本申请涉及轨道交通技术领域,尤其是涉及一种转向架和具有其的轨道车辆。
背景技术
相关技术中,轨道车辆在高速运行时制动盘可能会对空气有较大的扰动作用,从而导致产生较大的空气噪声,对轨道车辆内乘客的乘车舒适性和周边环境也有较大的负面影响。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请提出一种转向架,所述转向架对制动器产生的空气噪声具有良好的隔绝效果,有效降低车内噪声和车外噪声,且体积较小,成本较低。
本申请的还提出一种具有上述转向架的轨道车辆。
根据本申请第一方面实施例的转向架,包括:构架;制动器,所述制动器设置在所述构架上;隔声罩,所述隔声罩与所述构架密封连接,所述隔声罩和所述构架共同限定出容纳空间,所述制动器设置在所述容纳空间内;横向止挡,所述横向止挡设置在所述隔声罩的外侧,远离所述构架的中心。
根据本申请实施例的转向架,通过使隔声罩与构架密封连接,并使隔声罩和构架共同限定出容纳空间且制动器设置在容纳空间内,当转向架应用于轨道车辆时,可以很好地隔绝制动器产生的空气噪声,从而有效降低车内噪声和车外噪声,在提高车内乘客的乘车舒适性的同时,可以避免车外噪声对周边环境的影响。而且,通过设置横向止挡,横向止挡可以起到很好的止挡作用,避免轨道车辆的车体与转向架之间产生较大的横向位移,从而可以保证轨道车辆的运行安全性。另外,隔声罩的体积较小,结构紧凑,可以减小整个转向架的占用空间,且可以降低用料成本。此外,通过将横向止挡设置在隔声罩上,使转向架的集成度更好,从而可以进一步提高转向架的结构紧凑性。

下面参考图1-图10描述根据本申请第一方面实施例的转向架100。转向架100可以应用于轨道车辆200例如跨座式单轨车辆。在本申请下面的描述中,以转向架100应用于轨道车辆200为例进行说明。
如图1-图3和图5所示,根据本申请第一方面实施例的转向架100,包括构架1、制动器11、隔声罩3和横向止挡2。制动器11设置在构架1上。隔声罩3与构架1密封连接。
需要说明的是,“隔声罩3与构架1密封连接”在本申请中指的是,隔声罩3与构架1的连接处形成了封闭的图形。也就是说隔声罩3与构架1的连接形成了首尾相连的闭环结构。
如图3所示,隔声罩3和构架1共同限定出容纳空间33,制动器11设置在容纳空间33内。在本申请的一些示例中,结合图1-图3和图5,隔声罩3连接在构架1的侧面,且隔声罩3的面向构架1的一侧设置有开口。
由此,当转向架100应用于轨道车辆200时,由于制动器11设置在上述容纳空间33内,制动器11高速旋转产生的噪声例如空气宽频噪声可以被隔绝在容纳空间33内,从而可以很好地降低车内噪声和车外噪声,在提高车内乘客的乘车舒适性的同时,可以避免车外噪声对周边环境的影响。而且,隔声罩3的体积较小,结构紧凑,可以降低用料成本。
横向止挡2设置在隔声罩3上,且横向止挡2位于隔声罩3的外侧,横向止挡2远离构架1的中心。由此,在轨道车辆200的运行过程中,当轨道车辆200的车体与构架1之间产生较大的横向位移时,横向止挡2可以起到很好的止挡作用,从而可以保证轨道车辆200的运行安全性。
根据本申请实施例的转向架100,通过使隔声罩3与构架1密封连接,并使隔声罩3和构架1共同限定出容纳空间33且制动器11设置在容纳空间33内,当转向架100应用于轨道车辆200时,可以很好地隔绝制动器11产生的空气噪声,从而有效降低车内噪声和车外噪声,在提高车内乘客的乘车舒适性的同时,可以避免车外噪声对周边环境的影响。而且,通过设置横向止挡2,横向止挡2可以起到很好的止挡作用,避免轨道车辆200的车体与转向架100之间产生较大的横向位移,从而可以保证轨道车辆200的运行安全性。另外,隔声罩3的体积较小,结构紧凑,可以减小整个转向架100的占用空间,且可以降低用料成本。此外,通过将横向止挡2设置在隔声罩3上,使转向架100的集成度更好,从而可以进一步提高转向架100的结构紧凑性。

在本申请的一些实施例中,参照图10,转向架100还包括走行轮6,走行轮6与制动器11连接,走行轮6至少部分高于悬挂装置10的上表面,且走行轮6的中心轴线低于悬挂装置10的上表面。由此,使得走行轮6凸出地板的部分较小,既实现了一定的低地板,又减少了走行轮6凸出部分占据车内空间的比例,在降低地板高度和轨道车辆200重心的同时保证了载客量和车内通透性,提高了乘客的乘坐舒适性。
