进一步地,导风格栅上设置多个导风通孔,设置导风通孔的区域构成通风区域;所述通风区域向外依次设置第二凸筋、第一密封圈、第一凸筋,第一凸筋、第二凸筋向干衣设备内部凸起;所述风道管口的凸台位于第一凸筋的延伸轨迹内部,凸台与第一密封圈远离导风格 栅的端部相抵接。通过凸台与第一凸筋、第二凸筋、第一密封圈的配合结构,保证风道管口与导风格栅连接位置的密封性。
作为一种实施例,风道管口的出风口连接风道管,风道管在干衣设备内部斜向下延伸后弯曲、呈“L”形;风道管与出风口相连位置设置密封结构,密封结构包括由风道管管口向外依次设置的第三凸筋、第二密封圈、第四凸筋,第三凸筋、第四凸筋由风道管向风道管口方向凸起;出风口设置于第四凸筋延伸轨迹内部,出风口与第二密封圈远离风道管管口的端面相抵接。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1)本发明提供的干衣设备将通风口设置在干衣设备的侧壁上,相对于以往将通风口设置在前端面上的干衣设备,使干衣设备前端面更加美观、增强强度并且防止通风口附近吸附绒毛和灰尘。
2)本发明提供的干衣设备在通风口处设置导风格栅,并提供了将由导风格栅流入干衣设备内部的气流进行引导的风道结构。风道在干衣设备内的排布合理,利于将侧壁上设置的导风格栅处的气流引导入干衣设备内部。
3)本发明提供的干衣设备的风道管口的结构形状为喇叭形,由进风口向出风口面积逐渐变小,将风道管口设置为喇叭状有利于增大进风处与外界空气的基础面积,并且提高管道管口内部的气体流速。4)本发明提供的干衣设备的风道包括与导风格栅相连的风道管口,风道管口的结构设计使得风道管口与导风格栅的连接比较简单,并且可以保证风道管口与导风格栅连接处的密封性。
5)本发明提供的干衣设备风道还包括与风道管口相连的风道管,风道管的结构设计可保证风道管口与风道管连接处的密封性。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对实施例中的缺陷管理模式进行详细说明。
实施例1
如图1-4中所述,本实施提供了一种风道管口5。本实施例在干衣设备的侧壁1上设置通风口2,而以往的干衣设备通常将通风口2设置在前端面上。将通风口2设置在前端面上,容易影响干衣设备前端面的整体美观,并且易导致通风口2处吸附灰尘和绒毛。故本实施例中将通风口2设置在干衣设备的侧壁1上,将有利于保持干衣设备整体的外观美观和减小吸附灰尘和绒毛的可能。干衣设备的侧壁1上的通风口2处设置导风格栅3,本实施例提供的风道管口5与导风格栅3相连接,用以将通过导风格栅3流入干衣设备内部的气流引导至风道管口5内,并通过风道管口5再连接其他传送气流的设备。或者部分干衣设备未单独设置导风格栅3,而是在干衣设备的侧壁1上设置与侧壁1一体的格栅结构,所述格栅结构设置在通风口2处。此时只需将本实施例提供的风道管口5与干衣设备侧壁直接连接。
如图1、3中所示,风道管口5为由导风格栅3或干衣设备的通风口2处向干衣设备内部延伸的管路。风道管口5与导风格栅3或干衣设备的通风口2处相连的端部设置进风口7,另一端设置出风口8;即风道管口5的管路两端分别设置进风口7和出风口8。如图2中所示,导风格栅3上设置导风通孔9的区域构成通风区域10,外界气流由所述通风区域10内流入 干衣设备内部。风道管口5的进风口7内覆盖通风区域10,且进风口7的形状与通风区域10形状相同;即风道管口5完全包围所述通风区域10,以保证外界流入通风区域10内的气体全部进入风道管口5。或者对于未单独设置导风格栅3的干衣设备,风道管口5的进风口7需要包括干衣设备侧壁上的通风口2,以保证由通风口2进入的气流全部流入风道管口5内。风道管口5的面积由进风口7向出风口8逐渐减小呈喇叭状。由于干衣设备内部的空间有限,故风道管口5的出风口8的面积相对较小以配合干衣设备内部的风道管路排布需要。而进风口7相对面积较大是为了提高进风口7与外界的接触面积,进而保证较多的外界气体流入风道管口5内。风道管口5的管路形状设置为喇叭型,还有利于提高由导风格栅3流入干衣设备内的气流流速。
