现有的编制机构包括针筒、舌针、沉降片、沉降片圆环、三角座、三角、沉降片三角座、沉降片三角、导纱器等。针筒每个针槽插有幢位不同的四种针1、2、3、4,每一路三角座自上而下装有四块三角,分别作用于预制相应高度的织针针锺,用于选接成圈、集圈、不编织。
现有割圈绒机生产的绒类面料背面加织上一层汗布组织,成为该织物服用的里子或外层。加织上去的该层织物组织,可以利用现有纺织材料(化纤、棉类、羊毛、氨纶等各种各样的纺织原料),丰富了该绒类面料的使用范围。
其中汗布,是所有针织圆纬机针织面料中最基础的面料。汗布顾名思义,就是做汗衫的布,中文学名:单面平纹组织或单面纬平组织。在针织服装上应用于春夏季T恤、时装、秋冬季的内衣,运动休闲针织服装,也可广泛应用于复合面料、服装配件等。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明公开了一种汗布贴合割绒布的针织圆纬机用针织工艺。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种汗布贴合割绒布的针织圆纬机用针织工艺,包括针织圆纬机和编织动作;针织圆纬机包括编织机构;所述编织机构包括上盘组件和下盘组件;所述上盘组件和下盘组件均包括针筒;所述针筒包括一体成型的上体和下体;所述针筒开设埋置弹簧用孔;针筒口与弹簧之间的距离为l 5;所述下体安装插片;所述插片内安装多组编织元件;每组编织元件包括织针、第一织钩和第二织钩;所述织针包括针头、针舌和至少一个针脚;所述针舌和所述针脚之间设置多个第一台阶;所述针舌的动程为l 1;所述针头到从所述针头往下第一个的第一台阶的距离为l 4mm;所述第一织钩包括第一钩头、第一钩杆和第一钩脚;所述第一钩杆上设置多个第二台阶;所述第一钩头到从所述第一钩头往下第一个的第二台阶的距离为l 6mm,所述第二织钩包括第二钩头、第二钩杆和第二钩脚;所述第二钩杆上设置多个第三台阶;所述第二钩头到从所述第二钩头往下第一个的第三台阶的距离为l 7mm,并且,l 6=l 7;第一钩杆和所述第二钩杆均开设凹槽;所述凹槽内插入织刀;所述织刀包括刀头和刀杆;初始工作状态时,所述第一织钩和第二织钩重合;所述第一钩脚和所述第二钩脚之间的距离为l 2;初始工作状态时,所述第一钩头或所述第二钩头和所述刀头之间的距离为l 3;所述上盘组件的运动位移轨迹包括第一针段和第二针段;所述下盘组件的运动位移轨迹包括第一段、第二段、第三段、第四段、第五段和第六段;所述编织机构包括以下动作步骤:

第二路:起针,起钩;所述上盘组件的第一针段和所述上盘组件的第二针段浮线;所述下盘组件的所述织针的位置、第一织钩的位置、第二织钩的位置和织刀的位置均位于所述第二段;所述下盘组件的织针起针;所述下盘组件的第一织钩起钩;
第三路:收针,收钩,挂毛纱;所述下盘组件的所述织针的位置、第一织 钩的位置、第二织钩的位置和织刀的位置均位于所述第三段;当所述下盘组件的织针和第一织钩达到最高点时,最高点和所述针筒口之间的垂直距离为Ymm,Y≤l 2;此时,所述下盘组件的织针和第一织钩同时挂毛纱;此时,所述下盘组件的第二织钩和织刀均处在不工作的状态;
第四路:下盘完成挂毛纱,针不脱圈;所述上盘组件的第一针段和所述上盘组件的第二针段浮线;所述下盘组件的所述织针的位置、第一织钩的位置、第二织钩的位置和织刀的位置均位于所述第四段;所述下盘组件的织针到达距所述针筒口的距离为l 1时,所述下盘组件的织针开始平移;同时,所述下盘组件的第一织钩继续收钩,第一织钩下沉且到达最低点;
第五路:上盘挂纱,下盘第一次挂底纱;所述上盘组件的第一针段的针和所述上盘组件的第二针段的针起针,挂好纱后收针,完成上盘挂纱任务;所述下盘组件的所述织针的位置、第一织钩的位置、第二织钩的位置和织刀的位置均位于所述第五段;此时,所述下盘组件的织针、第一织钩、第二织钩和织刀均处在不工作状态;当所述下盘组件的第一织钩到达最低点时,所述下盘组件的织针挂一根底纱;所述下盘组件的第一次挂底纱完成后,收针脱圈;此时,所述下盘组件的的第二织钩和织刀均处在不工作的状态;
第六路:下盘第二次挂底纱;所述下盘组件的所述织针的位置、第一织钩的位置、第二织钩的位置和织刀的位置均位于所述第六段;所述下盘组件的织针第二次挂一根底纱,可固定毛纱;所述下盘组件的织针第二次挂底纱完成后收针,完成绑毛纱;此时,所述上盘组件的第一针段、所述上盘组件的第二针段、所述下盘组件的第一织钩、第二织钩和织刀均处在不工作状态;
第七路:第一织钩更换为第二织钩;第二织钩按照第一织钩的第一路→第六路循环;第一织钩按照第二织钩的第一路→第六路循环;所述上盘组件、所述下盘组件的其它的部件均照第一路→第六路循环,所述上盘组件和所述下盘组件的工作十二路为一个工作循环。
其进一步的技术特征为:所述编织机构还包括三角、上三角座和下三角座;所述上三角座的三角有两条针道;所述上盘组件的第一针段和第二针段运动由 所述上三角座上的三角控制,可控制所述上盘组件的织针在第一针段或第二针段起针或浮针;所述下三角座上安装四个三角;所述下盘组件的织针、第一织钩、第二织钩和织刀对应在四个所述三角内运动。
