施設提示装置（１）は、検査対象者が受けようとしている医療に関する検査を示す検査情報と、検査を行うことが可能な複数の検査施設に関する検査施設情報（１１１０）と、検査対象者のカルテデータ（１２２０）とに基づいて、複数の検査施設の中から、検査対象者に推奨する少なくとも一つの検査施設を、推奨施設として選択する選択手段（１２１）と、推奨施設に関する推奨施設情報を、提示対象者に提示する提示手段（１２２）とを備える。

Description

施設提示装置、施設提示方法及び記録媒体
　本開示は、検査を受けることを希望する検査対象者に推奨する検査施設を選択し且つ選択した検査施設を提示対象者に提示可能な施設提示装置、施設提示方法及び記録媒体の技術分野に関する。
　検査対象者の疾病の予防又は早期発見を目的に、検査対象者は、検査機関において様々な検査を受けることが望まれる。従って、検査対象者が検査を受けることを促すための技術の開発が望まれている。例えば、特許文献１には、海外在住者に健康診断を受けさせるために、海外在住者が在住している国の休日及び慣習に基づいて健康診断の受診候補日を選定し、選定した受診候補日を海外在住者に通知する装置が記載されている。
　その他、本開示に関連する先行技術文献として、特許文献２から５があげられる。

　検査を行うことが可能な検査施設が複数存在する場合には、複数の検査施設の夫々の状況を考慮した上で、少なくとも一つの適切な検査施設が、検査対象者に推奨する推奨施設として選択することが望まれる。しかしながら、上述した特許文献１に記載の装置は、検査対象者が検査（特許文献１では、健康診断）を受けることが可能な医療機関が複数存在するか否かを何ら考慮していない。このため、特許文献１に記載の装置は、検査対象者に推奨する推奨施設を適切に選択することができるとは限らないという技術的問題を有している。
　本開示は、上述した技術的問題を解決可能な施設提示装置、施設提示方法及びコンピュータプログラムを提供することを課題とする。一例として、本開示は、検査対象者に推奨する推奨施設を適切に選択することが可能な施設提示装置、施設提示方法及び記録媒体を提供することを課題とする。
　本開示の施設提示装置の一態様は、検査対象者が受けようとしている医療に関する検査を示す検査情報と、前記検査を行うことが可能な複数の検査施設に関する検査施設情報と、前記検査対象者のカルテデータとに基づいて、前記複数の検査施設の中から、前記検査対象者に推奨する少なくとも一つの検査施設を、推奨施設として選択する選択手段と、前記推奨施設に関する推奨施設情報を、提示対象者に提示する提示手段とを備える。
　本開示の施設提示方法の一態様は、検査対象者が受けようとしている医療に関する検査を示す検査情報と、前記検査を行うことが可能な複数の検査施設に関する検査施設情報と、前記検査対象者のカルテデータとに基づいて、前記複数の検査施設の中から、前記検査対象者に推奨する少なくとも一つの検査施設を、推奨施設として選択し、前記推奨施設に関する推奨施設情報を、提示対象者に提示する。
　本開示の記録媒体の一態様は、コンピュータに、検査対象者が受けようとしている医療に関する検査を示す検査情報と、前記検査を行うことが可能な複数の検査施設に関する検査施設情報と、前記検査対象者のカルテデータとに基づいて、前記複数の検査施設の中から、前記検査対象者に推奨する少なくとも一つの検査施設を、推奨施設として選択する選択工程と、前記推奨施設に関する推奨施設情報を、提示対象者に提示する提示工程とを実行させるコンピュータプログラムが記録された記録媒体である。
　上述した施設提示装置、施設提示方法及び記録媒体によれば、検査対象者に推奨する推奨施設を適切に選択することができる。

　以下、図面を参照しながら、施設提示装置、施設提示方法及び記録媒体の実施形態について説明する。以下では、施設提示装置、施設提示方法及び記録媒体の実施形態が適用された施設提示システムＳＹＳについて説明する。このような施設提示システムＳＹＳは、例えば、患者に対して医療を提供する医療機関において採用されてもよい。医療機関は、例えば、病院、診療所、介護老人保健施設、調剤薬局及びその他医療を提供する任意の施設（例えば、健康診断を行う施設及び任意の臨床検査を行う施設の少なくとも一方）のうちの少なくとも一つを含んでいてもよい。
　（１）施設提示システムＳＹＳの構成
はじめに、本実施形態の施設提示システムＳＹＳの構成について説明する。
　（１－１）施設提示システムＳＹＳの全体構成
　はじめに、図１を参照しながら、本実施形態の施設提示システムＳＹＳの全体構成について説明する。図１は、本実施形態の施設提示システムＳＹＳの全体構成を示すブロック図である。
　施設提示システムＳＹＳは、検査対象者が検査を受けようとしている（つまり、検査を受ける予定がある）場合に、検査対象者に推奨する少なくとも一つの検査施設を推奨施設として選択し、選択した推奨施設に関する推奨施設情報を、提示対象者に対して提示する。施設提示システムＳＹＳは、推奨施設情報を提示対象者に対して提示することによって、提示対象者に当該推奨施設で検査を受けることを提案してもよい。検査対象者が受けようとしている検査は、検査対象者が検査を受けることを望んでいる検査、検査対象者が受けることが推奨されている検査、及び、検査対象者が受けるべき検査のうちの少なくとも一つを含んでいてもよい。以下では、説明の便宜上、検査対象者が受けようとしている検査を、“推奨検査”と称する。本実施形態における「検査対象者」は、推奨検査を受けようとしている任意の人物である。検査対象者は、例えば、施設提示システムＳＹＳを採用している医療機関において診療を受けたことがある患者を含んでいてもよい。検査対象者は、例えば、施設提示システムＳＹＳを採用している医療機関において推奨検査を受けるように勧められた患者を含んでいてもよい。また、本実施形態における「検査」は、医療に関する任意の検査（例えば、臨床検査）を含む。臨床検査は、検査対象者の身体を直接調べる生理検査（言い換えれば、生理機能検査）を含んでいてもよいし、検査対象者の身体から採取した試料（つまり、検体）を調べる抗体検査を含んでいてもよい。また、本実施形態における「検査施設」は、上述した検査を行うことが可能な任意の施設である。このような検査施設の一例として、上述した医療機関（例えば、病院、診療所、介護老人保健施設、調剤薬局及びその他医療を提供する任意の施設（例えば、健康診断を行う施設及び任意の臨床検査を行う施設の少なくとも一方）があげられる。また、本実施形態における「提示対象者」は、推奨施設情報の提示を受ける任意の人物である。提示対象者は、例えば、検査対象者と同一の人物であってもよい。提示対象者は、例えば、検査対象者と異なる人物（例えば、医療従事者）であってもよい。尚、本実施形態における「医療従事者」は、病気の治療、病気の予防、健康の維持、健康の回復及び健康の増進の少なくとも一つを目的とした活動である医療に従事する人物全般である。医療従事者は、医師、歯科医師助産師及びコメディカル（例えば、看護師、薬剤師、臨床検査技師、放射線技師及び理学療法士等の少なくとも一人）等の少なくとも一人を含んでいてもよい。
　推奨施設を選択し且つ選択した推奨施設に関する推奨施設情報を提示対象者に提示するために、図１に示すように、施設提示システムＳＹＳは、「施設提示装置」の一具体例である施設提示サーバ１と、情報端末２とを備えている。施設提示サーバ１と情報端末２とは、通信ネットワーク３を介して通信可能である。通信ネットワーク３は、有線の通信ネットワークを含んでいてもよいし、無線の通信ネットワークを含んでいてもよい。
