したがって、本明細書において、例えば本発明のASO等が、「化合物」又は「化合物番号(M-番号及びL-番号)が付与された化合物」の説明において、A、T、G、C及びUにより核酸塩基配列が記載された場合、A、T、G、C及びUは、それらが構造修飾を受けたものも含有する。
別途示されない限り、以下の用語は、以下の意味を有する。

修飾糖及び、後述の糖修飾ヌクレオシドとしては、例えば、特開平10-304889号公報、国際公開第2005/021570号、特開平10-195098号公報、特表2002-521310号公報、国際公開第2007/143315号、国際公開第2008/043753号、国際公開第2008/029619号、国際公開第2008/049085号及び国際公開2017/142054号(以下、これら文献を「アンチセンス法に関する文献」と称する)等において、アンチセンス法に好適に用いられるとして開示されている糖及び糖修飾ヌクレオシド等が挙げられる。また、Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, 2016, 59, pp 9645-9667、Medicinal Chemistry Communication, 2014, 5, pp 1454-1471、Future Medicinal Chemistry, 2011, 3, pp 339-365、国際公開第2018/155450号等にも、修飾糖及び糖修飾ヌクレオシドが開示されている。
(i)C1-6アルキル基。
(ii)ハロゲン原子、C1-6アルコキシ基、ハロC1-6アルコキシ基、モノ-又はジ-C1-6アルキルアミノ基、5-10員複素環基、カルボキシ基、カルバモイル基、及びN-置換カルバモイル基からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つで置換されたC1-6アルキル基。
ここで、前記N-置換カルバモイル基としては、N-メチル-カルバモイル基及びN-エチル-カルバモイル基が挙げられ、ここで、N-メチル-カルバモイル基及びN-エチル-カルバモイル基のメチル基及びエチル基は、5-10員複素環基又はモノ-若しくはジ-C1-6アルキルアミノ基で置換されていてもよい。N-置換カルバモイル基の具体例としては、N-メチルカルバモイル基、N-エチルカルバモイル基、N-ジメチルアミノエチル-カルバモイル基、N-モルホリノエチルカルバモイル基、N-(2-ピリジルエチル)カルバモイル基、N-((ベンズイミダゾール-1-イル)エチル)カルバモイル基等が挙げられる。
「2’修飾ヌクレオシド」は、前記2’修飾糖の1’位に核酸塩基を有する分子を意味し、例えば、「2’-O-Meヌクレオシド」、「2’-O-MOEヌクレオシド」、「2’-O-MCEヌクレオシド」、「2’-O-NMAヌクレオシド」、「2’-DMAECEヌクレオシド」、「2’-MоrECEヌクレオシド」、「2’-PyECEヌクレオシド」及び「BimECEヌクレオシド」が挙げられる。
「2’-O-Meヌクレオシド」(2’-O-メチルヌクレオシドとも称される)は、「2’-O-Me」の1’位に核酸塩基を有する分子を意味する。
「2’-O-MOEヌクレオシド」(2’-O-メトキシエチルヌクレオシドとも称される)は、「2’-O-MOE」の1’位に核酸塩基を有する分子を意味する。
「2’-O-MCEヌクレオシド」(2’-O-メチルカルバモイルエチルヌクレオシドとも称される)は、「2’-O-MCE」の1’位に核酸塩基を有する分子を意味する。
「2’-O-NMAヌクレオシド」は、「2’-O-NMA」の1’位に核酸塩基を有する分子を意味する。

「C2-6アルキレン基」とは、前記「C1-6アルキレン基」のうち、炭素数が2から6の直鎖又は分枝状の2価の基を意味し、例としては、メチレン基を除き、前記「C1-6アルキレン基」と同様である。
「C2-20アルキレン基」とは、炭素数が2から20の直鎖又は分枝状の飽和炭化水素基から任意の位置の水素原子を1個取り除いた2価の基を意味する。同様に「C8-12アルキレン基」とは、炭素数が8から12の直鎖又は分枝状の飽和炭化水素基から任意の位置の水素原子を1個取り除いた2価の基を意味する。

「チオキソ基」とは、硫黄原子が二重結合を介して置換した基(=S)を示す。チオキソ基が炭素原子に置換した場合は当該炭素原子と一緒となってチオカルボニルを形成する。
「修飾オリゴヌクレオチド」は、修飾ヌクレオシド間結合、修飾糖、及び修飾核酸塩基からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つを含むオリゴヌクレオチドを意味する。
