下面参考图 1-图 6 描述根据本发明第一方面实施例的用于旋转式箱门的闭门结构 100。 下面以闭门结构 100用于水箱为例进行说明, 其中闭门结构用于箱门 200和水箱 箱体 (图未示出)之间。
如图 1-图 6所示, 根据本发明实施例的闭门结构 100, 包括: 铰链组件 1、 沿横向 延伸的活动板 2、 弹簧 3和滚轮 4, 其中旋转式箱门 200通过铰链组件 1安装在箱体上 且箱门 200的上端面上形成有滑道 210。
铰链组件 1 包括铰链本体 11和铰链轴 13, 如图 2中所示,铰链本体 11沿纵向固定 在箱体上, 例如铰链本体 11通过设在铰链本体 11上的螺孔螺栓连接在箱体上, 其中设 有铰链孔 121的铰链板 12连接至铰链本体 11的后端, 铰链轴 13与铰链孔 121配合以 将箱门 200相对于箱体可旋转。
活动板 2的第一端 (例如如图 1-图 3中的左端) 可枢转地连接至铰链本体 11的前 端,且活动板 2被设置成在其与水箱上端面所在平面之间的角度在 0-90。的范围内枢转, 也就是说, 活动板 2的第二端可在一定范围内上下运动,但向下运动的极限位置为与水 平面平行的位置。 弹簧 3的两端分别连接至活动板 2与铰链本体 11的前端, 滚轮 4可 旋转地设在活动板 2的第二端以随着活动板 2的运动而卡入或滑出滑道 210。
如图 4-图 6所示, 箱门 200关闭到一定位置时, 与铰链本体 11连接的活动板 1绕 铰链轴 13运动邻近箱门 200并逐渐挤压箱门 200, 此时滚轮 4被箱门 200挤压, 带动 活动板 2向上枢转, 此时弹簧 3被拉长, 当滚轮 4继续运动直到滑道 210的上方时, 即 箱门 200关上时, 由于弹簧 3的弹性回复力, 带动活动板 1向下枢转并使滚轮 4卡入到 滑道 210内, 此时产生了对箱门 200的关门止挡, 使得箱门 200关紧, 防止受到千扰时 易被弹开。
根据本发明实施例的闭门结构, 关门止挡效果好, 在受到千扰外力时不易弹开, 且 结构筒单, 成本低。 另外, 开关门时手感舒适。 在本发明的一个实施例中, 闭门结构 100进一步包括倾斜板 5, 倾斜板 5从第一端 (即图 1中的左端)向第二端(即图 1中的右端)向上倾斜, 其中倾斜板 5的第一端与 铰链本体 11的前端固定, 且活动板 1可枢转地连接至倾斜板 5的第二端, 由此活动板 2的高度高于铰链本体 11的高度, 使滚轮 4更易于够到箱门 200的滑道 210。
如图 1-图 3所示, 根据本发明一个实施例的闭门结构 100进一步包括第一销轴 6, 其中活动板 2通过第一销轴 6与倾斜板 5可枢转地相连。进一步地, 活动板 2的第二端 分别沿横向延伸出两条平行且间隔开的安装条 21, 此时闭门结构 100进一步包括第二 销轴 7, 第二销轴 7 固定在两条安装条 21之间, 其中滚轮 4套设在第二销轴 7上, 这 样滚轮 4可旋转地设在了活动板 2的第二端上, 且可节省空间。
可选地, 第二销轴 7上设有两个止滑扣 (图未示出) , 止滑扣分别设在滚轮 4的两 侧, 以防止滚轮 4在第二销轴 7上往来滑动。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图 1-图 3中所示,闭门结构 100进一步包括支撑板 8, 支撑板 8设在活动板 2的下方, 并且与箱门 200上端面平行, 其中支撑板 8的第一端与 倾斜板 5固定, 例如焊接, 由此可精确限制活动板的枢转的向下极限位置为与箱门 200 的上端面平行, 从而可防止对箱门 200的上端面的磕碰损坏。
可以理解的是, 根据本发明实施例的闭门结构还可用于其他类型的箱门及拒门中。 根据本发明第二方面实施例的一种对开门水箱, 包括两个闭门结构、 箱体、 左箱门 和右箱门, 其中闭门结构均为根据本发明第一方面实施例中所述的闭门结构 100。 箱体 前侧敞开, 其中铰链本体 11分别设在箱体的前边沿的左、 右侧, 左箱门和右箱门分别 通过铰链组件 1 可旋转地安装在箱体的前侧, 其中上述第一方面实施例中描述的滑道 210分别设在左箱门 200和右箱门的上端面上。
具体地,如图 5中所示,在左箱门 200和右箱门的上端面的内侧分别形成有凹口 201 , 且在凹口 201的边缘设有止挡块 202,表面具有预定坡度的,其中滑道 210由止挡块 202 与凹口 201限定出。 这样, 关门过程中, 滚轮 4在进入到滑道 210的过程中, 通过该止 挡块 202的坡度可减小滑动阻力, 进而减小了关门阻力。
可选地, 止挡块 202可通过多个螺钉固定在凹口 201 内。 可选地, 止挡块 202和滚 轮 4均由聚甲醛材料 (POM) 制成。
在本发明的一些实施例中, 为了保证滚轮 4分别与左箱门 200和右箱门的滑道 210 之间的配合效果,避免配合错位对水箱保温效果带来的影响,在左箱门 200和右箱门的 底部分别设有可调节箱门高度的垫片 (图未示出) 。
下面参考图 5、 图 6和图 2描述根据本发明实施例的对开门水箱的箱门开关时的工 作过程, 此处仍以左箱门开关为例进行说明。
