Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de coloration pour une teinture à l'unisson d'un tissu. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : l'étape A de préparation de solution de coloration au cours de laquelle une solution de coloration comprend une solution de colorant et une solution d'additif, des matériaux sont dissous à l'aide d'eau douce respectivement selon les exigences d'un procédé de coloration, et sont bien mélangés et, ensuite, stockés dans un réservoir de stockage pour une utilisation ultérieure ; l'étape B de transport de solution de coloration au cours de laquelle la solution de colorant et la solution d'additif sont mélangées selon un rapport de 3:2 et sont, ensuite, introduites dans un châssis, la température étant comprise entre 18 et 35 °C ; l'étape C de remplissage dans une solution de coloration au cours de laquelle des tissus en toile sont trempés de manière continue et sans à-coups dans la solution de coloration dans le châssis pour absorber la solution de coloration et sont, ensuite, enroulés ; l'étape D d'empilement au cours de laquelle, après l'enroulement, les rouleaux de tissu en toile obtenus sont immédiatement recouverts d'un mince film étroitement avec des têtes d'arbre et sont, ensuite, empilés dans un état de rotation pendant 5 à 24 heures, la vitesse de rotation étant de 4 à 8 tr/min et la température ambiante étant de 15 à 35 °C. Le procédé présente les avantages d'économiser de la vapeur, d'économiser des additifs, de présenter un taux d'utilisation élevé de colorant, moins d'eaux usées de coloration et un respect de l'environnement et est meilleur que les procédés de coloration classiques à la fois en matière de perméabilité, de niveau de coloration de tissus et de planéité de tissu.