「修飾オリゴヌクレオチドを含む化合物」は、その化学構造中に修飾オリゴヌクレオチドを含む化合物を意味し、修飾オリゴヌクレオチド自体であってもよい。修飾オリゴヌクレオチドを含む化合物の例としては、修飾オリゴヌクレオチドに、後述の直接的に又は間接的に機能的分子が結合した化合物、後述のプロドラッグ部分を含む化合物あるいは修飾オリゴヌクレオチド自体が挙げられる。
「RNA」は、同一又は異なる2以上の前記「リボヌクレオシド」が前記「ヌクレオシド間結合」によって、連結したポリヌクレオチド又はオリゴヌクレオチドを意味する。
本発明において、標的RNAは、「ATN1 mRNA」及び/又は「ATN1 pre-mRNA」である。
「3’ウィングセグメント」は、ギャップセグメントの3’側に連結し、前記「RNaseHによって認識される少なくとも4個の連続するヌクレオシド」を含まずに「少なくとも1個のヌクレオシド」を含む領域であり、ここで、3’ウィングセグメントの5’末端のヌクレオシドの糖部分は、ギャップセグメントの3’末端のヌクレオシドの糖部分と異なっている。糖部分の違いにより、3’ウィングセグメントとギャップセグメントの境界が確認される。(例えば、ギャップセグメントの3’末端のヌクレオシドは、デオキシリボヌクレオシドであり、3’ウィングセグメントの5’末端のヌクレオシドは、糖修飾ヌクレオシドである。)3’ウィングセグメントの5’末端のヌクレオシドは、一般的に、糖修飾ヌクレオシドである。3’ウィングセグメントは、上記定義を満たす限り特に限定されないが、前記少なくとも1個のヌクレオシドは、好ましくはデオキシリボヌクレオシド及び糖修飾ヌクレオシドから独立して選ばれ、少なくとも1個の糖修飾ヌクレオシドを含む。
よって、DNAは、RNAとハイブリダイズした際に、RNaseHによって認識され得る。また、RNAは、DNAとハイブリダイズした際に、RNaseHによって切断され得る。DNA及びRNAの少なくとも一方において、核酸塩基部分、ホスホジエステル結合部分及び糖部分の少なくとも1つが修飾された場合も、同様である。例えば、代表的なものとして、DNAのホスホジエステル結合部分が、ホスホロチオエートに修飾されたオリゴヌクレオチド等が挙げられる。

本発明に用いられるRNaseHは、好ましくは哺乳動物のRNaseHであり、より好ましくはヒトのRNaseHであり、特に好ましくはヒトRNaseH1である。
ある少なくとも4個の連続するヌクレオシドが、「RNaseHによって認識される少なくとも4個の連続するヌクレオシド」であるかどうか、当業者は、その連続するヌクレオシドの糖部分の構造により、判断できる。
「CAGリピート配列」は、シトシン(C)、アデニン(A)、グアニン(G)の3塩基単位が、この順で反復した配列である。当業者は、CAGリピート配列が標的でないことを、ASOの塩基配列より判断することができる。
本発明のASOは、ATN1のmRNA又はpre-mRNAを標的とする。本発明のASOは、ATN1のmRNA又はpre-mRNAの全体とハイブリダイズする必要はなく、通常は、少なくとも一部とハイブリダイズする。例えば、ATN1のmRNA又はpre-mRNAの部分配列に相補的な配列を有するオリゴヌクレオチド(ギャップマー又は通常アンチセンス効果が生じるように設計されたオリゴヌクレオチド等)と、ATN1のmRNA又はpre-mRNAの一部がハイブリダイズすることによって、ATN1遺伝子の発現が制御される。また、ASOの全体がハイブリダイズする必要はなく、一部がハイブリダイズしなくてもよい。

ウィングセグメントに含まれる糖修飾ヌクレオシドは、より好ましくは、2’-O-MOEヌクレオシド、LNA及び2’-O-MCEヌクレオシドから独立して選択される少なくとも1つであり、さらに好ましくは、2’-O-MOEヌクレオシドであるか、2’-O-MCEヌクレオシドであるか、又はLNA及び2’-O-MCEヌクレオシドであり、特に好ましくは、2’-O-MOEヌクレオシドであるか、又はLNA及び2’-O-MCEヌクレオシドである。

例えば、脳、脊髄等に特異性高く効率的に本発明のASOを送達できる機能性分子としては、脂質、糖(例えば、グルコース、スクロース等)が挙げられる。脂質としては、コレステロール;ビタミンE(トコフェロール類、トコトリエノール類)、ビタミンA、ビタミンD、ビタミンK等の脂溶性ビタミン;脂肪酸;アシルカルニチン、アシルCoA等の中間代謝物;糖脂質;グリセリド;それらの誘導体等が挙げられる。
「アシアロ糖タンパク質受容体」は肝臓細胞表面に存在し、アシアロ糖タンパク質のガラクトース残基を認識して、その分子を細胞内に取り込み分解する作用を持つ。「アシアロ糖タンパク質受容体と相互作用する糖誘導体」は、ガラクトース残基と類似した構造を持ち、アシアロ糖タンパク質受容体との相互作用により細胞内に取り込まれる化合物が好ましく、例えば、GalNAc(N-アセチルガラクトサミン)誘導体、ガラクトース誘導体及びラクトース誘導体が挙げられる。
