具体实施方式
以下将结合附图所示的具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但这些实施方式并不限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。
如图1至图7中所示,可更换门面的冰箱门100包括门本体10和可拆卸连接门本体10的门饰板20,门本体10的前侧设置旋转锁扣和第一限位件14;门饰板20朝向门本体10的后侧设置锁柱23和第二限位件24;其中,门饰板20装配于门本体10的前侧时,旋转锁扣与锁柱23相互卡合,门饰板20在上下方向上的位移被限制;第二限位件24与第一限位件14相互配合,门饰板20在前后方向上的位移被限制。
旋转锁扣包括枢转件30,枢转件30相对的两端上设置卡扣31和锁钩32,其中,枢转件30上设置枢转孔301,转轴40的一端例如固定于本门体10的一侧,转轴40的另一端插入枢转孔301中,枢转件30绕着转轴40转动,当其转动至第一位置时,卡扣31卡合于门本体10的一侧,锁扣32与门饰板20后侧的锁柱23卡合;当其转动至第二位置时,卡扣31与门本体10解除卡合,且锁柱23从锁钩32中脱出。
门本体10的前侧设置后平台12,后平台12例如形成于门本体10的周边饰条上,其朝向门饰板20延伸,后平台12的前端略低于门本体10的前侧,预留适当的空间与门饰板20配合,使得门饰板20可紧贴于门本体10的前侧。
本实施例中,后平台12的角落处设置固定块123,转轴40的一端固定于固定块123上,另一端凸出于固定块123并与枢转件30的枢转孔301相互配合,枢转件30可转动的结合于固定块123的前侧。
如图4、图8B和图9B所示,后平台12上设置缺口121,枢转件30转动至第一位置时,枢转件30的卡扣31穿过缺口121并与后平台12卡合。
枢转件30还包括握持部33,握持部33位于枢转件30和卡扣31之间,卡扣31例如为扣合臂,扣合臂形成于握持部33的端部,其与握持部33的端部之间形成有间隙311。扣合臂远离握持部33的侧面上包括卡合凸块312和止挡部313。
枢转件30转动至第一位置时,握持部33进入缺口121中,后平台12的缺口121的侧边挤压扣合臂及卡合凸块131,间隙311提供扣合臂形变空间,扣合臂上的卡合凸块312越过后平台12的缺口121的侧边后,扣合臂在上下方向上的移动趋势被卡合凸块31下侧的止挡部313止挡,此时,利用扣合臂被挤压后回弹力,后平台12的缺口121的侧边卡合于卡合凸块312和止挡部313之间,即,卡合凸块312穿过缺口121,在扣合臂的回弹力作用下,卡合凸块312压抵在后平台12的缺口121的侧边上。
本实施例中,扣合臂例如为弧形臂或者拱形臂结构。
如图4、图8B和图9B所示,锁钩32为形成于枢转件30上的开口,开口中设置弹性臂321,弹性臂321将开口分隔成卡合区322和形变区323,其中,卡合区322的开口处的尺寸小于锁柱23的直径,当卡合区322与锁柱23卡合时,锁柱23挤压弹性臂321,弹性臂321朝向形变区323移动,开口处扩大,锁柱23卡合卡合区322中,弹性臂321回弹提供的回弹力,使得卡合区322的开口处的尺寸回缩,避免锁柱23从卡合区322中脱出。当锁柱23从卡合区322中脱出时,锁柱23挤压弹性臂321,使得卡合区322的开口处扩大,锁柱23从开口处脱出。
本实施例中,卡扣31和锁钩32分别形成于枢转件30相对的左端和右端。其中,枢转件30的左端和卡扣31之间设置握持部33。转动握持部33使得枢转件30转动,卡扣31与门本体10一侧的后平台12卡合,以及,锁钩32与门饰板20的后侧的锁柱23相互卡合。
如图4、图7和图8B所示,旋转锁扣还包括锁钩罩50,其设置于枢转件30的前侧,位于门饰板20与门本体10之间,其锁附于门本体10上,且在前后方向上,锁钩罩50的前侧略低于门本体10的前侧。其中,锁钩罩50可锁附于后平台12的角落处的固定块123的前侧。