　施設提示サーバ１は、施設提示システムＳＹＳを採用している医療機関が利用可能な情報処理装置である。このため、施設提示サーバ１は、典型的には、医療機関に設置される。この場合、施設提示サーバ１は、医療機関の内部（例えば、医療機関を構成する医療施設の内部）に設置されていてもよいし、医療機関の外部（例えば、医療機関を構成する医療施設の外部に設置される施設）に設置されていてもよい。施設提示サーバ１は、施設提示動作を行う。具体的には、施設提示サーバ１は、推奨施設を選択する動作を、施設提示動作の一部として行ってもよい。更に、施設提示サーバ１は、提示対象者に対して任意の情報を提示可能な情報端末２を用いて、推奨施設情報を提示対象者に対して提示する動作を、施設提示動作の他の一部として行ってもよい。つまり、施設提示サーバ１は、推奨施設情報を提示対象者に提示するように情報端末２を制御する動作を、施設提示動作の他の一部として行ってもよい。
　情報端末２は、提示対象者が利用可能な情報処理装置である。情報端末２として、医療機関に設置される情報処理装置（例えば、パソコン及びタブレット端末の少なくとも一方）が用いられてもよい。情報端末２として、提示対象者が保有する情報処理装置（例えば、パソコン、タブレット端末及びスマートフォンの少なくとも一つ）が用いられてもよい。情報端末２は、上述したように、施設提示サーバ１の制御下で、推奨施設情報を提示対象者に対して提示する。その結果、提示対象者は、推奨施設を認識することができる。つまり、提示対象者は、検査対象者がどの検査機関で推奨検査を受けることが推奨されているか（言い換えれば、進められているか又は提案されているか）を認識することができる。
　（１－２）施設提示サーバ１の構成
　続いて、図２を参照しながら、施設提示サーバ１の構成について説明する。図２は、施設提示サーバ１の構成を示すブロック図である。
　図２に示すように、施設提示サーバ１は、記憶装置１１と、演算装置１２とを備えている。更に、施設提示サーバ１は、入力装置１３と、出力装置１４とを備えていてもよい。但し、施設提示サーバ１は、入力装置１３及び出力装置１４の少なくとも一方を備えていなくてもよい。記憶装置１１と、演算装置１２と、入力装置１３と、出力装置１４とは、データバス１５を介して接続されていてもよい。
　記憶装置１１は、所望のデータを記憶可能である。例えば、記憶装置１１は、演算装置１２が実行するコンピュータプログラムを一時的に記憶していてもよい。記憶装置１１は、演算装置１２がコンピュータプログラムを実行している際に演算装置１２が一時的に使用するデータを一時的に記憶してもよい。記憶装置１１は、施設提示サーバ１が長期的に保存するデータを記憶してもよい。尚、記憶装置１１は、ＲＡＭ（Ｒａｎｄｏｍ　Ａｃｃｅｓｓ　Ｍｅｍｏｒｙ）、ＲＯＭ（Ｒｅａｄ　Ｏｎｌｙ　Ｍｅｍｏｒｙ）、ハードディスク装置、光磁気ディスク装置、ＳＳＤ（Ｓｏｌｉｄ　Ｓｔａｔｅ　Ｄｒｉｖｅ）及びディスクアレイ装置のうちの少なくとも一つを含んでいてもよい。つまり、記憶装置１１は、一時的でない記録媒体を含んでいてもよい。
　本実施形態では、記憶装置１１は、推奨施設を選択するために施設提示サーバ１が利用するデータを記憶する。図２には、推奨施設を選択するために施設提示サーバ１が利用するデータの一例として、検査施設ＤＢ（Ｄａｔａｂａｓｅ：データベース）１１１が記載されている。つまり、図２は、記憶装置１１が検査施設ＤＢ１１１を記憶する例を示している。
　検査施設ＤＢ１１１は、検査施設に関する情報を含む検査施設情報１１１０を格納するデータベースである。一般的に、検査を行うことが可能な検査機関は複数存在する。例えば、同じ種類の検査を行うことが可能な検査施設が複数存在する可能性がある。例えば、異なる複数種類の検査を行うことが可能な検査施設が複数存在する可能性がある。このため、検査施設ＤＢ１１１は、典型的には、複数の検査施設に夫々対応する複数の検査施設情報１１１０を格納する。各検査施設情報１１１０は、各検査施設情報１１１０に対応する一つの検査施設に関する情報を含んでいる。
　このような検査施設情報１１１０の一例が、図３に示されている。図３に示すように、検査施設情報１１１０は、施設基本情報１１１１と、施設詳細情報１１１２とを含んでいてもよい。
　施設基本情報１１１１は、検査施設を特定するための基本的な情報を含む。例えば、図３に示す例では、施設基本情報１１１１は、検査施設を識別するための施設ＩＤと、検査施設の名称（施設名）に関する情報と、検査施設の住所に関する情報とを含んでいる。但し、施設基本情報１１１１は、これら複数の情報のうちの少なくとも一つを含んでいなくてもよい。施設基本情報１１１１は、図３に示す複数の情報のうちの少なくとも一つに加えて又は代えて、他の情報を含んでいてもよい。
　施設詳細情報１１１２は、検査施設が行うことが可能な検査（以降、“実施可能検査”と称する）に関する詳細な情報を含む。例えば、施設詳細情報１１１２は、実施可能検査を示す情報を含んでいてもよい。図３に示す例では、施設詳細情報１１１２は、実施可能検査を示す情報として、実施可能検査を識別するための検査ＩＤと、実施可能検査の名称（検査名）に関する情報とを含む。更に、施設詳細情報１１１２は、実施可能検査の実施に関する情報を含んでいてもよい。例えば、図３に示す例では、施設詳細情報１１１２は、検査施設の実施に関する情報として、検査施設における実施可能検査の予約状況に関する情報と、検査施設において行われた実施可能検査の実績に関する情報とを含んでいる。実施可能検査の予約状況に関する情報は、例えば、実施可能検査の予約が入っている日時に関する情報、ある日時において予約済みの実施可能検査の数に関する情報、実施可能検査の予約がまだ可能な日時に関する情報、及び、ある日時において実施可能検査の新たな予約を受け入れることが可能な数（つまり、実施可能検査の予約の空き数）に関する情報のうちの少なくとも一つを含んでいてもよい。尚、検査施設は、一般的に、検査装置を用いて実施可能検査を行う。このため、ある日時において予約済みの実施可能検査の数と同じ日時において実施可能検査の予約を受け入れることが可能な数との総和は、典型的には、実施可能検査を行うための検査装置の総数と一致する又は以下になる。また、検査施設において行われた実施可能検査の実績に関する情報は、例えば、検査施設において実施可能検査が行われた回数に関する情報及び検査施設において実施可能検査を受けた人物からの実施可能検査に対する評価（いわゆる、口コミ）に関する情報の少なくとも一つを含んでいてもよい。但し、施設詳細情報１１１２は、これら複数の情報のうちの少なくとも一つを含んでいなくてもよい。施設詳細情報１１１２は、図３に示す複数の情報のうちの少なくとも一つに加えて又は代えて、他の情報を含んでいてもよい。
　検査施設が複数の異なる種類の実施可能検査を行うことが可能である場合がある。この場合には、検査施設情報１１１０は、検査施設が行うことが可能な複数の異なる種類の実施可能検査に夫々対応する複数の施設詳細情報１１１２を含んでいてもよい。例えば、検査施設情報１１１０は、第１の種類の実施可能検査に関する詳細な情報を含む第１の施設詳細情報１１１２と、第１の種類の実施可能検査とは異なる第２の種類の実施可能検査に関する詳細な情報を含む第２の施設詳細情報１１１２とを含んでいてもよい。
