本发明的完整操作流程是:电机一13驱动压盖4和密封盖5向上移动,打开罐口,利用投料装置从罐口处投入物料,电机一13驱动压盖4和密封盖5向下移动压紧物料并密封罐口,同时根据需要调整调节板8,电机二19驱动搅拌轴2转动,切割刀对投入的物料进行粉碎切割,切割完毕后调整加热装置6到灭菌模式进行灭菌,灭菌完毕后调整到发酵模式,投入菌种边搅拌边发酵,发酵完毕后液压泵21驱动仓门9向上移动打开仓门9,继续搅拌,利用搅拌的离心力由仓门9出料。

Claims (10)

  1. 一体式秸秆发酵处理机,包括发酵罐(1),所述发酵罐(1)内设置有动力装置驱动旋转的搅拌轴(2),所述搅拌轴(2)上设置有螺旋状的搅拌叶片(3),其特征在于,所述发酵罐(1)的罐口处从内到外依次铰接有压盖(4)和密封盖(5),所述压盖(4)和密封盖(5)由动力装置驱动转动,压盖(4)穿过罐口压紧罐内物料,密封盖(5)密封罐口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一体式秸秆发酵处理机,其特征在于,所述发酵罐(1)的罐体上设置有加热装置(6),所述加热装置(6)设置有发酵和灭菌两种模式。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一体式秸秆发酵处理机,其特征在于,所述加热装置(6)为陶瓷加热圈,所述陶瓷加热圈环绕罐体设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一体式秸秆发酵处理机,其特征在于,所述搅拌叶片(3)的外端设置有切割刀,所述切割刀上设置有若干锯齿状刀刃。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一体式秸秆发酵处理机,其特征在于,与切割刀相对的罐壁上设置有条形的通槽一(7),通槽一(7)内穿设有调节板(8),调节板(8)的下端铰接在通槽一(7)上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一体式秸秆发酵处理机,其特征在于,所述发酵罐(1)的底部滑移设置有仓门(9),所述仓门(9)由油缸(10)或气缸驱动上下移动。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一体式秸秆发酵处理机,其特征在于,所述压盖(4)与密封盖(5)同轴铰接,并由同一动力装置同时驱动。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一体式秸秆发酵处理机,其特征在于,所述压盖(4)和密封盖(5)的后侧设置有支架(11),支架(11)的上端设置有 滚轮一(12),支架(11)的后侧设置有电机一(13)和电机一(13)驱动转动的卷筒(14),所述卷筒(14)内绕设有拉绳(15),所述拉绳(15)的移动端依次绕过滚轮一(12)、穿过密封盖(5)上条形的通槽二(16)后固定在压盖(4)的前端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一体式秸秆发酵处理机,其特征在于,所述压盖(4)的后端设置有滚轮二(17),密封盖(5)上设置有和滚轮二(17)对应的缺口,所述拉绳(15)的移动端依次绕过滚轮一(12)、滚轮二(17)、滚轮一(12)、穿过通槽二(16)后固定在压盖(4)的前端。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的一体式秸秆发酵处理机,其特征在于,所述发酵罐(1)外设置有保护壳体(18)。
