背景技术
逆变器是把直流电能(电池、蓄电瓶)转变成定频定压或调频调压交流电(一般为220V,50Hz正弦波)的转换器。
随着社会的发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们使用汽车外出工作、旅游的情况正逐渐增多,通过逆变器连接蓄电池可以在车上使用各种电器及各种工具工作,带来了极大的便利。
现在货车上使用的车载逆变器的正负极连接端子与内部电路板之间是通过导线连接的,在实际使用过程中发现:
1.车载逆变器内部的导线数量太多,内部空间杂乱,且在生产加工时的,需要将导线焊接到电路板上,较为麻烦,生产效率低下;
2.由于货车的载重量大,且经常行驶在崎岖颠簸的道路上,正负极连接端子与电路板之间通过导线连接的方式并不够牢固,很容易在货车行驶过程中,出现导线脱离电路板或者正负极连接端子的情况,导致车载逆变器不能正常使用。
因此,需提供一种货车用车载逆变器,以解决现有技术的不足。

本实施例所述的所述一种货车用车载逆变器,车辆蓄电池与所述正极连接端子222和所述负极连接端子223连接,通过所述连接组件6使得所述电路板3与所述正极连接端子222、所述负极连接端子223连接在一起,然后所述电路板3将车辆蓄电池的输入的12V电压转换成为220V电压通过所述插座11输出,在该货车用车载逆变器使用过程中产生的 热量,通过所述散热组件4及时排到外界,所述防尘组件5用于防止尘灰等杂质进入该货车用车载逆变器内部,避免了使用导线连接,使得该货车用车载逆变器的内部整洁有序,便于生产加工,提高了生产效率,且所述电路板3与所述正极连接端子222、所述负极连接端子223之间的连接更加稳定,保证了该货车用车载逆变器能正常使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种货车用车载逆变器,包括上壳、与所述上壳固定连接的底壳,所述上壳和所述底壳之间设置有一空腔,其特征在于,所述货车用车载逆变器还包括有电路板、至少两个散热组件和连接组件,所述电路板固定设置于所述空腔内,两个所述散热组件分别固定设置于所述电路板上表面的两侧,所述连接组件固定设置于所述电路板上,所述连接组件的一端与所述电路板连接,所述连接组件的另一端与一车辆蓄电池连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的货车用车载逆变器,其特征在于,所述底壳包括底壳本体和底壳立板,所述底壳立板上固定设置有正极连接端子和负极连接端子。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的货车用车载逆变器,其特征在于,所述连接组件包括正极连接块和负极连接块,所述正极连接块的一端与所述正极连接端子固定连接,所述正极连接块的另一端与所述电路板固定连接,所述负极连接块的一端与所述负极连接端子固定连接,所述负极连接块的另一端与所述电路板固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的货车用车载逆变器,其特征在于,所述正极连接块的一端设置有与所述正极连接端子相匹配的第四安装孔,所述正极连接块的另一端沿水平方向凸伸有第三安装块,所述第三安装块上设置有第五安装孔,所述正极连接块的另一端还沿竖直方向凸伸有第四凸起块。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任意一项所述的货车用车载逆变器,其特征在于,所述底壳立板上设置有第二安装孔和第三安装孔,所述正极连接端子固定安装在所述第二安装孔上,所述正极连接端子的一端穿过所述第二安装孔位于所述电路板上方,所述正极连接端子的另一端与车辆蓄电池连接,所述负极连接端子固定安装在所述第三安装孔上,所述负极连接端子的一端穿过所述第三安装孔位于所述电路板上方,所述负极连接端子的另一端与车辆蓄电池连接。
  6. 根据权利要求2-4任意一项所述的货车用车载逆变器,其特征在于,所述上壳的上表面固定设置有至少两个插座、开关和第一安装孔,两个所述插座和所述开关均固定设置于所述上壳上表面的一端,所述第一安装孔内固定设置有与所述第一安装孔相匹配的母座压板以及与所述母座压板相匹配的点烟器母座,所述母座压板与所述第一安装孔的内壁面抵接,所述母座压板向上凸伸有多个第一凸块,所述点烟器母座的上端与所述第一凸块抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求2-4任意一项任意一项所述的货车用车载逆变器,其特征在于,所述电路板上表面的中间位置设置有电子元器件安装区。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的货车用车载逆变器,其特征在于,所述散热组件包括散热器、散热挡板和第二散热风扇,所述散热器固定设置于所述电路板上,所述散热挡板为所述上壳向下凸伸形成,所述散热挡板位于所述散热器和所述电子元器件安装区之间,所述第二散热风扇固定设置于所述电路板上,所述第二散热风扇与所述散热器抵接。
  9. 根据权利要求2-4任意一项所述的货车用车载逆变器,其特征在于,所述底壳立板内壁面的中间位置固定设置有第一散热风扇。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的货车用车载逆变器,其特征在于,所述货车用车载逆变器还包括有防尘组件,所述防尘组件固定设置于所述上壳的两个侧壁面之间,所述防尘组件包括进风板以及固定设置于所述进风板上的金属防尘网。
