本发明提供一种棉织物活性染料冷轧堆染色工艺,该工艺的步骤包括:(1)配置染液和碱液,(2)织物浸轧,(3)打卷,(4)堆置固色,(5)水洗,(6)皂洗,(7)烘干,冷轧堆染色是一种半连续化的染色过程,织物浸轧含有活性染料、碱剂和其它助剂的染液后,打卷、室温堆置一段时间,使染料完成吸附、扩散和固色作用,该染色工艺染色牢度优良,匀染性和重现性好,盐碱耗用量较少,耗水量和污水排放量也大为降低。

技术领域
本发明属于染色技术领域,涉及一种棉织物活性染料染色工艺。
背景技术
迄今为止,染色技术均是以湿热处理为基础,如高温浸染、连续轧染。 其主要缺点是能耗大, 易产生泳移色差,对张力敏感的棉织物在加工工艺中易起皱, 影响织物手感。冷轧堆染色是一种半连续化的染色过程,织物浸轧含有活性染料、碱剂和其它助剂的染液后,打卷、室温堆置一段时间,使染料完成吸附、扩散和固色作用。从染色热力学可知,染料上染量与染色温度关系密切,染色温度低,染料平衡上染量就高。所以,根据不同染料和纤维的特点,适当降低上染温度和延长上染时间,不仅可以提高上染率和固色率,还可以降低能耗,减少盐用量和污染。该染色工艺的主要优点是设备投资少、能源消耗低 、工艺简单 、产品质量好 、生产更为灵活, 可以满足目前纺织行业“清洁生产”的要求。目前冷轧堆染色法所耗用的活性染料占世界活性染料总使用量的20%-30%。纯棉机织物的冷轧堆染色在生产中早有应用,但是关于所用染料及染色工艺的选择仍缺少较明确的理论指导。因此,亟需开发一种棉织物活性染料冷轧堆染色工艺,在降低成本和能耗的同时提高染料的固色率,增加染色牢度。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种棉织物活性染料冷轧堆染色工艺,使得棉织物在染色过程中,降低成本和能耗,提高染料的固色率,增加染色牢度。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种棉织物活性染料冷轧堆染色工艺,其特征在于,该工艺的步骤包括:(1)配置染液和碱液;(2)织物浸轧,(3)打卷,(4)堆置固色,(5)水洗,(6)皂洗,(7)烘干。
进一步的,所述的染液与碱液分别使用软水配制,在染色前通过比例泵按设定比例混合,注入浸轧槽染色,染液与碱液在混合前应过滤。
进一步的,所述染液包含活性染料、尿素、渗透剂,其中活性染料浓度为10-105g/L,尿素浓度为50-100g/L,渗透剂浓度为1-2g/L;所述碱液包含硅酸钠和烧碱,其中硅酸钠浓度为50-90g/L,烧碱浓度为10-35g/L,染液与碱液的体积比为 4:1。
进一步的,所述活性染料为活性艳红 E-BA、活性黄 CA或者活性蓝 CA中的一种。
进一步的,所述织物冷轧的工艺采用一浸一轧,浸轧温度为 20-25 ℃,车速 30-40 m/min,轧余率 70% -80%。
进一步的,所述的打卷工艺为织物出轧车后通过导布辊引向打卷装置, 在这段距离内, 织物的经向张力不要太大, 否则打卷过于紧密,织物上会出现缝头印的压痕,细薄织物上则容易形成经向条影,打卷时布边要对齐,打卷完成后尽快使用塑料薄膜紧密包覆,防止外层织物出现风干。
进一步的,所述的堆置固色工艺为织物染色后被卷绕在 A字架上,匀速转动,室温下棉织物的固色时间为 4-6 h,堆置时间为 10-12 h。
进一步的,所述的水洗工艺为25℃下水洗;50℃下水洗;醋酸中和,其中醋酸的浓度为3-4mL/L,水洗前要检查设备传动导辊光滑均匀,防止硅垢沉积于设备传动部分,从而造成织物的擦伤或引起折皱 ,冷水洗时要将织物所带的硅酸钠充分去除,防止硅酸钠在酸性条件下聚集形成胶体,洗涤后织物应呈中性。
进一步的,所述的皂洗工艺为90℃下皂洗,洗涤剂浓度为4-6g/L;70-80℃水洗。
进一步的,所述的烘干工艺为采用热风烘燥机在80-90℃对棉织物进行烘干处理。
本发明具有以下优点:本发明采用冷轧堆染色工艺对棉织物染色,冷轧堆染液组成与其它染色方法不同,冷轧堆染色时染液中一般加入尿素、渗透剂和硅酸钠。尿素的加入可以帮助染料溶解,提高染料的溶解度,保持染液稳定;冷轧堆染色时织物在轧槽内浸渍的时间比较短,加入渗透剂可提高染液对织物的渗透速度和匀染性;硅酸钠的加入主要是与染液中的烧碱形成缓冲体系,以保持染液中的碱性,同时预防空气中的酸性气体在打卷时与布边的碱剂反应,防止布边颜色变浅。该染色工艺染色牢度优良 ,匀染性和重现性好。冷轧堆染色工艺盐碱耗用量较少,耗水量和污水排放量也大为降低。与连续轧染工艺-汽蒸法 、焙烘法相比 , 冷轧堆染色工艺在蒸汽与电的消耗方面降低 30 %-40 %,染料的固着率可提高 20 % - 25 %,在污水处理方面可以降低 10 %费用,同时织物的染色牢度、匀染性、布面效果均有提高。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案更加清楚明白,以下结合实例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。下面对本发明的应用过程作详细的描述。
实施例1

