下述专利文献1所记载的洗衣机连接有一端浸入洗澡水中的软管的另一端。该洗衣机能使用供给自软管的洗澡水来对洗涤物进行洗涤。
即使用户购买了专利文献1那样的能使用洗澡水进行洗涤的洗衣机,平时的洗涤中也有可能不使用洗澡水。在该情况下,该洗衣机中与洗澡水相关的结构变得无用。

发明所要解决的问题
本发明是鉴于该背景而完成的,其目的在于提供一种能谋求与洗澡水相关的结构的有效利用的洗衣机。

本发明是一种洗衣机,包括:箱体;洗涤桶,配置于所述箱体内,容纳洗涤物;取入口,用于取入洗澡水;洗澡水供给路,用于将由所述取入口取入的洗澡水供给至所述洗涤桶内;以及处理剂供给部,能从所述箱体之外安装于所述取入口或从所述取入口拆卸,并具有:容纳部,容纳洗涤用的处理剂;连接路,将所述容纳部和所述取入口相连;以及电动的开闭部,对所述连接路进行 开闭,所述处理剂供给部将所述容纳部内的处理剂供给至所述洗澡水供给路。
此外,本发明的特征在于,所述容纳部具有容纳洗涤剂的洗涤剂容纳部和容纳柔顺剂的柔顺剂容纳部,所述连接路分支为与所述洗涤剂容纳部相连的第一支路和与所述柔顺剂容纳部相连的第二支路。
此外,本发明的特征在于,所述洗衣机包括:控制部,执行洗涤运转;以及电缆,被拉出至所述箱体之外,将所述控制部和所述开闭部电连接。

发明效果
根据本发明,若用户将在外置的洗澡水泵中浸入洗澡水中的软管连接于洗衣机的取入口,则在洗衣机中,洗澡水会从取入口被取入至洗澡水供给路后供给至洗涤桶内。由此,洗衣机能使用洗澡水来对洗涤桶内的洗涤物进行洗涤。
外置的处理剂供给部能安装于取入口或从取出口拆卸,因此如果用户想要将处理剂自动投入至洗涤桶内,则将在容纳部容纳有希望的处理剂的处理剂供给部装接于取入口即可。由此,在洗涤运转中,在处理剂供给部中,开闭部打开连接路,因此容纳部内的处理剂会在从连接路被供给至洗澡水供给路之后被投入至洗涤桶内。就是说,在该洗衣机中,取入口、洗澡水供给路这样的与洗澡水相关的结构不仅能用于向洗涤桶内供给洗澡水,还能用于向洗涤桶内自动投入处理剂,因此能谋求该结构的有效利用。
此外,根据本发明,处理剂供给部的容纳部具有洗涤剂容纳部和柔顺剂容纳部,因此用户将在洗涤剂容纳部和柔顺剂容纳部分别容纳有想要使用的洗涤剂和柔顺剂的处理剂供给部装接于取入口即可。由此,在洗涤运转的清洗过程中,洗涤剂容纳部内的处理剂会被自动投入至洗涤桶内,在洗涤运转的漂洗过程中,柔顺剂容纳部内的柔顺剂会被自动投入至洗涤桶内。
此外,根据本发明,用户在已将处理剂供给部装接于洗衣机的取入口的情况下,将电缆与处理剂供给部相连即可。由此,控制部和处理剂供给部的开闭部被电连接,因此通过由控制部对开闭部进行开闭,能在洗涤运转中使处理剂供给部将容纳部内的处理剂自动投入至洗涤桶内。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行具体说明。图1是本发明的一个实施方式的洗衣机1的示意纵剖右视图。将图1中与纸面正交的方向称为洗衣机1的左右方向X,将图1中的左右方向称为洗衣机1的前后方向Y,将图1中的上下方向称为洗衣机1的上下方向Z。左右方向X当中,将图1的纸面的里侧称为左侧X1,将图1的纸面的表侧称为右侧X2。前后方向Y当中,将左侧称为前侧Y1,将右侧称为后侧Y2。上下方向Z当中,将上侧称为上侧Z1,将下侧称为下侧Z2。