其进一步的技术特征为:在所述第四路或第十路中,所述第一织钩或所述第二织钩下沉的最低点为第一钩头或第二钩头距针筒的弹簧的距离Zmm,计算公式如下:Z=l 4-Y-W-N,式中,W为第一织钩或第二织钩不工作时,第一钩头或第二钩头和针筒口之间的距离,N为针筒的弹簧宽度。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过织针、第一织钩、第二织钩和织刀的十二路工作循环完成割圈绒类产品反面用汗布复合的工艺,替代割圈绒类产品原有反面需要用胶水复合的工艺,由于本发明没有胶水复合的工艺,就没有胶水造成的有害物质。

第一路:起半针,起刀。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第一段601。上盘组件的第一针段的织针200起半针与下盘组件的织针200起半针形成对拉,起到连接上盘线圈和下盘线圈的作用。同时下盘组件的织刀500向上挺Xmm,切断钩上的线圈。X≥l 3
第二路:起针,起钩。上盘组件的第一针段和上盘组件的第二针段浮线。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第二段602。下盘组件的织针200起针。下盘组件的第一织钩300起钩。
第三路:收针,收钩,挂毛纱。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第三段603。当下盘组件的织针200和第一织钩300达到最高点时,最高点和针筒口之间的垂直距离为Ymm,Y≤l 2。此时,下盘组件的织针200和第一织钩300同时挂毛纱。此时,下盘组件的第二织钩400和织刀500均处在不工作的状态。
第四路:下盘完成挂毛纱,针不脱圈。上盘组件的第一针段和上盘组件的第二针段浮线。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第四段604。下盘组件的织针200到达距针筒口的距离为l 1时,下盘组件的织针200开始平移。同时,下盘组件的第一织钩300继续收钩,第一织钩300下沉且到达最低点。
第五路:上盘挂纱,下盘第一次挂底纱。上盘组件的第一针段的针和上盘组件的第二针段的针起针,挂好纱后收针,完成上盘挂纱任务。下盘组件的织 针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第五段605。此时,下盘组件的织针200、第一织钩300、第二织钩400和织刀500均处在不工作状态。当下盘组件的第一织钩300到达最低点时,下盘组件的织针200挂一根底纱。下盘组件的第一次挂底纱完成后,收针脱圈。此时,下盘组件的的第二织钩400和织刀500均处在不工作的状态。上盘组件和下盘组件在第五路时为单独工作。
第六路:下盘第二次挂底纱。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第六段606。下盘组件的织针200第二次挂一根底纱,可固定毛纱。下盘组件的织针200第二次挂底纱完成后收针,完成绑毛纱。此时,上盘组件的第一针段、上盘组件的第二针段、下盘组件的第一织钩300、第二织钩400和织刀500均处在不工作状态。
第七路:第一织钩300更换为第二织钩400。第二织钩400按照第一织钩300的第一路→第六路循环。第一织钩300按照第二织钩400的第一路→第六路循环。上盘组件、下盘组件的其它的部件均照第一路→第六路循环,上盘组件和下盘组件的工作十二路为一个工作循环。
在第四路或第十路中,第一织钩300或第二织钩400下沉的最低点为第一钩头301或第二钩头401距针筒的弹簧的距离Zmm,计算公式如下:Z=l 4-Y-W-N,式中,W为第一织钩300或第二织钩400不工作时,第一钩头301或第二钩头401和针筒口之间的距离,N为针筒100的弹簧宽度。同时,l 8≤W,使织刀500割断的毛纱可以达到针筒100的背面位置。
图10为下盘组件的结构示意图。如图10所示,编织机构还包括三角、上三角座和下三角座。上三角座的三角有两条针道。上盘组件的第一针段和第二针段运动由上三角座上的三角控制,可控制上盘组件的织针200在第一针段或第二针段起针或浮针。下三角座上安装四个三角。下盘组件的织针200、第一织钩300、第二织钩400和织刀500对应在四个三角内运动。
【实施例1】
上盘组件和下盘组件均包括针筒100。针筒100包括一体成型的上体101 和下体102。针筒100开设埋置弹簧用孔,孔内埋置弹簧。针筒口与弹簧之间的距离为l 5。本实施例中,l 5=28mm。下体102安装插片103。插片103内安装多组编织元件。上体101焊接一对护齿104。每组编织元件包括织针200、第一织钩300和第二织钩400。
