Description

可更换门面的冰箱门 技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器技术领域,尤其涉及一种可更换门面的冰箱门。

现有技术提出的可更换门面的冰箱门,其通常在发泡门体的顶端设置挂钩孔,在门面板的顶端设置挂钩,其相互组合过程中,将挂钩直接挂在挂钩孔中,完成冰箱门面板的更换;该种方式,冰箱门组装完成时,挂钩通常凸出冰箱顶端设置,外观难以满足用户的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可更换门面的冰箱门。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明的可更换门面的冰箱门包括:发泡门体,匹配发泡门体且与所述发泡门体可拆卸连接的门面板;所述发泡门体包括:发泡主体,自所述发泡主体前表面嵌入设置的挂接部;所述门面板包括:门面以及设置于所述门面后表面且与所述挂接部配合设置的挂钩;

所述挂接部还包括:至少与所述第三面、第四面其中之一间隔设置,且自第二面向第一面方向凸伸设置的第一斜面,所述第一面和第一斜面相互平行,且其平行部分之间形成第一滑槽,其朝向发泡主体前表面设置的端部之间形成第一滑槽的入口;所述第一斜面的侧边壁与其相隔设置的第三面和/或第四面之间形成第二滑槽和/或第三滑槽;

较佳的,所述第一面311与发泡门体10前表面之间的夹角优选小于等于45度,如此,防止门面板20自所述发泡门体10上意外滑出;所述第二子连接面3342与发泡门体10前表面之间的夹角优选介于45度和90度之间,如此,利于门面板20配合装载在所述发泡门体10上。
结合图4、图6所示,所述挂钩40包括:与所述门面板20平行设置的第一滑杆43,连接所述第一滑杆43和门面板20的至少一个第二滑杆44;所述第一滑杆43匹配设置于第一滑槽351,且与所述第一滑槽351的入口具有间隔;所述第二滑杆44匹配设置于已预置的所述第二滑槽352和/或第三滑槽353第三滑槽353。
需要说明的是,所述第二滑杆44主要目的是为了连接第一滑杆43和门面板20,其数量可以根据挂接部30中形成的滑槽数量进行更改,第二滑杆44的数量最少为1个,最多为滑槽总数量减1;例如:如图5所示示例中,当挂接部30中形成的滑槽分别为第一滑槽351、第二滑槽352和第三滑槽353时,即滑槽的数量为3,则此时第二滑杆44可以设置为1个,也可以设置为2个。
本发明具体示例中,所述挂钩40包括:与所述门面板20平行设置的第一滑杆43,分别连接门面板20和所述第一滑杆43两个端部的两个第二滑杆44,两所述第二滑杆44相互平行。
较佳的,所述第二滑杆44垂直于所述门面板20的后壁面。
本发明较佳实施方式中,所述挂钩还包括:设置于所述门面板20后表面的固定板41,所述固定板41中部朝向发泡门体10方向凸伸形成凸片42,所述第 二滑杆44设置于所述凸片42上。
所述门面板20可以为玻璃材质或其他金属材质构成。
结合图3至图6所示,本发明较佳实施方式中,所述发泡门体10和所述门面板20之间还设置相互配合的限位磁吸装置,以在装载过程中,同时通过机械和磁吸的方式多重定位门面板20和发泡门体10的相对位置。
本发明具体实施方式中,所述冰箱门还包括相互磁吸配合设置的磁吸片和铁片;所述挂接片朝向所述门面板20的壁面上、且处于第一槽下方设置一U型凸台36,所述凸台26的U字开口朝向发泡门体10的顶部,且在所述挂接片31朝向所述门面板20的壁面上形成U字型的第一定位槽361;对应于第一滑杆43、且处于每一滑杆43下方、自所述凸片42朝向所述发泡门体10的表面向内凹陷形成第二定位槽45,所述第二定位槽45贯通所述凸片42朝向所述发泡门体10下端的壁面;
