可选的,所述上壳的上表面固定设置有至少两个插座、开关和第一安装孔,两个所述插座和所述开关均固定设置于所述上壳上表面的一端,所述第一安装孔内固定设置有与所述第一安装孔相匹配的母座压板以及与所述母座压板相匹配的点烟器母座,所述母座压板与所述第一安装孔的内壁面抵接,所述母座压板向上凸伸有多个第一凸块,所述点烟器母座的上端与所述第一凸块抵接。
可选的,所述电路板上表面的中间位置设置有电子元器件安装区。
可选的,所述散热组件包括散热器、散热挡板和第二散热风扇,所述散热器固定设置于所述电路板上,所述散热挡板为所述上壳向下凸伸形成,所述散热挡板位于所述散热器和所述电子元器件安装区之间,所述第二散热风扇固定设置于所述电路板上,所述第二散热风扇与所述散热器抵接。
本实用新型实施例提供的防尘车载逆变器中的上述一个或多个技术方案至少具有如下技术效果之一:通过设置有防尘组件,防止尘灰等杂质进入该防尘车载逆变器内部,当防尘组件上积累了较多的灰尘杂质时,将金属防尘板从进风板上取下进行清洗,然后将清洗后的金属防尘板重新安装到进风板上,不用将整个防尘组件拆卸下来,更加简单方便,且避免了对进风板进行清洗,延长了进风板的使用寿命,进而延长了防尘组件的使用寿命,使得该防尘车载逆变器能正常使用。

参照图1、图2、图3和图4,一种结构改进的车载逆变器,包括上壳1、与所述上壳1固定连接的底壳2、电路板3、至少两个散热组件4、防尘组件5和连接组件6,所述上壳1和所述底壳2之间设置有一空腔,所述电路板3固定设置于所述空腔内,两个所述散热组件4分别固定设置于所述电路板3上表面的两侧,所述防尘组件5固定设置于所述上壳1的两个侧壁面之间,所述连接组件6固定设置于所述电路板3上,所述连接组件6的一端与所述电路板3连接,所述连接组件6的另一端与一电源连接。
所述上壳1的上表面固定设置有至少两个插座11、开关12和第一安装孔13,两个所述插座11和所述开关12均固定设置于所述上壳1上表面的一端,所述第一安装孔13内固定设置有与所述第一安装孔13相匹配的母座压板14以及与所述母座压板14相匹配的点烟器母座15,所述母座压板14与所述第一安装孔13的内壁面抵接,所述母座压板14向上凸伸有多个第一凸块,所述点烟器母座15的上端与所述第一凸块抵接。
其中,所述上壳1的一端固定设置有两个安装柱16,两个安装柱16分别固定设置于所述上壳1的两个侧壁面的一端。
所述上壳1还包括有多个挡板17,所述挡板17固定设置于所述上壳1的一端,所述挡板17位于所述安装柱16和所述开关12之间,所述挡板17和所述安装柱16之间设置有第一空隙;所述安装柱16和所述挡板17用于固定所述防尘组件5。
参照图4,所述底壳2包括底壳本体21和底壳立板22,所述底壳立板22固定设置于所述底壳本体21的一端。
参照图2和图3,所述底壳本体21上设置有挡块211和至少两个第二通孔212,所述挡块211和所述第二通孔212均固定设置于所述底壳本体21下表面的另一端,所述第二通孔212位于所述挡块211和所述电路板3之间,所述第二通孔212的一侧固定设置有第二安装块213,所述第二安装块213的一端固定设置于所述第二通孔212的侧壁面上,所述第二安装块213的另一端向上凸起,所述挡块211和所述第二安装块213之间设置有第二空隙。[0037]所述底壳立板22上设置有第二安装孔、第三安装孔和多个第一通风孔221,所述第二安装孔上固定设置有正极连接端子222,所述正极连接端子222的一端穿过所述第二安装孔位于所述电路板3上方,所述第三安装孔上固定设置有负极连接端子223,所述负极连接端子223的一端穿过所述第三安装孔位于所述电路板3上方。