织针200的规格为150mm,第一织钩300的规格为72mm,第二织钩400的规格为108.5mm,织刀500的规格为22.63m。织针200包括针头201、针舌202和至少一个针脚203。针舌202和针脚203之间设置多个第一台阶204。针舌202的动程为l 1=6mm。针头201到从针头201往下第一个的第一台阶204的距离为l 4=50mm。第一织钩300包括第一钩头301、第一钩杆302和第一钩脚303。第一钩杆302上设置多个第二台阶304。第一钩头301到从第一钩头301往下第一个的第二台阶304的距离为l 6mm,第二织钩400包括第二钩头401、第二钩杆402和第二钩脚403。第二钩杆402上设置多个第三台阶404。第二钩头401到从第二钩头401往下第一个的第三台阶404的距离为l 7mm,并且,l 6=l 7=46mm。第一钩杆302和第二钩杆402均开设凹槽。凹槽内插入织刀500。织刀500包括刀头501和刀杆502。初始工作状态时,第一钩脚303和第二钩脚403之间的距离为l 2=31mm。初始工作状态时,第一钩头301或第二钩头401和刀头501之间的距离为l 3=4mm。上盘组件的运动位移轨迹包括第一针段和第二针段。下盘组件的运动位移轨迹包括第一段601、第二段602、第三段603、第四段604、第五段605和第六段606。
编织机构包括以下动作步骤:
第一路:起半针,起织刀。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第一段601。上盘组件的第一针段的织针200起半针与下盘组件的织针200起半针形成对拉,起到连接上盘线圈和下盘线圈的作用。同时下盘组件的织刀500向上挺Xmm,X≥l 3,即X≥4mm,切断钩上的线圈。本实施例中优选,X=4mm。即盘组件的织刀500向上挺4mm,切断钩上的线圈。
第二路:起针,起钩。上盘组件的第一针段和上盘组件的第二针段浮线。 下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第二段602。下盘组件的织针200起针。下盘组件的第一织钩300起钩。
第三路:收针,收钩,挂毛纱。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第三段603。当下盘组件的织针200和第一织钩300达到最高点时,最高点和针筒口之间的垂直距离为Ymm,Y≤l 2即Y≤31mm。本实施例中优选,Y=16mm。此时,下盘组件的织针200和第一织钩300同时挂毛纱。此时,下盘组件的第二织钩400和织刀500均处在不工作的状态。
第四路:下盘完成挂毛纱,针不脱圈。上盘组件的第一针段和上盘组件的第二针段浮线。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第四段604。下盘组件的织针200到达距针筒口的距离为4mm时,下盘组件的织针200开始平移。同时,下盘组件的第一织钩300继续收钩,第一织钩300下沉且到达最低点。第一织钩300下沉的最低点为第一钩头301距针筒的弹簧的距离Zmm,计算公式如下:Z=l 4-Y-W-N,式中,W为第一织钩300或第二织钩400不工作时,第一钩头301或第二钩头401和针筒口之间的距离,N为针筒100的弹簧宽度。本实施例中,W=20mm,N=4mm,Z=50-16-20-4=10mm。
第五路:上盘挂纱,下盘第一次挂底纱。上盘组件的第一针段的针和上盘组件的第二针段的针起针,挂好纱后收针,完成上盘挂纱任务。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第五段605。此时,下盘组件的织针200、第一织钩300、第二织钩400和织刀500均处在不工作状态。当下盘组件的第一织钩300到达最低点时,下盘组件的织针200挂一根底纱。下盘组件第一次挂底纱完成后,收针脱圈。此时,下盘组件的的第二织钩400和织刀500均处在不工作的状态。
第六路:下盘第二次挂底纱。下盘组件的织针200第二次挂一根底纱,可固定毛纱。下盘组件的织针200第二次挂底纱完成后收针,完成绑毛纱。此时, 上盘组件的第一针段、上盘组件的第二针段、下盘组件的第一织钩300、第二织钩400和织刀500均处在不工作状态。
第七路:第一织钩300更换为第二织钩400。第二织钩400按照第一织钩300的第一路→第六路循环。第一织钩300按照第二织钩400的第一路→第六路循环。上盘组件、下盘组件的其它的部件均照第一路→第六路循环,上盘组件和下盘组件的工作十二路为一个工作循环。
具体地,下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第一段601。上盘组件的第一针段的织针200起半针与下盘组件的织针200起半针形成对拉,起到连接上盘线圈和下盘线圈的作用。同时下盘组件的织刀500向上挺Xmm,X≥5mm,切断钩上的线圈。本实施例中优选,X=4mm。即盘组件的织刀500向上挺4mm,切断钩上的线圈。