在本申请的一些示例中,结合图10,走行轮6设置在构架1内,制动盘111可以与走行轮6的轮轴相连。制动夹钳112可以用于夹持制动盘111,使制动盘111对走行轮6的轮轴产生摩擦力矩,从而实现轨道车辆200的制动。悬挂装置10的上表面与轨道车辆200的车体底部相连,走行轮6的中心轴线位于地板的水平面以下。走行轮6的位于地板以上的部分的尺寸小于其位于地板以下的部分的尺寸。如此设置,可以进一步减少走行轮6凸出部分占据车内空间的比例,保证乘客的乘坐舒适性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图1、图3和图9所示,构架1包括电动总成安装部12,电动总成安装部12的一侧与隔声罩3密封连接,电动总成安装部12的另一侧连接有电动总成7,电动总成7用于输出制动扭矩,电动总成安装部12具有贯通的安装口,电动总成7至少部分容纳在安装口内。其中,隔声罩3连接在电动总成安装部12的远离构架1中心的一侧,电动总成7连接在电动总成安装部12的邻近构架1中心的一侧。如此设置,隔声罩3和电动总成7可以密封连接在电动总成安装部12的两侧,将安装口密封,使制动器11高速旋转产生的噪声例如空气宽频噪声可以有效被隔绝在容纳空间33内,从而可以有效降低车内噪声和车外噪声,保证车内乘客的乘车舒适性。
在轨道车辆200的行驶过程中,电动总成7可以输出制动扭矩,即控制电机输出与车轮转动方向相反的力矩来实现轨道车辆200的减速或制动。制动器11的机械制动只有在紧急制动等少数情况才会起作用,从而制动器11的工作时间较短,不容易产生过热的问题。当然,电动总成7还可以用于输出驱动扭矩,以控制轨道车辆200的正常运行。
在本申请的一些示例中,参照图1,构架1还可以包括框架本体13、悬挂安装部14、导向轮安装部15、稳定轮安装部16等。其中,悬挂安装部14、导向轮安装部15、稳定轮安装部16可以均设置在框架本体13上。由此,悬挂装置10可以通过悬挂安装部14安装在车体和框架本体13之间,从而可以传递车体与框架本体13之间的垂向、横向和纵向力,为轨道车辆200提供第二级减振,提高车体稳定性;导向轮8可以水平安装于导向轮安装部15,以实现转向架100的导向作用;稳定轮9可以水平安装于稳定轮安装部16,从而保证轨道车辆200的平稳运行。
当然,也可以根据构架1的结构设计需求,只设置稳定轮安装部16或者只设置导向轮安装部15,此时单独稳定轮9或者导向轮8即可起到导向并且维持车体平衡防止车体倾斜的作用。
在本申请的一些示例中,参照图1和图9,电动总成7与电动总成安装部12密封连接。也就是电动总成7和电动总成安装部12的连接处形成了封闭的图形。如此设置,电动总成7可以将电动总成安装部12的上述另一侧封闭,避免制动器11产生的空气噪声通过安装口传播到车内或车外,保证可以将噪声隔绝在容纳空间33内。
其中,电动总成7可以包括电机和减速器等,电动总成7可以与走行轮6的轮辋61同轴设置。这样,可以提高电动总成7例如电机、减速器与走行轮6之间的传动效率,从而实现较好的制动效果和驱动效果。
在本申请的一些示例中,参照图1和图5,电动总成安装部12大致呈拱形结构,这样,在实现电动总成7的安装、保证密封安装口的同时,可以提高电动总成安装部12的结构强度,使电动总成安装部12可以对构架1的结构起到更好的加强作用。
在本申请的一些实施例中,结合图1、图2和图5,第一罩体31上形成有检修口,检修口与制动器11相对设置,且检修口处设置有可拆卸的检修盖4,检修口与检修盖4密封连接,即检修口与检修盖4的连接处形成了封闭的图形。由此,通过上述设置,在保证隔声罩3的密封性以降低车内噪声和车外噪声的同时,方便对制动器11进行检修,结构简单,操作方便,可以提高检修效率。
在本申请的一些示例中,参照图1、图2和图5,检修口可以形成在第一罩体31的远离构架1的一侧,检修口可以大致为矩形。当需要对制动器11进行检修或维护时,可以将检修盖4从检修口处拆下,由于检修口与制动器11相对,操作人员可以通过检修口对制动器11进行检修,提高了检修维护的便捷性。检修完成后,可以将检修盖4密封在检修口处,以保证隔声罩3的密封性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图5所示,检修口处设有凸出于隔声罩3的外表面的检修盖安装座5,检修盖安装座5上形成有与检修口连通的开口。检修盖4覆盖开口。由此, 通过设置上述的检修盖安装座5并使检修盖4的上端设有朝向容纳空间33中心延伸的翻边41,可以在上下方向上安装螺纹紧固件,在实现检修盖4与检修盖安装座5之间的牢靠连接的同时,使检修盖4的安装和拆卸非常方便,可以提高装卸效率。