如图2所示,风道管口5的进风口7处设置向干衣设备内部凸起的凸台11,所述凸台11用以与导风格栅3上的结构进行密封接触配合,以保证上述通风区域10处的气流流入风道管口5内的密封性。如图2中所示,导风格栅3上设置向干衣设备内部凸起的第一凸筋12、第二凸筋13,所述通风区域10向外依次设置第二凸筋13、第一密封圈14、第一凸筋12;即第二凸筋13内部包围所述通风区域10,并且在第二凸筋13的外侧依次设置第一密封圈14和第一凸筋12,以进一步保证通风区域10的密封性。第一密封圈14由于位于第二凸筋13和第一凸筋12之间,即第二凸筋13和第一凸筋12限定了第一密封圈14的水平方向位移。如图2中所示,风道管口5的凸台11位于第一凸筋12的延伸轨迹内部,凸台11与第一密封圈14远离导风格栅3的端部相抵接。凸台11内嵌于第一凸筋12内部,并且凸台11的顶壁与第一密封圈14远离导风格栅3的端部相抵接。当风道管口5与导风格栅3安装好后,风道管口5的凸台11可正好抵接在第一密封圈14上挤压第一密封圈14,即通过凸台11的结构设置限定第一密封圈14的竖直方向位移。出于美观和提高密封性的角度考虑,通常将凸台11的延伸轨迹、第一凸筋12的延伸轨迹、第二凸筋13的延伸轨迹均设置为与通风区域10的轨迹轮廓一致。本实施例中风道管口5的凸台11结构设计,使得风道管口5与导风格栅3上的第一密封圈14相配合进而风道管口5和导风格栅3连接处的密封性。对于未单独设置导风格栅3的干衣设备,可在干衣设备的侧壁1的通风口处设置第一密封圈14,并且凸台11与所述第一密封圈14相抵接,以保证风道管口5与侧壁1连接位置的密封性。
如图2中所示,所述导风格栅3上设置向干衣设备内侧水平方向凸起的螺钉安装柱15;风道管口5的左侧设置向导风格栅3上位于左侧的螺钉安装柱15延伸的左螺钉安装板16;风道管口5的右侧设置向导风格栅3上位于右侧的螺钉安装柱15延伸的右螺钉安装板17;左螺钉安装板16、右螺钉安装板17上均设置横纵交错的呈网格状的加强筋18。左螺钉安装 板16和右螺钉安装板17的设置是为了与导风格栅3上的螺钉安装柱3相配合。具体地,左螺钉安装板16、右螺钉安装板17与螺钉安装柱15相对的位置设置向干衣设备内部水平方向凸起的螺钉安装罩19,螺钉安装罩19内部中空且内嵌所述螺钉安装柱15,螺钉安装罩19向干衣设备内侧延伸的端面20上设置第一螺钉孔21,第一螺钉孔21与螺钉安装柱19的螺钉孔22相对。这样的结构设计,使得螺钉可穿过导风格栅上的螺钉孔22与螺钉安装板上的第一螺钉孔21,进而通过左、右侧的螺钉连接紧固风道管口5和导风格栅3。并且本实施例通过螺钉安装罩19的结构设计,进一步加强螺钉安装位置的强度。由图1中可知,左螺钉安装板16上的螺钉安装罩19由于靠近干衣设备侧壁1上通风口2的边缘,故将左螺钉安装板16上的螺钉安装罩19设置为一半的结构。本实施例中,通过在风道管口5的左右侧设置螺钉安装板,并利用螺钉安装板上的螺钉安装罩19与导风格栅上的螺钉安装柱15相配合,以较方便地将风道管口5和导风格栅3相紧固连接。对于未单独设置导风格栅3的干衣设备,可直接在风道管口5的侧边设置螺钉安装板,通过在螺钉安装板上和干衣设备的侧壁上设置相对的螺钉孔,进而利用螺钉将风道管口5固定在干衣设备的侧壁上。
如图1、3中所示,干衣设备的侧壁1安装导风格栅3的位置设置压型24,左螺钉安装板16和/或右螺钉安装板17设置于导风格栅3的内壁与压型24之间;压型24上与螺钉安装罩19相对位置设置安装孔25,螺钉安装罩19穿过所述安装孔25。如图1、3中所示,本实施例中右螺钉安装板17由于与干衣设备的侧壁1上的通风口2相对,即右螺钉安装板17位于所述通风口2内,右螺钉安装板17只会与导风格栅3相接触,故右螺钉安装板17未与干衣设备的侧壁1产生连接关系。而为了更好地使导风格栅3、风道管口5、干衣设备的侧壁1相固定连接,则需要使左、右螺钉安装板中的一个可延伸到干衣设备侧壁1的通风口2之外,即左螺钉安装板16和/或右螺钉安装板17设置于导风格栅3的内壁与压型24之间。
本实施例提供的风道管口5结构可以较方便与导风格栅3相连接或拆除,并且风道管口5的结构设计可较好保证风道管口5与导风格栅3相连位置的密封性。
实施例2
如5图中所示,本实施例在实施例1的基础上,提供了与上述风道管口5相连的风道管6,风道管口5和风道管6共同构成干衣设备的风道4。风道管口5的出风口8连接风道管6,风道管6在干衣设备内部斜向下延伸后弯曲、呈“L”形。
如图5、6中所示,风道管6与出风口8相连位置设置密封结构;密封结构包括由风道管管口26向外依次设置的第三凸筋27、第二密封圈28、第四凸筋29,第三凸筋27、第四凸筋 29由风道管6向风道管口5方向凸起,第二密封圈28位于第三凸筋27和第四凸筋29之间。风道管管口26外同样通过第三凸筋27、第四凸筋29和第二密封圈28的设置保证风道管6与风道管口5连接的密封性。风道管口5的出风口8设置于第四凸筋29延伸轨迹内部,出风口8与第二密封圈28远离风道管管口26的端面相抵接。即通过出风口8与第二密封圈28的端面相抵接,使得出风口8挤压第二密封圈28以限定第二密封圈28的竖直方向位移。最终所述风道管6连接位于干衣设备底部的风扇外壳30。