磁吸片37或铁片46其中之一设置于所述挂接片31处于所述发泡门体10内部的壁面上、且对应所述第一定位槽361位置设置,所述磁吸片37或铁片46其中另一自第二定位槽45底壁向第二定位槽45外凸设设置,且其凸伸的高度不大于所述第二定位槽45的深度;冰箱门安装完成时,设置于所述第二定位槽45内的磁吸片37或铁片46至少部分嵌合设置于所述第一定位槽361内。如此,磁吸片37和铁片46的相互吸引可降低门面板20相对发泡门体10进行滑动,减小意外碰触门面板20而导致挂钩40在挂接部30中相对运动的可能性;同时,U型第一定位槽361对嵌合其内的磁吸片37或铁片46的位置进行固定,间接精准定位门面板20和发泡门体10在水平方向的相对位置。
本发明较佳实施方式中,所述磁吸片37设置于所述发泡门体10,所述铁片46设置于所述门面板20;具体的,所述发泡门体内部对应所述挂接片31的后避免处设置一凹槽,所述挂接片嵌合设置于所述凹槽内,发泡门体制作过程中,先将磁吸片37内置于所述凹槽内,之后将挂接片31通过发泡门体上的缺口嵌合在发泡门体上,所述挂接片31与发泡门体可通过多种方式连接,例如:卡和、胶粘、螺栓固定等,在此不做进一步的赘述。
本发明具体实施方式中,所述挂接部30与所述挂钩40一一匹配;所述挂接部30的数量可以根据需要具体设定;较佳的,所述挂接部30设置为偶数个,且挂接部30均分靠近发泡门体10的上、下端部布置;进一步的,挂接部30沿水平方向的延伸长度较小时,可在水平方向布置多组,如此,通过多组挂接部30分担门面板20挂靠发泡门体10时的重量;相应的,当挂接部30沿水平方向的延伸长度较大时,对于发泡门体10的其中一个端部,可在发泡门体10水平方向的中间位置布置一组挂接部30;当然,也可以将多个挂接部30整体布置为矩阵型、多边形、曲线形等,在此不做继续赘述;本发明具体实施方式中,所述挂接 部30包括两两对称设置的4组,且4组挂接部30靠近发泡门体10的4个边角布置。
如上第一实施方式的可更换门面的冰箱门,在其安装过程中,通常在出厂前对发泡门体1010进行发泡,并在发泡之前或之后,将挂接片固定在所述发泡门体10的前壁面上;另外,通过胶黏等方式将固定板固定在门面板20的后壁面上,并在固定板与所述门面板20结合前或结合后将挂钩40安装在固定板上,所述挂钩40与固定板的连接方式,可通过螺钉配合、胶黏、一体成型等方式;如此,以为门面板20可拆卸地装载在发泡门体10上做准备工作。更换门面板20时,将门面板20的后壁面与发泡门体10的前壁面相对并放置在同一平面内,此时,第一滑杆43与所述第一子连接面3341相对设置;进一步的,向上抬升门面板20,所述第一滑杆43跟随所述第二子连接面3342的坡度向第一滑槽351入口处滑动,当第一滑杆43进入第一滑槽351的入口时,向下按压门面板20,所述第一滑杆43沿第一滑槽351的入口进入第一滑槽351,并在所述第一滑杆43滑至第一第一滑槽351底端时,静止不动;于此过程中,两所述第二滑杆44相应进入第二滑槽352和第三滑槽353第三滑槽353并相应停止在其对应的滑槽底部;铁片46和磁吸片37相互吸引,并在铁片46嵌合在所述第一定位槽,其相互的磁吸作用最强;此时,通过多重结构的相互作用使得前面板固定在所述发泡门体10上。门板拆卸时,其过程与上述过程相反;需要说明的是,在该示例中,拆卸过程中,向上抬升门面板20,此时,向上抬升门面板20的力在第一滑槽351的坡度作用下转换为向外的力,进而使得门面板20脱离所述发泡门体10,在此不做进一步的赘述。
