Claims (12)
- 표면처리층, 투명층, 디자인 인쇄층 및 하지층을 포함하는 바닥재부; 및플라스틱 발포폼층 및 미세 엠보스를 갖는 밀착필름층을 포함하는 미세 엠보스 플라스틱 폼부;를 포함하는 타일형 바닥장식재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 플라스틱 발포폼층은 올레핀계 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 아조디카본아마이드 발포제 3 내지 10 중량부, 촉진제 0.2 내지 1.5 중량부, 발포안정제 0.1 내지 1 중량부 및 기타 첨가제를 포함하여 압출 가공 후 발포되어 형성된 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 타일형 바닥 장식재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 밀착필름층은 깊이(a)를 갖는 요철이 일정 간격(b)으로 구비되는 미세 엠보스를 가지며,상기 미세 엠보스는 하기 식 1을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타일형 바닥 장식재.[식 1] a ≥ 1/3 * b(이 때, 0.08mm ≤ a ≤ 0.8mm이고, 0.2 ≤ b ≤ 2mm 이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 밀착필름층은 올레핀계 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 산화방지제 0.1 내지 1 중량부, 가공조제 0.1 내지 1 중량부 및 기타 첨가제를 포함하며, 10 내지 200μm 의 두께를 갖는 올레핀계 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 타일형 바닥장식재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 밀착필름층은 PVC 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 가소제 30 내지 60 중량부, 안정제 1 내지 5 중량부 및 기타 첨가제를 포함하며, 10 내지 200μm 의 두께를 갖는 PVC 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 타일형 바닥장식재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표면처리층은 모노에스테르(Monoester) 20 내지 40중량%, 올리고머(Oligomer) 10 내지 20중량%, 폴리디아크릴레이트(Poly Diacrylate) 10 내지 20중량%, 실리콘(Silicon) 0.5 내지 5중량% 및 기타 첨가제를 포함하여 자외선에 의하여 5 내지 20μm의 두께로 코팅하고 자외선으로 경화된 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 타일형 바닥장식재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 투명층은 PVC 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 가소제 10 내지 50 중량부, 안정제 1 내지 5 중량부 및 기타 첨가제를 포함하여 0.1 내지 1mm 두께로 형성된 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 타일형 바닥장식재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 디자인 인쇄층은 PVC 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 가소제 1 내지 20 중량부, 안정제 1 내지 5 중량부, 충진재 0 내지 20 중량부, 가공조제 1 내지 5 중량부 및 기타 첨가제를 포함하여 0.05 내지 0.2mm 두께로 형성된 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 타일형 바닥장식재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하지층은 PVC 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 가소제 10 내지 60 중량부, 안정제 1 내지 5 중량부, 충진재 50 내지 600 중량부, 가공조제 1 내지 5 중량부 및 기타 첨가제를 포함하여 0.5 내지 5mm 두께로 형성된 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 타일형 바닥장식재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 바닥재부는 상기 디자인 인쇄층 및 상기 하지층 사이에 구비되는 중지층을 더 포함하며,상기 중지층은 PVC 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 가소제 10 내지 60 중량부, 안정제 1 내지 5 중량부, 충진재 50 내지 500 중량부, 가공조제 1 내지 5 중량부 및 기타 첨가제를 포함하여 0.2 내지 2mm 두께로 형성된 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 타일형 바닥장식재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 바닥재부는 중지층, 치수보강층 및 밸런스층으로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 어느 1층 이상을 더 포함하며, 상기 중지층은 PVC 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 가소제 10 내지 60 중량부, 안정제 1 내지 5 중량부, 충진재 50 내지 500 중량부, 가공조제 1 내지 5 중량부 및 기타 첨가제를 포함하여 0.2 내지 2mm 두께로 형성된 층이고,상기 치수보강층은 PVC 페이스트 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 가소제 50 내지 90 중량부, 안정제 1 내지 5 중량부, 충진재 10 내지 150 중량부, 점도조절제 2 내지 10 중량부 및 기타 첨가제를 포함하는 액상의 페이스트졸에 유리섬유 메트를 함침하여 가열 경화한 층이며,상기 밸런스층은 PVC 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 가소제 10 내지 60 중량부, 안정제 1 내지 5 중량부, 충진재 50 내지 500 중량부, 가공조제 1 내지 5 중량부 및 기타 첨가제를 포함하여 0.3 내지 3mm 두께로 형성된 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 타일형 바닥장식재.
- 하지층, 디자인 인쇄층, 투명층 및 표면처리층을 적층하여 바닥재부를 형성하는 단계;상기 하지층의 이면에 플라스틱 발포폼층 조성물을 압출 가공하고 전자선 가교 후 발포하거나 화학 발포하여 플라스틱 발포폼층을 형성하는 단계; 및밀착필름층 조성물을 압출 가공함과 동시에 엠보스롤을 이용하여 미세 엠보스를 부여하면서 상기 플라스틱 발포폼층의 이면에 부착하여 밀착필름층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 타일형 바닥장식재의 제조방법.