第八路:起针,起钩。上盘组件的第一针段和上盘组件的第二针段浮线。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第二段602。下盘组件的织针200起针。下盘组件的第二织钩400起钩。
第九路:收针,收钩,挂毛纱。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第三段603。当下盘组件的织针200和第一织钩300达到最高点时,最高点和针筒口之间的垂直距离为Ymm,Y≤l 2即Y≤33mm。本实施例中优选,Y=13.5mm。此时,下盘组件的织针200和第二织钩400同时挂毛纱。此时,下盘组件的第一织钩300和织刀500均处在不工作的状态。
第十路中,下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第四段604。第二织钩400下沉的最低点为第二钩头401距针筒的弹簧的距离Zmm,计算公式如下:Z=l 4-Y-W-N,式中,W为第一织钩300或第二织钩400不工作时,第一钩头301或第二钩头401和针筒口之间的距离,N为针筒100的弹簧宽度。本实施例中,W=20 mm,N=4mm,Z=50-16-20-4=10mm。
第十一路:上盘挂纱,下盘第一次挂底纱。上盘组件的第一针段的针和上盘组件的第二针段的针起针,挂好纱后收针,完成上盘挂纱任务。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第五段605。此时,下盘组件的织针200、第一织钩300、第二织钩400和织刀500均处在不工作状态。当下盘组件的第二织钩400到达最低点时,下盘组件的织针200挂一根底纱。下盘组件的第一次挂底纱完成后,收针脱圈。此时,下盘组件的的第一织钩300和织刀500均处在不工作的状态。
第十二路:下盘第二次挂底纱。下盘组件的织针200第二次挂一根底纱,可固定毛纱。下盘组件的织针200第二次挂底纱完成后收针,完成绑毛纱。此时,上盘组件的第一针段、上盘组件的第二针段、下盘组件的第一织钩300、第二织钩400和织刀500均处在不工作状态。
【实施例2】
上盘组件和下盘组件均包括针筒100。针筒100包括一体成型的上体101和下体102。针筒100开设埋置弹簧用孔,孔内埋置弹簧。针筒口与弹簧之间的距离为l 5。本实施例中,l 5=30mm。下体102安装插片103。插片103内安装多组编织元件。上体101焊接一对护齿104。每组编织元件包括织针200、第一织钩300和第二织钩400。
织针200的规格为152mm,第一织钩300的规格为74mm,第二织钩400的规格为110.5mm,织刀500的规格为22.63mm。织针200包括针头201、针舌202和至少一个针脚203。针舌202和针脚203之间设置多个第一台阶204。针舌202的动程为l 1=8mm。针头201到从针头201往下第一个的第一台阶204的距离为l 4=52mm。第一织钩300包括第一钩头301、第一钩杆302和第一钩脚303。第一钩杆302上设置多个第二台阶304。第一钩头301到从第一钩头301往下第一个的第二台阶304的距离为l 6mm,第二织钩400包括第二钩头401、第二钩杆402和第二钩脚403。第二钩杆402上设置多个第三台阶404。第二钩头401到从第二钩头401往下第一个的第三台阶404的距 离为l 7mm,并且,l 6=l 7=48mm。第一钩杆302和第二钩杆402均开设凹槽。凹槽内插入织刀500。织刀500包括刀头501和刀杆502。初始工作状态时,第一钩脚303和第二钩脚403之间的距离为l 2=33mm。初始工作状态时,第一钩头301或第二钩头401和刀头501之间的距离为l 3=5mm。上盘组件的运动位移轨迹包括第一针段和第二针段。下盘组件的运动位移轨迹包括第一段601、第二段602、第三段603、第四段604、第五段605和第六段606。
编织机构包括以下动作步骤:
第一路:起半针,起织刀。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第一段601。上盘组件的第一针段的织针200起半针与下盘组件的织针200起半针形成对拉,起到连接上盘线圈和下盘线圈的作用。同时下盘组件的织刀500向上挺Xmm,X≥l 3,即X≥5mm,切断钩上的线圈。本实施例中优选,X=5mm。即盘组件的织刀500向上挺5mm,切断钩上的线圈。
第二路:起针,起钩。上盘组件的第一针段和上盘组件的第二针段浮线。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第二段602。下盘组件的织针200起针。下盘组件的第一织钩300起钩。