在本申请的一些示例中,结合图5,检修盖4的上端设有朝向容纳空间33中心延伸的翻边41,翻边41与检修盖安装座5的顶部通过多个螺纹紧固件可拆卸地相连。翻边41上可以形成有沿翻边41的厚度方向贯穿翻边41的两个安装孔,检修盖安装座5的顶部形成有两个安装孔。安装时,可以使翻边41搭接在检修盖安装座5的顶部,使翻边41上的安装孔与检修盖安装座5上的安装孔一一对应,然后使两个螺纹紧固件例如螺栓自上而下穿过翻边41上的安装孔与检修盖安装座5上的安装孔螺纹连接。当需要检修制动器11时,使螺纹紧固件与安装孔脱离配合以拆下检修盖4,操作人员可以从检修盖安装座5上的开口处对制动器11进行检修。如此设置,极大地提高了操作的便捷性,可以进一步提高装拆效率。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图3和图5所示,第一罩体31上设有水平向远离容纳空间33延伸的延伸部313,检修盖安装座5设置在延伸部313上,延伸部313的远离容纳空间33的一侧设有向上延伸的限位部3131,检修盖4的下端止抵在限位部3131与检修盖安装座5之间。由此,通过设置上述的限位部3131,可以起到很好的限位作用,从而可以保证检修盖4与检修盖安装座5之间的密封性,防止制动器11产生的空气噪声从检修盖4与检修盖安装座5之间传出,且可以提高整个转向架100的结构稳定性。
在本申请的一些示例中,如图3和图5所示,限位部3131可以包括彼此相连的第一子部和第二子部,第一子部与第二子部可以相互垂直,第一子部连接在延伸部313上,第二子部向上延伸,以将检修盖4限定在第二子部与检修盖安装座5之间。如此,限位部3131在起到限位作用的同时,结构简单,加工方便。
在本申请的一些实施例中,结合图6,第一下罩体311的上端可以设有水平向远离容纳空间33延伸出的第二翻边部3112,3112和延伸部313也可以通过螺纹紧固件例如螺栓实现密封连接。如此,可以实现第一下罩体311和第一上罩体312之间的牢靠连接,且方便装拆。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图4所示,隔声罩3包括沿朝向远离容纳空间33中心的方向依次设置的支撑层34、阻尼层35、吸音层36和隔音层37。由此,通过设置上述的支撑层34、阻尼层35、吸音层36和隔音层37,支撑层34具有较大的刚度,能够起到很好的支撑作用;阻尼层35能够有效避免支撑层34产生振动,从而可以有效避免轨道车辆200在运行过程中由于隔声罩3自身振动而产生噪声;吸音层36和隔音层37使隔声罩3具有较好的吸声和隔声的效果,避免制动器11产生的空气噪声从容纳空间33传播到车内或车 外。
在本申请的一些实施例中,支撑层34可以为玻璃钢件等。如此设置,使支撑层34具有一定的刚度,能够起到支撑作用的同时,还具有一定的弹性,方便安装。另外,如此设置的支撑层34具有质量轻、成本低、防火性能好等特点。当然,本申请不限于此,支撑层34还可以为铝合金件、不锈钢件等。
在本申请的一些实施例中,吸音层36可以为发泡橡胶层。但不限于此。由此,吸音层36可以对空气噪声例如中低频噪声产生较好的吸音效果,从而进一步降低车内噪声和车外噪声。
在本申请的一些实施例中,隔音层37可以为重质隔音层37(指由质量较重、密度较高的隔音材料制成的隔音层37)例如EVA(ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer,指的是“乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物”及其制成的橡塑发泡材料)层或丁腈橡胶层等。但不限于此。如此设置,隔音层3728具有很好的隔音效果,从而使隔声罩3可以有效隔绝制动器11产生的空气噪声。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第二罩体32与横向止挡2可拆卸地相连。例如,第二罩体32的上端与横向止挡2可以通过螺纹紧固件例如螺栓实现无缝连接。这样,在保证第二罩体32与横向止挡2之间的密封可靠性的同时,方便装拆。
参照图10所示,根据本申请第二方面实施例的轨道车辆200,包括根据本申请上述第一方面实施例的转向架100。