所述电路板3用于安装电子元器件和所述散热组件4;所述电路板3上表面的中间位置设置有电子元器件安装区。
参照图5,所述散热组件4用于将所述电路板3产生的热量排到外界,并将热量和所述电器元器件安装区分隔开;所述散热组件4包括散热器41、散热挡板42和第二散热风扇43,所述散热器41固定设置于所述电路板3上,所述散热挡板42为所述上壳1向下凸伸形成,所述散热挡板42位于所述散热器41和所述电子元器件安装区之间,所述第二散热风扇43固定设置于所述电路板3上,所述第二散热风扇43与所述散热器41抵接;所述电路板3产生的热量传导到所述散热器41上,所述第二散热风扇43及时将热量排到外界,所述散热挡板42用于将热量阻挡在所述散热器41的上方,避免了热量又重新回到所述电子元器件安装区,保证所述电子元器件安装区处的温度不会过高,进一步提高了所述电路板3的安全性。[0040]其中,所述底壳立板22内壁面的中间位置固定设置有第一散热风扇224,所述第一散热风扇224将所述电子元器件区产生的热量排到外界,进一步保证了所述电子元器件区处的温度不会过高,进一步提高了所述电路板3的安全性。
参照图5、图6和图7,所述防尘组件5用于防止尘灰等杂质进入所述空腔,保证车辆逆变器能正常使用;所述防尘组件5包括进风板51以及固定设置于所述进风板51上的金属防尘网52。
所述进风板51上设置有多个第二通风孔511和矩形凹槽512,所述第二通风孔511呈矩阵阵列分布于所述进风板51的中间位置,所述矩形凹槽512内设置有多个第一固定块513,所述第一固定块513上设置有斜面;所述斜面便于所述金属防尘网52固定安装到所述进风板51上。
所述进风板51上还设置有多个第一凸起块514,所述第一凸起块514位于所述进风板51上端的中间位置;所述第一凸起块514用于增加摩擦力,方便用户拆装所述进风板51。
所述进风板51上还凸伸有两个第三凸起块515,两个所述第三凸起块515分别位于所述进风板51两侧的上端。
所述金属防尘网52的四周均凸伸有与所述矩形凹槽512相匹配的第二凸起块521。
所述防尘组件5使用时,将所述金属防尘网52的所述第二凸起块521通过外力沿着所述斜面滑动,使得所述第二凸起块521固定到所述凹槽中,将所述金属防尘网52固定到所述进风板51上,然后将所述进风板51插入所述第一空隙,将所述进风板51的底端插入所述第二空隙,所述第三凸起块515与所述上壳1抵接,从而将所述防尘组件5安装到所述上壳1上,当所述金属防尘网52上积累了较多杂质时,可以通过外力将所述进风板51取出,然后将所述金属防尘网52取下,对所述金属防尘网52进行清洁后再安装回去,简单方便,避免了直接对所述进风板51进行清洁,避免了所述进风板51因清洗而损坏。
参照图8,所述连接组件6包括正极连接块61和负极连接块62,所述正极连接块61的一端与所述正极连接端子222固定连接,所述正极连接块61的另一端与所述电路板3固定连接,所述负极连接块62的一端与所述负极连接端子223固定连接,所述负极连接块62的另一端与所述电路板3固定连接。
本实施例所述的所述一种防尘车载逆变器,所述电路板3将车辆蓄电池的输入的12V电压转换成为220V电压通过所述插座11输出,在该防尘车载逆变器使用过程中产生的热量,通过所述散热组件4及时排到外界,所述防尘组件5用于防止尘灰等杂质进入该防尘车载逆变器内部,当所述防尘组件5上积累了较多的灰尘杂质时,将所述金属防尘板从所述进风板51上取下进行清洗,然后将清洗后的所述金属防尘板重新安装到所述进风板51上,不用将整个所述防尘组件5拆卸下来,更加简单方便,且避免了对所述进风板51进行清洗,延长了所述进风板51的使用寿命,进而延长了所述防尘组件5的使用寿命,使得该防尘车载逆变器能正常使用。