　再び図２において、演算装置１２は、例えば、ＣＰＵ（Ｃｅｎｔｒａｌ　Ｐｒｏｅｃｓｓｉｎｇ　Ｕｎｉｔ）を含む。演算装置１２は、コンピュータプログラムを読み込む。例えば、演算装置１２は、記憶装置１１が記憶しているコンピュータプログラムを読み込んでもよい。例えば、演算装置１２は、コンピュータで読み取り可能であって且つ一時的でない記録媒体が記憶しているコンピュータプログラムを、図示しない記録媒体読み取り装置を用いて読み込んでもよい。演算装置１２は、不図示の通信装置を介して、施設提示サーバ１の外部に配置される不図示の装置からコンピュータプログラムを取得してもよい（つまり、ダウンロードしてもよい又は読み込んでもよい）。演算装置１２は、読み込んだコンピュータプログラムを実行する。その結果、演算装置１２内には、施設提示サーバ１が行うべき動作（例えば、上述した施設提示動作）を実行するための論理的な機能ブロックが実現される。つまり、演算装置１２は、施設提示サーバ１が行うべき動作を実行するための論理的な機能ブロックを実現するためのコントローラとして機能可能である。
　図２には、施設提示動作を実行するために演算装置１２内に実現される論理的な機能ブロックの一例が示されている。図２に示すように、演算装置１２内には、「選択手段」の一具体例である施設選択部１２１と、「提示手段」の一具体例である施設提示部１２２とが実現される。尚、施設選択部１２１及び施設提示部１２２の動作の詳細については、後に図５等を参照しながら詳述するが、ここでその概要について簡単に説明する。施設選択部１２１は、検査施設ＤＢ１１１に基づいて、推奨施設を選択する。施設提示部１２２は、施設選択部１２１が選択した推奨施設に関する推奨施設情報を提示対象者に対して提示するように、情報端末２を制御する。
　入力装置１３は、施設提示サーバ１の外部からの施設提示サーバ１に対する情報の入力を受け付ける装置である。
　出力装置１４は、施設提示サーバ１の外部に対して情報を出力する装置である。例えば、出力装置１４は、施設提示サーバ１が行う施設提示動作に関する情報を出力してもよい。例えば、出力装置１４は、推奨施設情報を提示するように情報端末２を制御するための制御情報を、通信ネットワーク３を介して情報端末２に対して出力（つまり、送信）してもよい。
　（１－３）情報端末２の構成
　続いて、図４を参照しながら、情報端末２の構成について説明する。図４は、情報端末２の構成を示すブロック図である。
　図４に示すように、情報端末２は、記憶装置２１と、演算装置２２と、出力装置２３とを備えている。更に、情報端末２は、入力装置２４を備えていてもよい。但し、情報端末２は、入力装置２４を備えていなくてもよい。記憶装置２１と、演算装置２２と、出力装置２３と、入力装置２４とは、データバス２５を介して接続されていてもよい。
　記憶装置２１は、所望のデータを記憶可能である。例えば、記憶装置２１は、演算装置２２が実行するコンピュータプログラムを一時的に記憶していてもよい。記憶装置２１は、演算装置２２がコンピュータプログラムを実行している際に演算装置２２が一時的に使用するデータを一時的に記憶してもよい。記憶装置２１は、情報端末２が長期的に保存するデータを記憶してもよい。尚、記憶装置２１は、ＲＡＭ、ＲＯＭ、ハードディスク装置、光磁気ディスク装置、ＳＳＤ及びディスクアレイ装置のうちの少なくとも一つを含んでいてもよい。つまり、記憶装置２１は、一時的でない記録媒体を含んでいてもよい。
　演算装置２２は、例えば、ＣＰＵを含む。演算装置２２は、コンピュータプログラムを読み込む。例えば、演算装置２２は、記憶装置２１が記憶しているコンピュータプログラムを読み込んでもよい。例えば、演算装置２２は、コンピュータで読み取り可能であって且つ一時的でない記録媒体が記憶しているコンピュータプログラムを、図示しない記録媒体読み取り装置を用いて読み込んでもよい。演算装置２２は、不図示の通信装置を介して、情報端末２の外部に配置される不図示の装置からコンピュータプログラムを取得してもよい（つまり、ダウンロードしてもよい又は読み込んでもよい）。演算装置２２は、読み込んだコンピュータプログラムを実行する。その結果、演算装置２２内には、情報端末２が行うべき動作実行するための論理的な機能ブロックが実現される。つまり、演算装置２２は、情報端末２が行うべき動作を実行するための論理的な機能ブロックを実現するためのコントローラとして機能可能である。
　本実施形態では、情報端末２は、施設提示サーバ１の制御下で、推奨施設情報を提示対象者が認識可能な形式で出力するための推奨施設情報出力動作を行う。図５には、推奨施設情報出力動作を行うために演算装置２２内に実現される論理的な機能ブロックの一例が示されている。図５に示すように、演算装置２２内には、情報取得部２２１と、出力制御部２２２とが実現される。情報取得部２２１は、施設提示サーバ１から、推奨施設情報を提示するように情報端末２を制御するための制御情報を取得する。出力制御部２２２は、情報取得部２２１が取得した制御情報に基づいて、推奨施設情報を提示対象者が認識可能な形式で出力するように出力装置２３を制御する。
　出力装置２３は、情報端末２の外部に対して情報を出力する装置である。例えば、出力装置２３は、画像を出力してもよい。つまり、出力装置２３は、画像を表示可能な表示装置（いわゆる、ディスプレイ）を含んでいてもよい。この場合、出力装置２３は、推奨施設情報を画像として表示することで、推奨施設情報を提示対象者に対して提示してもよい。その結果、提示対象者は、視覚を用いて推奨施設情報を認識することができる。例えば、出力装置２３は、音声を出力してもよい。つまり、出力装置２３は、音声を出力可能な音声装置（いわゆる、スピーカ）を含んでいてもよい。この場合、出力装置２３は、推奨施設情報を音声として出力することで、推奨施設情報を提示対象者に対して提示してもよい。その結果、提示対象者は、聴覚を用いて推奨施設情報を認識することができる。例えば、出力装置２３は、紙面に情報を出力してもよい。つまり、出力装置２３は、紙面に所望の情報を印刷可能な印刷装置（いわゆる、プリンタ）を含んでいてもよい。この場合、出力装置２３は、推奨施設情報を紙面に印刷することで、推奨施設情報を提示対象者に対して提示してもよい。その結果、提示対象者は、視覚を用いて推奨施設情報を認識することができる。
　入力装置２４は、情報端末２の外部からの情報端末２に対する情報の入力を受け付ける装置である。
　このような情報端末２は、施設提示サーバ１が設置された医療機関における提示対象者の動線上に配置されていてもよい。例えば、上述したように、提示対象者が検査対象者（例えば、患者）である場合には、情報端末２は、医療機関における患者の動線上に配置されていてもよい。医療機関における患者の動線は、医療機関の受付と、待合室と診療室とを結ぶ動線を含んでいてもよい。一例として、情報端末２は、医療機関の受付（例えば、診療を終えた患者が医療費を支払うための場所）に配置されていてもよい。この場合、患者は、医療機関において診療を受けた後に医療費を支払うタイミングで、診療において医療従事者から受けるように勧められた推奨検査を受けることが可能な推奨施設を認識することができる。他の一例として、情報端末２は、医療機関の待合室（例えば、患者が診療又は医療費の支払を待つための場所）に配置されていてもよい。この場合、患者は、医療機関において診療を受けた後に医療費の支払を待つタイミングで、診療において医療従事者から受けるように勧められた推奨検査を受けることが可能な推奨施設を認識することができる。例えば、上述したように、提示対象者が医療従事者である場合には、情報端末２は、診療が行われる部屋（例えば、診療室）に配置されていてもよい。この場合、医療従事者は、患者（つまり、検査対象者）の診療を行いながら、推奨施設を認識することができる。その結果、医療従事者は、患者（つまり、検査対象者）の診療を行いながら、患者に対して推奨施設を伝えることができる