第三路:收针,收钩,挂毛纱。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第三段603。当下盘组件的织针200和第一织钩300达到最高点时,最高点和针筒口之间的垂直距离为Ymm,Y≤l 2即Y≤33mm。本实施例中优选,Y=18mm。此时,下盘组件的织针200和第一织钩300同时挂毛纱。此时,下盘组件的第二织钩400和织刀500均处在不工作的状态。
第四路:下盘完成挂毛纱,针不脱圈。上盘组件的第一针段和上盘组件的第二针段浮线。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第四段604。下盘组件的织针200到达距针筒口的距离为4mm时,下盘组件的织针200开始平移。同时,下盘组 件的第一织钩300继续收钩,第一织钩300下沉且到达最低点。第一织钩300下沉的最低点为第一钩头301距针筒的弹簧的距离Zmm,计算公式如下:Z=l 4-Y-W-N,式中,W为第一织钩300或第二织钩400不工作时,第一钩头301或第二钩头401和针筒口之间的距离,N为针筒100的弹簧宽度。本实施例中,W=20mm,N=4mm,Z=52-18-20-4=10mm。
第五路:上盘挂纱,下盘第一次挂底纱。上盘组件的第一针段的针和上盘组件的第二针段的针起针,挂好纱后收针,完成上盘挂纱任务。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第五段605。此时,下盘组件的织针200、第一织钩300、第二织钩400和织刀500均处在不工作状态。当下盘组件的第一织钩300到达最低点时,下盘组件的织针200挂一根底纱。下盘组件第一次挂底纱完成后,收针脱圈。此时,下盘组件的的第二织钩400和织刀500均处在不工作的状态。
第六路:下盘第二次挂底纱。下盘组件的织针200第二次挂一根底纱,可固定毛纱。下盘组件的织针200第二次挂底纱完成后收针,完成绑毛纱。此时,上盘组件的第一针段、上盘组件的第二针段、下盘组件的第一织钩300、第二织钩400和织刀500均处在不工作状态。
第七路:第一织钩300更换为第二织钩400。第二织钩400按照第一织钩300的第一路→第六路循环。第一织钩300按照第二织钩400的第一路→第六路循环。上盘组件、下盘组件的其它的部件均照第一路→第六路循环,上盘组件和下盘组件的工作十二路为一个工作循环。
具体地,下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第一段601。上盘组件的第一针段的织针200起半针与下盘组件的织针200起半针形成对拉,起到连接上盘线圈和下盘线圈的作用。同时下盘组件的织刀500向上挺Xmm,X≥5mm,切断钩上的线圈。本实施例中优选,X=5mm。即盘组件的织刀500向上挺5mm,切断钩上的线圈。
第八路:起针,起钩。上盘组件的第一针段和上盘组件的第二针段浮线。 下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第二段602。下盘组件的织针200起针。下盘组件的第二织钩400起钩。
第九路:收针,收钩,挂毛纱。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第三段603。当下盘组件的织针200和第一织钩300达到最高点时,最高点和针筒口之间的垂直距离为Ymm,Y≤l 2即Y≤33mm。本实施例中优选,Y=18mm。此时,下盘组件的织针200和第二织钩400同时挂毛纱。此时,下盘组件的第一织钩300和织刀500均处在不工作的状态。
第十路中,下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第四段604。第二织钩400下沉的最低点为第二钩头401距针筒的弹簧的距离Zmm,计算公式如下:Z=l 4-Y-W-N,式中,W为第一织钩300或第二织钩400不工作时,第一钩头301或第二钩头401和针筒口之间的距离,N为针筒100的弹簧宽度。本实施例中,W=20mm,N=4mm,Z=52-18-20-4=10mm。
第十一路:上盘挂纱,下盘第一次挂底纱。上盘组件的第一针段的针和上盘组件的第二针段的针起针,挂好纱后收针,完成上盘挂纱任务。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第五段605。此时,下盘组件的织针200、第一织钩300、第二织钩400和织刀500均处在不工作状态。当下盘组件的第二织钩400到达最低点时,下盘组件的织针200挂一根底纱。下盘组件的第一次挂底纱完成后,收针脱圈。此时,下盘组件的的第一织钩300和织刀500均处在不工作的状态。