本发明第一实施方式的可更换门面的冰箱门,在门面板20与发泡门体10配合安装过程中,通过止档台上第一斜面331的设置,将第一滑杆43锁在第一滑槽351中;同时,通过门面板20和发泡门体10之间的限位磁吸装置,通过多重结构的相互作用使得前面板固定在所述发泡门体10上;在拆卸过程中,利用第一斜面331,通过对门面板20的抬升即可以轻易将门面板20脱离所述发泡门体10,使得门面板20的更换变得简单可靠,整体结构简单,更换过程省时省力,节约更换成本。
结合图7、8、9、13所示,本发明第二实施方式和第三实施方式提供的可更换门面的冰箱门均包括:发泡门体10,门面板20,以及形成于所述发泡门体10和所述门面板20交合处、且靠近其边缘设置的隐藏把手;所述发泡门体10与所述门面板20通过所述隐藏把手可拆卸地连接;所述隐藏把手包括:自发泡门体10侧壁面向发泡门体10内部凹陷形成的把手槽50,所述把手槽50具有形成于所述发泡门体10侧壁面上的第一开口,所述把手槽50共用所述发泡门体10前壁面上还开设贯通所述把手槽50的第二开口,所述第一开口和所述第二开口连 通;所述隐藏把手还包括:设置于所述门面板20后壁面、且至少密闭部分第二开口的盖板60;所述盖板60包括:与门面板配合设置的第一挡板61以及自第一挡板61向把手槽50方向延伸设置的第二挡板62;所述第二挡板62与所述把手槽50的底壁5001卡和设置,以实现所述发泡门体10与所述门面板20的可拆卸连接。
本发明可实现方式中,所述第一开口形成于所述发泡门体10顶端所在壁面或发泡门体10底端所在壁面;所述第二挡板62设置于所述把手槽底壁5001的正上方,如此,通过隐藏把手的卡和方式,以使得发泡门体10承载门面板20。
所述把手槽底壁5001上设置第一凸台和/或第一容置槽,所述第二挡板62上设置匹配第一凸台的第二容置槽和/或匹配第一容置槽的第二凸台;通过该结构,可以使得把手槽50和盖板60更好的卡和连接,且通过该结构,可以防止盖板60相对把手槽50在水平方向上移动。
本发明较佳实施方式中,所述第一凸台和第二容置槽相对位置分别设置第一螺孔和第二螺孔,和/或所述第二凸台和所述第一容置槽相对位置分别设置第三螺孔和第四螺孔;所述把手槽50还包括:螺栓(未示出),所述螺栓配合设置于所述第一螺孔和第二螺孔,和/或配合设置于第三螺孔和第四螺孔;通过该结构,可以进一步锁定把手槽50和盖板60的相对位置,进而锁定门面板20相对所述发泡门体10的位置,使其在任何方向均保持相对紧固的状态。
当然,在本发明的其他实施方式中,所述螺栓、螺孔的配合固定结构也可以设置在其他位置,例如:发泡门体10上的饰条部位,螺栓螺孔的配合方式可以限制门面板20和发泡门体10之间在任一方向上相互移动的自由度,且结构简单可靠,便于冰箱的运输,在此不做进一步的赘述。
另外,需要说明的是,本发明较佳实施方式中,把手槽可直接在发泡门体上凹陷成型,也可以将所述把手槽整体制作为一个零部件,发泡门体制作过程中,将制作完成的把手槽按照其与发泡门体的位置关系嵌在发泡门体的相应位置。所述盖板通常可通过胶粘等方式固定在前面板上,在此不做进一步的赘述。
以下具体实施方式中,为了便于描述,本发明第二实施方式和第三实施方式提供的可更换门面的冰箱门中,具有相同名称的零部件分别以后缀a和b进行区分。
结合图7至图12所示,本发明实现第二实施方式提供的可更换门面的冰箱门中,所述第一开口501a形成于所述发泡门体10顶端所在壁面,所述把手槽底壁5001a靠近所述第二开口502a的端部向下凹陷形成第三容置槽52,所述第三容置槽52的底壁向下凹陷形成所述第一容置槽51;所述第一容置槽51具有形成于所述第三容置槽52顶壁上的第三开口511,所述第一容置槽51共用发泡门体10前壁面的侧壁上开设有贯穿所述第一容置槽51的第四开口512,所述第三 开口511和所述第四开口512连通;所述第二凸台63设置于所述第二挡板62a的下端面;冰箱门组装完成时,所述第二凸台63嵌合设置于所述第一容置槽51;所述第二挡板62a嵌合设置于所述第三容置槽52,且所述第二挡板62a的上表面与所述把手槽底壁5001a的内壁面平滑过渡。