　或いは、上述したように検査対象者が保有する情報処理装置が情報端末２として用いられる場合には、検査対象者は、医療機関を訪れることなく、推奨施設を所望の場所（例えば、検査対象者の自宅等）で認識することができる。
　（２）施設提示サーバ１が行う施設提示動作
　続いて、図５を参照しながら、施設提示サーバ１が行う施設提示動作について説明する。図５は、施設提示サーバ１が行う施設提示動作の流れを示すフローチャートである。
　図５に示すように、まず、施設選択部１２１は、施設提示動作の実行を施設提示サーバ１に対して要求するための施設提示要求が施設提示サーバ１に入力されたか否かを判定する（ステップＳ１０）。施設提示要求は、提示対象者及び検査対象者の少なくとも一方によって施設提示サーバ１に入力されてもよい。例えば、提示対象者が検査対象者と同一人物である場合は、提示対象者（つまり、検査対象者）は、情報端末２の入力装置２４を用いて、施設提示要求を施設提示サーバ１に対して送信（つまり、入力）してもよい。例えば、提示対象者が検査対象者と異なる人物（例えば、医療従事者）である場合は、提示対象者（例えば、医療従事者）は、施設提示サーバ１の入力装置１３を用いて、施設提示要求を施設提示サーバ１に入力してもよい。
　ステップＳ１０における判定の結果、施設提示要求が入力されていないと判定された場合には（ステップＳ１０：Ｎｏ）、施設提示サーバ１は、図５に示す施設提示動作を終了してもよい。施設提示動作を終了した後には、施設提示サーバ１は、一定期間が経過した後に施設提示動作を再度開始してもよい。
　他方で、ステップＳ１０における判定の結果、施設提示要求が入力されたと判定された場合には（ステップＳ１０：Ｙｅｓ）、施設選択部１２１は、推奨検査を選択する（ステップＳ１１からステップＳ１２）。具体的には、施設選択部１２１は、まず、施設提示要求に含まれる情報に基づいて、検査対象者が受けることを希望している推奨検査を特定する（ステップＳ１１）。このため、施設提示要求には、検査対象者が受けることを希望している推奨検査を示す情報を含む推奨検査情報が含まれていることが好ましい。或いは、施設選択部１２１は、施設提示要求とは別に、推奨検査情報を取得してもよい。その後、記憶装置１１が記憶している検査施設ＤＢ１１１に基づいて、ステップＳ１１で特定した推奨検査を検査対象者が受けることが推奨される推奨施設を選択する（ステップＳ１２）。つまり、施設選択部１２１は、施設提示要求に含まれる推奨検査情報と記憶装置１１が記憶している検査施設ＤＢ１１１とに基づいて、検査施設ＤＢ１１１に格納されている複数の検査施設情報１１１０に夫々対応する複数の検査施設の中から、ステップＳ１１で特定した推奨検査を受けようとしている検査対象者に推奨する少なくとも一つの検査施設を、推奨施設として選択する（ステップＳ１２）。
　例えば、施設選択部１２１は、検査施設ＤＢ１１１から、ステップＳ１１で特定した推奨検査を行うことが可能な検査施設に対応する検査施設情報１１１０を抽出してもよい。その後、施設選択部１２１は、抽出した検査施設情報１１１０に含まれる施設詳細情報１１１２（特に、検査施設の予約状況に関する情報）に基づいて、抽出した検査施設情報１１１０に対応する検査施設が、推奨検査の予約を新たに受けることが可能か否かを判定してもよい。その結果、施設選択部１２１は、推奨検査の新たな予約を受け入れることが可能な検査施設（以降、“予約可能検査施設”と称する）を、推奨施設として選択してもよい。この場合、施設選択部１２１は、推奨施設情報が入力されると、推奨施設情報に基づいて複数の検査施設情報１１１０をサーチすることで推奨施設を出力する選択エンジンを用いて、推奨施設を選択してもよい。選択エンジンは、予約可能検査施設を推奨施設として選択するというルールベースのエンジンであってもよい。
　予約可能検査施設が複数存在する場合には、施設選択部１２１は、複数の予約可能検査施設のうちの少なくとも二つの夫々を、推奨施設として選択してもよい。つまり、施設選択部１２１は、複数の推奨施設を選択してもよい。
　予約可能検査施設が複数存在する場合には、施設選択部１２１は、複数の予約可能検査施設の全てを、推奨施設として選択してもよい。つまり、施設選択部１２１は、予約可能検査施設を、無条件に推奨施設として選択してもよい。
　或いは、施設選択部１２１は、複数の予約可能検査施設の一部のみを、推奨施設として選択してもよい。施設選択部１２１は、複数の予約可能検査施設の他の一部を、推奨施設として選択しなくてもよい。具体的には、施設選択部１２１は、所望の施設選択基準に基づいて、複数の予約可能検査施設の一部を推奨施設として選択する一方で、複数の予約可能検査施設の他の一部を推奨施設として選択しなくてもよい。例えば、図６は、四つの検査施設＃１から＃４が予約可能検査施設である場合に、検査施設＃２及び＃３が推奨検査施設として選択される一方で、検査施設＃１及び＃４が推奨施設として選択されない状況を概念的に示している。
　施設選択基準は、施設提示システムＳＹＳを採用している一の医療機関と関連を有する（例えば、同じ系列の）検査施設が、一の医療機関と関連を有していない検査施設よりも推奨施設として選択されやすくなるという第１の基準を含んでいてもよい。第１の基準が用いられる場合には、検査施設情報１１１０に含まれる施設基本情報１１１１は、検査施設が関連を有している医療機関に関する情報を含んでいてもよい。その結果、施設選択部１２１は、検査施設情報１１１０に基づいて、第１の基準を満たすように推奨施設を選択することができる。この場合、施設選択部１２１は、一の医療機関と関連を有する検査施設を推奨施設として優先的に選択することができる。その結果、施設提示システムＳＹＳを採用している一の医療機関は、一の医療機関に関連する検査施設のリソースを優先的に活用することができる。つまり、施設提示システムＳＹＳを採用している一の医療機関は、一の医療機関に関連する検査施設のリソースを有効に活用することができる。
　施設選択基準は、推奨検査と同じ種類の検査の実績が相対的に高い検査施設が、推奨検査と同じ種類の検査の実績が相対的に低い検査施設よりも推奨施設として選択されやすくなるという第２の基準を含んでいてもよい。例えば、第２の基準は、推奨検査と同じ種類の検査が行われた回数が相対的に多い検査施設が、推奨検査と同じ種類の検査が行われた回数が相対的に少ない検査施設よりも推奨施設として選択されやすくなるという基準を含んでいてもよい。例えば、第２の基準は、推奨検査と同じ種類の検査に対する評価（口コミ）が相対的に高い検査施設が、推奨検査と同じ種類の検査に対する評価が相対的に低い検査施設よりも推奨施設として選択されやすくなるという基準を含んでいてもよい。上述したように、検査施設情報１１１０に含まれる施設詳細情報１１１２は、検査施設において行われた検査の実績に関する情報を含んでいる。このため、施設選択部１２１は、検査施設情報１１１０に基づいて、第２の基準を満たすように推奨施設を選択することができる。この場合、施設選択部１２１は、実績が相対的に高い検査施設を推奨施設として優先的に選択することができる。その結果、検査対象者は、実績が相対的に高い検査施設において推奨検査を受けることができる。
