Description

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
请参阅图1并结合图2所示,本发明双向开关门装置100用于冰箱,以与设置在冰箱两侧的一对轴毂30相配合。所述双向开关门装置100包括壳体10以及设置在所述壳体10内的锁定机构20。
请参阅图2并结合图1、图3所示,所述壳体10包括底壁11、自所述底壁11侧缘弯折延伸的侧壁12以及与所述底壁11、侧壁12相配合的盖体(未图示)。所述底壁11和侧壁12共同构成收容空间13以收容所述锁定机构20。所述侧壁12包括前壁121以及与所述前壁121相对设置的后壁122。所述底壁11上设置有一对挡壁111,一对所述挡壁111之间形成有限位槽112。所述壳体10两端分别设置有收容槽14以及固定柱15,所述收容槽14
贯穿所述后壁122、底壁11以便收容安装在冰箱箱体或者门体上的轴毂30。
请参阅图2并结合图4、图5所示,在一些实施例中,所述锁定机构20收容于所述壳体10内,并将一对轴毂30中之一锁定于所述收容槽14内。所述锁定机构20包括可在轴毂30作用下左右移动的连杆21、分别设置在所述连杆21两端的卡件22以及固定在所述连杆21和卡件22之间的弹性元件23。请参阅图4并结合图2所示,所述连杆21收容在所述限位槽112内。所述连杆21两端分别设置有可伸入所述收容槽14以对轴毂30进行锁定的卡持部211、与所述卡件22相配合的定位槽212以及与所述定位槽212相连通的移动槽213。所述定位槽212沿所述连杆21的宽度方向设置,所述移动槽213沿所述连杆21的长度方向设置。请参阅图5所示,所述卡件22包括抵持部221、连接所述弹性元件23的连接部222以及位于两者之间的枢接部223。所述抵持部221设置有突伸入所述定位槽212的锁定柱224。所述连接部222具有突伸入所述收容槽14以与轴毂30相配合的受力部225以及连接所述弹性元件23的安装柱226,所述受力部225位于所述枢接部223和所述安装柱226之间。
在本发明的一些实施例中,弹性元件23也可固定在所述壳体10和卡件22之间。例如,请参阅图6所示,所述弹性元件23的一端固定在所述固定柱15上,另一端固定在所述安装柱226上。所述卡件22可以在所述弹性元件23的作用下绕所述枢接部223转动。在本实施例中,所述枢接部223为枢接轴孔,所述弹性元件23为拉簧。
请参阅图1所示,在门闭合时,即冰箱两侧的轴毂30分别收容于壳体10两侧的收容槽14内时,连杆21一侧的卡持部211伸入该侧的收容槽14并将该侧的轴毂30锁定在该侧收容槽14内,另一侧的卡持部211位于另一收容槽14外侧而未对另一侧的轴毂30进行锁定;同时卡件22上的受力部225与两侧的轴毂30相抵持,并且卡件22上的抵持部221位于移动槽213内。
请参阅图1所示,在未被锁定侧的轴毂30相对移出该侧收容槽14时,该侧卡件22受到弹性元件23的作用力旋转,该侧卡件22上的受力部225伸入该侧收容槽14、抵持部221伸入定位槽212并与定位槽212内壁相抵持以对连杆21位置进行限定。请参阅图8所示,在未被锁定侧的轴毂30相对移入收容槽14时,该侧卡件22的受力部225在该侧轴毂30的作用下旋
转,抵持部221移动至移动槽213内。
请参阅图1所示,在门闭合状态下被锁定侧的轴毂30相对移出该侧收容槽14时,该侧轴毂30抵持连杆21该侧的卡持部211使得连杆21另一侧的卡持部211移入另一侧收容槽14以将另一侧轴毂30锁定在另一侧收容槽14内,同时该侧卡件22受到弹性元件23的作用力旋转,该侧卡件22上的受力部225伸入该侧收容槽14、抵持部221伸入定位槽212并与定位槽212内壁相抵持以对连杆21位置进行限定。
图9所示为本发明双向开关门装置100的另一实施例的局部放大图。在该实施例中,弹性元件23'为压簧。显然,该实施例同样能够实现本发明的目的。
请参阅图10所示,本发明还提供了一种冰箱200,所述冰箱200包括箱体210、门体220、设置在所述箱体210上的轴毂(未图示)以及设置在所述门体220上的双向开关门装置100,所述双向开关门装置100与所述轴毂相配合以使得将门体220固定安装在箱体210上。在本实施例中,所述双向开关门装置100设置在所述门体220的上侧,但是在其它实施例中,所述双向开关门装置100亦可以设置在所述门体220的下侧。
请参阅图11所示,本发明还提供了另一种冰箱300,所述冰箱300包括箱体310、门体320、设置在所述门体320上的轴毂330以及设置在所述箱体310上的双向开关门装置100,所述双向开关门装置100与所述轴毂330相配合以使得将门体320固定安装在箱体310上。在本实施例中,所述双向开关门装置100设置在箱体310上与门体320上侧相对应的中梁搁板340上,但是在其它实施例中,所述双向开关门装置100亦可以设置在箱体310上与门体320下侧相对应处。
综上所述,由于本发明所述双向开关门装置100可以实现双向打开关闭,从而使得本发明所述冰箱200、300亦可以实现双向打开或者关闭门体,从而可以满足具有不同需求的客户,提高了用户使用满意度。
相较于现有技术,本发明双向开关门装置100可以在不拆卸的情况下,实现双向打开或者关闭,从而可以满足具有不同需求的客户,提高了用户使用满意度。