根据本申请实施例的轨道车辆200例如跨座式单轨车辆,通过采用上述的转向架100,可以很好地隔绝制动器11产生的空气噪声,从而有效降低车内噪声和车外噪声。
根据本申请实施例的轨道车辆200的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
在本申请的描述中,“第一特征”、“第二特征”、“第三特征”可以包括一个或者更多个该特征。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种转向架,其特征在于,包括:
    构架;
    制动器,所述制动器设置在所述构架上;
    隔声罩,所述隔声罩与所述构架密封连接,所述隔声罩和所述构架共同限定出容纳空间,所述制动器设置在所述容纳空间内;
    横向止挡,所述横向止挡设置在所述隔声罩的外侧,远离所述构架的中心。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述隔声罩包括:
    第一罩体、第二罩体和止挡安装架,所述止挡安装架设置在所述第一罩体与所述第二罩体之间,所述横向止挡安装在所述止挡安装架上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述制动器包括制动盘和制动夹钳,所述制动夹钳用于对所述制动盘进行夹紧或放松,所述制动夹钳与所述第一罩体相对,且所述第一罩体的宽度大于所述第二罩体的宽度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述第一罩体包括:
    第一下罩体和第一上罩体,所述第一上罩体可拆卸地连接在所述第一下罩体的上方,所述制动夹钳与所述第一上罩体相对,所述第一上罩体的宽度大于所述第一下罩体的宽度。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述第一下罩体与所述止挡安装架可拆卸地相连。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的转向架,其特征在于,还包括悬挂装置,所述悬挂装置设置在所述构架上,所述悬挂装置与所述横向止挡相对设置,且所述悬挂装置的上表面低于所述第一上罩体的下端面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的转向架,其特征在于,还包括走行轮,所述走行轮与所述制动器连接,所述走行轮至少部分高于所述悬挂装置的上表面,且所述走行轮的中心轴线低于所述悬挂装置的上表面。
  8. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述构架包括电动总成安装部,所述电动总成安装部的一侧与所述隔声罩密封连接,所述电动总成安装部的另一侧连接有电动总成,所述电动总成用于输出制动扭矩,所述电动总成安装部具有贯通的安装口,所述电动总成至少部分容纳在所述安装口内。
  9. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述第一罩体上形成有检修口,所述检修口与所述制动器相对设置,且所述检修口处设置有可拆卸的检修盖。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述检修口处设有凸出于所述隔声 罩的外表面的检修盖安装座,所述检修盖安装座上形成有与所述检修口连通的开口,所述检修盖覆盖所述开口。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述第一罩体上设有水平向远离所述容纳空间延伸的延伸部,所述检修盖安装座设置在所述延伸部上,所述延伸部的远离所述容纳空间的一侧设有向上延伸的限位部,所述检修盖的下端止抵在所述限位部与所述检修盖安装座之间。
  12. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述隔声罩包括沿朝向远离所述容纳空间中心的方向依次设置的支撑层、阻尼层、吸音层和隔音层。
  13. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的转向架,其特征在于,所述第二罩体与所述横向止挡可拆卸地相连。
  14. 一种轨道车辆,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的转向架。
