进一步地,干衣设备的侧壁上设置向干衣设备内部凹陷的压型,导风格栅内嵌于压型中且导风格栅的正面与干衣设备的侧壁的外表面相齐平,压型的轮廓与导风格栅的外形一致。压型的设置便于安装导风格栅时定位,并有利于安装导风格栅后干衣设备侧壁的外观美观。
进一步地,干衣设备的左、右侧壁上分别设置进风口和出风口,进风口和出风口处设置导风格栅。所述通风口包括通风口,将通风口分别设置在干衣设备的左、右侧壁使干衣设备整体外形更美观,并且通风口位置不易吸附灰尘和绒毛。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1)本发明提供的干衣设备将通风口设置在干衣设备的侧壁上,相对于以往将通风口设置在前端面上的干衣设备,使干衣设备前端面更加美观、增强强度并且防止通风口附近吸附绒毛和灰尘;相对于以往将通风口设置在后端面上的干衣设备更加易于将周围空气吸入。
2)本发明提供的干衣设备在通风口位置设置安装导风格栅的压型,压型与导风格栅的外形相同便于导风格栅的安装;使安装槽内嵌入导风格栅后导风格栅的外表面与干衣设备的侧壁相齐平,进而保证美观。
3)本发明提供的干衣设备的导风格栅,在导风格栅的背部设置卡扣以便于将导风格栅固定在通风口附近,并且在导风格栅的背部设置第一凸筋,通过第一凸筋与通风口有的配合防止导风格栅安装过程中装反。
4)本发明提供的干衣设备的导风格栅,第一凸筋内部设置第二凸筋,第二凸筋的延伸轨迹与第一凸筋的延伸轨迹平行且向内偏移设定距离,在第一凸筋和第二凸筋之间设置密封条,通过凸筋结构和密封条的设置保证导风格栅安装后的密封性。
5)本发明提供的干衣设备的导风格栅在非正对进、出通风口处设置盲孔,所述盲孔与导风格栅的导风通孔相对称,以保证导风格栅上的导风通孔、盲孔的排布整齐、美观。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对实施例中的缺陷管理模式进行详细说明。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种用以安装在通风口处的导风格栅20,该导风格栅20可遮挡通风口,导风格栅20上的格栅结构可增大通风口与空气的接触面积以提高导风的能力,并且导风格栅20结构可阻止其它杂物进入通风口内。为了防止导风格栅20划伤人,通常将导风格栅20设置为塑料材料。
如图1-3所示,本实施例提供的导风格栅20包括表面设置导风通孔1的面板2,为了更好的覆盖通风口,面板2的面积应大于通风口的面积。面板2上设置用以导风的导风通孔1,导风通孔1在面板2上排列成格栅状的通风区域。面板背面3与安装导风格栅20的通风口的边缘内侧相对的位置第一凸筋5,即如图4、5中所示,面板背面3与进风口19的边缘相对的位置设置第一凸筋5。第一凸筋5围成的图形与通风口的边缘形状一致,即如图4、5中所示,第一凸筋5的延伸轨迹与进风口19的形状一致。并且第一凸筋5向面板背面3的外侧凸起。第一凸筋5所围的图形内部包围所述通风区域。第一凸筋5的结构设置,使得安装导风格栅20时,可以将面板背面3的第一凸筋对应插入进风口19内。第一凸筋5所围的图形与通风口的边缘形状一致并且第一凸筋5设置在与通风口边缘内侧相对的位置,第一凸筋5如果能够正常插入进风口19内则说明导风格栅20安装正确,而当第一凸筋5无法正常插入通风口内时则说明导风格栅20安装时可能出现上、下颠倒和/或左、右颠倒的情况。即综上所述,第一凸筋5的设置可以保证导风格栅20在安装时上、下和/或左、右不会出现安装颠倒的情况。其次,由于第一凸筋5向面板背面3的外侧凸起,并且第一凸筋5包围了干衣设备内部与外接相连通的通风区域,则第一凸筋5的设置可提高通风口处的密封性。
如图2、3中所示,面板背面3的第一凸筋5的内侧设置向面板背面3的外侧凸起的第二凸筋6,第二凸筋6的延伸轨迹与第一凸筋5的延伸轨迹平行且向内偏移设定距离,即第一凸筋5和第二凸筋6之间可形成槽形结构,第一凸筋5和第二凸筋之间6设置密封条7。本实施例中的两层凸筋和密封条7的设置可以进一步保证通风口处的密封性。