　施設選択基準は、推奨検査と同じ種類の検査の予約数（つまり、予約済みの検査の数）が相対的に少ない検査施設が、推奨検査と同じ種類の検査の予約数が相対的に多い検査施設よりも推奨施設として選択されやすくなるという第３の基準を含んでいてもよい。言い換えれば、施設選択基準は、推奨検査と同じ種類の検査の新たな予約の受け入れが可能な数（つまり、推奨検査と同じ種類の検査の予約の空き数）が相対的に多い検査施設が、推奨検査と同じ種類の検査の新たな予約の受け入れが可能な数が相対的に少ない検査施設よりも推奨施設として選択されやすくなるという第３の基準を含んでいてもよい。上述したように、検査施設情報１１１０に含まれる施設詳細情報１１１２は、検査施設が行うことが可能な検査の予約状況に関する情報を含んでいる。このため、施設選択部１２１は、検査施設情報１１１０に基づいて、第３の基準を満たすように推奨施設を選択することができる。この場合、施設選択部１２１は、相対的に空きの多い検査施設を推奨施設として優先的に選択することができる。このため、施設選択部１２１は、一部の検査施設のみを推奨施設として偏って選択する可能性が低くなる。つまり、施設選択部１２１は、複数の検査施設を概ね均等に推奨施設として選択する可能性が高くなる。その結果、複数の検査施設のリソースが概ね均等に活用される。つまり、複数の検査施設のリソースが有効に活用される。
　施設選択基準は、検査対象者の住所に相対的に近い検査施設が、検査対象者の住所から相対的に遠い検査施設よりも推奨施設として選択されやすくなるという第４の基準を含んでいてもよい。第４の基準が用いられる場合には、ステップＳ１０で入力される施設提示要求に含まれている推奨検査情報は、検査対象者の住所に関する情報を含んでいてもよい。或いは、施設選択部１２１は、施設提示要求とは別に、検査対象者の住所に関する情報を取得してもよい。例えば、後述するように記憶装置１１がカルテＤＢ１１２（図８から図９参照）を記憶している場合には、施設選択部１２１は、カルテＤＢ１１２から、検査対象者の住所に関する情報を取得してもよい。その結果、施設選択部１２１は、検査施設情報１１１０に含まれる検査施設の住所に関する情報と検査対象者の住所に関する情報とに基づいて、第４の基準を満たすように推奨施設を選択することができる。この場合、施設選択部１２１は、検査対象者が訪れやすい推奨施設として優先的に選択することができる。その結果、検査対象者の利便性が向上する。
　施設選択部１２１は、推奨施設を選択することに加えて、推奨施設が検査対象者からの推奨検査の予約を新たに受け入れることが可能な日時（以降、“予約可能日時”と称する）を更に特定してもよい。上述したように、検査施設情報１１１０に含まれる施設詳細情報１１１２は、検査施設が行うことが可能な検査の予約状況に関する情報を含んでいる。このため、施設選択部１２１は、検査施設情報１１１０に基づいて予約可能日時を更に特定してもよい。
　予約可能日時を特定する場合には、施設選択部１２１は、検査対象者が推奨検査を受けることを希望する日程を考慮してもよい。つまり、施設選択部１２１は、検査対象者が推奨検査を受けることを希望する日程の範囲内で、予約可能日時を特定してもよい。この場合、ステップＳ１０で入力される施設提示要求に含まれている推奨検査情報は、検査対象者が推奨検査を受けることを希望する日程に関する情報を含んでいることが好ましい。或いは、施設選択部１２１は、施設提示要求とは別に、検査対象者が推奨検査を受けることを希望する日程に関する情報を取得してもよい。
　施設選択部１２１は、複数の検査対象者が夫々複数の推奨検査を受けようとしている場合には、複数の検査対象者に夫々対応する複数の推奨施設を並行して選択してもよい。つまり、施設選択部１２１は、図５のステップＳ１０において複数の施設提示要求が入力された場合には、複数の施設提示要求に夫々含まれる複数の推奨検査情報に基づいて、複数の施設提示要求に応答して夫々複数の推奨施設を並行して選択してもよい。尚、複数の検査対象者が夫々受けようとしている複数の推奨検査は、全て同一の種類の検査であってもよい。或いは、複数の検査対象者が夫々受けようとしている複数の推奨検査のうちの少なくとも二つが、異なる種類の検査であってもよい。例えば、図７は、四つの検査施設＃１から＃４が予約可能検査施設となり且つ検査対象者ａ、検査対象者ｂ及び検査対象者ｃの夫々が推奨検査を受けるようとしている場合に推奨施設が選択される様子を概念的に示している。図７に示す例では、施設選択部１２１は、検査対象者ａのための推奨施設として検査施設＃２を選択し、検査対象者ｂのための推奨施設として検査施設＃３及び＃４を選択し、検査対象者ｃのための推奨施設として検査施設＃１を選択している。この場合、複数の検査対象者に夫々対応する複数の推奨施設を選択する動作は、複数の検査対象者と複数の推奨施設とをマッチングする動作と実質的に等価であるとみなしてもよい。尚、複数の検査対象者が夫々受けようとしている複数の推奨検査は、全て同一の種類の検査であってもよい。或いは、複数の検査対象者が夫々受けようとしている複数の推奨検査のうちの少なくとも二つが、異なる種類の検査であってもよい。
　同じ種類の推奨検査を受けるようとしている複数の検査対象者の夫々のための複数の推奨施設として同じ一の検査施設を選択可能である場合には、施設選択部１２１は、複数の検査対象者の夫々のための推奨施設として同じ一の検査施設を選択してもよい。例えば、図７に示す例において、検査対象者ａ及びｂが同じ種類の推奨検査を受けようとしており且つ検査施設＃１が検査対象者ａのための推奨施設及び検査対象者ｂのための推奨施設として選択可能である場合には、施設選択部１２１は、検査施設＃１を、検査対象者ａのための推奨施設及び検査対象者ｂのための推奨施設の夫々として選択してもよい。或いは、この場合には、施設選択部１２１は、少なくとも一人の検査対象者のための推奨施設として一の検査施設を選択する一方で、少なくとも他の一人の検査対象者のための推奨施設として一の検査施設を選択しなくてもよい。例えば、図７に示す例において、検査対象者ａ及びｂが同じ種類の推奨検査を受けようとしており且つ検査施設＃１が検査対象者ａのための推奨施設及び検査対象者ｂのための推奨施設として選択可能である場合には、施設選択部１２１は、検査施設＃１を、検査対象者ａのための推奨施設として選択する一方で、検査施設＃１を、検査対象者ｂのための推奨施設として選択しなくてもよい。言い換えれば、施設選択部１２１は、少なくとも一人の検査対象者のための推奨施設として一の検査施設を選択する一方で、少なくとも他の一人の検査対象者のための推奨施設として一の検査施設とは異なる他の検査施設を選択してもよい。例えば、図７に示す例において、検査対象者ａ及びｂが同じ種類の推奨検査を受けようとしており、検査施設＃１が検査対象者ａのための推奨施設及び検査対象者ｂのための推奨施設として選択可能であり且つ検査施設＃２が検査対象者ｂのための推奨施設として選択可能である場合には、施設選択部１２１は、検査施設＃１を、検査対象者ａのための推奨施設として選択する一方で、検査施設＃２を、検査対象者ｂのための推奨施設として選択してもよい。
　この場合、施設選択部１２１は、推奨検査情報と検査施設ＤＢ１１１とに加えて、複数の検査対象者に関する情報に基づいて、複数の検査対象者に夫々対応する複数の推奨施設を選択してもよい。検査対象者の状態に関する情報の一例として、検査対象者が患者として受けた診療（つまり、診察及び治療の少なくとも一方）の履歴に関する情報があげられる。この場合、図８に示すように、記憶装置１１は、医療機関において検査対象者が受けた診療の履歴に関する情報を含むカルテＤＢ１１２を記憶していてもよい。
　カルテＤＢ１１２は、検査対象者が患者として受けた診療の履歴に関する情報を含むカルテデータ１１２０を格納するデータベースである。一般的に、医療機関において診療を受けたことがある患者は複数存在する。このため、カルテＤＢ１１２は、典型的には、複数の患者（つまり、複数の検査対象者）に夫々対応する複数のカルテデータ１１２０を格納する。各カルテデータ１１２０は、各カルテデータ１１２０に対応する一人の患者が医療機関において受けた診療の履歴に関するデータを少なくとも含んでいる。