第十二路:下盘第二次挂底纱。下盘组件的织针200第二次挂一根底纱,可固定毛纱。下盘组件的织针200第二次挂底纱完成后收针,完成绑毛纱。此时,上盘组件的第一针段、上盘组件的第二针段、下盘组件的第一织钩300、第二织钩400和织刀500均处在不工作状态。
【实施例3】
上盘组件和下盘组件均包括针筒100。针筒100包括一体成型的上体101和下体102。针筒100开设埋置弹簧用孔,孔内埋置弹簧。针筒口与弹簧之间的距离为l 5。本实施例中,l 5=32mm。下体102安装插片103。插片103内安装多组编织元件。上体101焊接一对护齿104。每组编织元件包括织针200、第一织钩300和第二织钩400。
织针200的规格为154mm,第一织钩300的规格为76mm,第二织钩400的规格为112.5mm,织刀500的规格为22.63mm。织针200包括针头201、针舌202和至少一个针脚203。针舌202和针脚203之间设置多个第一台阶204。针舌202的动程为l 1=8mm。针头201到从针头201往下第一个的第一台阶204的距离为l 4=54mm。第一织钩300包括第一钩头301、第一钩杆302和第一钩脚303。第一钩杆302上设置多个第二台阶304。第一钩头301到从第一钩头301往下第一个的第二台阶304的距离为l 6mm,第二织钩400包括第二钩头401、第二钩杆402和第二钩脚403。第二钩杆402上设置多个第三台阶404。第二钩头401到从第二钩头401往下第一个的第三台阶404的距离为l 7mm,并且,l 6=l 7=50mm。第一钩杆302和第二钩杆402均开设凹槽。凹槽内插入织刀500。织刀500包括刀头501和刀杆502。初始工作状态时,第一钩脚303和第二钩脚403之间的距离为l 2=35mm。初始工作状态时,第一钩头301或第二钩头401和刀头501之间的距离为l 3=4mm。上盘组件的运动位移轨迹包括第一针段和第二针段。下盘组件的运动位移轨迹包括第一段601、第二段602、第三段603、第四段604、第五段605和第六段606。
编织机构包括以下动作步骤:
第一路:起半针,起织刀。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第一段601。上盘组件的第一针段的织针200起半针与下盘组件的织针200起半针形成对拉,起到连接上盘线圈和下盘线圈的作用。同时下盘组件的织刀500向上挺Xmm,X≥l 3,即X≥4mm,切断钩上的线圈。本实施例中优选,X=4mm。即盘组件的织刀500向上挺4mm,切断钩上的线圈。
第二路:起针,起钩。上盘组件的第一针段和上盘组件的第二针段浮线。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第二段602。下盘组件的织针200起针。下盘组件的第一织钩300起钩。
第三路:收针,收钩,挂毛纱。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第三段603。当下盘组件的织针200和第一织钩300达到最高点时,最高点和针筒口之间的垂直距离为Ymm,Y≤l 2即Y≤35mm。本实施例中优选,Y=18mm。此时,下盘组件的织针200和第一织钩300同时挂毛纱。此时,下盘组件的第二织钩400和织刀500均处在不工作的状态。
第四路:下盘完成挂毛纱,针不脱圈。上盘组件的第一针段和上盘组件的第二针段浮线。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第四段604。下盘组件的织针200到达距针筒口的距离为4mm时,下盘组件的织针200开始平移。同时,下盘组件的第一织钩300继续收钩,第一织钩300下沉且到达最低点。第一织钩300下沉的最低点为第一钩头301距针筒的弹簧的距离Zmm,计算公式如下:Z=l 4-Y-W-N,式中,W为第一织钩300或第二织钩400不工作时,第一钩头301或第二钩头401和针筒口之间的距离,N为针筒100的弹簧宽度。本实施例中,W=22mm,N=4mm,Z=54-18-22-4=10mm。
第五路:上盘挂纱,下盘第一次挂底纱。上盘组件的第一针段的针和上盘组件的第二针段的针起针,挂好纱后收针,完成上盘挂纱任务。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第五段605。此时,下盘组件的织针200、第一织钩300、第二织钩400和织刀500均处在不工作状态。当下盘组件的第一织钩300到达最低点时,下盘组件的织针200挂一根底纱。下盘组件第一次挂底纱完成后,收针脱圈。此时,下盘组件的的第二织钩400和织刀500均处在不工作的状态。
第六路:下盘第二次挂底纱。下盘组件的织针200第二次挂一根底纱,可 固定毛纱。下盘组件的织针200第二次挂底纱完成后收针,完成绑毛纱。此时,上盘组件的第一针段、上盘组件的第二针段、下盘组件的第一织钩300、第二织钩400和织刀500均处在不工作状态。
