一种电子设备,包括:第一壳体;第二壳体,所述第二壳体与所述第一壳体可滑动连接;第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件的第一端与所述第二壳体相连;柔性显示屏,所述柔性显示屏的第一端与所述第一弹性件的第二端相连,所述柔性显示屏的第二端与所述第一壳体相连,所述第一壳体可带动所述柔性显示屏的第二端移动;转轴,所述转轴可转动地设置于所述第二壳体内,所述柔性显示屏与所述转轴滚动接触;在所述第一壳体沿远离所述第二壳体的方向滑动的情况下,所述第一壳体带动所述柔性显示屏绕所述转轴移动,且所述柔性显示屏的部分从第一侧移动至第二侧;在所述第一壳体沿靠近所述第二壳体的方向滑动的情况下,所述第一弹性件带动所述柔性显示屏绕所述转轴移动,且所述柔性显示屏的部分从所述第二侧移动至所述第一侧,所述第一侧与所述第二侧为所述转轴相背的两侧。
本发明采用的技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:
本发明实施例公开的电子设备中,第一壳体可带动柔性显示屏移动,以使柔性显示屏能够外露于外界环境的显示面积变大,从而能够为用户提供更佳的视觉效果;与此同时,在使用完成后,柔性显示屏的部分从第二侧移动至第一侧,从而不仅实现了柔性显示屏的收合,并且,在第一弹性件产生的拉拽力的作用下,柔性显示屏的部分在第一侧能够始终处于展 开状态,从而能够防止柔性显示屏的部分产生褶皱而损坏。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明具体实施例及相应的附图对本发明技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
以下结合附图,详细说明本发明各个实施例公开的技术方案。
如图1~图10所示,本发明实施例公开一种电子设备,所公开的电子设备包括第一壳体100、第二壳体200、第一弹性件300和柔性显示屏400。
第一壳体100和第二壳体200为电子设备的外围构件,第一壳体100和第二壳体200能够为电子设备的其他构件提供安装位置。本发明实施例中,第二壳体200与第一壳体100可滑动连接,此种情况下,第一壳体100可相对于第二壳体200滑动,以使第一壳体100与第二壳体200能够处于滑开状态或对接状态。
第一弹性件300可以设置于第二壳体200内,具体的,第一弹性件300的第一端与第 二壳体200相连,第一弹性件300的第二端与柔性显示屏400相连,第一弹性件300能够为柔性显示屏400提供弹性力,从而使得柔性显示屏400处于张紧展开状态。可选地,第一弹性件300可以为螺旋弹簧,螺旋弹簧的结构较简易,从而方便装配。当然,第一弹性件300也可以为其他具有弹性的部件,本发明实施例对此不做限制。
柔性显示屏400为能够产生柔性变形的显示屏幕,本发明实施例中,柔性显示屏400的第一端与第一弹性件300的第二端相连,柔性显示屏400的第二端与第一壳体100相连,第一壳体100可带动柔性显示屏400的第二端移动。在使用过程中,第一壳体100可带动柔性显示屏400的至少部分展开至第一壳体100和第二壳体200上,以使柔性显示屏400能够外露于外界环境的显示面积增大,从而使得电子设备具有更佳的视觉体验。
转轴500可转动地设置于第二壳体200内,柔性显示屏400与转轴500滚动接触。转轴500不仅起到对柔性显示屏400定位的作用,还能够改变柔性显示屏400的移动方向。
例如,在第一壳体100沿远离第二壳体200的方向滑动的情况下,第一壳体100带动柔性显示屏400绕转轴500移动,且柔性显示屏400的部分从第一侧移动至第二侧,从而使得柔性显示屏400的更多部分可以呈现至第一壳体100和第二壳体200形成的整体的外表面上,以使柔性显示屏400能够外露于外界环境的显示面积增大,进而能够更好地呈现于用户;在第一壳体100沿靠近第二壳体200的方向滑动的情况下,第一弹性件300带动柔性显示屏400绕转轴500移动,且柔性显示屏400的部分从第二侧移动至第一侧,从而使得柔性显示屏400外露区域的部分转移至第一侧,以使柔性显示屏400能够外露于外界环境的显示面积减小,第一侧与第二侧为转轴500相背的两侧。