洗衣机1中也包括具有烘干功能的洗干一体机,但以下,以省略烘干功能而仅执行洗涤运转的洗衣机为例对洗衣机1进行说明。洗衣机1包括:箱体2,构成洗衣机1的外轮廓;外桶3,配置于箱体2内;洗涤桶4,容纳于外桶3内;旋转翼5,容纳于洗涤桶4内;电动的马达6,产生使洗涤桶4、旋转翼5旋转的驱动力;以及传递机构7,对马达6所产生的驱动力的传递目标进行切换。
箱体2例如为金属制,形成为箱状。在箱体2的上表面2A形成有使箱体2内外连通的开口2B。在上表面2A设有对开口2B进行开闭的门9。在上表面2A中例如比开口2B靠前侧Y1的区域设有由触摸面板等构成的显示操作部10。用户能通过操作显示操作部10来自由选择洗涤条件或指示洗衣机1开始运转、停止运转等。在显示操作部10以可目视的方式显示有与洗涤运转相关的信息。
外桶3例如为树脂制,形成为有底圆筒状。外桶3具有:大致圆筒状的圆周壁3A,沿上下方向Z配置;底壁3B,从下侧Z2堵住圆周壁3A的中空部分;以及环状的环状壁3C,一边将圆周壁3A的上侧Z1的端缘包边一边向圆周壁3A的圆心侧突出。在环状壁3C的内侧形成有开口3D。开口3D配置于箱体2的开口2B的正下方。圆周壁3A的中空部分从开口3D向上侧Z1露出。底壁3B形成为沿水平方向延伸的圆板状,在底壁3B的圆心位置形成有贯通底壁3B的贯通孔3E。如后文所述,外桶3中可蓄水。
在外桶3,从下侧Z2连接有排水路11,外桶3内的水从排水路11被排出机外。在排水路11的中途设有为了开始或停止排水而开闭的排水阀12。
洗涤桶4例如为金属制,具有沿上下方向Z延伸的中心轴J,形成为比外桶3小一圈的有底圆筒状,能在内部容纳洗涤物Q。洗涤桶4具有沿上下方向Z配置的大致圆筒状的圆周壁4A和从下侧Z2堵住圆周壁4A的中空部分的底壁4B。
被圆周壁4A的内周面的上端部包围的空间是使圆周壁4A的中空部分向上侧Z1露出的出入口4C。出入口4C处于从下侧Z2与外桶3的开口3D和箱体2的开口2B连通的状态。洗衣机1的用户打开门9而使开口2B、开口3D以及出入口4C敞开,经由开口2B、开口3D以及出入口4C使洗涤物Q出入于洗涤桶4。
洗涤桶4同轴地容纳于外桶3内,沿上下方向Z配置。容纳于外桶3内的状态的洗涤桶4能绕中心轴J旋转。在洗涤桶4的圆周壁4A和底壁4B形成有多个未图示的贯通孔,外桶3内的水能经由该贯通孔在外桶3与洗涤桶4之间往来。因此,外桶3内的水位与洗涤桶4内的水位一致。
洗涤桶4的底壁4B形成为在上侧Z1与外桶3的底壁3B隔开间隔地大致平行延伸的圆板状,在底壁4B中与中心轴J一致的圆心位置形成有贯通底壁4B的贯通孔4D。在底壁4B设有一边包围贯通孔4D一边沿中心轴J向下侧Z2延伸出的管状的支承轴13。支承轴13插通于外桶3的底壁3B的贯通孔3E,支承轴13的下端部位于比底壁3B靠下侧Z2。
旋转翼5是所谓的波轮,形成为以中心轴J为圆心的圆盘状,在洗涤桶4内沿底壁4B与洗涤桶4同心状地配置。在旋转翼5的从下侧Z2面向洗涤桶4 的出入口4C的上表面设有呈辐射状配置的多个叶片5A。在旋转翼5设有从其圆心沿着中心轴J向下侧Z2延伸的旋转轴14。旋转轴14插通于支承轴13的中空部分,旋转轴14的下端部位于比外桶3的底壁3B靠下侧Z2。
马达6在箱体2内配置于外桶3的下侧Z2。马达6具有以中心轴J为中心旋转的输出轴15。传递机构7介于支承轴13和旋转轴14各自的下端部与输出轴15的上端部之间。传递机构7将马达6从输出轴15输出的驱动力选择性地传递给支承轴13和旋转轴14中的一方或双方。传递机构7可以使用公知的离合器等。
