冰箱作为一种可使食物或其他物品保持恒定低温冷态的容器已成为现代家庭必不可少家用电器之一。冰箱通常包括有上下分离设置的冷藏室和冷冻室,以用于分别存放需在不同温度下保存的物品,对应这两个冷藏室分别设有两个门体。目前市场上的冰箱门体大多为右开门体,也就是将铰链安装在门体右侧,使得开门体时从冰箱左侧将门体向右打开。随着人们对冰箱使用中个性化和舒适度要求的提高,并且受房屋户型和家具布局的影响,用户对冰箱的摆放位置和门体朝向也有一定的要求;特别是当出现上述需求而需要冰箱门体为左开门体时,则需要请专业人员上门体将铰链拆下后更换到冰箱的另一侧,由此实现从另一侧开门体。该种冰箱门体换向打开方式即不方便,费用也高,并且冰箱位置更换而导致门体又要换向打开时又要找专业人员上门体操作,较为麻烦。

为实现上述发明目的,本发明还提供了一种冰箱,包括门体和箱体,所述冰箱还包括上述的双向开关门装置,所述门体和箱体中一者设置有固定柱,所述双向开关门装置设置在所述箱体和门体中另一者上并与所述固定柱相配合。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明双向开门装置直接在连杆两端延伸设置阻挡机构,并通过扭转拨盘而推动连杆左右移动,从而使得连杆两端的阻挡机构开启或闭合壳体上的开口部,使得用户可直接操作拨盘即可实现连杆两端的阻挡机构的开合切换,进而可对设置有该双向开门装置的冰箱进行门体打开方向的切换,简单方便,完全不需专业人员上门体操作,省时省力,且其结构简单,成本较低。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图所示的各实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但这些实施方式并不限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。
请参照图1至图5所示为本发明双向开门装置100的一较佳实施方式。本发明双向开门装置100应用于冰箱800上,并包括壳体1、设置在壳体1内的连杆2、设置在壳体1上并与连杆2相配合设置的拨动机构3、以及设置在连杆2两端的阻挡机构20。
参照图4所示,所述冰箱800包括箱体81和门体82,在本实施方式中,所述双向开门装置100设置在上侧门体82的下端或者下侧门体82的上端,所述箱体81的两侧均设置有铰链811,所述铰链811设有用以与门体82上的双向开门装置100的阻挡机构20相配合的固定柱813、以及用以导引门体82闭合移动的导引机构812;所述导引机构812为导引轮,可在门体82闭合时使得门体82移动至预设的高度,防止门体82闭合不严。另,参照图5所示,在另一实施方式中,所述双向开门装置100设置在冰箱800的箱体81的中梁隔板810上,并在上侧门体82的下端或者下侧门体82的上端设置与该双向开门装置100的阻挡机构20相配合的固定柱821。综上可知,所述门体82和箱体81中一者设置有固定柱821、813,所述双向开关门装置100设置在所述箱体81和门体82中另一者上并与所述固定柱813、821相配合。
结合图1至图4所示,本实施方式中主要以将本发明双向开门装置100的壳体1设置在冰箱800的门体82上为例,其用以与箱体81上的铰链811 相配合。所述双向开门装置100两侧分别设有向外开放的开口部10,以与箱体81两侧铰链811上的固定柱813相配合定位。所述阻挡机构20为自连杆2两端分别向外直接延伸形成的阻挡部,所述阻挡部20可伸入所述开口部10以阻挡固定所述固定柱813。
所述壳体1沿冰箱800横向方向延伸呈纵长型,其包括壳本体11和遮盖壳本体11的盖体(未图示)。所述壳本体11设有底壁111、自底壁111两侧同向延伸的两侧壁112、以及自底壁111前侧和后侧同样延伸的前壁113和后壁114。所述开口部10向前贯穿前壁113并沿前后方向延伸。所述底壁111上突设有挡板13,所述挡板13自所述开口部10远离所述连杆2的一侧缘突伸而成,以用以与连杆2相配合而将固定柱813稳固固定。
所述连杆2收容在壳体1内,并沿冰箱800横向方向延伸,亦即沿壳体1的纵长方向延伸呈长条状。所述连杆2上设有与拨动机构3相配合的配合槽21。所述壳本体11的底壁111上设有与所述配合槽21相对应设置的穿孔115,以供拨动机构3穿过穿孔115而与连杆2相配合。
结合图1至图3所示,所述拨动机构3包括安装于壳体1上并向外暴露的拨盘31、连接拨盘31和连杆2以带动连杆2左右移动的连动机构32、以及对连杆2位置进行限定的限定机构33。所述拨盘31设有朝向壳体1外侧的操作部311以及自壳本体11上的穿孔115穿过的连接部312。所述连动机构32包括形成在所述连杆2上的所述配合槽21、以及与连接部312相连接并设置于配合槽21内的凸轮321。
