本实用新型的工作原理:机体1安装在底座101上表面一端,底座101底部转动安装有万向轮102,通过万向轮102可使对机体1的移动更加的灵活和省力,将脱穗后的小麦秸秆放置到传输带4表面,二号电机401通过皮带可电动传输带4进行转动,从而可通过传输带4将小麦秸秆输送进机体1内腔,可使对小麦秸秆的上料更加的快捷和省力,一号电机2一端的驱动辊201通过皮 带可带动从动辊301和转盘3进行转动,转盘3表面固定安装有粉碎刀头302,机体1内腔底部固定安装有弧形底座303,弧形底座303表面固定安装有反击器304,转盘3在转动的过程中通过粉碎刀头302和反击器304对小麦秸秆进行快速的撞击和分切,可实现对小麦秸秆的快速粉碎,其中机体1内腔顶部固定安装有导料板305,传输带4在向机体1内注入小麦秸秆时,导料板305可对小麦秸秆进行阻挡,可使小麦秸秆快速被喂入进粉碎区内,粉碎后的小麦秸秆可在离心力的作用下从排料管503内排出,通过导料板305可对粉碎后的秸秆进行阻挡,防止粉碎后的秸秆与为粉碎的秸秆混合在一起,排料管503通过转轴与固定架5相连,使用时可根据使用需求对排料管503的俯仰角度进行调节,调节后通过旋转锁紧杆502,锁紧杆502可在表面螺纹的作用下推动夹盘501对排料管503进行固定,使用更加的便捷,同时排料管503一端可拆卸安装有储料桶6,粉碎后的秸秆可通过储料桶6进行收集,将储存袋套在储料桶6底部通过限位环601可对袋口进行限位,从而可快速对储存袋进行灌装,使用更加的快捷,同时一号电机2表面固定安装有隔音罩202,隔音罩202通过密封圈203对一号电机2的动力输出端与隔音罩202连接处进行密封,隔音罩202内腔为真空结构,利用声音无法在真空环境下传播的原理,可降低粉碎装置工作时的噪音。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种小麦秸秆粉碎装置,包括机体(1)、底座(101)和万向轮(102),所述机体(1)固定安装在底座(101)上表面一端,所述底座(101)底部转动安装有万向轮(102),其特征在于:所述底座(101)上表面另一端固定安装有一号电机(2),所述一号电机(2)的动力输出端固定连接有驱动辊(201),所述一号电机(2)表面固定装有隔音罩(202),所述机体(1)内腔转动安装有转盘(3),所述转盘(3)表面固定安装有粉碎刀头(302),所述机体(1)内腔底部固定安装有弧形底座(303),所述弧形底座(303)上表面固定安装有反击器(304),且反击器(304)和粉碎刀头(302)相互配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种小麦秸秆粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述隔音罩(202)与一号电机(2)的动力输出轴连接处固定安装有密封圈(203)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种小麦秸秆粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述转盘(3)一端通过转轴固定连接有从动辊(301),所述从动辊(301)通过皮带与驱动辊(201)相连。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种小麦秸秆粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述机体(1)顶部一端固定安装有传输带(4)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种小麦秸秆粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述传输带(4)内腔一端固定安装有二号电机(401)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种小麦秸秆粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述机体(1)一端顶部固定焊接有固定架(5),所述固定架(5)内腔两侧活动安装有夹盘(501),所述夹盘(501)一侧固定连接有锁紧杆(502)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种小麦秸秆粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述机体(1)一端顶部活动连接有排料管(503)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种小麦秸秆粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述机体(1)内腔顶部固定焊接有导料板(305),且导料板(305)呈倒三角形 结构。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种小麦秸秆粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述排料管(503)一端可拆卸连接有储料桶(6)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种小麦秸秆粉碎装置,其特征在于:所述储料桶(6)底部活动安装有限位环(601)。