当来自马达6的驱动力被传递给支承轴13时,洗涤桶4绕中心轴J旋转。当来自马达6的驱动力被传递给旋转轴14时,旋转翼5绕中心轴J旋转。马达6的输出轴15的旋转方向可变,因此洗涤桶4和旋转翼5各自不仅能向一个方向旋转,也能向与该一个方向相反的另一方向旋转。
与向外桶3和洗涤桶4的供水相关联地,洗衣机1还包括:供水路20,用于将来自水龙头(未图示)的自来水供给至洗涤桶4内;以及洗澡水供给路22,在箱体2内与供水路20汇合。供水路20的一端(未图示)被拉出至箱体2之外,与水龙头连接。供水路20的另一端配置于箱体2内,作为供水口20A从上侧Z1面向洗涤桶4的出入口4C。可以是,在供水路20中,配置于箱体2之外的上游部20B和配置于箱体2内且具有供水口20A的下游部20C可分离,在该情况下,上游部20B与下游部20C通过接头(未图示)连结。在下游部20C设有可开闭的供水阀23。供水阀23由电磁阀等构成。当供水阀23打开时,来自水龙头的自来水流过供水路20,从供水口20A被供给至洗涤桶4内,蓄留于外桶3内和洗涤桶4内。当供水阀23关闭时,自来水的供水停止。
与洗澡水供给路22相关联地,在箱体2的上表面2A设有用于取入洗澡水的取入口35。洗澡水供给路22的一端22A与取入口35连接,洗澡水供给路22的另一端22B与供水路20中比供水阀23靠近供水口20A的下游区域20D连接。取入口35是向上表面2A也就是箱体2的表面露出的孔。取入口35既可以指形成于箱体2的孔,也可以指从该孔露出的一端22A的开口。
在取入口35能安装市售的外置的洗澡水泵40。洗澡水泵40为电动的泵。洗澡水泵40还具有一端浸入洗澡水中而另一端与取入口35连接的软管41。当 洗澡水泵40被驱动时,箱体2之外的洗澡水被吸入至软管41内,在取入口35中被取入至洗澡水供给路22。被取入至洗澡水供给路22的洗澡水被供给至供水路20的下游区域20D,之后从供水口20A被供给至洗涤桶4内。当洗澡水泵40停止时,洗澡水的供水停止。
洗衣机1还包括:控制部50,由微机等构成;以及电缆51,与控制部50连接并被拉出至箱体2之外。电缆51包括信号线和供电线中的至少一方。控制部50分别电连接有马达6、传递机构7、显示操作部10、排水阀12以及供水阀23。在洗澡水泵40安装于取入口35的情况下,由用户将电缆51与洗澡水泵40连接,由此洗澡水泵40也与控制部50电连接。
控制部50通过控制马达6、传递机构7、排水阀12、供水阀23以及洗澡水泵40的动作来执行洗涤运转。洗涤运转包括:清洗过程,对洗涤桶4内的洗涤物Q进行清洗;漂洗过程,在清洗过程之后对洗涤物Q进行漂洗;以及脱水过程,在漂洗过程之后将洗涤物Q脱水。漂洗过程可以执行多次,将最后的漂洗过程称为最终漂洗过程。脱水过程包括:中间脱水过程,在清洗过程、漂洗过程之后执行;以及最终脱水过程,在洗涤运转的最后执行。
在清洗过程中,控制部50首先通过在关闭了排水阀12的状态下将供水阀23打开规定时间来向洗涤桶4内供水(参照图1的虚线箭头)。需要说明的是,控制部50也可以在供水时不打开供水阀23而通过驱动洗澡水泵40来向洗涤桶4内供给洗澡水。在供水前或供水后的时间点,用户可以打开门9来将洗涤剂从出入口4C投入至洗涤桶4内。
当洗涤桶4内的水位上升至规定水位时,控制部50在停止供水后通过控制马达6和传递机构7来使旋转翼5旋转。由此,洗涤桶4内的洗涤物Q通过被搅拌或者利用洗涤剂分解污垢而被洗净。最后,控制部50通过打开排水阀12来将洗涤桶4排水。