在本实施方式中,所述限定机构33包括一端枢接于壳体1上的拉簧331、以及连接在凸轮321与拉簧331之间的推杆332。所述推杆332设有固定所述拉簧331另一端的第一固定轴3321。所述连杆2或者壳体1设有供第一固定轴3321在其中移动的导引槽22。在本实施方式中,所述导引槽22设置在所述连杆2上。所述配合槽21位于连杆2的中间位置,所述导引槽22设置在所述配合槽21的外侧。
所述凸轮321设有径向相对的凸部3211和凹部3212、以及位于凸部3211和凹部3212之间的中间部3213。在初始状态下,所述凸轮321的凸部3211朝向开口部10的开口方向设置。在本实施方式中,所述限定机构33包括沿连杆2长度方向位于配合槽21两侧的两根所述拉簧331、以及分别连接两根拉簧331和所述凸轮321的中间部3213两侧的两根所述推杆332。 所述连杆2或者壳体1设有与两根所述推杆332的第一固定轴3321分别对应的两个所述导引槽22。在本实施方式中,两个所述导引槽22均设置在所述连杆2上,且分别位于配合槽21的两侧。
所述壳体1设有分别固定两个所述拉簧331的两个第二固定轴12,两个所述第二固定轴12分别位于凸轮321和导引槽22之间。所述连杆2和推杆332均设有供所述第二固定轴12穿过的让位槽3322,所述让位槽3322的长度大于第二固定轴12的外径,从而方便连杆2和推杆332相对壳体1移动。
结合图1至图5所示,综上,本发明中双向开门装置100使用时,用户可直接操作拨动机构3,即当需要将冰箱800的门体82设置为向左侧打开时,可直接将拨盘31顺时针旋转,拨盘31便会带动凸轮321顺时针旋转,从而推动连杆2向左移动,此时,连杆2右侧的阻挡机构20逐渐离开开口部10,进而脱离对该侧固定柱813的限制,进而使得冰箱800门体82可以从该侧打开,结合图3所示即为固定柱813从该侧脱离以使门体82打开的状态。
在上述过程中,连杆2左侧的阻挡机构20更加伸入开口部10内,以对该侧的固定柱813进行限制;另外,在拨动机构3中两根拉簧331和推杆332的作用力下,本发明双向开门装置100可有效保持用户调节后的该种开门体状态,具体为:在凸轮321顺时针旋转时带动两个推杆332同时进行顺时针和沿连杆2长度方向移动,此时,推杆332上的第一固定轴3321在导引槽22内则同时进行逆时针移动和朝向凸轮321方向移动,使得两根拉簧331的拉伸长度变短,并且在两个拉簧331的拉力作用下使得凸轮321和推杆332的该种状态得以保存;如果凸轮321和推杆332需要复位则需要克服拉簧331的拉力。
当需要将冰箱800的门体82设置为向右侧打开时,只要按照上面的使用方式反向操作即可。由此可知,本发明中双向开门装置100可直接通过调节拨动机构3即可实现冰箱800门体82的开门体方向的调节,简单方便,完全不需专业人员上门体操作,省时省力,且其结构简单,成本较低。
请参照图6所示为本发明双向开门装置的另一实施方式,其与第一实施方式中的双向开门装置的不同点在于拨动机构。在本实施方式中,所述拨动机构中的连动机构42为包括形成在所述连杆2上的所述配合槽21、以及与 拨盘41相连接并设置于配合槽21内的凸轮42;所述限定机构43为枢接于凸轮42和壳体1之间的弹性体。该弹性体43可对凸轮42的状态进行保持,进而对连杆2的位置状态进行限定。所述壳本体11的底壁111上突设有用以固定弹性体43一端的第一定位轴116。
所述凸轮42设置于连杆2的配合槽21内,并与配合槽21的内壁相配合,使得凸轮42旋转时可抵持配合槽21的内壁并带动连杆2左右移动。所述拨盘41设有朝向壳体1外侧的操作部411以及自壳本体11上的穿孔115穿过的连接部412。所述凸轮42上设有与连接部412相固定的固定孔421、以及沿垂直壳本体11的底壁111方向延伸的第二定位轴422。所述弹性体43的另一端固定在所述第二定位轴422上。所述凸轮42设有径向相对的凸部423和凹部424,所述第二定位轴422设置于所述凸部423上。
结合图1所示,在本实施方式中所述弹性体43为扭簧;在初始状态下,所述凸轮42的凸部423朝向后壁114方向设置,此时所述凸轮42和第一定位轴116沿壳体1宽度方向位于同一直线上。
在本实施方式中,连杆2上的所述配合槽21设置于所述连杆2的中间位置,诚然,所述配合槽21也可设置在两组阻挡机构20之间的其他位置处。
在该实施方式中,本发明中双向开门装置使用时,用户可直接操作拨动机构,即当需要将冰箱800的门体82设置为向右侧打开时,可直接将拨盘41顺时针旋转,拨盘41便会带动凸轮42顺时针旋转,从而推动连杆2向右移动,此时,凸轮42的一侧旋转至抵持配合槽21靠近前壁113的一侧内壁,扭簧43抵持第二定位轴422而保持凸轮42的该种旋转后的位置状态,连杆2左侧的阻挡机构20逐渐离开开口部10,进而脱离对该侧固定柱813的限制,进而使得冰箱800门体82可以从该侧打开。