本实施例提供的风道管6的结构设计,便于与风道管口5相连接,并且风道管6在干衣设备内的延伸情况,便于气流流入风扇外壳中。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种干衣设备,包括在干衣设备内部延伸的传送气流的风道(4),其特征在于,所述干衣设备的侧壁(1)上设置通风口(2),通风口(2)连接风道(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种干衣设备,其特征在于,通风口(2)与风道(4)的风道管口(5)相连接,风道管口(5)面积由与通风口(2)相连的端部沿风道(4)延伸方向逐渐减小、呈喇叭状。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种干衣设备,其特征在于,所述喇叭状的风道管口(5)的两端部中面积较大的端部为进风口(7),另一端部为出风口(8);
    进风口(7)内覆盖通风口(2),且进风口(7)的形状与通风口(2)形状相同。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种干衣设备,其特征在于,风道管口(5)包括连接进风口(7)、出风口(8)的侧壁,水平方向的两侧壁中一侧壁(30)为平直的侧壁,另一侧壁(31)由出风口(8)向进风口(7)弯曲;风道管口(5)呈“L”型的喇叭状。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的一种干衣设备,其特征在于,风道管口(5)的侧边设置向风道管口(5)外延伸的螺钉安装板,螺钉安装板上设置第一螺钉孔(21),干衣设备的侧壁(1)上与第一螺钉孔(21)相对位置设置螺钉孔(22);
    风道管口(5)的进风口(7)处设置向干衣设备内部凸起的凸台(11),所述侧壁(1)的通风口外缘设置第一密封圈(14),凸台(11)与第一密封圈(14)相抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种干衣设备,其特征在于,干衣设备的侧壁(1)上通风口处(2)设置遮挡通风口(2)的导风格栅(3),所述导风格栅(3)上设置向干衣设备内侧水平方向凸起的螺钉安装柱(15);
    风道管口(5)的左侧设置向导风格栅(3)上位于左侧的螺钉安装柱(15)延伸的左螺钉安装板(16);
    风道管口(5)的右侧设置向导风格栅(3)上位于右侧的螺钉安装柱(15)延伸的右螺钉安装板(17);
    左螺钉安装板(16)、右螺钉安装板(17)上均设置横纵交错的呈网格状的加强筋(18)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种干衣设备,其特征在于,左螺钉安装板(16)、右螺钉安装板(17)与螺钉安装柱(15)相对的位置设置向干衣设备内部水平方向凸起的螺钉安装罩(19),螺钉安装罩(19)内部中空且内嵌所述螺钉安装柱(15),螺钉安装罩(19)向干衣设备内侧延伸的端面(20)上设置第一螺钉孔(21),第一螺钉孔(21)与螺钉安装柱(19)的螺钉孔(22)相对。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种干衣设备,其特征在于,干衣设备的侧壁(1)安装导风格栅(3)的位置设置压型(24),左螺钉安装板(16)和/或右螺钉安装板(17)设置于导风格栅(3)的内壁与压型(24)之间。
  9. 根据权利要求5-8任一项所述的一种干衣设备,其特征在于,导风格栅(3)上设置多个导风通孔(9),设置导风通孔(9)的区域构成通风区域(10);
    所述通风区域(10)向外依次设置第二凸筋(13)、第一密封圈(14)、第一凸筋(12),第一凸筋(12)、第二凸筋(13)向干衣设备内部凸起;
    所述风道管口(5)的凸台(11)位于第一凸筋(13)的延伸轨迹内部,凸台(11)与第一密封圈(14)远离导风格栅(3)的端部相抵接。
  10. 根据权利要求3-7任一项所述的干衣设备,其特征在于,风道管口(5)的出风口(8)连接风道管(6),风道管(6)在干衣设备内部斜向下延伸后弯曲、呈“L”形;
    风道管(6)与出风口(8)相连位置设置密封结构,密封结构包括由风道管管口(26)向外依次设置的第三凸筋(27)、第二密封圈(28)、第四凸筋(29),第三凸筋(27)、第四凸筋(29)由风道管(6)向风道管口(5)方向凸起;
    出风口(8)设置于第四凸筋(29)延伸轨迹内部,出风口(8)与第二密封圈(28)远离风道管管口(26)的端面相抵接。
