参照图1,夹爪组54,所述夹爪组54包括多个夹爪541,每个夹爪541分别垂直固定安装在各自的支撑板523一面的端部形成线状,夹爪为棍状;安装板521,所述安装板521上有两条平行的导向线522,所述导向线522上有线性滑轨522a;每个所述支撑板523可以在两条线性滑轨522a上线性滑动;夹爪驱动部53;多个所述支撑板523布置在安装板521上使得多个夹爪541在一条直线上;所述夹爪驱动部53驱动所述夹爪组54在安装板521所在的平面沿线性方向相互分离或靠近。所述夹爪驱动部53布置在所述安装板521中部;多个所述夹爪541的一部分布置在所述夹爪驱动部53的一侧,多个所述夹爪541的另一部分布置在所述夹爪驱动部53的另一侧,一般对称布置;临近所述夹爪驱动部53两侧第二夹爪541a上的两个第二支撑板524固定在所述安装板521上。如图3所示,所述夹爪驱动部53包括电机531和齿轮齿条传动机构532,所述齿轮齿条传动机构532包括一个齿轮532a和与所述齿轮532a相适配的两根齿条532b,532c,所述齿轮532a和所述电机531通过输出轴531a(注:输出轴531a外有外壳,图上未标出)连接,两根所述齿条532b,532c平行布置在所述齿轮532a的 径向两侧;两根所述齿条532b,532c布置在所述安装板521上且可径向滑动;位于所述夹爪驱动部53一侧多个夹爪541的至少一个支撑板523底部固定在齿条532b上,位于所述夹爪驱动部53另一侧多个夹爪541的至少一个支撑板523底部固定在另一个齿条532c上;所述齿条532b,532c布置方向与所述线性滑轨522a平行.
图2是图1的可伸缩夹爪组A处的局部放大图,参照图2并继续参照图1,多个第一连杆551和多个第二连杆552,第二连杆552长度大于第一连杆551;两个第一连杆551一端通过铰链轴553铰链在第二支撑板524上,该两个第一连杆551另一端分别通过两个铰链轴553铰链两个第二连杆552的一端,该两个第二连杆552的中部通过铰链轴553铰链在紧邻的支撑板523上,该两个第二连杆552的另一端分别通过两个铰链轴553铰链另外两个第二连杆552的一端,按照此方式一直铰链夹爪驱动部53一侧的所有支撑板523;第一连杆551和第二连杆552能通过铰链轴553转动;每个支撑板523底部有两个滑块522b,所述滑块522b可以在线性滑轨522a上线性滑动。
一种烟草夹持装置2包括两组(如图4)或四组(如图5)上述的可伸缩夹爪组。两组可伸缩夹爪组通过双向丝杆512相对布置,至少一组可伸缩夹爪组被夹持驱动部51驱动使得所述两组可伸缩夹爪组沿所述双向丝杆512相对分离或靠近。四组可伸缩夹爪组通过双向丝杆512两两相对布置使得四个安装板521形成四边形,四组可伸缩夹爪组围成夹持空间;至少相邻两组可伸缩夹爪组分别被夹持驱动部51驱动使得所述四组可伸缩夹爪组分别沿所述双向丝杆512相对分离或靠近使得夹持空间能够变化;所述第二夹爪541a之间设置有检测件56;所述检测件56为压力传感器。
所述的烟草夹持装置的使用方法如下步骤:处于分离状态的四组可伸缩夹爪组形成较大的夹持空间,将烟草放入四组可伸缩夹爪组形成的夹持空间中;启动夹持驱动部51使得相对的两组可伸缩夹爪组沿所述双向丝杆512相互靠近;同时启动夹爪驱动部53使得齿轮532a转动带动两根所述齿条532b,532c相对运动,然后齿条532b,532c带动其上的其中至少一个支撑板523沿线性滑轨522a线性滑动,该支撑板523通过第一连杆551和第二连杆552移动带动所有的夹爪541线性相互靠近;此时四组可伸缩夹爪组形成的夹持空间逐渐变小将其中的烟 草夹持住;根据检测件56可检测所夹持的烟草总量;
启动夹持驱动部51使得相对的两组可伸缩夹爪组沿所述双向丝杆512相互远离;同时启动夹爪驱动部53使得所有的夹爪541相互线性远离,此时夹持空间逐渐变大,将其中夹持的烟草放入指定位置;然后进行下一轮烟草夹持。
在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体的技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何方式进行组合,为了不必要的重复,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不另行说明。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可伸缩夹爪组,其特征在于,其包括:
    夹爪组(54),所述夹爪组(54)包括多个夹爪(541),每个夹爪(541)分别垂直固定安装在各自的支撑板(523)一面的端部;
    安装板(521),所述安装板(521)上有两条平行的导向线(522),所述导向线(522)上有线性滑轨(522a);每个所述支撑板(523)可以在两条线性滑轨(522a)上线性滑动;
    夹爪驱动部(53);
