,以及释放弹性力向后弹性推抵挂钩23的折弯部前侧的抵持面。
如图7B所示,挂钩23的后侧面上突出多个加强筋232,其用于提高挂钩23的强度,提高挂钩23的承重能力。
此外,挂钩23的折弯部的边缘的中心区域设置定位凹部231,定位凹部231与挂钩槽12的后侧槽壁上的定位凸块(未图示)相互适配,其中,挂钩23插入挂钩槽12中,弹性推抵部151弹性推抵挂钩23朝向挂钩槽12的后侧槽壁移动,挂钩23上的定位凹部231与后侧槽壁上的定位凸块卡合,进而限制挂钩23在左右方向上的位移。
由上述可知,本发明提供的可更换门面的冰箱门100在装配完成后,门面板20后侧的连杆锁扣的30的第一连杆31的卡勾与后侧门体10前侧的第一平台12上的卡块121的卡合凸部123卡合限制门面板20在上下方向上的位移;后侧门体10的挂钩槽12中的第一配合件15的弹性推抵部151向后弹性推抵门面板20后侧挂钩23限制门面板20在前后方向上的位移;挂钩23上的定位凹部231与挂钩槽12的后侧槽壁上的定位凸块卡合限制门面板20在左右方向上的位移;因此,门面板20在三个维度的位移均被限制,使得门面板20与后侧门体10的结合更加稳定。
需要说明的是,在本发明的其他实施例中,第一配合件和第二配合件还可以 分别是磁铁和铁磁性元件,磁铁和铁磁性元件相互磁性相吸可在前后方向限制门面板的位移。
以下将结合图12A至图12C,说明可更换门面的冰箱门100中门面板20和后侧门体10的装配与拆卸过程。
需要说明的是,门面板20在装配之前,其后侧已经贴合框架21,即,门面板20和框架21作为一个整体被装配至后侧门体10的前侧。
装配过程包括:
如图12A和图12B中所示,首先,将门面板20朝向后侧门体10移动,控制门面板20在略高于后侧门体10的位置,此时,第二平台22位于第一平台12的上方,挂钩23插入挂钩槽12的上部;如图12C中所示,其次,在上下方向上,向下移动门面板20,连杆锁扣30的第二连杆32、第三连杆33以及压柱34穿过第一平台12上通孔122和盒体13的开口部131进入收纳腔132中;此时,挂钩23落入挂钩槽12内朝向挂钩槽12的底部移动,第一配合件15的弹性推抵部151向后推抵挂钩23的折弯部内侧抵持面,门面板20贴合于后侧门体10的前侧,进而门面板20在前后方向上的位移被限制。
另外,挂钩23朝向挂钩槽12的后侧移动,定位凹部231与挂钩槽12的后侧槽壁的定位凸块配合,进而门面板20在左右方向上的位移被限制。
继续参照图12C,并结合图9和图11,最后,转动连杆锁扣30的第一连杆31,第一连杆31的第一枢转部311绕着第一转轴40向下转动(或者顺时针转动),第一连杆31的一端上的卡勾313朝向第二凸台22的装配孔221中移动,卡勾313与容置于装配孔221中的第一凸台12上卡块121的卡合凸部123相互卡合,此时,第一连杆31处于第一位置,其中,第三连杆33上的压柱34向上推抵第一凸台12,第三连杆33处于锁定位置,进而连杆锁扣30处于锁定状态。门面板20在上下方向的位移被限制。
拆卸过程包括:
首先,向上抬起第一连杆31的一端,第一连杆31离开第一位置,使得卡勾313与卡合凸部123解除卡合,其中,第一连杆31的第一枢转部311绕着第一转轴40向上转动(或者逆时针转动),第一连杆31的第二枢转部312带动第二连杆32的一端绕着第二转轴50向下转动(或者顺时针转动);第二连杆32相对的另一端向下移动并带动第三连杆33的中部绕着第三转轴60向下转动(或者 顺时针转动);第三连杆33的中部绕着第三转轴60向下转动时,第三连杆33位于第二平台22的下侧的一端上的压柱34被带动向下移动,不再推抵第一平台12的下侧,此时,连杆锁扣30与第一平台12的卡合被完全移除,进而门面板10在上下方向上的位移被移除。
其次,在上下方向上,向上推抵前面面板,连杆锁扣30穿过第一平台12上通孔,从第一平台12中脱出(如图12B所示);挂钩23沿着挂钩槽12的后侧槽壁向上移动,挂钩23的定位凹部231与后侧槽壁上的定位凸块解除卡合,且第一配合件15的弹性推抵部151不再推抵挂钩23的折弯部内侧抵持面(如图12B所示);此时,门面板20在左右方向和前后方向上的限制均被移除,因此,门面板20可从后侧门体10上直接取下。