在漂洗过程中,控制部50首先通过在关闭了排水阀12的状态下将供水阀23打开规定时间来向洗涤桶4内蓄留自来水。完成了供水的控制部50通过控制马达6和传递机构7来使旋转翼5旋转。由此,洗涤桶4内的洗涤物Q被漂洗。特别是,在最终漂洗过程中,在供水前或供水后的时间点,用户可以打开门9来将柔顺剂从出入口4C投入至洗涤桶4内。柔顺剂渗入洗涤物Q。最后,控制 部50将洗涤桶4排水。
在脱水过程中,控制部50通过在打开了排水阀12的状态下控制马达6和传递机构7来使洗涤桶4以规定的脱水转速旋转。由此,洗涤桶4内的洗涤物Q通过离心力作用而被脱水。需要说明的是,在中间脱水过程和最终脱水过程中,运转条件可以不同,作为一个例子,最终脱水过程的脱水转速可以比中间过程的脱水转速高。
如上所述,在洗衣机1中,既能使用从供水路20供给至洗涤桶4内的自来水来对洗涤桶4内的洗涤物Q进行洗涤,也能使用洗澡水来对洗涤物Q进行洗涤。需要说明的是,在不使用洗澡水的情况下,洗澡水泵40的软管41也可以不安装于取入口35。
可以想到用户想要将洗涤剂、柔顺剂等洗涤用的处理剂自动投入至洗涤桶4内的情况。在该情况下,洗澡水泵40的软管41被用户从取入口35卸下,如图2所示的处理剂供给部52从洗衣机1的箱体2之外装接于取入口35。处理剂供给部52例如通过螺纹固定方式装接于取入口35。需要说明的是,在图2中,省略了作为供水路20的一部分的上游部20B(参照图1)的图示。处理剂供给部52为洗衣机1所包括的附件。装接于取入口35的处理剂供给部52将处理剂从取入口35供给至洗澡水供给路22。就是说,处理剂供给部52为外置的处理剂供给装置。
处理剂供给部52具有:盒状或槽状的容纳部53,容纳处理剂;连接路54,将容纳部53和取入口35相连;以及电动的开闭部55,对连接路54进行开闭。本实施方式中的容纳部53具有容纳洗涤剂的洗涤剂容纳部53A和容纳柔顺剂的柔顺剂容纳部53B。
在洗涤剂容纳部53A和柔顺剂容纳部53B各自的上表面部设有可开闭或可拆装的盖56。若用户打开或卸下洗涤剂容纳部53A的盖56,则洗涤剂容纳部53A的内部露出,因此用户能向洗涤剂容纳部53A内补充洗涤剂。在洗涤剂容纳部53A内能容纳可多次实施洗涤运转的量的洗涤剂。完成了洗涤剂的补充的用户关闭盖56或将盖56安装于洗涤剂容纳部53A。用户能按照与洗涤剂容纳部53A相同的顺序向柔顺剂容纳部53B补充柔顺剂。
连接路54具有从取入口35至少向上侧Z1延伸的汇合路54A,并从汇合路54A分支为第一支路54B和第二支路54C。第一支路54B至少向上侧Z1延伸并与洗涤剂容纳部53A的下端部相连。第二支路54C至少向上侧Z1延伸并与柔顺剂容纳部53B的下端部相连。容纳于洗涤剂容纳部53A的洗涤剂因自重也存在于第一支路54B。容纳于柔顺剂容纳部53B的柔顺剂因自重也存在于第二支路54C。
开闭部55由电磁阀等构成。开闭部55设于连接路54的汇合路54A。本实施方式中的开闭部55为分别与汇合路54A、第一支路54B以及第二支路54C相连的多通阀,在关闭了第二支路54C的状态下打开第一支路54B而仅使洗涤剂容纳部53A内的洗涤剂流向汇合路54A,或者在关闭了第一支路54B的状态下打开第二支路54C而仅使柔顺剂容纳部53B内的柔顺剂流向汇合路54A。需要说明的是,开闭部55也可以不是多通阀而分别单独地设于第一支路54B和第二支路54C,仅对相应的支路进行开闭。