　このようなカルテデータ１１２０の一例が、図９に示されている。図９に示すように、カルテデータ１１２０は、患者基本情報１１２１と、診療履歴情報１１２２とを含んでいてもよい。
　患者基本情報１１２１は、患者個人に関する情報（典型的には、個人情報）を含む。例えば、図９に示す例では、患者基本情報１１２１は、患者を識別するための患者ＩＤと、患者の氏名に関する情報と、患者の住所に関する情報と、患者の身長に関する情報と、患者の体重に関する情報と、患者の既往歴（例えば、病歴、服薬歴及びアレルギー歴のうちの少なくとも一つ）に関する情報とを含んでいる。但し、患者基本情報１１２１は、これら複数の情報のうちの少なくとも一つを含んでいなくてもよい。患者基本情報１１２１は、図９に示す複数の情報のうちの少なくとも一つに加えて又は代えて、他の情報を含んでいてもよい。例えば、患者基本情報１１２１は、患者の生年月日に関する情報と、患者の電話番号に関する情報と、患者の勤務先に関する情報と、患者の緊急連絡先に関する情報と、患者の社会歴に関する情報と、患者の家族歴（つまり、患者の親族又は同居者の既往歴）に関する情報と、患者の遺伝子配列に関する情報とのうちの少なくとも一つを含んでいてもよい。
　診療履歴情報１１２２は、医療機関において患者が受けた診療の履歴（言い換えれば、診療の経過）に関する情報を含む。例えば、図９に示す例では、診療履歴情報１１２２は、主訴に関する情報と、医師の診察内容に関する情報と、医師が決定した治療方針に関する情報と、医師が行った治療の内容に関する情報と、医師が処方した薬の内容に関する情報と、医師から患者又は医療従事者に対する指示の内容に関する情報と、患者が受けた問診に関する情報と、患者が受けた検査に関する情報とを含んでいる。但し、診療履歴情報１１２２は、これら複数の情報のうちの少なくとも一つを含んでいなくてもよい。診療履歴情報１１２２は、図９に示す複数の情報のうちの少なくとも一つに加えて又は代えて、その他の情報を含んでいてもよい。例えば、診療履歴情報１１２２は、インフォームドコンセントの履歴に関する情報と、医療従事者から患者に対して行われた説明等に関する情報と、患者から医療従事者に対して行われた質問等に関する情報とのうちの少なくとも一つを含んでいてもよい。
　カルテデータ１１２０は、施設提示サーバ１が設置された一の医療機関において患者が受けた診療の履歴に関する情報を含んでいてもよい。カルテデータ１１２０は、施設提示サーバ１が設置された一の医療機関とは異なる他の医療機関において患者が受けた診療の履歴に関する情報を含んでいてもよい。例えば、カルテデータ１１２０は、一の医療機関と関連を有する（例えば、同じ系列の）他の医療機関において患者が受けた診療の履歴に関する情報を含んでいてもよい。或いは、他の医療機関において患者が受けた診療の履歴に関する情報は、一の医療機関に設置された施設提示サーバ１によって適宜参照可能な形式で、他の医療機関に設置された記憶装置に記憶されていてもよい。この場合、施設提示サーバ１は、通信網を介して、他の医療機関に設置された記憶装置に記憶されている情報をダウンロード又は参照してもよい。
　このようなカルテデータ１１２０に含まれる情報を考慮すると、カルテデータ１１２０は、検査対象者の健康状態に関する情報を含んでいると言える。この場合、施設選択部１２１は、同じ推奨検査を受けようとしている複数の検査対象者の夫々のための推奨施設として同じ一の検査施設を選択可能である状況下において、健康状態が相対的に悪い一の検査対象者のための推奨施設として一の検査施設が選択される可能性が、健康状態が相対的に良好な他の検査対象者のための推奨施設として一の検査施設が選択される可能性よりも高くなるように、推奨施設を選択してもよい。つまり、施設選択部１２１は、健康状態が相対的に悪い一の検査対象者のための推奨施設を優先的に選択してもよい。一例として、施設選択部１２１は、推奨検査によって評価したい（つまり、確認したい）疾病にかかるリスクが相対的に高い一の検査対象者のための推奨施設として一の検査施設が選択される可能性が、推奨検査によって評価したい疾病にかかるリスクが相対的に低い他の検査対象者のための推奨施設として一の検査施設が選択される可能性よりも高くなるように、推奨施設を選択してもよい。つまり、施設選択部１２１は、推奨検査によって評価したい疾病にかかるリスクが相対的に高い一の検査対象者のための推奨施設を優先的に選択してもよい。
　また、同じ推奨検査を受けようとしている複数の検査対象者の夫々のための推奨施設として異なる複数の検査施設を選択可能である状況下においても、施設選択部１２１は、健康状態が相対的に悪い一の検査対象者のための推奨施設を優先的に選択してもよい。例えば、施設選択部１２１は、健康状態が相対的に良好な他の検査対象者よりも、健康状態が相対的に悪い一の検査対象者に対して、複数の検査施設のうちの検査設備が相対的に充実している一の検査施設を推奨施設として優先的に選択してもよい。つまり、複数の検査施設のうちの検査設備が相対的に充実している一の検査施設が存在する場合には、施設選択部１２１は、健康状態が相対的に良好な他の検査対象者のための推奨施設として一の検査施設を選択することよりも、健康状態が相対的に悪い一の検査対象者のための推奨施設として一の検査施設を選択することを優先してもよい。例えば、施設選択部１２１は、健康状態が相対的に良好な他の検査対象者よりも、健康状態が相対的に悪い一の検査対象者に対して、複数の検査施設のうちの直近の日時での予約が可能な一の検査施設を優先的に選択してもよい。つまり、複数の検査施設のうちの直近の日時での予約が可能な一の検査施設が存在する場合には、施設選択部１２１は、健康状態が相対的に良好な他の検査対象者のための推奨施設として一の検査施設を選択することよりも、健康状態が相対的に悪い一の検査対象者のための推奨施設として一の検査施設を選択することを優先してもよい。この場合、施設選択部１２１は、健康状態が相対的に良好な他の検査対象者に対して、一の検査施設とは異なる他の検査施設を推奨施設として選択してもよい。
　或いは、単一の検査対象者のための推奨施設を選択する場合においても、施設選択部１２１は、カルテデータ１１２０（例えば、検査対象者の健康状態に関する情報）を用いてもよい。例えば、施設選択部１２１は、健康状態が相対的に悪い検査対象者に対して、複数の検査施設のうちの検査設備が相対的に充実している検査施設を推奨施設として選択してもよい。例えば、施設選択部１２１は、健康状態が相対的に悪い検査対象者に対して、複数の検査施設のうちの直近の日時での予約が可能な検査施設を推奨施設として選択してもよい。例えば、施設選択部１２１は、健康状態が相対的に悪い検査対象者に対して、複数の検査施設のうちの規模が相対的に大きい検査施設を推奨施設として選択してもよい。例えば、施設選択部１２１は、健康状態が相対的に良好な検査対象者に対して、複数の検査施設のうちの規模が相対的に大きくない検査施設を推奨施設として選択してもよい。