如图2、3中所示,面板背面3设置向外侧的水平方向延伸的卡扣8,卡扣8包括呈平板状的安装板9,安装板9远离面板背面3的边缘处设置限位的卡勾10,卡勾的一侧面24与安装板9相垂直,安装板9、卡勾的一侧面24共同构成卡接槽11。在安装导风格栅20时,可以将安装位置设置的结构嵌入至卡接槽11内,使所述设置的结构与卡接槽11相卡接以使导风格栅20安装在需安装的位置。本实施例中通过卡扣8的设置使得导风格栅20较易安装于需安装的位置。
如图1、2中所示,导风格栅20的面板2正对所述通风口的位置设置导风通孔1,面板正面12非正对所述通风口的位置设置与导风通孔1相对称的盲孔13。由于通风口的形状可以为各种不规则的图形,如果只在通风口附近设置导风通孔1的话,将导致多个导风通孔1所组成的图形不规则、影响美观。如图1中所示,面板2上设置非正对通风口的位置设置盲孔13,可使盲孔13和导风通孔1共同组成上、下、左、右均对称的图形,进而使得导风格栅20的外观更加美观。
如图1、2中所示,面板背面3设置向外侧水平方向凸起的呈台阶形的螺钉安装柱14。通过本实施例中螺钉安装柱14的结构设计,可使螺钉安装于螺钉安装柱14内,进而可增强螺钉安装位置的强度。如图2中所示,面板背面3上设置多条向外侧凸起的加强筋17,所述加强筋17在面板背面3上横纵交错设置可以进一步加强导风格栅20的强度。
本实施例提供的导风格栅20的结构设计,使得导风格栅在安装时可通过第一凸筋5插入通风口内以保证导风格栅安装的准确性,通过两层凸筋和密封条7的设计保证通风口处的密封性,通过卡扣8的设计使得导风格栅20较易安装于需安装的位置。即本实施例提供了一种更加易于安装、使通风口处密封效果更好且外观更加美观的导风格栅20。
实施例2
本实施例在上述实施例的基础上提供了一种干衣设备,在干衣设备的左、右侧壁18上分别设置进风口19和/或出风口。干衣设备中通常需要设置冷凝器,当干衣设备工作时吸入周围环境中温度较低的空气,经由特定风路流经干衣设备的冷凝器,温度较低的空气在干衣机冷凝器内与干衣设备桶内的湿热空气进行热交换,从而达到给冷凝器降温的目的,进而将干衣机设备内的湿热空气中的水气冷凝成液态水,液态水再经过特定的排水水路排出机器,流经干衣设备冷凝器的冷却风再排出到周围环境中,如此以达到烘干衣物的目的。故通常干衣设备上需要设置进风口19和出风口。以往的干衣设备通常将进风口19和/或出风口设置在前端面,进风口19和/或出风口设置在前端面上比较明显易影响干衣设备外观的整体性和美观 性,并且在干衣设备长期工作后进风口19和/或出风口易吸附上一些绒毛或者灰尘。本实施例提出将进风口19和/或出风口设置在干衣设备的左、右侧壁18上,首先使干衣设备的外观更加美观,其次使得进风口19和/或出风口处吸附绒毛或者灰尘的可能性减小。
本实施例提出在干衣设备的进风口19和/或出风口处安装如实施例1中所述的导风格栅20。如图4、5中所示,干衣设备的侧壁18上安装导风格栅20的位置处设置与导风格栅20形状相一致的压型21,以使导风格栅20可较好地内嵌于压型21中,并且如图6中所示在安装好导风格栅20后使得导风格栅20的正面与干衣设备的侧壁18的外表面相齐平。本实施例中干衣设备的侧壁18上的压型21的结构设计,使得导风格栅20安装于干衣设备的侧壁18上后,干衣设备的侧壁18的外观更加整洁、美观。
如图4、5中所示,干衣设备的压型21壁上设置向干衣设备内部沿水平方向延伸的卡接板22,卡接板22可如图3中所示由压型21的壁相干衣设备内部垂直折弯形成卡接板22,或者在压型21壁上直接设置与压型21壁垂直弯曲的卡接板22。卡接板22的延伸方向与导风格栅20上卡扣8的延伸方向一致,如图4、5中所示,安装导风格栅20时卡接板22对应嵌入导风格栅20的卡扣8的卡接槽11内并与卡接槽11相抵接;即卡接板22的底部与实施例1中所述的卡扣8的安装板9相抵接,卡接板22又被卡扣8的卡勾10所限位。本实施例的干衣设备可通过卡扣8和卡勾10的结构设置,较易将导风格栅20固定于压型21的位置处。本实施例中,干衣设备的压型21壁上还设置安装螺钉的螺钉孔23,螺钉安装柱14穿过螺钉孔23,以使安装于螺钉安装柱14中的螺钉可穿过干衣设备的侧壁18进入干衣设备内部,便于所述螺钉将导风格栅20与干衣设备内部的风道紧固安装。
