其中,所述注水排气口14既可作为注水口使用以向所述处理腔102内注入处理液(例如水溶液),也可作为排气口使用以向外排气。在本实施例中,所述注水排气口14例如可由一注水排气管所形成,且所述注水排气管的一端是伸入所述处理腔102中并突出所述第二端面12一预定尺寸。较佳的,所述注水排气口14相对于所述壳体10的底部的第二高度H2可为所述第一中间隔板17相对于所述壳体10的底部的第三高度H3的3/4,但可以理解的是,所 述注水排气口14的第二高度H2并不局限于此。在本发明中,处理液可经由所述注水排气口14注入到所述处理腔102内,且注入到所述处理腔102内的处理液的液面最高是与所述注水排气口14所处的第二高度H2平行(因水注到跟所述注水排气管平行时就注不进去了)。并且,在处理液的液面与所述第一中间隔板17之间还可形成一个混合空间,其可用于容纳水蒸气并供述水蒸气与尾气进行混合,所述水蒸气是由水溶液被输入所述处理腔102内的尾气加热所形成。由于输入所述处理腔102内的尾气的温度通常较高(例如高达一百度以上),且尾气连通管30本身也可以传热,因此当尾气喷出到水里时会对水进行加热,从而会形成水蒸气。
所述溢水口15相对于所述壳体10的底部的第一高度H1是高于所述注水排气口14相对于所述壳体10的底部的第二高度H2,如此,所述溢水口15可在汽车下坡时溢出所述处理腔102内液面骤然升高的处理液(例如水溶液)排出,以防止汽车下坡时因液面倾斜而堵塞气道。在本实施例中,所述溢水口15较佳地是邻近所述第一中间隔板17的底部设置,其例如可由一溢水管所形成,且所述溢水管与所述处理腔102连通的一端是与所述第一端面11平齐(即不出头)。在本发明中,所述溢水口15的孔径可小于所述注水排气口14的孔径,即所述溢水管的管径小于所述注水排气管的管径。
所述排水口16例如可为一水龙头,其例如可邻近于所述处理腔102的底部设置,用以在换水时能够方便地排出所述处理腔102内的废液(即被污染的处理液)。在本实施例中,所述排水口16是与所述注水排气口14设置于同一端面上,即第二端面12上。当然,可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述排水口16也可设置于所述第一端面11上,或者,也可以设置于所述壳体10的底部上,这些并不作为对本发明的限制。
所述消音结构20是设置于所述消音腔101内,可对进入其内的尾气进行消音。在本实施例中,所述消音腔101是被第二中间隔板181、182依次分隔成第一消音室1011、第二消音室1012和第三消音室1013,且所述第三消音室1013的体积>所述第一消音室1011的体积>所述第二消音室1012的体积。所述消音结构20例如可包括第一消音连通管21、第二消音连通管22以及第三消音连通管23。其中,所述第一消音连通管21的一端是形成所述进气口13,另一端是延伸连通至所述第三消音室1013内,例如可延伸至所述第二端面12 附近,且所述第一消音连通管21位于所述第二消音室1012内的部分上还设置有多个通孔212。所述第二消音连通管22是连通所述第三消音室1013和所述第一消音室1011。所述第三消音连通管23是连通所述第一消音室1011和所述第二消音室1012。较佳地,所述第三消音连通管23的管径是小于所述第二消音连通管22的管径和所述第一消音连通管21的管径。
所述尾气连通管30例如可为不锈钢圆管,其一端301是连通所述消音腔101,例如图3所示是连通至所述第一消音室1011,而另一端302是连通所述处理腔102并插入处理液之中,且所述尾气连通管30上设置有开孔31(如图4、图5所示)。其中,所述另一端302可以是直接延伸并连接至所述壳体10的底部,也可以是延伸至所述壳体10的底部附近(即未连接),这些并不作为对本发明的限制。在图4所示的实施例中,所述尾气连通管30上是仅设置有一个开孔31,且该开孔31是朝向第一隔板41。当然,可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,所述开孔31的数量也可以为多个,且其朝向也并不局限于朝向所述隔板40,这些并不作为对本发明的限制。
所述隔离板40是设置于所述处理腔102内,并将所述处理腔102分隔成多个处理室,且每一隔离板40上还可设置有多个通孔,用以连通相邻的两个处理室。例如,在图4所示的实施例中,所述处理腔102是被第一隔离板41和第二隔离板42分隔成体积大小不同的第一处理室1021、第二处理室1022以及第三处理室1023,且第一隔离板41和第二隔离板42上分别设置有多个通孔411和421,这些通孔411、421较佳地可呈蜂窝状布置。在本发明中,所述隔离板40可以有效防止在汽车行驶过程中所述处理腔102内的处理液出现较大的晃动,而所述隔离板40上的通孔411、421除了起到消音的作用之外,更可起到过滤的作用。较佳地,如图3所示,每一隔离板40与壳体的底部之间还可形成有间隙D,以更有利于处理液及其中所融合的污染物的流通。
在本发明中,汽车尾气可自所述进气口13进入所述消音腔101内,例如可经由所述第一消音连通管21被输入至所述第三消音室1013内,同时部分尾气可通过所述多个第二通孔212进入到所述第二消音室1012内。进入所述第三消音室1013的尾气可经由所述第二消音连通管22被输送至所述第一消音室1011内,且进入所述第二消音室1012内的尾气也可以经由所述第三消音连通管23被输送至所述第一消音室1011内。进入所述第一消音室1011内的尾气 可经由所述尾气连通管30输入所述处理腔102之中,并与所述处理腔102内的处理液(例如水)相接触,并会在水的压力下从所述开孔31喷出,喷出的尾气与水产生第一次过滤,可以对尾气中的有毒气体进行稀释以及去除尾气中所包含的粉尘或颗粒等。与此同时,进入所述处理腔102内的尾气还可对水进行加热从而在所述处理腔102顶部的混合空间中形成水蒸气,这些水蒸气可进一步与进入的尾气进行混合而产生第二次过滤。混合的气体遇到所述隔离板40上的通孔411、421并产生第三次过滤。如此,经三次过滤处理之后的尾气最终可通过所述注水排气口14排出。汽车尾气在经过本发明的注水式汽车消音器的处理之后,不仅可以实现消音,还可以有效过滤杂质,稀释有害气体,减少大气污染,从而起到环保作用。并且,经由本发明的注水式汽车消音器处理之后排出的尾气还可增加空气湿度,促进大气循环,使环境变好。