本实施例中,锁钩罩50上设置容纳槽51,容纳槽51为跑道槽,其中,当门饰板20装配于门本体10的前侧时,门饰板20后侧的锁柱23容纳于所述容纳槽中,且锁柱23的后端从容纳槽51中伸出被 锁钩32卡合。
如图3、图5、图6和图10所示,门饰板20的后侧设置框架21,框架21朝向门本体10突出前平台22,前平台22和后平台12相对延伸,前平台22上设置凸柱221,凸柱221具有空腔222。
前平台22可视作形成于门饰板20后侧的前把手,后平台12可视作形成于门本体10前侧的后把手,当门饰板20装配于门本体10前侧时,前平台22和后平台12相互叠置或者前把手和后把手相互叠置,并且隐藏于门体本10和门饰板20之间,因此,前平台22和后平台12可视作构成可更换门面的冰箱门100的隐藏把手结构。
如图6所示,锁柱23形成于框架21上,并朝向门本体10突出。本实施例中,锁柱23邻近前平台22的左侧和右侧设置,较佳的,锁柱23、前平台22和框架21一体成型,并贴合于门饰板20的后侧,与门饰板20整合成一个整体,便于门饰板20的更换时的快拆和快装。
如图10所示,整合框架21的门饰板20装配于门本体10前侧时,在上下方向上,前平台22搭接于后平台12的一侧,本实施例中,前平台22搭接或者叠置于后平台12的上侧,后平台12上定位块122插入前平台22的凸柱221的空腔222中,门饰板20在左右方向上的位移被限制。
如图6、图7和图10中所示,门本体10的前侧设置挂钩槽13,第一限位件14设置于挂钩槽13中,第一限位件14的后侧设置弹性推抵部141;框架20的上侧设置第二限位件24,第二限位件24为挂钩,第二限位件24和锁住23以及前平台22相对设置;其中,当挂 钩进入挂钩槽13中,挂钩落入到挂钩槽13底部时,弹性推抵部141在前后方向上向后弹性推抵挂钩,使得门饰板20向后移动并贴合于门本体10的前侧,门本体10和门饰板20之间没有间隙,增加了可更换门面的冰箱门100的美观性。
本实施里中,弹性推抵部141的一端与第一限位件14的本体142连接,弹性推抵部141的另一端斜向下朝向挂钩槽13的内部延伸。其中,斜向下延伸的弹性推抵部141还可导引挂钩24朝向挂钩槽13的底部滑动,提高挂钩24装配的便利性。
另外,挂钩槽13的挂钩插入口与门饰板20相对,挂钩槽13的后侧槽壁的一侧设置限位凸块,后侧槽壁与股沟插入口相对,挂钩24对应限位凸块设置限位孔242,限位孔242与限位凸块相互配合,限制了挂钩24在挂钩槽13中左右移动,进而,限制了门饰板20在左右方向的位移。
另外,挂钩还包括多个加强筋241,加强筋241用以提高挂钩的承重能力,提高门饰板20装配后的稳定性。
结合图1至图10可知,可更换门面的冰箱100的装配过程为:
在上下方向上,首先,将门饰板20后侧的框架21的上侧挂钩24插入挂钩槽13中,框架21下侧的锁柱23进入锁钩罩50的容纳槽51中;其次,向下移动门饰板20,挂钩24落入挂钩槽13的底部,并被第一限位件14的弹性推抵部141向后推抵;其中,伴随着挂钩24朝向挂钩槽13的底部移动的过程,锁柱23沿着容纳槽51向下滑动,并滑动至容纳槽51的底部,此时,后平台12和前平台22相互搭接, 且定位凸块122进入凸柱221的空腔222中;接着,转动枢转件30上的握持部33,枢转件30处于第一位置时,握持部33位于门本体10的前平台12的缺口121中,卡扣31的卡合凸块312越过缺口121的侧边并压抵于前平台12上侧,且,枢转件30另一端的锁钩32的卡合区322与锁柱23相互卡合。
结合图1至图10可知,可更换门面的冰箱100的拆卸过程为:
当需要对可更换门面的冰箱门进行拆卸时,朝向相反的方向转动枢转件30的握持部33,握持部33带动卡扣31从缺口121中转出,卡扣31与前平台12解除卡合,枢转件30反向转动,锁柱23从锁钩32中脱出;继续,在上下方向上,向上推抵门饰板20,挂钩24挤压第一限位件14,在挂钩槽13中向上移动,从挂钩槽13中脱出,同时,定位凸块122从凸柱221的空腔222中脱出,门饰板20从门本体10上被拆除。
