本发明涉及电子桌布,包括第一、第二柔性层和LED灯珠,第一柔性层和第二柔性层之间具有绝缘膜,绝缘膜正反面分别设置导线,LED灯珠的一个引脚直接与绝缘膜正面的导线连接,另一个引脚穿过绝缘膜后与绝缘膜背面的导线连接,第一柔性层上表面设置有触摸开关,触摸开关的开关信号输出线和LED驱动模块的信号输入线固定在第一柔性层和第二柔性层之间,并且外端连接有电源插接接口。本电子桌布设置有触摸开关,并且为LED驱动模块和触摸开关留有对外接口,通过外接设备可以实现对电子桌布显示内容的控制;此外通过绝缘膜来固定LED灯珠,并且与LED灯珠两引脚相连的导线分别设置于绝缘膜的正反面,避免了贴片LED灯珠在弯曲过程中的断路现象。

Description

一种电子桌布 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子桌布,属于智能家居技术领域。
背景技术
餐桌是一起分享美味、度过难忘时光的地方。增加一张餐桌布,就能使得就餐时更加温馨愉快,令就餐者印象深刻,难以忘怀。因此,餐桌桌布已成为日常家居和餐馆、茶社环境装饰的必备之一。
经检索发现,中国发明专利申请CN 105910059 A,公开一种发光颜色随温度变化的LED桌布,解决现有技术中一种LED桌布只能发出一种颜色或者几种颜色且颜色和强度不变的问题。
然而该电子桌布没有设置对外开放的接口,使得无法对电子桌布显示内容进行控制。并且由于桌布具备柔软的特性,在卷起或折叠时,容易造成LED电路的短路或断路。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于,克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提供一种电子桌布。
技术解决方案
上述目的由下述技术方案来实现:本发明提供的电子桌布,包括自上而下设置的绝缘的第一柔性层和第二柔性层,LED灯珠固定于第一柔性层和第二柔性层之间并且发光面朝上,LED驱动模块通过导线与LED灯珠相连,其特征在于:所述第一柔性层和第二柔性层之间还设置有绝缘膜,所述绝缘膜的正反面分别设置有导线,LED灯珠的一个引脚直接与绝缘膜正面的导线连接,LED灯珠的另一个引脚穿过绝缘膜后与绝缘膜背面的导线连接,所述第一柔性层上表面设置有触摸开关,所述触摸开关的开关信号输出线和LED驱动模块的信号输入线固定在第一柔性层和第二柔性层之间,并且外端连接有电源插接接口,所述电源插接接口固定于第二柔性层边缘的下部。
有益效果
本发明的电子桌布设置有触摸开关,并且为LED驱动模块和触摸开关留有对外接口,通过外接设备可以实现对电子桌布显示内容的控制,为增强电子桌布的互动性提供了可能。而且本电子桌布的制造成本和维护成本低廉,适于在家庭、餐馆和茶社使用。本电子桌布采用直插式LED灯珠,通过绝缘膜来固定LED灯珠,并且与LED灯珠两引脚相连的导线分别设置于绝缘膜的正反面,避免了贴片LED灯珠在弯曲过程中的断路现象。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1、图2、图3所示。本实施例电子桌布,包括自上而下设置的绝缘的第一柔性层1、绝缘膜2和第二柔性层3, LED灯珠5(选用无边直插式LED灯珠)按照阵列形式排布,固定在绝缘膜2的正面,并且发光面朝上,LED驱动模块(图中未画出)通过导线与LED灯珠5相连。LED驱动模块为现有成熟电路,可直接从厂家购买获得,本实施例不对其内部结构进行说明。驱动电路与LED灯珠5之间的电路连接属于现有公知技术,本实施例不再提供相应附图进行说明。绝缘膜2的正反面分别设置有第一导线6、第二导线7,LED灯珠5的第一引脚8直接与绝缘膜2正面的第一导线6连接,LED灯珠5的第二引脚9穿过绝缘膜2后与绝缘膜背面的第二导线7连接。为了使LED灯珠在绝缘膜上固定的更加牢靠,可在绝缘膜2上再附加一层第三柔性层(本例中未画图示意),LED灯珠位于第三柔性层和绝缘膜之间,第三柔性层从上方将LED灯珠压在绝缘膜上。
如图1所示,第一柔性层1上表面设置有触摸开关4,触摸开关4的开关信号输出线和LED驱动模块的信号输入线固定在第一柔性层1和第二柔性层3之间(具体来说固定在绝缘膜与第二柔性层3之间),并且外端连接有电源插接接口,电源插接接口则固定于第二柔性层边缘的下部。其中,第一导线6、第二导线7可以镶嵌设置于绝缘膜2的正反面。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种电子桌布,包括自上而下设置的绝缘的第一柔性层(1)和第二柔性层(3), LED灯珠(5)固定于第一柔性层(1)和第二柔性层(3)之间并且发光面朝上,LED驱动模块通过导线与LED灯珠(5)相连,其特征在于:所述第一柔性层(1)和第二柔性层(3)之间还设置有绝缘膜(2),所述绝缘膜(2)的正反面分别设置有导线,LED灯珠(5)的一个引脚直接与绝缘膜(2)正面的导线连接,LED灯珠(5)的另一个引脚穿过绝缘膜后(2)与绝缘膜(2)背面的导线连接,所述第一柔性层(1)上表面设置有触摸开关(4),所述触摸开关(4)的开关信号输出线和LED驱动模块的信号输入线固定在第一柔性层(1)和第二柔性层(3)之间,并且外端连接有电源插接接口,所述电源插接接口固定于第二柔性层(3)边缘的下部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述电子桌布,其特征在于:所述LED灯珠(5)以阵列形式排布,所述第一柔性层(1)和第二柔性层(3)之间设置有数个阵列排布的LED灯珠,所述每个LED阵列固定在绝缘膜(2)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述电子桌布,其特征在于:所述触摸开关(4)设置有数个。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述电子桌布,其特征在于:所述LED灯珠(5)为无边直插式LED灯珠。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述电子桌布,其特征在于:所述导线镶嵌设置于绝缘膜(2)的正反面。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述电子桌布,其特征在于:所述绝缘膜(2)的上表面设置有绝缘的第三柔性层,所述LED灯珠位于第三柔性层和绝缘膜之间,所述第三柔性层从上方将LED灯珠压在绝缘膜上。