进一步的,所述第二凸台63和所述第一容置槽51相对位置分别设置第三螺孔631和第四螺孔513;所述把手槽50还包括:螺栓,所述螺栓配合设置于第三螺孔631和第四螺孔513。
较佳的,所述第三螺孔631贯通并延伸至所述第二挡板62a的上端面;冰箱门组合过程中,螺栓(未图示)自第二挡板62a的上端面进入并依次穿过并旋紧于所述第三螺孔631和第四螺孔513;冰箱门组合完成时,所述螺栓的螺帽嵌设在所述第二挡板62a内,以避免螺栓凸出第二挡板62a上端面,如此,保证用户使用隐藏把手的安全性。
较佳的,对应所述第四螺孔513、且处于第一容置槽51底端壁的外壁面上设置一覆盖所述第四螺孔513的延展台,所述第四螺孔513贯穿所述延展台设置,进而延伸第四螺孔513的轴向长度,增加第四螺孔513的承载能力。
结合图13至图16所示,本发明实现第三实施方式提供的可更换门面的冰箱门中,所述第一开口501b形成于所述发泡门体10底端所在壁面,所述把手槽共用所述发泡门体前壁面上还开设贯通所述把手槽的第二开口502b,所述第一开口501b和所述第二开口502b连通;所述隐藏把手还包括:自所述发泡门体10前壁面还向内凹陷形成、并用于容置所述第二挡板62b的第四容置槽53,所述第四容置槽53的第一侧壁共用所述把手槽底壁5001b;所述第一凸台54设置于所述把手槽底壁5001b的外壁面上。
所述第二挡板62b的下壁面向上凹陷形成所述第二容置槽64;所述第二容置槽64具有形成于所述第二挡板62b的下壁面上的第五开口641,所述第二容置槽64共用第二挡板62b远离第一挡板61b端面的侧壁上、开设有贯穿所述第二容置槽64的第六开口642,所述第五开口641和所述第六开口642连通;在该示例中,设置第四容置槽53的主要目的是为了给第二挡板62b设立一容置空间,如此,以避免第二挡板62b直接接触发泡门体10中的发泡料。
冰箱门组装完成时,所述第一凸台54嵌合设置于所述第二容置槽64;所述第二挡板62b抵接于所述把手槽底壁5001b的外壁面,所述第一挡板61b完全密闭所述第四容置槽53的开口,同时,所述第一挡板61b抵接并闭合所述把手槽的部分开口。
较佳的,所述第一挡板61b同时抵接于所述第一侧壁的端面,以使得盖板更稳固与把手槽配合连接。
进一步的,所述第一凸台54和所述第二容置槽64相对位置分别设置第一螺 孔541和第二螺孔643;所述把手槽50还包括:螺栓(未示出),所述螺栓配合设置于第一螺孔541和第二螺孔643。
较佳的,所述第一螺孔541贯通并延伸至所述把手槽50底壁5001b的内壁面;冰箱门组合过程中,螺栓自所述把手槽底壁5001b的内壁面进入并依次穿过并旋紧于所述第一螺孔541和第二螺孔643;冰箱门组合完成时,所述螺栓的螺帽嵌设在所述把手槽底壁5001b内,以避免螺栓凸出把手槽50的底壁5001b并曝露在把手槽50内,如此,保证用户使用隐藏把手的安全性。
较佳的,对应所述第二螺孔643、且处于第二容置槽64底端壁的外壁面上设置一覆盖所述第二螺孔643的延展台,所述第二螺孔643贯穿所述延展台设置,进而延伸第二螺孔643的轴向长度,增加第二螺孔643的承载能力。
较佳的,所述第一侧壁的内壁面上、且包覆所述第一凸台54设置纵横交错的加强筋55,如此,当第二挡板62b抵接第一侧壁时,提升两者之间的贴合度。
