一种多功能淬火装置,包括水淬装置和风淬装置,所述水淬装置包括水槽(3),所述水槽(3)的上方设有支撑架(4),所述支撑架(4)的上方设有水淬提升驱动装置(5),所述水淬提升驱动装置(5)与下方的水淬吊栏(1)连接,所述水淬吊栏(1)的底部均匀设有水淬辊棒(2),且所述水淬吊栏(1)上端设有驱动所述水淬辊棒(2)的水淬辊棒驱动装置(6)。取代了传统淬火冷却方式,采用水淬机构和风淬机构组合方式。解决了传统热处理设备单一的淬火方式,大大提高淬火的工作效率、性能、降低设备运行成本,增加了设备的性价比。

一种多功能淬火装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及工件冷却技术领域,具体涉及一种多功能淬火装置。
背景技术
目前国内的制造企业普遍采用单一的水冷淬火方式,冷却效率很低,不能满足多样化工艺集约热处理的工艺要求。
实用新型内容
(一)解决的技术问题
本实用新型提供一种多功能淬火装置,以解决背景技术中提到的实际问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种多功能淬火装置,包括水淬装置和风淬装置,所述水淬装置包括水槽,所述水槽的上方设有支撑架,所述支撑架的上方设有水淬提升驱动装置,所述水淬提升驱动装置与下方的水淬吊栏连接,所述水淬吊栏的底部均匀设有水淬辊棒,且所述水淬吊栏上端设有驱动所述水淬辊棒的水淬辊棒驱动装置。
进一步的,所述水淬提升驱动装置为减速电机。
进一步的,所述水淬提升驱动装置通过链条与下方的水淬吊栏连接。
(三)与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果
本实用新型取代了传统淬火冷却方式,采用水淬机构和风淬机构组合方式。解决了传统热处理设备单一的淬火方式,本实用新型大大提高淬火的工作效率、性能、降低设备运行成本,增加了设备的性价比。

请参阅图1-3,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:本实施例提供一种多功能淬火装置,包括水淬装置、风淬装置,水淬装置包括水槽3,水槽3的上方设有支撑架4,支撑架4的上方设有水淬提升驱动装置5,水淬提升驱动装置5通过链条与下方的水淬吊栏1连接,水淬吊栏1的底部均匀设有水淬辊棒2,且水淬吊栏1上端设有驱动水淬辊棒2的水淬辊棒驱动装置6,风淬装置包括风淬室体9,风淬室体9的前方设有风淬室门11,且风淬室体9前方左右两侧设有驱动风淬室门11的风淬室门提升驱动装置16,风淬室体9右侧上方设有堆分提升驱动装置15,堆分提升驱动装置15通过链条与堆分料机构7连接,堆分料机构7设有与上下料框17配合使用的挂钩结构,风淬室体9的底部水平铺设有风淬辊棒10,风淬室体9右侧底部设有定位装置8以及驱动风淬辊棒10的风淬辊棒驱动装置14,风淬室体9后侧设有两个风管13,风管13都设有风机12;水淬提升驱动装置5和堆分提升驱动装置15为减速电机;两个风管13分别为抽风管和送风管,且每个风管13至少设有两个风机12;风淬室门提升驱动装置16为气缸;定位装置8为位移传感器。
本实用新型的工作过程如下:
水淬辊棒2与外部辊道衔接可连续输送上下料框17,当上下料框17到达水淬辊棒2指定位置时,水淬辊棒驱动装置6停止驱动,上下料框17在水淬辊棒2上水平方向停止,再跟着水淬提升驱动装置5驱动水淬吊栏1下降至水槽3设定位置水冷至指定时间后,水淬提升驱动装置5驱动水淬吊栏1复位完成水淬,以上为水淬部分,上下料框17可随水淬辊棒2传送至下一风淬工位。
风淬室体9底部风淬辊棒10与水淬辊棒2可衔接,当上下料框17进入风淬室体9到达定位装置8设定位置时,风淬辊棒驱动装置14停止驱动,上下料框17水平方向停止,跟着堆分提升驱动装置15驱动堆分料机构7将上下料框17上层提升至设定高度,然后风淬辊棒驱动装置14开始工作将未被提升的上下料框17下部分传输到达下一工位,风淬辊棒驱动装置14停止工作,跟着堆分料机构7将上下料框17上部放下至风淬辊棒10上。此时风淬室体9两端通过风淬室门提升驱动装置16驱动风淬室门11下降关闭,两个风管13分别为抽风管和送风管,且每个风管13至少设有相应的两个抽送风机12,快速的将上下料框17内工件所带的热量散去,来达到快速冷却的目的。

  1. 一种多功能淬火装置,其特征在于:包括水淬装置和风淬装置,所述水淬装置包括水槽(3),所述水槽(3)的上方设有支撑架(4),所述支撑架(4)的上方设有水淬提升驱动装置(5),所述水淬提升驱动装置(5)与下方的水淬吊栏(1)连接,所述水淬吊栏(1)的底部均匀设有水淬辊棒(2),且所述水淬吊栏(1)上端设有驱动所述水淬辊棒(2)的水淬辊棒驱动装置(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能淬火装置,其特征在于:所述水淬提升驱动装置(5)为减速电机。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能淬火装置,其特征在于:所述水淬提升驱动装置(5)通过链条与下方的水淬吊栏(1)连接。
