冰箱作为一种可使食物或其他物品保持恒定低温冷态的容器已成为现代家庭必不可少家用电器之一。冰箱通常包括有上下分离设置的冷藏室和冷冻室,以用于分别存放需在不同温度下保存的物品,对应这两个冷藏室分别设有两个门体。目前市场上的冰箱门体大多为右开门体,也就是将铰链安装在门体右侧,使得开门体时从冰箱左侧将门体向右打开。随着人们对冰箱使用中个性化和舒适度要求的提高,并且受房屋户型和家具布局的影响,用户对冰箱的摆放位置和门体朝向也有一定的要求;特别是当出现上述需求而需要冰箱门体为左开门体时,则需要请专业人员上门体将铰链拆下后更换到冰箱的另一侧,由此实现从另一侧开门体。该种冰箱门体换向打开方式即不方便,费用也高,并且冰箱位置更换而导致门体又要换向打开时又要找专业人员上门体操作,较为麻烦。

本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单且方便使用的双向开门装置及具有该装置的冰箱。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了一种双向开门装置,包括壳体、设置在壳体内的连杆及设置在连杆两端的两组锁定机构,每一所述锁定机构包括枢接于壳体上的锁定件、以及相互配合以连接锁定件和连杆的枢轴和移动槽;所述壳体设有向外开放的开口部,所述锁定件设有伸入开口部内的卡勾;所述双向开门装置还包括设置在壳体上并与连杆相配合的拨动机构,所述拨动机构驱动连杆移动进而带动锁定件伸入或离开所述开口部。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述移动槽设置在所述锁定件远离卡勾的一 端;所述枢轴设置在所述连杆末端,在锁定件旋转时,所述枢轴与移动槽内壁相抵持并且在移动槽内移动。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述移动槽呈长条状。

所述凸轮42设置于连杆2的配合槽21内,并与配合槽21的内壁相配合,使得凸轮42旋转时可抵持配合槽21的内壁并带动连杆2左右移动。所述拨盘41设有朝向壳体1外侧的操作部411以及自壳本体11上的穿孔115穿过的连接部412。所述凸轮42上设有与连接部412相固定的固定孔421、以及沿垂直壳本体11的底壁111方向延伸的第二定位轴422。所述扭簧43的另一端固定在所述第二定位轴422上。所述凸轮42设有径向相对的凸部423和凹部424,所述第二定位轴422设置于所述凸部423上。在初始状态 下,所述凸轮42的凸部423朝向后壁114方向设置,此时所述凸轮42和第一定位轴116沿壳体1宽度方向位于同一直线上。
在本实施方式中,连杆2上的所述配合槽21设置于所述连杆2的中间位置,诚然,所述配合槽21也可设置在两组锁定机构3之间的其他位置处。
结合图1至图4所示,综上,本发明中双向开门装置100使用时,用户可直接操作拨动机构4,即当需要将冰箱800的门体82设置为向右侧打开时,可直接通过操作拨盘41,使拨盘41通过连动机构42带动连杆2向右移动;在本实施方式中具体是通过顺时针旋转拨盘41,拨盘41便会带动凸轮42顺时针旋转,从而推动连杆2向右移动,此时,凸轮42的一侧旋转至抵持配合槽21靠近前壁113的一侧内壁,扭簧43抵持第二定位轴422而保持凸轮42的该种旋转后的位置状态;在连杆2向右移动时,连杆2左端的枢轴22抵顶与其配合的锁定件31上的移动槽33内壁,使得该锁定件31绕转轴310顺时针旋转,从而使得卡勾311逐渐离开开口部10,同时连杆2向右移动时左侧的阻挡部30也逐渐离开开口部10,进而脱离对该侧固定柱821的限制,进而使得冰箱800门体82可以从该侧打开。
在上述过程中,连杆2右侧的锁定件31被连杆2抵持也顺时针旋转,而使得该侧的锁定件31上的卡勾311更加伸入开口部10,同时连杆2向右移动时右侧的阻挡部30也更加伸入开口部10内,以对固定柱821进行限制;此时,该侧的卡勾311、阻挡部22和弧形突起13共同围成一个圆形收容孔,从而将该侧的固定柱821包围在其中;另外,在拨动机构4中扭簧43的扭力作用下,本发明双向开门装置100可有效保持用户调节后的该种开门体状态。
当需要将冰箱800的门体82设置为向左侧打开时,只要按照上面的使用方式反向操作即可。由此可知,本发明中双向开门装置100可直接通过调节拨动机构4即可实现冰箱800门体82的开门体方向的调节,简单方便,完全不需专业人员上门体操作,省时省力,且其结构简单,成本较低。
综上所述,本发明双向开门装置100通过拨动机构4带动连杆2左右移动,从而使得连杆2通过枢轴22或移动槽33内壁带动锁定件31顺时针或逆时针转动,进而使得卡勾311伸入或脱离开口部10,由此使得用户可直接操作拨动机构4即可实现连杆2两侧的锁定机构3的开合切换,进而可对设置有该双向开门装置100的冰箱800进行门体82打开方向的切换,简单 方便,完全不需专业人员上门体操作,省时省力,且其结构简单,成本较低。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种双向开门装置,包括壳体、设置在壳体内的连杆及设置在连杆两端的两组锁定机构,其中
    每一所述锁定机构包括枢接于壳体上的锁定件、以及相互配合以连接锁定件和连杆的枢轴和移动槽;所述壳体设有向外开放的开口部,所述锁定件设有伸入开口部内的卡勾;所述双向开门装置还包括设置在壳体上并与连杆相配合的拨动机构,所述拨动机构驱动连杆移动进而带动锁定件伸入或离开所述开口部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双向开门装置,其中
    所述移动槽设置在所述锁定件远离卡勾的一端;所述枢轴设置在所述连杆末端,在锁定件旋转时,所述枢轴与移动槽内壁相抵持并且在移动槽内移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的双向开门装置,其中
    所述移动槽呈长条状。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的双向开门装置,其中
    所述锁定件上设有与壳体枢转连接的转轴,所述转轴位于移动槽和卡勾之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的双向开门装置,其中
    所述锁定机构还包括自连杆两端沿其长度方向向外突伸的阻挡部,在锁定机构闭合时,所述阻挡部伸入所述开口部内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的双向开门装置,其中
    所述壳体上还设有自开口部内侧边缘伸出的弧形突起,在锁定机构闭合时,所述卡勾、阻挡部和弧形突起之间形成一个圆形收容孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的双向开门装置,其中
    所述壳体上还设有与所述转轴相配合的轴孔,所述轴孔与弧形突起相邻 设置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的双向开门装置,其中
    所述拨动机构包括安装于壳体上并向外暴露的拨盘、连接拨盘和连杆的连动机构、以及对连杆位置进行限定的限定机构。
  9. 一种冰箱,包括箱体和门体,其中
    所述冰箱还包括如权利要求1至8项中任意一项所述的双向开关门装置,所述门体和箱体中一者设置有固定柱,所述双向开关门装置设置在所述箱体和门体中另一者上,所述双向开门装置中的锁定机构与所述固定柱相配合锁定门体打开方向。