在上述过程中,连杆2右侧的阻挡机构20更加伸入开口部10内,以对该侧的固定柱813进行限制;另外,在拨动机构中扭簧43的扭力作用下,本发明双向开门装置100可有效保持用户调节后的该种开门体状态。
当需要将冰箱800的门体82设置为向左侧打开时,只要按照上面的使用方式反向操作即可。由此可知,本发明中双向开门装置100可直接通过调节拨动机构即可实现冰箱800门体82的开门体方向的调节,简单方便,完全不需专业人员上门体操作,省时省力,且其结构简单,成本较低。
另外,结合图6及图7所示,图7所示另一实施方式中所述弹性体43 也可为拉簧或压簧,该种情况下在初始状态时,所述凸轮42的凸部423朝向前壁113方向设置,同样所述凸轮42和第一定位轴116沿壳体1宽度方向位于同一直线上。在该实施方式中,所述凸轮42的旋转方向与上述弹性体43为扭簧时的刚好相反,且在凸轮42旋转后,凸轮42的一侧与配合槽21靠近后壁114的一侧内壁相抵持,处于拉伸状态的拉簧或压簧拉动凸轮42的第二定位轴422,从而保持凸轮42旋转后的位置状态。
综上所述,本发明双向开门装置100直接在连杆2两端延伸设置阻挡机构20,并通过扭转拨盘31、41而推动连杆2左右移动,从而使得连杆2两端的阻挡机构20开启或闭合壳体1上的开口部10,使得用户可直接操作拨盘31、41即可实现连杆2两侧的阻挡机构20的开合切换,进而可对设置有该双向开门装置100的冰箱800进行门体82打开方向的切换,简单方便,完全不需专业人员上门体操作,省时省力,且其结构简单,成本较低。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种双向开门装置,包括壳体以及设置在壳体内的连杆,所述壳体两端分别设有向外开放的开口部,其中
    所述连杆设有自其两端分别向外延伸以伸入所述开口部内的阻挡机构,所述双向开门装置还包括与连杆相配合的拨动机构;所述拨动机构包括安装于壳体上并向外暴露的拨盘、连接拨盘和连杆以带动连杆左右移动的连动机构、以及对连杆位置进行限定的限定机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双向开门装置,其中
    所述连动机构包括形成在所述连杆上的配合槽、以及与拨盘相连接并设置于配合槽内的凸轮。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的双向开门装置,其中
    所述限定机构包括一端枢接于壳体上的拉簧以及连接在凸轮与拉簧之间的推杆;所述推杆设有固定所述拉簧另一端的第一固定轴,所述连杆或者壳体设有供第一固定轴在其中移动的导引槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的双向开门装置,其中
    所述凸轮设有径向相对的凸部和凹部、以及位于凸部和凹部之间的中间部;所述限定机构包括位于配合槽两侧的两根所述拉簧、以及分别连接两根拉簧和所述凸轮的中间部两侧的两根所述推杆,所述连杆或者壳体设有与两根所述推杆的第二固定轴分别对应的两个所述导引槽;所述导引槽位于配合槽的两侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的双向开门装置,其中
    所述壳体设有分别固定两个所述拉簧的两个第二固定轴,所述第二固定轴位于凸轮和导引槽之间;所述推杆设有供所述第二固定轴穿过的让位槽,所述让位槽的长度大于第二固定轴的外径。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的双向开门装置,其中
    所述限定机构为枢接于所述凸轮和壳体之间的弹性体。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的双向开门装置,其中
    所述弹性体为扭簧、拉簧或压簧。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的双向开门装置,其中
    所述壳体上设有用以固定弹性体一端的第一定位轴,所述凸轮上设有固定弹性体另一端的第二定位轴,所述凸轮和第一定位轴沿壳体宽度方向位于同一直线上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的双向开门装置,其中
    所述凸轮设有径向相对的凸部和凹部,所述第二定位轴设置于所述凸部上。
  10. 一种冰箱,包括门体和箱体,其中
    所述冰箱还包括如权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的双向开关门装置,所述门体和箱体中一者设置有固定柱,所述双向开关门装置设置在所述箱体和门体中另一者上并与所述固定柱相配合。