如上第二实施方式以及第三实施方式提供的可更换门面的冰箱门;两种具体实现方式,冰箱门组合过程中,推动门面板20使得其上的第二挡板62自把手槽底壁5001的上端向发泡门体10方向推入,并在其上的凸台和/或容置槽与发泡门体10上把手槽底壁5001上的容置槽和/凸台完全配合时,停止推动门面板20;此时,门面板20相对固定在所述发泡门体10上;进一步的,通过螺栓锁紧在相应的螺孔中,可以使得门面板20牢固定位在所述发泡门体10上,此时,门面板20在受到外力时,不会向任一方向脱离发泡门体10。
本发明的第二实施方式以及第三实施方式提供的可更换门面的冰箱门,通过于发泡门体10和门面板20交合处设置的隐藏把手,可以使得门面板20自发泡门体10上拆装更换变得简单可靠,整体结构简单,更换过程省时省力,节约更换成本。
需要说明的是,以上三种实施方式描述的可更换门面的冰箱门,即可以单独实施使用,也可以结合使用;结合图17、图18所示,本发明第四、第五实施方式提供的可更换门面的冰箱门,将上述第一实施方式和第二实施方式相结合,以及将上述第一实施方式和第三实施方式相结合,即:所述发泡门体10和门面板20之间设置隐藏把手和相互配合的挂接部30和挂钩40,较佳的,所述挂接部30和挂钩40远离所述隐藏把手设置;例如本发明具体示例中,如图17所示,当隐藏把手设置于门体上端时,所述挂接部30和挂钩40靠近门体的下端设置;如图18所示,所述隐藏门把手设置于门体下端部时,所述挂接部30和挂钩40靠近门体的上端设置;在该种实施方式中,所述挂接部30与所述挂钩40的数量均可以根据需要具体设定,在此不做进一步的赘述。
在该第四、第五实施方式中,结合参照第一实施方式和第二实施方式的安装过程对门面板20进行拆装;拆装过程中,由于隐藏把手上的第一凹槽具有相互 连通设置的第三开口和第四开口,第二凹槽具有相互连通设置的第五开口和第六开口,如此,基于第一实施方式拆装门面板20过程中,隐藏把手的结构不会阻挡按照过程;以第一凹槽为例,采用第一实施方式拆装门面板20过程中,第二凸台63自第三开口和第四开口的交合处进入第一凹槽,并最终定位于第一凹槽,在此不做进一步的赘述。
本发明的第四、第五实施方式的可更换门面的冰箱门,通过于发泡门体10和门面板20交合处设置的隐藏把手,以及相互配合的挂接部30和挂钩40,在合理利用冰箱上的隐藏把手所占用的空间的同时,可以使得门面板20自发泡门体10上拆装更换变得简单可靠,整体结构简单,更换过程省时省力,节约更换成本。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可更换门面的冰箱门,包括:发泡门体,匹配发泡门体且与所述发泡门体可拆卸连接的门面板;所述发泡门体包括:发泡主体,自所述发泡主体前表面嵌入设置的挂接部;所述门面板包括:门面以及设置于所述门面后表面且与所述挂接部配合设置的挂钩;
    其特征在于,所述挂接部包括:自所述发泡主体前表面向发泡主体内部凹陷形成的第一槽,所述第一槽具有靠近发泡主体上端设置的第一面,连接第一面且靠近发泡主体下端设置的第二面,以及分别连接第一面和第二面的第三面和第四面;
    所述第一面为自下向上、且向第一槽外倾斜的设置的斜面;
    所述挂接部还包括:至少与所述第三面、第四面其中之一间隔设置,且自第二面向第一面方向凸伸设置的第一斜面,所述第一面和第一斜面相互平行,且其平行部分之间形成第一滑槽,其朝向发泡主体前表面设置的端部之间形成第一滑槽的入口;所述第一斜面的侧边壁与其相隔设置的第三面和/或第四面之间形成第二滑槽和/或第三滑槽;
    所述挂钩包括:与所述门面板平行设置的第一滑杆,连接所述第一滑杆和门面板的至少一个第二滑杆;