プロドラッグとは、化学的又は代謝的に分解できる基を有する医薬品化合物の誘導体であり、加溶媒分解又は生理的条件下のインビボ(in vivo)での分解により、薬理学的に活性な医薬品化合物へと誘導される化合物である。適切なプロドラッグ誘導体を選択する方法及び製造する方法は、例えばDesign of Prodrugs(Elsevier, Amsterdam, 1985)に記載されている。例えば、ASO(又はASOを含む化合物)のヒドロキシ基を適切なアシルハライド、適切な酸無水物又は適切なハロゲン化アルキルオキシカルボニル化合物とを反応させることによって製造されるアシルオキシ誘導体のようなプロドラッグ部分として、-O-C(=O)C2H5、-O-C(=O)(t-Bu)、-O-C(=O)C15H31、-O-C(=O)-(m-CO2Na-Ph)、-O-C(=O)CH2CH2CO2Na、-OC(=O)CH(NH2)CH3、-O-C(=O)CH2N(CH3)2又は-O-CH2OC(=O)CH3等が挙げられる。
特に、-P(=O)(OH)-で表される部分構造が、-P(=O)(O-)-で表されるアニオン性の部分構造へ変換されて、アルカリ金属(リチウム、ナトリウム、カリウム等)、アルカリ土類金属(カルシウム等)、マグネシウム又はアンモニウム等と塩を形成してもよい。また、ホスホロチオエート結合を形成する、-P(=O)(SH)-で表される部分構造が、-P(=O)(S-)-で表されるアニオン性の部分構造へ変換されて、同様に、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属又はアンモニウム等と塩を形成してもよい。その他の修飾されたホスホジエステル結合についても同様である。
薬理学上許容される塩は、特に好ましくはナトリウム塩である。
本発明のASOを含む化合物又はその薬理学上許容される塩と細胞を接触させる工程を含む、ATN1遺伝子の発現を制御する方法。

実施例中の配列の化学構造表記(表1から10、26から33、48及び51の化学構造)において、特に記載がない限り、「(L)」はLNAを、「(V)」は2’-O-MCEヌクレオシドを、「(m)」は2’-O-MOEヌクレオシドを、小文字のアルファベット(前記(m)における「m」を除く)はデオキシリボヌクレオシドを、「^」はホスホロチオエート結合を、「5(x)」は、そのデオキシリボヌクレオシドの核酸塩基が5-メチルシトシンであることを、「5(m)」、「5(V)」及び「5(L)」における「5」は、そのヌクレオシドの核酸塩基が5-メチルシトシンであることを意味する。
なお、実施例中の化学構造の表記(表1から10、26から33、48及び51)において、隣り合う2つの核酸塩基の間に、「^」が記載されていないとき、その2つの核酸塩基の間のヌクレオシド間結合は、ホスホジエステル結合である。例えば、「A(L)G(L)」との表記では、AとGとの間のヌクレオシド間結合は、ホスホジエステル結合であり、「G(L)a」との表記では、Gとaの間のヌクレオシド間結合は、ホスホジエステル結合である。
表1から10に記載されたアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチド(化合物番号に対応する化学構造で表される化合物)を、核酸自動合成機nS-8II(ジーンデザイン社製)又は3900 DNA Synthesizer(Applied Biosystems社製)を使用して調製した。なお、表2から10のタイトル行は、表1と同じであるため、省略した。
表11から20の配列表記において、「SEQ1 START」は、「配列番号1 開始部位」を意味し、ヒトATN1のmRNA配列(配列番号1)中でアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドにより標的化される最も5’側のヌクレオシドの位置番号を示す。「SEQ1 END」は、「配列番号1 終止部位」を意味し、ヒトATN1のmRNA配列(配列番号1)中でアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドにより標的化される最も3’側のヌクレオシドの位置番号を示す。
