本实用新型涉及LED灯技术领域,具体是指一种具有四杯型的LED灯。
背景技术
发光二极管(LED或LEDS)是将电能转化为光能的固态器件,使用寿命长、显色指数高、节能环保、亮度高、应用广泛,各个国家都大力倡导发展LED产业。近几年科技进步已使得LED封装灯杯具有更小体积、结构复杂、光色多样化的大众趋势,现有的LED封装灯杯一般采用在一个灯杯里封装单颗LED晶片的结构,并且将灯杯做的较深,并在灯杯内填充胶水以固定LED晶片,该结构的LED灯所存在的问题是灯杯体积大,影响其使用性能,光的扩散性也比较差,更为重要的是一个灯杯只能做单一的白光,光色单一,满足不了一些特殊场合的使用需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于克服现有单杯LED灯仅能做成RGB或单一白光的不足,提供一种可同时发出正白、暖白、红色、蓝色四种色光的四杯型LED灯。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采取的技术方案是:一种四杯型LED灯,包括灯杯及设置于灯杯侧壁的接线脚,所述灯杯由绝缘材料分隔成四个独立的灯杯,各独立的灯杯内分别封装有LED晶片,所述LED晶片通过导线连接至接线脚,所述导线为铜线。
采用上述结构的本实用新型,其有益效果在于,
1、本实用新型可同时发出正白、暖白、红色、蓝色四种色光,避免了现有的单杯型LED灯光色单一的不足;
2、采用四杯的结构,灯杯内碗杯体积小,因而光易扩散,光衰小,且封装时可节约胶水,降低企业生产成本,提高生产封装效率;
3、本实用新型灯杯有效减少了灯杯厚度和体积,可适用于各种场合,且由于封装胶水量少,散热效果好。

下面结合附图对本实用新型具体实施方式作进一步描述:
如图1所示,灯杯1由绝缘材料分隔成四个独立的灯杯,各独立的灯杯内分别通过绝缘胶(银胶)封装有LED晶片2,所述LED晶片2通过导线3连接至所需的接线脚,为保障连接的稳定性及电源的良好接触,所述导线3采用铜线,在灯杯里面分别加入不同配比的荧光粉或封装入不同光色的LED晶片,就出现了不同光色的光。由于该四杯形的灯杯碗杯体积小,因而光易扩散,光衰小,且封装时可节约胶水,提高生产封装效率。

1.一种四杯型LED灯,包括灯杯及设置于灯杯侧壁的接线脚,其特征是,所述灯杯由绝缘材料分隔成四个独立的灯杯,各独立的灯杯内分别封装有LED晶片,所述LED晶片通过导线连接至接线脚,所述导线为铜线。