实施例1中已述,如图4、5中所示,导风格栅20上设置的第一凸筋5对应嵌入干衣设备的进风口19内。通过第一凸筋5和进风口19的配合,使安装导风格栅20时可保证导风格栅20放置位置的准确性。
本实施例提供的干衣设备,在干衣设备的侧壁18上设置进风口19和/或出风口,使得干衣设备的外观更加美观、并且使进风口19和/或出风口处不易堆积绒毛和灰尘。干衣设备通过压型21、卡接板22的结构设计,使得导风格栅20可以较易安装于干衣设备上。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所 作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种干衣设备,其特征在于,所述干衣设备的侧壁(18)上设置通风口,通风口处设置导风格栅(20)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干衣设备,其特征在于,导风格栅(20)包括表面设置导风通孔(1)的面板(2),导风通孔(1)在面板(2)上形成格栅状的通风区域;面板背面(3)位于通风区域外围的位置设置向外侧凸起的第一凸筋(5),第一凸筋(5)对应嵌入通风口内,且第一凸筋(5)的延伸轨迹与通风口的形状一致。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的干衣设备,其特征在于,第一凸筋(5)的内侧设置向面板背面(3)的外侧凸起的第二凸筋(6),第二凸筋(6)的延伸轨迹与第一凸筋(5)的延伸轨迹平行且向内偏移设定距离;第一凸筋(5)和第二凸筋之间(6)设置密封条(7)。
  4. 根据权利要求2-3任一项所述的干衣设备,其特征在于,面板背面(3)设置向外侧的水平方向延伸的卡扣(8),卡扣(8)包括呈平板状的安装板(9),安装板(9)的远离面板背面(3)的边缘处设置限位的卡勾(10),卡勾的一侧面(24)与安装板(9)相垂直,安装板(9)、卡勾的一侧面(24)共同构成卡接槽(11)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的干衣设备,其特征在于,干衣设备的侧壁(18)与卡扣(8)相对的位置设置向干衣设备内部沿水平方向延伸的卡接板(22),卡接板(22)嵌入所述卡接槽(11)内并与卡接槽(11)相抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5任一项所述的干衣设备,其特征在于,面板(2)正对通风口的位置设置导风通孔(1),面板正面(12)非正对通风口的位置设置与导风通孔(1)相对称的盲孔(13)。
  7. 根据权利要求2-6任一项所述的干衣设备,其特征在于,面板背面(3)设置向外侧水平方向凸起的呈台阶形的螺钉安装柱(14);干衣设备的侧壁(18)上与螺钉安装柱(14)相对的位置设置螺钉孔(23),螺钉安装柱(14)对应穿过螺钉孔(23)伸入干衣设备内部。
  8. 根据权利要求2-7任一项所述的干衣设备,其特征在于,面板背面(3)设置多条向外侧凸起的加强筋(17)。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的干衣设备,其特征在于,干衣设备的侧壁(18)上设置向干衣设备内部凹陷的压型(21),导风格栅(20)内嵌于压型(21)中且导风格栅(20)的正面与干衣设备的侧壁(18)的外表面相齐平,压型(21)的轮廓与导风格栅(20)的外形一致。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的干衣设备,其特征在于,干衣设备的左、右侧壁上 分别设置进风口(19)和出风口,进风口(19)和出风口处设置导风格栅(20)。