综上,本发明提供一种可更换门面的冰箱门,门本体前侧的旋转锁扣转动,卡合门饰板后侧的锁柱,使得门饰板在上下方向上位移被限制;门本体前侧的限位件向后推抵门饰板后侧的另一限位件,使得门饰板在前后方向上的位移被限制,实现了门饰板和门本体的快速装配。其中,旋转锁扣反向枢转后,可快速移除门饰板和门体体在上下方向的限制,并通过推抵门饰板上下移动,解除门本体和门饰板在前后方向的限制,进而实现快速拆卸的目的。
另外,门本体和门饰板的拆装过程中未使用螺丝锁附固定,而仅是利用了简单的卡合结构,使得门饰板与门本体之间的装配更稳定, 同时拆卸更简便。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,其包括:
    门本体和可拆卸连接所述门本体的门饰板;
    所述门本体上设置旋转锁扣和第一限位件;
    所述门饰板朝向所述门本体的后侧包括第二限位件和锁柱;
    其中,所述门饰板装配于所述门本体的前侧时,所述旋转锁扣与所述锁柱卡合限制所述门饰板在上下方向上的位移;所述第一限位件与所述第二限位件配合限制所述门饰板在前后方向上的位移。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述旋转锁扣包括枢转件和设置与枢转件相对的两端的锁钩和卡扣,其中,当所述枢转件转动至第一位置时,所述锁钩与所述锁柱相互卡合,且所述卡扣与所述门本体一侧相互卡合。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,当所述旋转锁扣转动至第二位置时,所述卡扣脱离所述门本体一侧,且所述锁柱从所述锁钩中脱出。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述门本体一侧设置后平台,所述枢转件枢接所述后平台的前侧,所述后平台包括缺口,其中,当所述枢转件转动至第一位置时,所述卡扣与所述缺口相互卡合。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述枢转件包括握持部,所述握持部设置与所述枢转件与所述卡扣之间,所述卡扣为扣合臂,所述扣合臂与所述握持部之间具有间隙,所述扣 合臂远离所述握持部的侧面包括卡合凸块,其中,当所述卡扣与所述缺口相互卡合时,所述卡合凸块穿过所述缺口并压抵于所述后平台上。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述锁钩为形成在所述枢转件上的开口,所述开口中设置弹性臂,所述弹性臂将所述开口分隔成卡合区和形变区,其中,当所述枢转件转动至第一位置时,所述卡合区卡合所述所述锁柱。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述旋转锁扣还包括锁钩罩,所述锁钩罩设置与所述枢转部的前侧,所述锁钩罩上设置容纳槽,其中,当所述门饰板装配于所述门本体前侧,所述锁柱容纳于所述容纳槽中,且所述锁柱的后端从所述容纳槽中伸出被所述锁钩卡合。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述容纳槽为跑道槽。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述门饰板的后侧设置前平台,所述前平台朝向所述门本体突出,所述前平台上设置凸柱,所述凸柱具有空腔,所述后平台上设置定位块,其中,当所述门饰板装配于所述门本体前侧,所述定位块进入所述空腔中限制所述门饰板在左右方向上的位移。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述门饰板的后侧设置框架,所述框架贴合所述门饰板,所述框架的上侧设置所述第二限位件,所述框架的下侧设置所述锁柱,其中,所述 第二限位件为挂钩。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述门本体的前侧设置挂钩槽,所述第一限位件设置于所述挂钩槽中,所述第一限位件包括弹性推抵部,其中,所述挂钩进入所述挂钩槽中,所述弹性推抵部向后推抵所述挂钩。