「SEQ2 START」は、「配列番号2 開始部位」を意味し、ヒトATN1のpre-mRNAの配列(配列番号2)中でアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドにより標的化される最も5’側のヌクレオシドの位置番号を示す。「SEQ2 END」は、「配列番号2 終止部位」を意味し、ヒトATN1のpre-mRNA配列(配列番号2)中でアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドにより標的化される最も3’側のヌクレオシドの位置番号を示す。
各アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドは、本明細書において配列番号1と指定されるヒトATN1 mRNA、及び/又は本明細書において配列番号2又は配列番号717と指定されるヒトATN1 pre-mRNAのいずれかに標的化される。
「-」(ハイフン)は、アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドがそのmRNA又はpre-mRNAの配列を100%の相補性で標的化しないことを示す。
「SEQ No」は、配列番号を、「BASE SEQUENCE」は、アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドの核酸塩基配列を示す。
なお、表12から20のタイトル行は、表11と同じであるため、省略した。
DRPLAの原因遺伝子であるATN1核酸を標的とするアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドのATN1 RNA転写物に与える効果をインビトロで試験した。12,000細胞/ウェルの密度で96 wellプレートに播種したSH-SY5Y細胞に、約24時間後、Lipofectamin(登録商標) RNAiMAX Transfection Reagent(Thermo Fisher Scientific)を用いて、300nMアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチド(製造例1で製造)を形質移入(その最終濃度が300nMとなるようにASOを添加)した。約48時間後、RNeasy Micro Kit(QIAGEN)を用いて、RNAを細胞から単離した後に、High-Capacity cDNA Reverse Transcription Kit(Thermo Fisher Scientific)により逆転写してcDNAを作成した。作成したcDNAを用いて、TaqMan(登録商標) Gene Expression Assays(Thermo Fisher Scientific)による定量リアルタイムPCRでATN1遺伝子発現レベルを測定した。結果を未処理対照細胞に対する、ATN1のパーセント発現として表21~24に表した。なお、表22から24のタイトル行は、表21と同じであるため、省略した。
評価例1でSH-SY5Y細胞中のATN1の抑制を示したアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドを種々の用量で試験した。12,000細胞/ウェルの密度で96 wellプレートに播種したSH-SY5Y細胞に、約24時間後、Lipofectamin(登録商標) RNAiMAX Transfection Reagent(Thermo Fisher Scientific)を用いて、0.003nM、0.03nM、0.3nM、3nM、30nM及び300nMの濃度の各アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドを形質移入(その最終濃度が前記濃度となるようにASOを添加)した。約48時間後、RNeasy Micro Kit(QIAGEN)を用いて、RNAを細胞から単離した後に、High-Capacity cDNA Reverse Transcription Kit(Thermo Fisher Scientific)により逆転写してcDNAを作成した。作成したcDNAを用いて、TaqMan(登録商標) Gene Expression Assays(Thermo Fisher Scientific)による定量リアルタイムPCRでATN1遺伝子発現レベルを測定した。結果を未処理対照細胞に対してRNA転写物レベルが50%となる濃度(IC50値)として算出し、表25に表した。
表26から33に記載されたアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチド(化合物番号に対応する化学構造で表される化合物)を、核酸自動合成機nS-8II(ジーンデザイン社製)を使用して調製した。なお、表28から33のタイトル行は、表27と同じであるため、省略した。