在本发明中,根据不同车辆的排气管大小或排气量的大小,还可以相应调整所述尾气连通管30上的开孔31的数量和/或大小。所述隔离板40上的通孔的孔径也可进行相应调整。这些并不作为对本发明的限制。
另外,在遇到容易造成水溶液结冰的严寒天气时,可以将本发明的注水式汽车消音器的处理腔内的处理液(例如水溶液)全部排出,以防止结冰,此时汽车尾气依然可以通过本发明的排气口排出,而不会影响行车。
本发明的注水式汽车消音器在对汽车尾气进行消音的同时,还可以对汽车尾气进行有效处理。而且结构简单,加工制造容易,成本低。
虽然本发明已以实施方式揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉此技艺者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作各种的更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围当视所附的权利要求书所界定的范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种注水式汽车消音器,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,其具有相对的第一端面和第二端面,所述壳体的内部空间被第一中间隔板分隔成消音腔和处理腔,所述处理腔内容纳有处理液,且所述壳体上设置有与所述消音腔连通的进气口以及与所述处理腔连通的注水排气口、溢水口和排水口,其中,所述溢水口相对于所述壳体的底部的第一高度是高于所述注水排气口相对于所述壳体的底部的第二高度,所述排水口能够排出所述处理液;
    消音结构,设置于所述消音腔内;
    尾气连通管,其上设置有至少一开孔,所述尾气连通管的一端连通所述消音腔,另一端连通所述处理腔并插入所述处理液之中,尾气是自所述进气口进入所述消音腔内并经由所述尾气连通管输入所述处理腔之中并从所述开孔喷出;
    至少一隔离板,设置于所述处理腔内并将所述处理腔分隔成多个处理室,每一所述隔离板上设置有多个第一通孔连通相邻的两个所述处理室。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的注水式汽车消音器,其特征在于,每一所述隔离板与所述壳体的底部之间还形成有间隙。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的注水式汽车消音器,其特征在于,所述开孔的数量为一个并是朝向所述隔离板设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的注水式汽车消音器,其特征在于,所述隔离板为两个并将所述处理腔分隔成三个体积大小不同的处理室。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的注水式汽车消音器,其特征在于,所述第二高度为所述第一中间隔板的底部相对于所述壳体的底部的第三高度的3/4。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的注水式汽车消音器,其特征在于,所述溢水口是邻近于所述第一中间隔板的底部设置;及/或,所述排水口是邻近于所述壳体的底部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的注水式汽车消音器,其特征在于,所述处理液为水溶液,且所述处理液的液面与所述第一中间隔板之间还形成有能够容纳被所述尾气加热而形成的水蒸气的混合空间。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的注水式汽车消音器,其特征在于,所述壳体呈椭圆柱体状;及/或,所述壳体为不锈钢壳体或铝壳体。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6或7或8所述的注水式汽车消音器,其特征在于,
    所述进气口和所述溢水口是对应设置于所述第一端面,所述注水排气口和所述排水口是对应设置于所述第二端面;
    所述消音腔被第二中间隔板依次分隔成第一消音室、第二消音室和第三消音室,且所述第三消音室的体积>所述第一消音室的体积>所述第二消音室的体积;
    所述消音结构包括:
    第一消音连通管,其一端形成所述进气口,另一端是延伸连通至所述第三消音室内,且所述第一消音连通管位于所述第二消音室内的部分上设置有多个第二通孔;
    第二消音连通管,其是连通所述第三消音室和所述第一消音室;
    第三消音连通管,其是连通所述第一消音室和所述第二消音室;
    其中,所述尾气连通管的所述一端是连通至所述第一消音室。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的注水式汽车消音器,其特征在于,所述溢水口的孔径小于所述注水排气口的孔径;及/或,所述第三消音连通管的管径小于所述第二消音连通管的管径和所述第一消音连通管的管径。