并且,由于柔性显示屏400的第一端与第一弹性件300的第二端相连,第一弹性件300能够向柔性显示屏400产生拉拽力,以使处于第二侧的柔性显示屏400能够保持展开状态,从而防止由于柔性显示屏400产生褶皱而损坏。
由上文可知,本发明实施例公开的电子设备中,第一壳体100可带动柔性显示屏400移动,以使柔性显示屏400能够外露于外界环境的显示面积变大,从而能够为用户提供更佳的视觉效果;与此同时,在使用完成后,柔性显示屏400的部分从第二侧移动至第一侧,从而不仅实现了柔性显示屏400的收合,并且,在第一弹性件300产生的拉拽力的作用下,柔性显示屏400的部分在第一侧能够始终处于展开状态,从而能够防止柔性显示屏400的部分产生褶皱而损坏。
进一步地,本发明实施例公开的电子设备还可以包括阻尼器600,第一弹性件300的第一端可以通过阻尼器600与第二壳体200相连。阻尼器600能够耗减第一弹性件300自由振动产生的能量,以起到减震消能的作用。在工作过程中,阻尼器600能够防止第一弹性件300对柔性显示屏400产生的拉拽力过大,从而使得第一弹性件300能够较平稳地拉拽柔性显示屏400,以使柔性显示屏400的部分能够较稳定地展开至第一侧。
可选地,为了使得柔性显示屏400的部分能够更好地展开至第一侧,第一弹性件300的数量可以为两个,两个第一弹性件300可以相对柔性显示屏400对称设置,在使用过程中,两个第一弹性件300能够在两个方向拉拽柔性显示屏400,从而使得柔性显示屏400的部分能够更好地展开至第一侧。并且,每个第一弹性件300均可以通过阻尼器600与第二壳体200相连,从而使得第一弹性件300能够更平稳地拉拽柔性显示屏400。
本发明实施例中,第一壳体100的边缘可以设置有第一连接部110,第二壳体200的 边缘可以设置有第二连接部210,第二壳体200至少部分可以套设于第一壳体100,且第一连接部110可以与第二连接部210可滑动连接。此种情况下,第一壳体100与第二壳体200通过第一连接部110与第二连接部210可滑动连接,以便于第一壳体100与第二壳体200的装配;与此同时,第二壳体200的至少部分套设于第一壳体100能够使得电子设备的结构更紧凑,电子设备的其他部件可以设置于第二壳体200内,第一壳体100可以仅为电子设备的后盖,从而便于电子设备的整体布局。
当然,为了防止第一壳体100与第二壳体200产生卡死现象,第一壳体100相对的两侧边缘均可以设置有第一连接部110,相应地,第二壳体200相对的两侧边缘均可以设置有第二连接部210,第一壳体100与第二壳体200通过第一连接部110与第二连接部210的配合可滑动连接。此种方式能够起到更好的导向作用,以使第一壳体100能够更好地相对于第二壳体200滑动,从而防止第一壳体100与第二壳体200产生卡死现象。
可选地,在第一连接部110和第二连接部210中,一者可以为滑槽,另一者可以为凸起,滑槽与凸起可以滑动配合。此种情况下,第一壳体100与第二壳体200可以通过滑槽与凸起的滑动配合可滑动连接,滑槽与凸起能够起到导向的作用,以使第一壳体100能够更好地相对于第二壳体200滑动,以便于第一壳体100能够更好地带动柔性显示屏400展开或收合。
本发明实施例中,在第一壳体100与第二壳体200中,一者可以设置有限位槽220,另一者可以设置有限位滑块120,限位槽220与限位滑块120可以滑动配合,限位槽220的端部与限位滑块120可以限位配合。此种情况下,第一壳体100与第二壳体200可以通过限位槽220与限位滑块120的滑动配合可滑动连接,限位槽220和限位滑块120不仅能够起到导向的作用,以使第一壳体100能够更好地相对于第二壳体200滑动;与此同时,限位槽220的端部与限位滑块120的限位配合还能够防止第一壳体100从第二壳体200上脱离,进而提高第一壳体100滑动的稳定性。
在一种可选的实施例中,第一壳体100可以设置有限位滑块120,第二壳体200可以设置有限位槽220,请参考图6。此种情况下,第一壳体100无需具有较大的厚度,以使第一壳体100能够较容易滑动,从而使得第一壳体100的灵活性更好。当然,第一壳体100设置有限位滑块120也能够防止产生卡死现象。