なお、表36から41のタイトル行は、表35と同じであるため、省略した。
「SEQ717 START」は、「配列番号717 開始部位」を意味し、ヒトATN1のpre-mRNAの配列(配列番号717)中でアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドにより標的化される最も5’側のヌクレオシドの位置番号を示す。「SEQ717 END」は、「配列番号717 終止部位」を意味し、ヒトATN1のpre-mRNA配列(配列番号717)中でアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドにより標的化される最も3’側のヌクレオシドの位置番号を示す。その他、表42中の表記は、表11から20と同様である。
なお、配列番号2は、配列番号717の核酸塩基の位置番号4451~18401に相当する。
評価例1と同じ評価方法を用いて、アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドのATN1 RNA転写物に与える効果をインビトロで試験した。結果を未処理対照細胞に対する、ATN1のパーセント発現として表43、44に表した。
評価例2と同じ評価方法を用いて、評価例1及び評価例3でSH-SY5Y細胞中のATN1の抑制を示したアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドを種々の用量で試験した。結果を未処理対照細胞に対してRNA転写物レベルが50%となる濃度(IC50値)として算出し、表45に表した。
DRPLAの原因遺伝子であるATN1核酸を標的とするアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドのATN1 RNA転写物に与える効果をインビトロで試験した。7,500細胞/ウェルの密度で培養したGM13716細胞に、Lipofectamin(登録商標) RNAiMAX Transfection Reagent(Thermo Fisher Scientific)を用いて、その最終濃度が100nMとなるようにアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチド(製造例1で製造)を添加した。約48時間後、RNeasy Micro Kit(QIAGEN)を用いて、RNAを細胞から単離した後に、High-Capacity cDNA Reverse Transcription Kit(Thermo Fisher Scientific)により逆転写してcDNAを作成した。TaqMan(登録商標) Gene Expression Assays(Thermo Fisher Scientific)による定量リアルタイムPCRでATN1 RNA転写物レベルを測定した。結果を未処理対照細胞に対する、ATN1のパーセント発現として表46に表した。

表48に記載されたアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチド(化合物番号に対応する化学構造で表される化合物)を、核酸自動合成機nS-8II(ジーンデザイン社製)を使用して調製した。
評価例1と同じ評価方法を用いて、アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドのATN1 RNA転写物に与える効果をインビトロで試験した。結果を未処理対照細胞に対する、ATN1のパーセント発現として表50に表した。
表51に記載されたアンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチド(化合物番号に対応する化学構造で表される化合物)を、核酸自動合成機nS-8II(ジーンデザイン社製)を使用して調製した。
評価例1と同じ評価方法を用いて、アンチセンスオリゴヌクレオチドのATN1 RNA転写物に与える効果をインビトロで試験した。結果を未処理対照細胞に対する、ATN1のパーセント発現として表53に表した。

- 前記修飾オリゴヌクレオチドは、ホスホロチオエート結合を含む、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の化合物又はその薬理学上許容される塩。
- 前記修飾オリゴヌクレオチドは、2’修飾ヌクレオシド及び2’-4’-架橋ヌクレオシドからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つのヌクレオシドを含む、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の化合物又はその薬理学上許容される塩。
