- Various known means such as tape, hook-and-loop fastener, and adhesive are used for attaching the connection portion 3 to the ceiling of the patient room 20 around the ventilation port 24.
- the ventilation fan When the ventilation fan is turned on, the air inside the shield body 2 is sucked from the ventilation port 24 through the inside of the connection portion 3. As a result, the inside of the shield main body 2 becomes a negative pressure atmosphere. Then, the exhaled breath of the patient 23 does not leak to the outside from the shield main body 2, and all of it is discharged to the outside of the patient room 20 through the connection portion 3 and the ventilation port 24. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the risk of infection of the rescue personnel (or medical personnel such as doctors and nurses in the case of a doctor car) in the driver's seat or the patient room 20.
- the rescue personnel or medical personnel such as doctors and nurses in the case of a doctor car
- the ceiling portion 4 includes a locking portion 9 along the front-rear direction in the patient room 20. More specifically, the ceiling portion 4 includes a pair of left and right locking portions 9, 9 along each side edge. Therefore, the distance between the pair of locking portions 9 and 9 corresponds to the width of the stretcher mount 21.
- the locking portion 9 is formed by joining (for example, heat-sealing) the side edge of the sheet of the ceiling portion 4 and the upper edge of the sheet of the side wall portion 6 with a predetermined width. Therefore, the locking portion 9 is a strip-shaped piece extending along the front-rear direction in the patient room 20, and is a strip-shaped piece reinforced by the amount of being thicker than the other sheets.
- the locking portion 9 is provided with a plurality of locking holes 9a, ... With a predetermined interval.
- the locking hole 9a is an eyelet hole attached to the strip-shaped piece.
- a pair of handrails 25, 25 extending along the front-rear direction of the patient room 20 and parallel to each other at intervals are provided.

- the shield main body 2 is suspended and supported in the patient room 20 in a state where the box shape is maintained.
- the shield main body 2 is provided with a carry-in / out port on the rear wall portion 8.
- an opening / closing line 10 by, for example, a fastener is provided along two orthogonal sides of the upper edge and the side edge of the rear wall portion 8.
- the shield body 2 is provided with a plurality of arm insertion openings at appropriate locations.
- the pair of arm insertion openings are provided near the front wall portion 7 of the side wall portion 6 and are for accessing the upper body of the patient 23.
- the other pair of arm insertion openings are provided near the rear wall portion 8 of the side wall portion 6 and are for accessing the lower body of the patient 23.
- Yet another pair of arm insertion openings are provided on the anterior wall portion 7 to access the head and face of the patient 23.
- an opening / closing line 11 with a fastener is provided. By opening the opening / closing line 11, the arm insertion opening is opened, and the arm can be inserted into the shield main body 2.
- a shield 12 that covers the opening / closing line 11 from the inside is provided so that the contaminated air (sprays, etc.) inside the shield body 2 does not leak through the arm insertion port.
- the shield 12 is configured by using a sheet made of the same material as the shield body 2, and the upper edge is joined to the shield body 2 (for example, heat seal).
- the shield main body 2 is configured to be able to be deployed flat by separating appropriate sides of the ceiling portion 4, the side wall portion 6, the front wall portion 7, and the rear wall portion 8. Specifically, like the opening / closing line 10 by the fastener, an opening / closing line by an appropriate fastener is provided so that the shield main body 2 can be deployed flat.
- the negative pressure shield device 1 As described above, according to the negative pressure shield device 1 according to the present embodiment, only the patient-dedicated section (the upper region of the stretcher 22), which is a part of the space inside the patient room 20, can be made negative pressure. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the risk of infecting others in the vehicle and suitably prevent the scattering and adhesion of the infectious substance to articles such as medical devices installed in the patient room 20, and the secondary infection is effective. Can be prevented.
- the peripheral wall portion 5 of the shield main body 2 can surround the periphery of the patient 23. Then, by adding the ceiling portion 4 as the configuration of the shield main body 2, it is possible to wrap and surround the patient 23. Therefore, it is possible to suitably prevent scattering from the upper part.