进一步地,限位槽220和限位滑块120的数量均可以为两个,且两个限位槽220可以相平行,每个限位槽220可以与一个限位滑块120滑动配合。请再次参考图6,此种情况下,两个限位槽220与两个限位滑块120的限位配合能够起到更好的导向作用,以使第一壳体100能够更好地相对于第二壳体200滑动;与此同时,此种方式也能够更好地防止第一壳体100的至少部分从第二壳体200上脱离,进而能够更好地提高第二壳体200滑动的稳定性。
本发明公开的实施例中,可选地,第一壳体100内可以设置有第一挂接部130,第二壳体200内可以设置有第二挂接部230,在第一壳体100与第二壳体200滑开的情况下,即柔性显示屏400更多的显示面积能够外露于外界环境的情况下,第一挂接部130与第二挂接部230可以限位配合,从而能够防止柔性显示屏400在第一弹性件300的拉拽力的作用下收回,以使柔性显示屏400能够维持在上述状态,从而提高用户使用体验。需要说明的是,可以在柔性显示屏400展开至最大展开面积的情况下,第一挂接部130与第二挂接 部230限位配合,也可以是,柔性显示屏400有一定的展开长度,但是未达到最大的展开面积的情况下,第一挂接部130与第二挂接部230限位配合。
可选地,在第一壳体100与第二壳体200滑开的情况下,第一挂接部130可以设置于靠近第二壳体200的位置,第二挂接部230可以设置于靠近第一壳体100的位置,此种情况下,当第一挂接部130与第二挂接部230限位配合时,第一壳体100能够相对于第二壳体200滑开至较大的距离,以使柔性显示屏400能够外露的显示面积更大,从而使得电子设备具有更佳的视觉效果。
在一种可选的实施例中,电子设备还可以包括按键700,第一壳体100或第二壳体200可以开设有按键孔,按键700可移动地设置于按键孔,且按键700的一端可以凸出于第一壳体或第二壳体200的外表面,从而便于用户按压按键700,按键700的另一端可以与第一挂接部130或第二挂接部230传动相连,此种情况下,当用户按压按键700时,按键700可推动第一挂接部130或第二挂接部230移动,以使第一挂接部130或第二挂接部230偏离出原位置,从而能够驱动第二挂接部230与第一挂接部130分离,进而使得第一壳体100能够沿靠近第二壳体200的方向移动。此种方式不仅能够提高用户的可操作性,还能够使得第二挂接部230与第一挂接部130更容易分离。
当然,在上述情况下,第一壳体100可以开设有按键孔,按键700可移动地设置于按键孔,且按键700的一端可以凸出于第一壳体100的外表面,从而便于用户按压按键700,按键700的另一端可以与第一挂接部130传动相连。示例性的,按键700可以通过连接件与第一挂接部130传动相连,当用户按压按键700时,按键700可推动第一挂接部130移动,以使第一挂接部130偏离出原位置,从而能够驱动第二挂接部230与第一挂接部130分离,进而使得第一壳体100能够沿靠近第二壳体200的方向移动。
或者,第二壳体200可以开设有按键孔,按键700可移动地设置于按键孔,且按键700的一端可以凸出于第二壳体200的外表面,从而便于用户按压按键700,按键700的另一端可以与第二挂接部230传动相连,当用户按压按键700时,按键700可推动第二挂接部230移动,以使第二挂接部230偏离出原位置,从而能够驱动第二挂接部230与第一挂接部130分离,进而使得第一壳体100能够沿靠近第二壳体200的方向移动。本发明实施例对此不做限制。
进一步地,电子设备还可以包括第二弹性件810和铰接轴820,铰接轴820可以设置于第二壳体200内,第二挂接部230可以通过第二弹性件810与第二壳体200相连,且第二挂接部230可以与铰接轴820铰接,按键700可推动第二挂接部230绕铰接轴820转动,且驱动第二弹性件810压缩,以使第二挂接部230可以与第一挂接部130分离。此种方式使得按键700更容易推动第二挂接部230移动,与此同时,当第二挂接部230与第一挂接部130分离时,第二弹性件810还能够使得第二挂接部230恢复至原位置,以使第二挂接部230与第一挂接部130能够进行再次的挂接配合,从而提高第二挂接部230与第一挂接部130之间的灵活性。当然,第二弹性件810可以为螺旋弹簧,第二弹性件810也可以为其他具有弹性的部件,本发明实施例对此不做限制。