特别需要指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在本发明的教导下所作的针对本发明的等效变化,仍应包含在本发明申请专利范围所主张的范围
中。
Claims (10)
- 一种双向开关门装置,用于冰箱,以与设置在冰箱两侧的两个轴毂相配合,其中所述双向开关门装置包括:壳体,所述壳体两端分别设置有向外开放的收容槽以收容所述轴毂;锁定机构,收容于所述壳体内,并将一对轴毂中之一锁定于收容槽内;所述锁定机构包括可在轴毂作用下左右移动的连杆、分别设置在所述连杆两端的卡件以及固定在所述连杆和所述卡件之间的弹性元件;所述连杆两端分别设置有可伸入所述收容槽以对轴毂进行锁定的卡持部、以及与所述卡件相配合的定位槽;所述卡件包括用以与所述定位槽相配合的抵持部、与所述弹性元件相连接的连接部、以及位于两者之间的枢接部,所述连接部设置有突伸入所述收容槽以与轴毂相抵持的受力部;在门闭合,即冰箱两侧的轴毂分别收容于壳体两侧的收容槽内时,所述连杆一侧的卡持部伸入该侧的收容槽并将该侧轴毂锁定在该侧收容槽内,另一侧的卡持部位于另一收容槽外侧而未对另一侧的轴毂进行锁定;同时卡件上的受力部与两侧的轴毂相抵持,并且卡件上的抵持部位于定位槽外侧;在未被锁定侧的轴毂相对移出收容槽时,该侧卡件受到弹性元件的作用力旋转,该侧卡件上的受力部伸入该侧收容槽、抵持部伸入定位槽并与定位槽内壁相抵持以对连杆位置进行限定;在未被锁定侧的轴毂相对移入收容槽时,该侧卡件的受力部在该侧轴毂的作用下旋转,抵持部移动至定位槽外侧;在门闭合状态下被锁定侧的轴毂相对移出该侧收容槽时,该侧轴毂抵持所述连杆该侧的卡持部使得所述连杆另一侧的卡持部移入另一侧所述收容槽以将另一侧轴毂锁定在另一侧所述收容槽内,同时该侧卡件受到弹性元件的作用力旋转,该侧卡件上的受力部伸入该侧收容槽、抵持部伸入定位槽并与定位槽内壁相抵持以对连杆位置进行限定。
- 一种双向开关门装置,用于冰箱,以与设置在冰箱两侧的两个轴毂相配合,其中所述双向开关门装置包括:壳体,所述壳体两端分别设置有向外开放的收容槽以收容所述轴毂;锁定机构,收容于所述壳体内,并将一对轴毂中之一锁定于收容槽内;所述锁定机构包括可在轴毂作用下左右移动的连杆、分别设置在所述连杆两端的卡件以及固定在所述壳体和所述卡件之间的弹性元件;所述连杆两端分别设置有可伸入所述收容槽以对轴毂进行锁定的卡持部、以及与所述卡件相配合的定位槽;所述卡件包括用以与所述定位槽相配合的抵持部、与所述弹性元件相连接的连接部、以及位于两者之间的枢接部,所述连接部设置有突伸入所述收容槽以与轴毂相抵持的受力部;在门闭合,即冰箱两侧的轴毂分别收容于壳体两侧的收容槽内时,所述连杆一侧的卡持部伸入该侧的收容槽并将该侧轴毂锁定在该侧收容槽内,另一侧的卡持部位于另一收容槽外侧而未对另一侧的轴毂进行锁定;同时两个卡件上的受力部分别与两侧的轴毂相抵持,并且每个所述卡件上的抵持部位于相应所述定位槽外侧;在未被锁定侧的轴毂相对移出收容槽时,该侧卡件受到弹性元件的作用力旋转,该侧卡件上的受力部伸入该侧收容槽、抵持部伸入定位槽并与定位槽内壁相抵持以对连杆位置进行限定;在未被锁定侧的轴毂相对移入收容槽时,该侧卡件的受力部在该侧轴毂的作用下旋转,抵持部移动至定位槽外侧;在门闭合状态下被锁定侧的轴毂相对移出该侧收容槽时,该侧轴毂抵持所述连杆该侧的卡持部使得所述连杆另一侧的卡持部移入另一侧所述收容槽以将另一侧轴毂锁定在另一侧所述收容槽内,同时该侧卡件受到弹性元件的作用力旋转,该侧卡件上的受力部伸入该侧收容槽、抵持部伸入定位槽并与定位槽内壁相抵持以对连杆位置进行限定。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的双向开关门装置,其中所述弹性元件为拉簧或者压簧。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的双向开关门装置,其中所述连杆两端还分别设置有与相应所述定位槽相连通的移动槽以收容移动至相应所述定位槽外侧的抵持部。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的双向开关门装置,其中所述枢接部为枢接轴孔。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的双向开关门装置,其中所述连接部还设置有连接所述弹性元件的安装柱;所述受力部位于所述枢接部和所述安装柱之间。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的双向开关门装置,其中所述壳体包括底壁以及自底壁侧缘弯折延伸的侧壁,所述底壁、侧壁共同构成收容空间以收容所述锁定机构。
- 如权利要求7所述的双向开关门装置,其中所述底壁设置有一对挡壁,一对所述挡壁之间形成有限位槽以收容所述连杆。
- 如权利要求7所述的双向开关门装置,其中所述侧壁包括前壁以及相对设置的后壁,所述收容槽贯穿所述后壁和底壁。
- 一种冰箱,包括:箱体;门体;和如权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的双向开关门装置,所述箱体和所述门体中一者设置有轴毂,所述双向开关门装置设置在所述箱体和所述门体中另一者上并与所述轴毂相配合以将所述门体固定在所述箱体上。