    所述第一滑杆匹配设置于第一滑槽,且与所述第一滑槽的入口具有间隔;所述第二滑杆匹配设置于已预置的所述第二滑槽和/或第三滑槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,凹陷形成第一槽的部分为直角三角台形状,所述直角三角台形状的其中一个直角面与所述发泡主体的前表面共面,所述直角三角台形状的另一直角面、斜面以及对称的两个端面分别形成第一槽的第二面、第三面以及第四面。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述第一面和所述第二面连接处为圆弧面连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,自所述第二面向所述第一面方向延伸设置一止档台,所述止档台具有靠近所述第一面的壁面形成所述第一斜面;所述止档台还包括:靠近且平行于所述第二面设置的第二连接面和/或靠近且平行于所述第三面设置的第三连接面,以及同时连接所述第一斜面和所述第二面的第四连接面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述第四连接面自所述第二面远离所述第一滑槽的端部向所述第一斜面方向延伸。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述第四连接面包括垂直于所述第二面的第一子连接面,以及连接第一子连接面和所述第一斜 面的第二子连接面,所述第二子连接面为自下向上、且向第一槽内倾斜设置的斜面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,第一子连接面与所述第二子连接面连接处为圆弧面连接,和/或所述第二子连接面和所述第一斜面连接处为圆弧面连接。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述止档台包括:所述第一斜面、第二连接面、第三连接面以及第四连接面;
    所述挂钩包括:与所述门面板平行设置的第一滑杆,分别连接门面板和所述第一滑杆两个端部的两个第二滑杆,两所述第二滑杆相互平行。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述第二滑杆垂直于所述门面板的后壁面。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的可更换门面的冰箱门,其特征在于,所述挂接部还包括:设置于所述发泡门体前表面的挂接片,所述挂接片中部向发泡门体内部凹陷形成所述第一槽;
    所述挂接片朝向所述门面板的壁面上、且处于第一槽下方设置一U型凸台,所述凸台的U字开口朝向发泡门体的顶部,且在所述挂接片朝向所述门面板的壁面上形成U字型的第一定位槽;
    所述挂钩还包括:设置于所述门面板后表面的固定板,所述固定板中部朝向发泡门体方向凸伸形成凸片,所述第二滑杆设置于所述凸片上;
    对应于每一第一滑杆、且处于每一滑杆下方、自所述凸片朝向所述发泡门体的表面向内凹陷形成第二定位槽,所述第二定位槽贯通所述凸片朝向所述发泡门体下端的壁面;
    所述冰箱门还包括相互磁吸配合设置的磁吸片和铁片;
    磁吸片或铁片其中之一设置于所述挂接片处于所述发泡门体内部的壁面上、且对应所述第一定位槽位置设置,所述磁吸片或铁片其中另一自第二定位槽底壁向第二定位槽外凸设设置,且其凸伸的高度不大于所述第二定位槽的深度;
    冰箱门安装完成时,设置于所述第二定位槽内的磁吸片或铁片至少部分嵌合设置于所述第一定位槽内。