由此可知,可更换门面的冰箱门100的装配和拆卸过程中,仅涉及门面板20的挂钩23与后侧门体10的挂钩槽12及第一配合件15相互左右,以及,门面板20的连杆锁扣30与后侧门体10的第一平台12的相互作用,其中,由于挂钩23、连杆锁扣30、挂钩槽12、第一配合件15及第一平台12均为简单结构,因此,上述装配和拆卸都非常的简便,能够实现快速拆装的效果。
综上,本发明提供一种可更换门面的冰箱门,门面板后侧包括相对的连杆锁扣和第二配合件,后侧门体包括相对的第一平台和第一配合件,其中,连杆锁扣与第一平台卡合以及第二配合件与第一配合件相互作用,能够在上下方向和前后方向上共同限制前面板的位移。此外,第二配合件和第一配合件通过结构优化还可进一步限制前面板在左右方向上的位移
由于可更换门面的冰箱门利用了简单的连杆、卡勾、卡块等相互卡合固定的结构,实现了从多个维度上保证了门面板与后侧门体之间的装配稳定性,同时因为采用卡合固定的结构,避免使用螺丝锁固的结构,使得拆卸更简便。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,其包括:
    后侧门体和可拆卸连接所述后侧门体的门面板;
    所述后侧门体上包括相对设置的第一凸台和第一配合件;
    所述门面板朝向所述后侧门体的后侧包括相对设置的连杆锁扣和第二配合件;
    其中,所述门面板装配于所述后侧门体的前侧时,所述连杆锁扣的一端卡合于所述第一凸台限制所述门面板在上下方向上的位移;所述第一配合件与所述第二配合件配合限制所述门面板在前后方向上的位移。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述连杆锁扣包括依次枢接的第一连杆、第二连杆和第三连杆,所述第一连杆枢接于所述门面板的后侧,当所述第一连杆转动至第一位置时,所述第一连杆的一端卡合于所述第一凸台,且所述第一连杆的第一枢转中心、第二连杆的第二枢转中心以及第三连杆的第三枢转中心之间的连线为直线。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,当所述第一连杆枢转离开所述第一位置时,所述第一连杆的一端与所述第一凸台解除卡合。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述连杆锁扣还包括压柱,所述压柱设置于所述第三连杆远离所述第二连杆的一端,其中,当所述第一连杆枢转至第一位置时,所述压柱在上下方向上压抵所述第一凸台,限制所述门面板在上下方向上的位移。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述后侧门体设置盒体,所述盒体包括开口部和收纳腔,所述第一凸台具有通孔,所述通孔、所述开口部和所述收纳腔相互连通,当所述第一连杆枢转至第一位置时,所述第二连杆、所述第三连杆和所述压柱穿过所述通孔和所述开口部并收纳于所述收纳腔中。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述第一连杆远离所述第二连杆的一端设置卡勾;所述第一凸台上设置卡块,所述卡块和所述压柱分别设置与所述第一凸台相背的两侧;其中,当所述第一连杆枢转至第一位置时,所述卡勾与所述卡块卡合。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述门面板的后侧设置框架,所述框架贴合所述门面板,所述框架朝向所述后侧门体突出第二凸台,所述第二凸台设置凹部,所述第一连杆可转动的设置于所述凹部中。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述第一连杆与所述框架枢接,所述第一连杆的第一转轴可转动的设置于所述框架的第一枢转孔中,所述第一转轴上套设线圈弹簧。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述第二配合件设置于所述框架上,所述第二配合件与所述连杆锁扣上下相对,其中,所述第二配合件为挂钩。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述后侧门体的前侧设置挂钩槽,所述第二配合件设置于所述挂钩槽中,所述第一配合件包括弹性推抵部,其中,所述挂钩进入所述挂钩槽中,所述弹性推抵部向后推抵所述挂钩。