首先, 关门过程中, 箱门 200关闭到一定位置时, 与铰链本体 11 连接的活动板 1 绕铰链轴 13运动邻近箱门 200, 如图 5所示, 并逐渐挤压箱门 200, 关门时会受到一定 的阻力。用户稍微用力将门关上,此时滚轮 4被箱门 200挤压,带动活动板 1向上枢转, 此时弹簧 3被拉伸, 如图 6所示, 当滚轮 4继续运动直到滑道 210的上方时, 即箱门 200关上时, 由于弹簧 3的弹性回复力, 带动活动板 1向下枢转并使滚轮 4卡入到滑道 21 0内, 如图 2所示, 从而将箱门 200关紧, 保证了箱门 2 00的关门止挡。
开门过程中, 与上述关门过程正好相反。 用户稍用力将滚轮 4从滑道 21 0中拉出到 止挡块 202上, 带动活动板 2向上枢转, 此时弹簧 3被拉伸, 如图 6所示。 当箱门 200 开到一定的程度时, 滚轮 4离开止挡块 2 02 , 弹簧 3恢复, 带动活动板 2向下运动, 如 图 5所示, 完成开门过程。
根据本发明实施例的对开门水箱的其他构成例如冷藏室中央的翻转梁、 冷藏冷冻控 制和制冷系统等以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的, 这里不再详细描 述。
根据本发明实施例的对开门水箱, 通过釆用上述闭门结构, 关门止挡效果更好, 在 用力关一边的门时, 另一边的门不会由于气压的原因而弹开, 防止了水箱漏冷, 使得凝 露能耗较低。
在本说明书的描述中, 参考术语 "一个实施例" 、 "一些实施例" 、 "示意性实施 例" 、 "示例" 、 "具体示例" 、 或 "一些示例" 等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描 述的具体特征、 结构、 材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。 在本说 明书中, 对上述术语的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。 而且, 描述的具 体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结 合。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种用于旋转式箱门的闭门结构, 所述旋转式箱门可旋转地安装在箱体上, 其 特征在于, 所述闭门结构包括:
铰链组件, 其中所述旋转式箱门通过铰链组件安装在所述箱体上且箱门的上端面上 形成有滑道, 所述铰链组件包括:
铰链本体, 所述铰链本体沿纵向固定在所述箱体上, 其中设有铰链孔的铰链板连接 至所述铰链本体的后端; 和
与所述铰链孔配合的铰链轴;
沿横向延伸的活动板, 所述活动板的第一端可枢转地连接至所述铰链本体的前端且 所述活动板与水箱上端面所在平面之间的角度范围在 0 - 90。;
弹簧, 所述弹簧的两端分别连接至所述活动板与铰链本体的前端; 和
滚轮, 所述滚轮可旋转地设在所述活动板的第二端以随着所述活动板的运动而卡入 或滑出所述滑道。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的闭门结构, 其特征在于, 进一步包括倾斜板, 所述倾斜 板从第一端向第二端向上倾斜, 其中所述倾斜板的第一端与所述铰链本体的前端固定, 且所述活动板可枢转地连接至所述倾斜板的第二端。
3、 根据权利要求 2 所述的闭门结构, 其特征在于, 进一步包括第一销轴, 其中所 述活动板通过所述第一销轴与所述倾斜板可枢转地相连。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的闭门结构, 其特征在于, 所述活动板的第二端分别沿横 向延伸出两条平行且间隔开的安装条,
所述闭门结构进一步包括第二销轴, 所述第二销轴固定在所述两条安装条之间, 其 中所述滚轮套设在所述第二销轴上。
5、 根据权利要求 4 所述的闭门结构, 其特征在于, 所述第二销轴上设有两个止滑 扣, 所述止滑扣分别设在所述滚轮的两侧。
6、 根据权利要求 3- 5 中任一项所述的闭门结构, 其特征在于, 进一步包括设在所 述活动板的下方的支撑板,所述支撑板与箱门上端面平行且所述支撑板的第一端与所述 倾斜板固定。
7、 一种对开门水箱, 其特征在于, 包括:
两个根据权利要求 1 -6中任一项所述的闭门结构;
箱体, 所述箱体前侧敞开, 其中所述铰链本体分别设在所述箱体的前边沿的左、 右 侧;
左箱门和右箱门, 所述左箱门和右箱门分别可旋转地安装在所述箱体的前侧, 其中 所述滑道分别设在所述左箱门和右箱门的上端面上。
8、 根据权利要求 7 所述的对开门水箱, 其特征在于, 在所述左箱门和右箱门的上 端面的内侧分别形成有凹口, 且在所述凹口的边缘设有表面具有预定坡度的止挡块, 其 中所述滑道由所述止挡块与所述凹口限定出。
9、 根据权利要求 8 所述的对开门水箱, 其特征在于, 所述止挡块和所述滚轮均由 聚甲醛材料制成。
10、 根据权利要求 7所述的对开门水箱, 其特征在于, 在所述左箱门和右箱门的底 部分别设有可调节其高度的垫片。