　このように複数の検査対象者に夫々対応する複数の推奨施設を選択する場合には、施設選択部１２１は、複数の検査対象者が夫々受けようとしている複数の推奨検査に関する情報が入力されると複数の検査対象者に夫々対応する複数の推奨施設に関する情報を出力する機械学習モデルを用いて、推奨施設を選択してもよい。尚、機械学習モデルは、例えば、ニューラルネットワークを用いた機械学習モデルであってもよい。この場合、施設選択部１２１が機械学習モデルを用いて推奨施設を選択する前に、学習用データを用いて機械学習モデルのパラメータ（例えば、ニューラルネットワークの重み及びバイアスの少なくとも一方）を設定するための学習動作が行われることが好ましい。学習用データは、検査施設ＤＢ１１１に格納された複数の検査施設情報１１１０に相当するデータを含んでいてもよい。学習用データは、複数の検査対象者に関する情報（例えば、カルテデータ１１２０）に相当するデータを含んでいてもよい。学習用データは、推奨検査情報に相当するデータを含んでいてもよい。例えば、学習動作は、学習用データを少なくとも機械学習モデルに入力した場合に機械学習モデル１２４から出力される推奨施設に関する情報と、学習用データに対応するように生成された正解ラベル（つまり、推奨施設として選択されることが好ましい検査施設の正解情報）との誤差が小さくなるように、機械学習モデルのパラメータを設定する動作であってもよい。尚、複数の検査対象者に夫々対応する複数の推奨施設を選択する場合に限らず、施設選択部１２１は、機械学習モデルを用いて単一の検査対象者のための推奨施設を選択してもよい。つまり、施設選択部１２１は、上述したルールベースの選択エンジンに加えて又は代えて、機械学習モデルを用いて推奨施設を選択してもよい。
　再び図５において、その後、施設提示部１２２は、ステップＳ１２において施設選択部１２１が選択した推奨施設に関する推奨施設情報を提示対象者に対して提示するように、情報端末２を制御する（ステップＳ１３）。その結果、情報端末２は、出力装置２３を用いて、推奨施設情報を提示対象者が認識可能な形式で出力する。例えば、出力装置２３が表示装置である場合には、提示対象者に提示される推奨施設情報の一例を示す図１０に示すように、出力装置２３は、推奨施設の名称を示す表示フィールド２３１を含むＧＵＩ（Ｇｒａｐｈｉｃａｌ　Ｕｓｅｒ　Ｉｎｔｅｒｆａｃｅ）を、推奨施設情報として表示してもよい。図１０は、Ａ病院、Ｂ病院、Ｃクリニック及びＤクリニックの夫々が推奨施設として選択された場合に表示される推奨施設情報の一例を示している。尚、提示された推奨施設において受けることが推奨される推奨検査を提示対象者に認識させるために、図１０に示すように、施設提示部１２２は、推奨検査の項目名を含む推奨施設情報を提示対象者に提示してもよい。例えば、出力装置２３は、施設提示部１２２の制御下で、推奨検査の項目名を示す表示フィールド２３２を含むＧＵＩを、推奨施設情報の一部として表示してもよい。
　上述したように推奨施設が検査対象者からの推奨検査の予約を新たに受け入れることが可能な日時（つまり、予約可能日時）を施設選択部１２１が特定した場合には、施設提示部１２２は、推奨施設の名称に加えて推奨施設の予約可能日時を示す推奨施設情報を提示対象者に対して提示するように、情報端末２を制御してもよい。その結果、提示対象者の利便性が向上する。例えば、提示対象者に提示される推奨施設情報の他の一例を示す図１１に示すように、出力装置２３は、施設提示部１２２の制御下で、予約可能日時を示す表示フィールド２３３を含むＧＵＩを、推奨施設情報の一部として表示してもよい。この場合、出力装置２３は、予約可能日時における推奨施設の空き状況を示す表示フィールド２３３を含むＧＵＩを、推奨施設情報の一部として表示してもよい。図１１に示す例では、推奨施設の空き状況は、推奨施設が推奨検査の新たな予約を受け入れることが可能な数が相対的に多いことを示す「〇」という記号と、推奨施設が推奨検査の新たな予約を受け入れることが可能な数が相対的に少ないことを示す「△」という記号と、推奨施設が推奨検査の新たな予約を受け入れることできないことを示す「×」という記号と、推奨施設が推奨検査の新たな予約を受け入れることが可能な数が一定数以下の場合に当該数を示す数字とを用いて表示されている。尚、推奨施設が推奨検査の新たな予約を受け入れることが可能な数は、推奨施設が推奨検査の新たな予約を受け入れることが可能な数が一定数以下でない場合にも表示されてもよい。推奨施設が推奨検査の新たな予約を受け入れることが可能な数は、上述した「〇」という記号、「△」という記号及び「×」という記号のうちの少なくとも一つを共に表示「されてもよい。また、推奨施設情報を確認した提示対象者が推奨施設の予約をすぐにできるように、出力装置２３は、予約可能日時を示す表示フィールド２３３に、クリックすると推奨施設の予約画面につながるハイパーリンクを埋め込んでいてもよい。その結果、提示対象者の利便性が向上する。また、上述したように予約可能日時が特定される際に検査対象者が推奨検査を受けることを希望する日程が考慮された場合には、出力装置２３は、施設提示部１２２の制御下で、検査対象者が推奨検査を受けることを希望する日程を示す表示フィールド２３４を含むＧＵＩを、推奨施設情報の一部として表示してもよい。
　（３）施設提示システムＳＹＳの技術的効果
　以上説明したように、本実施形態の施設提示サーバ１は、検査対象者が推奨検査を受けることが推奨される推奨施設を適切に選択し且つ提示対象者に提示することができる。特に、施設提示サーバ１は、複数の検査施設に関する情報を夫々含む複数の検査施設情報１１１０に基づいて、複数の検査施設の中から、検査対象者に適した少なくとも一つの検査施設を推奨施設として選択することができる。このため、検査施設情報１１１０を用いることなく推奨施設が選択される場合と比較して、施設提示サーバ１は、検査施設の状況が適切に考慮された及び／又は検査対象者に適した推奨施設を適切に選択することができる。例えば、施設提示サーバ１は、適切な検査施設で推奨検査を受けたいという検査対象者側の要望を満たすように、推奨施設を選択することができる。例えば、既に上述したように、施設提示サーバ１は、複数の検査施設のリソースを有効に活用できるように、推奨施設を適切に選択することができる。つまり、施設提示サーバ１は、複数の検査施設のリソースを有効に活用したいという医療機関側の要望を満たすように、推奨施設を選択することができる。
　（４）施設提示システムＳＹＳの変形例
　続いて、図１２を参照しながら、施設提示システムＳＹＳの変形例（以降、変形例における施設提示システムＳＹＳを、“施設提示システムＳＹＳａ”と称する）について説明する。図１２は、変形例の施設提示システムＳＹＳａの全体構成を示すブロック図である。
　図１２に示すように、施設提示システムＳＹＳａは、上述した施設提示システムＳＹＳと比較して、検査施設サーバ４ａを更に備えていてもよいという点で異なる。更に、施設提示システムＳＹＳａは、上述した施設提示システムＳＹＳと比較して、施設提示サーバ１に代えて施設提示サーバ１ａを備えているという点で異なる。施設提示システムＳＹＳａのその他の特徴は、施設提示システムＳＹＳのその他の特徴と同一であってもよい。
　検査施設サーバ４ａは、検査施設が利用可能な情報処理装置である。このため、検査施設サーバ４ａは、典型的には、検査施設に設置される。上述したように検査機関が複数存在する場合には、複数の検査施設に複数の検査施設サーバ４ａが夫々設置されていてもよい。検査施設サーバ４ａは、通信ネットワーク５ａを介して施設提示サーバ１ａと通信可能である。通信ネットワーク５ａは、有線の通信ネットワークを含んでいてもよいし、無線の通信ネットワークを含んでいてもよい。