在用户将处理剂供给部52装接于取入口35时,将至此为止处于与洗澡水泵40(参照图1)相连的状态的电缆51从洗澡水泵40卸下并连接于处理剂供给部52。由此,洗衣机1的控制部50与开闭部55电连接。控制部50通过将信号发送至开闭部55或者控制向开闭部55的通电也就是控制开闭部55的打开/关闭来控制开闭部55的动作。
在处理剂供给部52装接于取入口35的情况下的洗涤运转的清洗过程中,控制部50首先通过在关闭了排水阀12的状态下将供水阀23打开规定时间来向洗涤桶4内供水(参照图2的虚线箭头)。此时,控制部50控制处理剂供给部52的开闭部55,通过开闭部55来将连接路54的第一支路54B打开规定时间。由此,使连接路54中的第一支路54B与汇合路54A之间连通,因此在处理剂供给部52中,洗涤剂容纳部53A内的洗涤运转一次的量的洗涤剂从汇合路54A被供给至洗澡水供给路22。供给至洗澡水供给路22的洗涤剂随着流过供水路20的下游区域20D的自来水一起被供给至洗涤桶4内。
当洗涤桶4内的水位上升至规定水位时,控制部50在停止供水后通过控制马达6和传递机构7来使旋转翼5旋转。由此,洗涤桶4内的洗涤物Q通过被搅拌或者利用洗涤剂分解污垢而被洗净。最后,控制部50通过打开排水阀12 来将洗涤桶4排水。
在漂洗过程中,控制部50首先通过在关闭了排水阀12的状态下将供水阀23打开规定时间来向洗涤桶4内蓄留自来水。接着,控制部50通过控制马达6和传递机构7来使旋转翼5旋转。由此,洗涤桶4内的洗涤物Q被漂洗。特别是,在最终漂洗过程中,控制部50控制处理剂供给部52的开闭部55,通过开闭部55来将连接路54的第二支路54C打开规定时间。由此,使连接路54中的第二支路54C与汇合路54A之间连通,因此在处理剂供给部52中,柔顺剂容纳部53B内的洗涤运转一次的量的柔顺剂从汇合路54A被供给至洗澡水供给路22。供给至洗澡水供给路22的柔顺剂随着流过供水路20的下游区域20D的自来水一起被供给至洗涤桶4内。然后,通过旋转翼5旋转,柔顺剂在洗涤桶4内渗入洗涤物Q。最后,控制部50将洗涤桶4排水。
在脱水过程中,如上所述,控制部50通过在打开了排水阀12的状态下控制马达6和传递机构7来使洗涤桶4以规定的脱水转速旋转。由此,洗涤桶4内的洗涤物Q通过离心力作用而被脱水。当洗涤运转随着脱水过程的结束而结束时,用户既可以使处理剂供给部52处于装接于取入口35的状态不变,也可以使处理剂供给部52从取入口35脱离。
如上所述,在洗衣机1中,取入口35、洗澡水供给路22之类的与洗澡水相关的结构不仅能用于向洗涤桶4内供给洗澡水,还能用于向洗涤桶4内自动投入处理剂,因此能谋求该结构的有效利用。在该情况下,用户无需通过手工操作即可将清洗剂投入至洗涤桶4内。
本发明不限定于以上说明的实施方式,可以在技术方案所记载的范围内进行各种变更。
例如,处理剂供给部52在本实施方式中供给洗涤剂和柔顺剂中的双方,但也可以仅供给洗涤剂和柔顺剂中的任一方,该情况下的容纳部53仅具有洗涤剂容纳部53A和柔顺剂容纳部53B中的任一方。
在洗衣机1中,容纳处理剂的其他处理剂容纳部(未图示)可以设于供水路20的中途。在该情况下,供水时处理剂容纳部内的处理剂随着水一起被投入至洗涤桶4内。在洗衣机1中,通过分开使用该处理剂容纳部和外置的处理剂 供给部52,能分开使用多种处理剂进行洗涤。
可以是,洗衣机1还包括:处理剂泵(未图示),吸入从处理剂供给部52供给的处理剂并将其向洗涤桶4侧吐出。处理剂泵设于处理剂供给部52的连接路54或洗澡水供给路22。控制部50能通过控制开闭部55的开度、该处理剂泵的动作来调整向洗涤桶4内的处理剂的供给量。