Claims (10)
- 一种防尘车载逆变器,包括上壳、与所述上壳固定连接的底壳,所述上壳和所述底壳之间设置有一空腔,其特征在于,所述防尘车载逆变器还包括有电路板、至少两个散热组件和防尘组件,所述电路板固定设置于所述空腔内,两个所述散热组件分别固定设置于所述电路板上表面的两侧,所述防尘组件固定设置于所述上壳的两个侧壁面之间,所述防尘组件包括进风板以及固定设置于所述进风板上的金属防尘网。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防尘车载逆变器,其特征在于,所述进风板上设置有多个第二通风孔和矩形凹槽,所述第二通风孔呈矩阵阵列分布于所述进风板的中间位置,所述矩形凹槽内设置有多个第一固定块,所述第一固定块上设置有斜面,所述金属防尘网的四周均凸伸有与所述矩形凹槽相匹配的第二凸起块。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防尘车载逆变器,其特征在于,所述进风板上还设置有还凸伸有两个第三凸起块和多个第一凸起块,两个所述第三凸起块分别位于所述进风板两侧的上端,所述第一凸起块位于所述进风板上端的中间位置。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的防尘车载逆变器,其特征在于,所述上壳上固定设置有两个安装柱和多个挡板,两个安装柱分别固定设置于所述上壳的两个侧壁面的一端,所述挡板固定设置于所述上壳的一端,所述挡板和所述安装柱之间设置有第一空隙。
- 根据权利要求1所述的防尘车载逆变器,其特征在于,所述底壳包括底壳本体和底壳立板,所述底壳立板固定设置于所述底壳本体的一端。
- 根据权利要求5所述的防尘车载逆变器,其特征在于,所述底壳本体上设置有挡块和至少两个第二通孔,所述挡块和所述第二通孔均固定设置于所述底壳本体下表面的另一端,所述第二通孔位于所述挡块和所述电路板之间,所述第二通孔的一侧固定设置有第二安装块,所述第二安装块的一端固定设置于所述第二通孔的侧壁面上,所述第二安装块的另一端向上凸起,所述挡块和所述第二安装块之间设置有第二空隙。
- 根据权利要求5或6所述的防尘车载逆变器,其特征在于,所述底壳立板上设置有第二安装孔、第三安装孔和多个第一通风孔,所述第二安装孔上固定设置有正极连接端子,所述正极连接端子的一端穿过所述第二安装孔位于所述电路板上方,所述第三安装孔上固定设置有负极连接端子,所述负极连接端子的一端穿过所述第三安装孔位于所述电路板上方。
- 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的防尘车载逆变器,其特征在于,所述上壳的上表面固定设置有至少两个插座、开关和第一安装孔,两个所述插座和所述开关均固定设置于所述上壳上表面的一端,所述第一安装孔内固定设置有与所述第一安装孔相匹配的母座压板以及与所述母座压板相匹配的点烟器母座,所述母座压板与所述第一安装孔的内壁面抵接,所述母座压板向上凸伸有多个第一凸块,所述点烟器母座的上端与所述第一凸块抵接。
- 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的防尘车载逆变器,其特征在于,所述电路板上表面的中间位置设置有电子元器件安装区。
- 根据权利要求9所述的防尘车载逆变器,其特征在于,所述散热组件包括散热器、散热挡板和第二散热风扇,所述散热器固定设置于所述电路板上,所述散热挡板为所述上壳向下凸伸形成,所述散热挡板位于所述散热器和所述电子元器件安装区之间,所述第二散热风扇固定设置于所述电路板上,所述第二散热风扇与所述散热器抵接。