    多个所述支撑板(523)布置在安装板(521)上使得多个夹爪(541)布置在一条线上;所述夹爪驱动部(53)驱动所述夹爪组(54)在安装板(521)所在的平面沿线性方向相互分离或靠近。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩夹爪组,其特征在于,所述夹爪驱动部(53)布置在所述安装板(521)中部;多个所述夹爪(541)的一部分布置在所述夹爪驱动部(53)的一侧,多个所述夹爪(541)的另一部分布置在所述夹爪驱动部(53)的另一侧;靠近所述夹爪驱动部(53)两侧第二夹爪(541a)上的两个第二支撑板(524)固定在所述安装板(521)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可伸缩夹爪组,其特征在于,所述夹爪驱动部(53)包括电机(531)和齿轮齿条传动机构(532),所述齿轮齿条传动机构(532)包括一个齿轮(532a)和与所述齿轮(532a)相适配的两根齿条(532b,532c),所述齿轮(532a)和所述电机(531)通过输出轴(531a)连接,两根所述齿条(532b,532c)平行布置在所述齿轮(532a)的径向两侧;两根所述齿条(532b,532c)布置在所述安装板(521)上且可径向滑动;位于所述夹爪驱动部(53)一侧多个夹爪(541)的至少一个支撑板(523)底部固定在齿条(532b)上,位于所述夹爪驱动部(53)另一侧多个夹爪(541)的至少一个支撑板(523)底部固定在另一个齿条(532c)上;所述齿条(532b,532c)布置方向与所述线性滑轨(522a)平行。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可伸缩夹爪组,其特征在于,所述可伸缩夹爪组还包括:多个第一连杆(551)和多个第二连杆(552),第二连杆(552)长度大于第一连杆(551);两个第一连杆(551)一端通过铰链轴(553)铰链在第二支 撑板(524)上,该两个第一连杆(551)另一端分别通过两个铰链轴(553)铰链两个第二连杆(552)的一端,该两个第二连杆(552)的中部通过铰链轴(553)铰链在紧邻的支撑板(523)上,该两个第二连杆(552)的另一端分别通过两个铰链轴(553)铰链另外两个第二连杆(552)的一端,按照此方式一直铰链夹爪驱动部(53)一侧的所有支撑板(523)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可伸缩夹爪组,其特征在于,每个支撑板(523)底部有两个滑块(522b),所述滑块(522b)可以在线性滑轨(522a)上线性滑动。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的可伸缩夹爪组,其特征在于,所述第二夹爪(541a)之间设置有检测件(56);所述检测件(56)为压力传感器。
  7. 一种烟草夹持装置,其特征在于,所述烟草夹持装置(2)包括两组或四组权利要求1-6任一所述的可伸缩夹爪组。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述烟草夹持装置,其特征在于,两组可伸缩夹爪组通过双向丝杆(512)相对布置,至少一组可伸缩夹爪组被夹持驱动部(51)驱动使得所述两组可伸缩夹爪组沿所述双向丝杆(512)相对分离或靠近。
  9. 根据权利要求根据权利要求7所述烟草夹持装置,其特征在于,四组可伸缩夹爪组通过双向丝杆(512)两两相对布置使得四个安装板(521)形成四边形,四组可伸缩夹爪组围成夹持空间;至少相邻两组可伸缩夹爪组分别被夹持驱动部(51)驱动使得所述四组可伸缩夹爪组分别沿所述双向丝杆(512)相对分离或靠近使得夹持空间能够变化。
  10. 一种根据权利要求9所述烟草夹持装置的使用方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:处于分离状态的四组可伸缩夹爪组形成较大的夹持空间,将烟草放入四组可伸缩夹爪组形成的夹持空间中;启动夹持驱动部(51)使得相对的两组可伸缩夹爪组沿所述双向丝杆(512)相互靠近;同时启动夹爪驱动部(53)使得齿轮(532a)转动带动两根所述齿条(532b,532c)相对运动,然后齿条(532b,532c)带动其上的其中至少一个支撑板(523)沿线性滑轨(522a)线性滑动,该支撑板(523)通过第一连杆(551)和第二连杆(552)移动带动所有的夹爪(541)线性相互靠近;此时四组可伸缩夹爪组形成的夹持空间逐渐变小将其中的烟草夹持住;根据检测件(56)可检测所夹持的烟草总量;
    启动夹持驱动部(51)使得相对的两组可伸缩夹爪组沿所述双向丝杆(512)相互远离;同时启动夹爪驱动部(53)使得所有的夹爪(541)相互线性远离,此时夹持空间逐渐变大,将其中夹持的烟草放入指定位置;然后进行下一轮烟草夹持。