　変形例の施設提示サーバ１ａの構成が図１３に示されている。図１３に示すように、施設提示サーバ１ａは、上述した施設提示サーバ１と比較して、演算装置１２内に実現される論理的な機能ブロックとして、「送信手段」の一具体例である情報送信部１２３ａと、「許可手段」の一具体例である利用許可部１２４ａを更に備えているという点で異なる。更に、施設提示サーバ１ａは、上述した施設提示サーバ１と比較して、記憶装置１１がカルテＤＢ１１２（図８から図９参照）を記憶しているという点で異なる。施設提示サーバ１ａのその他の特徴は、施設提示サーバ１のその他の特徴と同一であってもよい。
　情報送信部１２３ａは、検査対象者が推奨検査を実際に受ける検査施設として一の推奨施設を指定した場合に、その旨を指定された一の推奨施設（以降、“指定施設”と称する）に通知する。具体的には、情報送信部１２３ａは、検査対象者に関する情報を指定施設に対して通知するための通知情報を、通信ネットワーク５ａを介して指定施設の検査施設サーバ４ａに対して送信する。通知情報は、例えば、検査対象者を示す情報（例えば、検査対象者の氏名を示す情報）を含んでいてもよい。通知情報は、例えば、検査対象者が受ける予定の推奨検査を示す情報（例えば、推奨検査の項目名を示す情報）を含んでいてもよい。通知情報は、例えば、検査対象者が推奨検査を受けることを希望する日時（或いは、出力装置２３が出力した推奨施設情報を用いて検査対象者が既に指定施設の予約を完了している場合には、予約日時）を示す情報を含んでいてもよい。通知情報は、例えば、施設提示サーバ１が設置された医療機関（つまり、検査対象者を指定施設に紹介する医療機関）を示す情報（例えば、医療機関の名称を示す情報）を含んでいてもよい。通知情報は、例えば、指定施設を示す情報（例えば、指定施設の名称を示す情報）を含んでいてもよい。
　このような通知情報は、医療機関において一般的に用いられている診療情報提供書（いわゆる、紹介状）に相当する情報として用いられてもよい。このため、通知情報は、診療情報提供書（いわゆる、紹介状）に記載される情報を含んでいてもよい。
　通知情報は、通知情報の内容を印刷した文書として指定施設に送付されてもよい。この場合、施設サーバ１ａは、印刷装置（いわゆる、プリンタ）として機能可能な出力装置１４及び情報端末２の出力装置２３の少なくとも一方（或いは、その他の出力装置）を用いて、通知情報の内容を印刷した文書を発行してもよい。つまり、通知情報の内容が、印刷可能な形式で演算装置１２から出力装置１４又は情報端末２の出力装置２３（或いは、その他の出力装置）へ送信されてもよい。このように通知情報の内容を印刷した文書は、診療情報提供書（いわゆる、紹介状）そのものとして用いられてもよい。
　このような通知情報が施設提示サーバ１ａから検査施設サーバ４ａに対して送信されると、指定施設の担当者は、どのような検査対象者がどのような検査を受けようとしているのかを比較的容易に把握することができる。
　利用許可部１２４ａは、検査対象者のカルテデータ１１２０の利用を指定施設に対して許可する。例えば、利用許可部１２４ａは、記憶装置１１が記憶している検査対象者のカルテデータ１１２０を、通信ネットワーク５ａを介して指定施設の検査施設サーバ４ａに対して送信してもよい。或いは、例えば、利用許可部１２４ａは、記憶装置１１が記憶している検査対象者のカルテデータ１１２０に対して指定施設の検査施設サーバ４ａがアクセスする（つまり、参照する）ことを許可してもよい。この場合、検査施設サーバ４ａは、通信ネットワーク５ａを介して、記憶装置１１が記憶している検査対象者のカルテデータ１１２０にアクセスしてもよい。一例として、検査施設サーバ４ａは、施設提示サーバ１ａ（或いは、施設提示サーバ１ａを利用している医療機関）が指定したＡＰＩ（Ａｐｐｌｉｃａｔｉｏｎ　Ｐｒｏｇｒａｍ　Ｉｎｔｅｒｆａｃｅ）を利用することで、検査対象者のカルテデータ１１２０にアクセス（例えば、取得、閲覧又は利用）してもよい。
　このように指定施設によるカルテデータ１１２０の利用が許可されると、指定施設の担当者は、検査対象者の状態（例えば、健康状態）を把握することができる。このため、指定施設の担当者は、検査対象者の状態を把握するための不必要な問診（例えば、既にカルテデータ１１２０にその結果が含まれている問診と同じ問診）を指定施設において再度行わなくてよくなる。或いは、指定施設の担当者は、検査対象者が実際に推奨検査を受けに指定施設に来る前に、検査対象者の状態を把握することができる。このため、指定施設の担当者は、前もって把握した検査対象者の状態に応じて、推奨検査の準備を行うことができる。
　利用許可部１２４ａは、指定施設によるカルテデータ１１２０の利用について検査対象者が同意したことを条件に、指定施設によるカルテデータ１１２０の利用を許可してもよい。つまり、利用許可部１２４ａは、指定施設によるカルテデータ１１２０の利用について検査対象者が同意していない場合には、指定施設によるカルテデータ１１２０の利用を許可しなくてもよい。言い換えれば、利用許可部１２４ａは、指定施設によるカルテデータ１１２０の利用について検査対象者が同意していない場合には、指定施設によるカルテデータ１１２０の利用を禁止してもよい。
　検査対象者の同意を得るために、施設提示部１２２は、推奨施設情報を提示する際に、検査対象者の同意を得るため情報を合わせて提示対象者（この場合、検査対象者）に提示するように、情報端末２（特に、出力装置２３）を制御してもよい。例えば、出力装置２３が表示装置である場合には、提示対象者に提示される推奨施設情報の一例を示す図１３に示すように、出力装置２３は、検査対象者の同意を得るために検査対象者が操作可能なＧＵＩ２３５ａを表示してもよい。図１３に示す例では、ＧＵＩ２３５ａは、指定施設によるカルテデータ１１２０の利用について検査対象者が同意する場合に検査対象者が押下するボタンと、指定施設によるカルテデータ１１２０の利用について検査対象者が同意しない場合に検査対象者が押下するボタンとを含んでいる。
　このように指定施設によるカルテデータ１１２０の利用について検査対象者が同意したことを条件に指定施設によるカルテデータ１１２０の利用が許可されると、検査対象者の個人情報（この場合、カルテデータ１１２０）の意図しない流出が防止される。
　利用許可部１２４ａは、指定施設が利用可能な検査対象者のカルテデータ１１２０の範囲（例えば、情報の量及び情報の種類の少なくとも一方）を、指定施設毎に変えてもよい。例えば、利用許可部１２４ａは、施設提示サーバ１ａを利用している医療機関と関連を有していない指定施設が利用可能な検査対象者のカルテデータ１１２０の範囲が、施設提示サーバ１ａを利用している医療機関と関連を有する指定施設が利用可能な検査対象者のカルテデータ１１２０の範囲よりも狭くなるように、指定施設が利用可能な検査対象者のカルテデータ１１２０の範囲を変えてもよい。

    　前記推奨施設に関する推奨施設情報を、提示対象者に提示する提示手段と
    　を備える施設提示装置。
  2. 　前記選択手段は、複数の前記検査対象者が夫々受けようとしている複数の検査を示す前記検査情報と前記検査施設情報と前記カルテデータとに基づいて、前記複数の検査対象者に夫々推奨する複数の前記推奨施設を選択する

    　前記推奨施設に関する推奨施設情報を、提示対象者に提示する
    　施設提示方法。
  9. 　コンピュータに、
    　検査対象者が受けようとしている医療に関する検査を示す検査情報と、前記検査を行うことが可能な複数の検査施設に関する検査施設情報と、前記検査対象者のカルテデータとに基づいて、前記複数の検査施設の中から、前記検査対象者に推奨する少なくとも一つの検査施設を、推奨施設として選択する選択工程と、
    　前記推奨施設に関する推奨施設情報を、提示対象者に提示する提示工程と
    　を実行させるコンピュータプログラムが記録された記録媒体。