一种棉织物活性染料冷轧堆染色工艺,其特征在于,该工艺的步骤包括:(1)配置染液和碱液;(2)织物浸轧,(3)打卷,(4)堆置固色,(5)水洗,(6)皂洗,(7)烘干。所述的染液与碱液分别使用软水配制,在染色前通过比例泵按设定比例混合,注入浸轧槽染色,染液与碱液在混合前应过滤,其中所述染液包含活性黄 CA、尿素、渗透剂,其中活性黄 CA浓度为85g/L,尿素浓度为80g/L,渗透剂浓度为2g/L;所述碱液包含硅酸钠和烧碱,其中硅酸钠浓度为85g/L,烧碱浓度为30g/L,染液与碱液的体积比为 4:1。所述织物冷轧的工艺采用一浸一轧,浸轧温度为 25℃,车速 40m/min,轧余率 80%。所述的打卷工艺为织物出轧车后通过导布辊引向打卷装置, 在这段距离内, 织物的经向张力不要太大, 否则打卷过于紧密,织物上会出现缝头印的压痕,细薄织物上则容易形成经向条影,打卷时布边要对齐,打卷完成后尽快使用塑料薄膜紧密包覆,防止外层织物出现风干。所述的堆置固色工艺为织物染色后被卷绕在 A字架上,匀速转动,室温下棉织物的固色时间为 6 h,堆置时间为 12 h。所述的水洗工艺为25℃下水洗;50℃下水洗;醋酸中和,其中醋酸的浓度为4mL/L,水洗前要检查设备传动导辊光滑均匀,防止硅垢沉积于设备传动部分,从而造成织物的擦伤或引起折皱 ,冷水洗时要将织物所带的硅酸钠充分去除,防止硅酸钠在酸性条件下聚集形成胶体,洗涤后织物应呈中性。所述的皂洗工艺为90℃下皂洗,洗涤剂浓度为6g/L;80℃水洗。所述的烘干工艺为采用热风烘燥机在90℃对棉织物进行烘干处理。

2.根据权利要求1所述的染色工艺,其特征在于,所述的染液与碱液分别使用软水配制,在染色前通过比例泵按设定比例混合,注入浸轧槽染色,染液与碱液在混合前应过滤。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的染色工艺,其特征在于,所述染液包含活性染料、尿素、渗透剂,其中活性染料浓度为10-105g/L,尿素浓度为50-100g/L,渗透剂浓度为1-2g/L;所述碱液包含硅酸钠和烧碱,其中硅酸钠浓度为50-90g/L,烧碱浓度为10-35g/L,染液与碱液的体积比为 4:1。
4.根据权利要求3所述的染色工艺,其特征在于,所述活性染料为活性艳红 E-BA、活性黄 CA或者活性蓝 CA中的一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的染色工艺,其特征在于,所述织物冷轧的工艺采用一浸一轧,浸轧温度为 20-25 ℃,车速 30-40 m/min,轧余率 70% -80%。