此外,洗衣机1还可以包括检测处理剂供给部52向取入口35的拆装的传感器等检测部(未图示)。在该情况下,检测部与控制部50电连接,将检测结果实时输入至控制部50。当检测部检测到处理剂供给部52向取入口35的装接时,控制部50自动判别处理剂供给部52的存在。与此相应地,控制部50使用从处理剂供给部52供给的洗涤剂、柔顺剂来执行洗涤运转。因此,在该洗涤运转中,如上所述,控制部50通过开闭部55来打开连接路54,将洗涤剂、柔顺剂从处理剂供给部52选择性地供给至洗澡水供给路22。在检测部未检测到处理剂供给部52向取入口35的装接的情况下,控制部50不使用处理剂或使用由用户手动投入的处理剂来执行洗涤运转。
此外,可以是,用户能通过操作显示操作部10来选择是否使用处理剂供给部52的处理剂进行洗涤。控制部50根据该选择将处理剂投入至洗涤桶4内或者不投入至该洗涤桶4内。
在上述的实施方式中,控制部50原本经由作为洗澡水泵40用的电缆51与处理剂供给部52连接,由此控制处理剂供给部52。也可以在电缆51之外设置将处理剂供给部52与控制部50相连的专用的电缆。或者,控制部50与处理剂供给部52也可以以可无线通信的方式相连,在该情况下,控制部50也可以不使用电缆而通过无线来控制处理剂供给部52。在该情况下,处理剂供给部52也可以内置电池并通过该电池来被驱动。
在取入口35之外,洗衣机1还可以具备用于装接处理剂供给部52的装接口。该情况下的洗衣机1在洗澡水供给路22之外还可以具备与将来自处理剂供给部52的处理剂从装接口供给至洗涤桶4内的专用的供给路。洗澡水供给路22可以以不与供水路20汇合的方式将洗澡水直接供给至洗涤桶4内。
洗衣机1在本实施方式中是洗涤桶4纵向配置的立式洗衣机,但洗涤桶4 的中心轴J除了沿上下方向Z即垂直方向配置以外,也可以相对于垂直方向倾斜地配置。而且,洗衣机1也可以是中心轴J为水平的滚筒洗衣机。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    箱体;
    洗涤桶,配置于所述箱体内,容纳洗涤物;
    取入口,用于取入洗澡水;
    洗澡水供给路,用于将由所述取入口取入的洗澡水供给至所述洗涤桶内;以及
    处理剂供给部,能从所述箱体之外安装于所述取入口或从所述取入口拆卸,并具有:容纳部,容纳洗涤用的处理剂;连接路,将所述容纳部和所述取入口相连;以及电动的开闭部,对所述连接路进行开闭,所述处理剂供给部将所述容纳部内的处理剂供给至所述洗澡水供给路。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,
    所述容纳部具有容纳洗涤剂的洗涤剂容纳部和容纳柔顺剂的柔顺剂容纳部,
    所述连接路分支为与所述洗涤剂容纳部相连的第一支路和与所述柔顺剂容纳部相连的第二支路。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,包括:
    控制部,执行洗涤运转;以及
    电缆,被拉出至所述箱体之外,将所述控制部和所述开闭部电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,
    在所述处理剂供给部装接于所述取入口的情况下,所述控制部在所述洗涤运转中通过所述开闭部来打开所述连接路。