第七路:第一织钩300更换为第二织钩400。第二织钩400按照第一织钩300的第一路→第六路循环。第一织钩300按照第二织钩400的第一路→第六路循环。上盘组件、下盘组件的其它的部件均照第一路→第六路循环,上盘组件和下盘组件的工作十二路为一个工作循环。
具体地,下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第一段601。上盘组件的第一针段的织针200起半针与下盘组件的织针200起半针形成对拉,起到连接上盘线圈和下盘线圈的作用。同时下盘组件的织刀500向上挺Xmm,X≥4mm,切断钩上的线圈。本实施例中优选,X=4mm。即盘组件的织刀500向上挺4mm,切断钩上的线圈。
第八路:起针,起钩。上盘组件的第一针段和上盘组件的第二针段浮线。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第二段602。下盘组件的织针200起针。下盘组件的第二织钩400起钩。
第九路:收针,收钩,挂毛纱。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第三段603。当下盘组件的织针200和第一织钩300达到最高点时,最高点和针筒口之间的垂直距离为Ymm,Y≤l 2即Y≤35mm。本实施例中优选,Y=18mm。此时,下盘组件的织针200和第二织钩400同时挂毛纱。此时,下盘组件的第一织钩300和织刀500均处在不工作的状态。
第十路中,下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第四段604。第二织钩400下沉的最低点为第二钩头401距针筒的弹簧的距离Zmm,计算公式如下:Z=l 4-Y-W-N,式中,W为第一织钩300或第二织钩400不工作时,第一钩头301或第二钩 头401和针筒口之间的距离,N为针筒100的弹簧宽度。本实施例中,W=22mm,N=4mm,Z=54-18-22-4=10mm。
第十一路:上盘挂纱,下盘第一次挂底纱。上盘组件的第一针段的针和上盘组件的第二针段的针起针,挂好纱后收针,完成上盘挂纱任务。下盘组件的织针200的位置、第一织钩300的位置、第二织钩400的位置和织刀500的位置均位于第五段605。此时,下盘组件的织针200、第一织钩300、第二织钩400和织刀500均处在不工作状态。当下盘组件的第二织钩400到达最低点时,下盘组件的织针200挂一根底纱。下盘组件的第一次挂底纱完成后,收针脱圈。此时,下盘组件的的第一织钩300和织刀500均处在不工作的状态。
第十二路:下盘第二次挂底纱。下盘组件的织针200第二次挂一根底纱,可固定毛纱。下盘组件的织针200第二次挂底纱完成后收针,完成绑毛纱。此时,上盘组件的第一针段、上盘组件的第二针段、下盘组件的第一织钩300、第二织钩400和织刀500均处在不工作状态。
图12为实施例1~实施例3各参数汇总表,l 1、l 2、l 3、l 4、l 5、l 6、l 7、X、Y和W的数值均为变量,N为定量,满足Z=l 4-Y-W-N=10mm即可。

  1. 一种汗布贴合割绒布的针织圆纬机用针织工艺,其特征在于:包括针织圆纬机和编织动作;针织圆纬机包括编织机构;所述编织机构包括上盘组件和下盘组件;所述上盘组件和下盘组件均包括针筒(100);所述针筒(100)包括一体成型的上体(101)和下体(102);所述针筒(100)开设埋置弹簧用孔;针筒口与弹簧之间的距离为l 5;所述下体(102)安装插片(103);所述插片(103)内安装多组编织元件;每组编织元件包括织针(200)、第一织钩(300)和第二织钩(400);所述织针(200)包括针头(201)、针舌(202)和至少一个针脚(203);所述针舌(202)和所述针脚(203)之间设置多个第一台阶(204);所述针舌(202)的动程为l 1;所述针头(201)到从所述针头(201)往下第一个的第一台阶(204)的距离为l 4mm;所述第一织钩(300)包括第一钩头(301)、第一钩杆(302)和第一钩脚(303);所述第一钩杆(302)上设置多个第二台阶(304);所述第一钩头(301)到从所述第一钩头(301)往下第一个的第二台阶(304)的距离为l 6mm,所述第二织钩(400)包括第二钩头(401)、第二钩杆(402)和第二钩脚(403);所述第二钩杆(402)上设置多个第三台阶(404);所述第二钩头(401)到从所述第二钩头(401)往下第一个的第三台阶(404)的距离为l 7mm,并且,l 6=l 7;第一钩杆(302)和所述第二钩杆(402)均开设凹槽;所述凹槽内插入织刀(500);所述织刀(500)包括刀头(501)和刀杆(502);初始工作状态时,所述第一织钩(300)和第二织钩(400)重合;所述第一钩脚(303)和所述第二钩脚(403)之间的距离为l 2;初始工作状态时,所述第一钩头(301)或所述第二钩头(401)和所述刀头(501)之间的距离为l 3;所述上盘组件的运动位移轨迹包括第一针段和第二针段;所述下盘组件的运动位移轨迹包括第一段(601)、第二段(602)、第三段(603)、第四段(604)、第五段(605)和第六段(606);所述编织机构包括以下动作步骤:
    第一路:起半针,起刀;所述下盘组件的织针(200)的位置、第一织钩(300)的位置、第二织钩(400)的位置和织刀(500)的位置均位于所述第 一段(601);所述上盘组件的第一针段的织针(200)起半针与所述下盘组件的织针(200)起半针形成对拉,起到连接上盘线圈和下盘线圈的作用;同时下盘组件的织刀(500)向上挺Xmm,切断钩上的线圈;X≥l 3
    第二路:起针,起钩;所述上盘组件的第一针段和所述上盘组件的第二针段浮线;所述下盘组件的所述织针(200)的位置、第一织钩(300)的位置、第二织钩(400)的位置和织刀(500)的位置均位于所述第二段(602);所述下盘组件的织针(200)起针;所述下盘组件的第一织钩(300)起钩;
    第三路:收针,收钩,挂毛纱;所述下盘组件的所述织针(200)的位置、第一织钩(300)的位置、第二织钩(400)的位置和织刀(500)的位置均位于所述第三段(603);当所述下盘组件的织针(200)和第一织钩(300)达到最高点时,最高点和所述针筒口之间的垂直距离为Ymm,Y≤l 2;此时,所述下盘组件的织针(200)和第一织钩(300)同时挂毛纱;此时,所述下盘组件的第二织钩(400)和织刀(500)均处在不工作的状态;
    第四路:下盘完成挂毛纱,针不脱圈;所述上盘组件的第一针段和所述上盘组件的第二针段浮线;所述下盘组件的所述织针(200)的位置、第一织钩(300)的位置、第二织钩(400)的位置和织刀(500)的位置均位于所述第四段(604);所述下盘组件的织针(200)到达距所述针筒口的距离为l 1时,所述下盘组件的织针(200)开始平移;同时,所述下盘组件的第一织钩(300)继续收钩,第一织钩(300)下沉且到达最低点;
    第五路:上盘挂纱,下盘第一次挂底纱;所述上盘组件的第一针段的针和所述上盘组件的第二针段的针起针,挂好纱后收针,完成上盘挂纱任务;所述下盘组件的所述织针(200)的位置、第一织钩(300)的位置、第二织钩(400)的位置和织刀(500)的位置均位于所述第五段(605);此时,所述下盘组件的织针(200)、第一织钩(300)、第二织钩(400)和织刀(500)均处在不工作状态;当所述下盘组件的第一织钩(300)到达最低点时,所述下盘组件的织针(200)挂一根底纱;所述下盘组件的第一次挂底纱完成后,收针脱圈;此时,所述下盘组件的的第二织钩(400)和织刀(500)均处在不工 作的状态;
    第六路:下盘第二次挂底纱;所述下盘组件的所述织针(200)的位置、第一织钩(300)的位置、第二织钩(400)的位置和织刀(500)的位置均位于所述第六段(606);所述下盘组件的织针(200)第二次挂一根底纱,可固定毛纱;所述下盘组件的织针(200)第二次挂底纱完成后收针,完成绑毛纱;此时,所述上盘组件的第一针段、所述上盘组件的第二针段、所述下盘组件的第一织钩(300)、第二织钩(400)和织刀(500)均处在不工作状态;
    第七路:第一织钩(300)更换为第二织钩(400);第二织钩(400)按照第一织钩(300)的第一路→第六路循环;第一织钩(300)按照第二织钩(400)的第一路→第六路循环;所述上盘组件、所述下盘组件的其它的部件均照第一路→第六路循环,所述上盘组件和所述下盘组件的工作十二路为一个工作循环。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汗布贴合割绒布的针织圆纬机用针织工艺,其特征在于:所述编织机构还包括三角、上三角座和下三角座;所述上三角座的三角有两条针道;所述上盘组件的第一针段和第二针段运动由所述上三角座上的三角控制,可控制所述上盘组件的织针(200)在第一针段或第二针段起针或浮针;所述下三角座上安装四个三角;所述下盘组件的织针(200)、第一织钩(300)、第二织钩(400)和织刀(500)对应在四个所述三角内运动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的汗布贴合割绒布的针织圆纬机用针织工艺,其特征在于:在所述第四路或第十路中,所述第一织钩(300)或所述第二织钩(400)下沉的最低点为第一钩头(301)或第二钩头(401)距针筒的弹簧的距离Zmm,计算公式如下:Z=l 4-Y-W-N,式中,W为第一织钩(300)或第二织钩(400)不工作时,第一钩头(301)或第二钩头(401)和针筒口之间的距离,N为针筒(100)的弹簧宽度。
