- the facility selection criteria are that laboratories that have a relatively large number of new appointments for the same type of test as the recommended test (ie, the number of available appointments for the same type of test as the recommended test). It may include a third criterion that it is easier to be selected as a recommended facility than a testing facility that has a relatively small number of new appointments for the same type of test as the recommended test.
- the facility detailed information 1112 included in the inspection facility information 1110 includes information regarding the reservation status of the inspection that can be performed by the inspection facility. Therefore, the facility selection unit 121 can select the recommended facility so as to satisfy the third criterion based on the inspection facility information 1110. In this case, the facility selection unit 121 can preferentially select an inspection facility having a relatively large number of vacant facilities as a recommended facility. Therefore, the facility selection unit 121 is less likely to biasly select only a part of the inspection facilities as recommended facilities. That is, the facility selection unit 121 is more likely to select a plurality of inspection facilities as recommended facilities almost evenly. As a result, the resources of multiple inspection facilities are used almost equally. In other words, the resources of multiple inspection facilities are effectively utilized.
- the facility selection criteria may include a fourth criterion that an inspection facility relatively close to the subject's address is more likely to be selected as a recommended facility than an inspection facility relatively far from the subject's address. good.
- the recommended inspection information included in the facility presentation request entered in step S10 may include information regarding the address of the person to be inspected.
- the facility selection unit 121 may acquire information regarding the address of the person to be inspected separately from the facility presentation request. For example, when the storage device 11 stores the medical record DB 112 (see FIGS. 8 to 9) as described later, the facility selection unit 121 acquires information on the address of the person to be inspected from the medical record DB 112. May be good.