本发明实施例中,第一挂接部130可以具有第一导向斜面131,第二挂接部230可以具有第二导向斜面231,第一导向斜面131与第二导向斜面231可以相对设置,且第一导向斜面131可以与第二导向斜面231可滑动配合,请参考图9和图10。此种情况下,在 第一壳体100沿远离第二壳体200的方向滑动的过程中,当第一导向斜面131相对于第二导向斜面231滑动时,第一挂接部130能够通过第一导向斜面131推动第二挂接部230朝第二弹性件810的方向摆动,以驱动第二弹性件810压缩;当第一导向斜面131与第二导向斜面231滑开时,第二弹性件810向第二挂接部230施加弹性力,以使第二挂接部230恢复到原位置,请再次参考图9,从而使得第二挂接部230与第一挂接部130实现挂接配合。此种方式使得第二挂接部230与第一挂接部130之间更容易实现挂接配合,从而能够更好地防止柔性显示屏400在第一弹性件300的拉拽力的作用下收回,以使柔性显示屏400能够维持在展开状态,进而使得用户的使用体验较好。
在另一种可选的实施例中,电子设备还可以包括顶针,第一壳体100可以开设有顶针孔,在使用过程中,顶针可通过顶针孔伸入第二壳体200内,顶针可推动第二挂接部230移动,以使第二挂接部230偏离原位置,从而驱动第二挂接部230与第一挂接部130分离。此种方式使得第二挂接部230与第一挂接部130更容易实现分离。
本发明公开的实施例中,第一壳体100可以包括第一中框140,第二壳体200可以包括第二中框240,第一壳体100与第二壳体200可以通过第一中框140与第二中框240可滑动连接,在第一壳体100与第二壳体200处于对接状态的情况下,第一中框140可以与第二中框240共面,如图1所示。此种方式能够使得电子设备的结构更紧凑,同时,也能够提升电子设备的外观性能。
本发明实施例公开的电子设备可以是智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、可穿戴设备(例如智能手表)、电子游戏机等设备,本发明实施例不限制电子设备的具体种类。
本发明上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种电子设备,包括:
    第一壳体(100);
    第二壳体(200),所述第二壳体(200)与所述第一壳体(100)可滑动连接;
    第一弹性件(300),所述第一弹性件(300)的第一端与所述第二壳体(200)相连;
    柔性显示屏(400),所述柔性显示屏(400)的第一端与所述第一弹性件(300)的第二端相连,所述柔性显示屏(400)的第二端与所述第一壳体(100)相连,所述第一壳体(100)可带动所述柔性显示屏(400)的第二端移动;
    转轴(500),所述转轴(500)可转动地设置于所述第二壳体(200)内,所述柔性显示屏(400)与所述转轴(500)滚动接触;
    在所述第一壳体(100)沿远离所述第二壳体(200)的方向滑动的情况下,所述第一壳体(100)带动所述柔性显示屏(400)绕所述转轴(500)移动,且所述柔性显示屏(400)的部分从第一侧移动至第二侧;在所述第一壳体(100)沿靠近所述第二壳体(200)的方向滑动的情况下,所述第一弹性件(300)带动所述柔性显示屏(400)绕所述转轴(500)移动,且所述柔性显示屏(400)的部分从所述第二侧移动至所述第一侧,所述第一侧与所述第二侧为所述转轴(500)相背的两侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述电子设备还包括阻尼器(600),所述第一弹性件(300)的第一端通过所述阻尼器(600)与所述第二壳体(200)相连。