- the shield main body 2 can be easily installed by simply hanging the shield main body 2 on the handrails 25 and 25 at the upper part of the patient room 20 by using the S-shaped hook 26. Can be attached. On the contrary, the shield main body 2 can be removed only by removing the S-shaped hook 26, and maintenance can be easily performed.
- the shield main body 2 is transparent. Therefore, the general condition of the patient can be visually observed.
- the shield main body 2 can be deployed (disassembled) into a flat state. Therefore, it can be spread on the ground (using a deck brush or the like) and washed with water during cleaning and disinfection work.
- the patient 23 and the ceiling portion 4 of the shield main body 2 are sufficiently separated from each other. Therefore, it can be applied to patients who cannot take a supine position (for example, asthma patients who prefer to have their upper body raised, patients who need to keep their legs upright, etc.). That is, the negative pressure shield device 1 according to the present embodiment has a very high degree of freedom in the position of the patient.
- the negative pressure shield device according to the second embodiment is a negative pressure shield device mounted on Toyota's ambulance “Himedic” and Nissan's ambulance “Paramedic”.
- the stretcher mount 21 is provided at the position of the right half of the patient room 20 when viewed from the rear side. Further, the ceiling of the patient room 20 is not flat, but has a curved surface shape that lowers toward the side wall of the patient room 20. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, in the negative pressure shielding device 1 according to the present embodiment, the ceiling portion 4 is tilted in accordance with the ceiling of the patient room 20.
- the side wall portion 6 is not provided with an arm insertion port.
- one or more similar configurations are provided (eg, fastener opening / closing lines 13 and shield 14). This is used as a lead-in port for drawing in a wire such as a cord or a cable of a medical device provided on the side wall (shelf) of the patient room 20.
- the fastener must be able to open and close even from inside the shield body 2. Therefore, as the fastener, a type of fastener having slider pulls on both front and back surfaces (so-called double-sided slider type fastener) is used.
- the negative pressure shield device 1 according to the present embodiment also has the same effect as the negative pressure shield device 1 according to the first embodiment.
- the ceiling portion 4 and the peripheral wall portion 5 are configured with a clear boundary.
- the present invention is not limited to this.
- the physical boundary between the ceiling and the peripheral wall may not be clear.
- the ceiling portion 4 is configured by using a vinyl sheet as in the peripheral wall portion 5.
- the present invention is not limited to this.
- the ceiling portion may be configured by using a material different from that of the peripheral wall portion, or may not be transparent.
- the shield main body 2 is configured by using only a vinyl sheet, and is maintained in an appropriate shape by using the handrail 25. Therefore, no frame or the like is used.
- the present invention is not limited to this. In order to maintain the shield main body 2 in an appropriate shape, a frame or the like may be used to obtain a fixed shape.
- the shield main body 2 covers the whole body of the patient 23 by having a cross-sectional shape corresponding to the shape of the stretcher 22.
- the present invention is not limited to this.
- the length of the shield body in the anteroposterior direction may be shortened so as to cover only the upper body of the patient or only the head.
- the shield main body 2 is locked to the upper part in the patient room 20 by using the S-shaped hook 26.
- the present invention is not limited to this.
- various known means such as a string, a tape, a magnetic hook, and a hook-and-loop fastener can be used.
- an air intake port 15 can be provided.
- the air intake port 15 is an opening formed at an appropriate position in the shield main body 2.
- a high-precision filter 16 of a HEPA filter can be additionally provided for this opening.
- clean air can be taken into the inside of the shield main body 2.
- the air intake port 15 is preferably provided in a portion of the peripheral wall portion 5 that is distant from the connection portion 3, for example, near the front wall portion 7 or the side wall portion 6 near the front wall portion 7.
- a high-precision filter 17 of a HEPA filter can be provided in the connection portion 3. As a result, the air can be cleaned and discharged to the outside of the patient room 20.
- a second connection portion 18 can be provided.
- the connection portion 18 is connected to an ozone gas generator provided in the patient room 20.