- 前記2’-4’-架橋ヌクレオシドは、LNA、ENA、cEt、AmNA、scpBNA及びGuNAからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つである、請求項16に記載の化合物又はその薬理学上許容される塩。
- 前記2’-4’-架橋ヌクレオシドは、LNAである、請求項17に記載の化合物又はその薬理学上許容される塩。
- 前記2’修飾ヌクレオシドは、2’-O-MCEヌクレオシド、2’-O-MOEヌクレオシド、2’-O-NMAヌクレオシド、及び2’-O-Meヌクレオシドからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つである、請求項16~18のいずれか一項に記載の化合物又はその薬理学上許容される塩。
- 前記2’修飾ヌクレオシドは、2’-O-MCEヌクレオシド及び2’-O-MOEヌクレオシドからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つである、請求項19に記載の化合物又はその薬理学上許容される塩。
- 前記修飾オリゴヌクレオチドは、5-メチルシトシンを含む、請求項1~20のいずれか一項に記載の化合物又はその薬理学上許容される塩。
- 前記修飾オリゴヌクレオチドは、ギャップセグメント、5’ウィングセグメント及び3’ウィングセグメントを含み、
前記ギャップセグメントは、少なくとも2つのデオキシリボヌクレオシドを含み、ギャップセグメントの5’末端及び3’末端は、デオキシリボヌクレオシドであり、
前記5’ウィングセグメントの3’末端のヌクレオシドは、糖修飾ヌクレオシドであり、かつ前記ギャップセグメントの5’末端と連結し、
前記3’ウィングセグメントの5’末端のヌクレオシドは、糖修飾ヌクレオシドであり、かつ前記ギャップセグメントの3’末端と連結する、請求項1~21のいずれか一項に記載の化合物又はその薬理学上許容される塩。 - 前記ギャップセグメントは、5~30個のデオキシリボヌクレオシドからなり、
前記5’ウィングセグメント及び前記3’ウィングセグメントは、それぞれ独立して、LNA、2’-O-MCEヌクレオシド及び2’-O-MOEヌクレオシドからなる群から独立して選択される1~10個の糖修飾ヌクレオシドからなり;
それぞれのウィングセグメントは、少なくとも1つのホスホロチオエート結合を含み;
ギャップセグメント及びそれぞれのウィングセグメントのそれぞれのシトシンは、5-メチルシトシンへ置き換えられている、請求項22に記載の化合物又はその薬理学上許容される塩。 - 前記ギャップセグメントは、8~12個のデオキシリボヌクレオシドからなり、
前記5’ウィングセグメント及び前記3’ウィングセグメントは、それぞれ独立して、LNA及び2’-O-MCEヌクレオシドからなる群から独立して選択される2~5個の糖修飾ヌクレオシドからなり、少なくとも1つの2’-O-MCEヌクレオシドを含み; ギャップセグメントは、少なくとも1つのホスホロチオエート結合を含む、請求項23に記載の化合物又はその薬理学上許容される塩。 - 前記ギャップセグメントは、8~12個のデオキシリボヌクレオシドからなり、
前記5’ウィングセグメント及び前記3’ウィングセグメントは、それぞれ独立して、2’-O-MOEヌクレオシド及び2’-O-MCEヌクレオシドからなる群から選択される3~6個の糖修飾ヌクレオシドからなり;
ギャップセグメントは、少なくとも1つのホスホロチオエート結合を含む、請求項23に記載の化合物又はその薬理学上許容される塩。 - 前記5’ウィングセグメント及び前記3’ウィングセグメントは、それぞれ独立して、5個の2’-O-MOEヌクレオシドからなる、請求項25に記載の化合物又はその薬理学上許容される塩。
- 前記5’ウィングセグメント及び前記3’ウィングセグメントは、それぞれ独立して、5個の2’-O-MCEヌクレオシドからなる、請求項25に記載の化合物又はその薬理学上許容される塩。
- 前記5’ウィングセグメント及び前記3’ウィングセグメントは、それぞれ独立して、VLL、LVL、LLV、LVV、VLV、VVL、LLL、VVLL、VLVL、VLLV、LVLV、LLVV、LVVL、VLLL、LVLL、LLVL、LLLV、LVVV、VLVV、VVLV、及びVVVLからなる群から選ばれ、ここで、LはLNAを示し、Vは2’-O-MCEヌクレオシドを示す、請求項24に記載の化合物又はその薬理学上許容される塩。

- 前記修飾オリゴヌクレオチドを含む化合物は、機能性分子を含む、請求項1~32のいずれか一項に記載の化合物又はその薬理学上許容される塩。