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述第一壳体(100)的边缘设置有第一连接部(110),所述第二壳体(200)的边缘设置有第二连接部(210),所述第二壳体(200)至少部分套设于所述第一壳体(100),且所述第一连接部(110)与所述第二连接部(210)可滑动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备,其中,在所述第一连接部(110)和所述第二连接部(210)中,一者为滑槽,另一者为凸起,所述滑槽与所述凸起滑动配合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,在所述第一壳体(100)与所述第二壳体(200)中,一者设置有限位槽(220),另一者设置有限位滑块(120),所述限位槽(220)与所述限位滑块(120)滑动配合,所述限位槽(220)的端部与所述限位滑块(120)限位配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其中,所述限位槽(220)和所述限位滑块(120)的数量均为两个,且两个所述限位槽(220)相平行,每个所述限位槽(220)与一个所述限位滑块(120)滑动配合。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述第一壳体(100)内设置有第一挂接部(130),所述第二壳体(200)内设置有第二挂接部(230),在所述第一壳体(100)与 所述第二壳体(200)滑开的情况下,所述第一挂接部(130)与所述第二挂接部(230)限位配合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其中,所述电子设备还包括按键(700),所述第一壳体(100)或所述第二壳体(200)开设有按键孔,所述按键(700)可移动地设置于所述按键孔,且所述按键(700)的一端凸出于所述第一壳体(100)或所述第二壳体(200)的外表面,所述按键(700)的另一端与所述第一挂接部(130)或所述第二挂接部(230)传动相连,所述按键(700)可推动所述第一挂接部(130)或所述第二挂接部(230)移动,且驱动所述第二挂接部(230)与所述第一挂接部(130)分离。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,其中,所述电子设备还包括第二弹性件(810)和铰接轴(820),所述铰接轴(820)设置于所述第二壳体(200)内,所述第二挂接部(230)通过所述第二弹性件(810)与所述第二壳体(200)相连,且所述第二挂接部(230)与所述铰接轴(820)铰接,所述按键(700)可推动所述第二挂接部(230)绕所述铰接轴(820)转动,且驱动所述第二弹性件(810)压缩,以使所述第二挂接部(230)与所述第一挂接部(130)分离。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备,其中,所述第一挂接部(130)具有第一导向斜面(131),所述第二挂接部(230)具有第二导向斜面(231),所述第一导向斜面(131)与所述第二导向斜面(231)相对设置,且所述第一导向斜面(131)与所述第二导向斜面(231)可滑动配合。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其中,所述电子设备还包括顶针,所述第一壳体(100)开设有顶针孔,所述顶针可通过所述顶针孔伸入所述第二壳体(200)内,所述顶针可推动所述第二挂接部(230)移动,且驱动所述第二挂接部(230)与所述第一挂接部(130)分离。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述第一壳体(100)包括第一中框(140),所述第二壳体(200)包括第二中框(240),所述第一壳体(100)与所述第二壳体(200)可通过所述第一中框(140)与所述第二中框(240)可滑动连接,在所述第一壳体(100)与所述第二壳体(200)处于对接状态的情况下,所述第一中框(140)与所述第二中框(240)共面。
