定速巡航是一种非提醒性的安全限速技术,驾驶员可在某种速度条件下设定进入定速巡航模式,此后车辆即以该设定的固定速度值匀速行驶。但是,当驾驶员根据前方车况制动减速时,就会退出之前设置的定速巡航状态,驾驶员如果想再进入定速巡航模式只能重新设置。如果路况复杂、车辆需要经常制动减速,则不适合采用定速巡航方式。
目前也有一些专利技术致力于解决汽车安全限速的问题,如中国专利号201520650662.3所涉及的实用新型专利,提出一种车辆限速装置,采用油门拉杆伸缩件等机械装置,达到将车辆速度控制在一定限速值以内的目的。但是其所使用的限速值,来自于全国道路信息数据库,以及车头摄像头的视频识别。即其限速值完全由车载计算机检索数据库或视频智能识别结果来决定,驾驶员无法对限速值做任何主动控制,驾驶体验不佳。
目前市场上还有一种车辆限速器装置,可以将车辆速度限制在指定速度内,并具备一个显示面板,可以实时显示当前的限速值。其采用的设定限速值的方法是通过遥控器操作,所以其适用于配置2个驾驶员的营运货车,由副驾驶员操作遥控器设定当前的限速值。但对于单驾驶员来说,在驾车同时操作遥控器设定限速并不现实,会带来严重的安全隐患。
目前还有一类汽车产品,通过简单的旋转挡位方式达到设定限速值的目的。如中国市场上某款纯电动车型,具备一个含3个限速挡位值的旋转挡位,分别为E经济挡、N正常挡、S运动挡,当旋至E挡时,车辆最高限速60km/h;当旋至N挡时,车辆最高限速75km/h;当旋至S挡时,车辆最高限速107km/h。通过此种方式,实现了对车辆的安全限速,当汽车达到最高限速时,再踩油门踏板汽车也不会继续加速,但是其可设定的限速挡位值数量只有3个,在实际道路上使用并不方便,例如在限速80km/h的路段,如果采用75km/h的限速挡位虽然可保障不超速,但汽车不能以更高的安全允许速度80km/h行驶,降低了汽车的通行速度和效率,驾驶体验仍然不佳。
技术问题
本发明拟解决驾驶员驾驶汽车时,能够较容易的实现汽车的安全限速,同时又不影响驾驶体验的问题。
技术解决方案
本发明针对目前已有汽车安全限速技术的不足,提出一种汽车限速设置装置,所述装置可安装在汽车中控面板等区域,便于驾驶员单手短时间内迅速设定所需的限速值,并且不会分散驾驶员过多注意力,不会影响行车安全。所述的汽车限速设置装置采用顶棚限速机制,车载电脑ECU通过电子或机械方式控制汽车最高速度不超过所设置的限速值,当汽车速度增加到所设置的限速值后,即使驾驶员继续踩踏油门踏板,汽车速度也不会再增加。而当驾驶员做汽车制动减速后,设定的汽车限速值仍然生效,无需驾驶员重新设置。在驾驶员通过本汽车限速设置装置设定好限速值以后,汽车就很容易以最高安全速度行驶,驾驶员也无需因担心超速而频繁关注仪表盘速度,极大提高了驾驶体验。
本发明所述的汽车限速设置装置,包括:开关;粗调旋钮;微调旋钮;扬声器;显示屏;微控制器;数据接口。
所述汽车限速设置装置的开关,用于控制所述汽车限速设置装置的开启和关闭。如果所述开关为关闭状态,则所述汽车限速设置装置不发挥限速作用;如果所述开关为打开状态,则所述汽车限速设置装置开启并发挥限速作用。所述开关打开时,所述汽车限速设置装置通过扬声器发出提示音和语音播报,告知驾驶员汽车限速设置装置已经开始工作,再根据所述粗调旋钮当前挡位指示的速度值,扬声器继续语音播报当前限速值,同时显示屏点亮并显示当前限速值。所述开关关闭时,扬声器发出提示音和语音播报,告知驾驶员所述汽车限速设置装置已经关闭不再发挥限速作用,同时所述显示屏熄灭。
所述显示屏在汽车限速设置装置处于打开状态时,实时显示当前最新设置的限速值。
所述扬声器在汽车限速设置装置打开或关闭时,发出提示音和语音播报,告知驾驶员该装置打开或关闭;当所述汽车限速设置装置调节更新限速值后,所述扬声器发出提示音和语音播报,告知驾驶员当前最新设置的限速值。
所述粗调旋钮,用于粗略调节设置限速值,可旋转指向不同的速度值挡位,每个速度值挡位对应相应的限速值。
所述微调旋钮用于细微调节设置限速值;所述微调旋钮每顺时针旋转一个小角度,所设置的限速值增大一个单位速度;所述微调旋钮每逆时针旋转一个小角度,所设置的限速值减小一个单位速度。
所述微调旋钮,顺时针旋转调节增大限速值时,可调节到的最大限速值,为所述粗调旋钮当前挡位指示速度值与较大一挡位速度值的中间值;特别的,当所述粗调旋钮当前挡位指示最大速度值时,所述微调旋钮顺时针旋转可调节到的最大限速值,为所述粗调旋钮当前挡位指示的最大速度值加上一个合适的速度值。
所述微调旋钮,逆时针旋转调节减小限速值时,可调节到的最小限速值,为所述粗调旋钮当前挡位指示速度值与较小一挡位速度值的中间值;特别的,当所述粗调旋钮当前挡位指示最小速度值时,所述微调旋钮逆时针旋转可调节到的最小限速值,为所述粗调旋钮当前挡位指示的最小速度值减去一个合适的速度值。
所述微控制器,根据所述粗调旋钮和微调旋钮的调节情况,确定当前最新的限速值,将此限速值显示在所述显示屏上,并控制所述扬声器发出提示音和语音播报。
所述数据接口,用于所述汽车限速设置装置与汽车车载电脑ECU的数据通信,将驾驶员设置的限速值,以及所述汽车限速设置装置开启或关闭的状态信息,实时发送给车载电脑ECU系统。
所述汽车限速设置装置,采用顶棚限速机制,在所述汽车限速设置装置处于开启状态下,汽车车载电脑ECU通过电子或机械方式控制汽车最高速度不超过所设置的限速值;当汽车速度增加到所设置的限速值时,即使驾驶员继续踩踏油门踏板,汽车速度也不会再增加。驾驶员设置好限速值后,就无需因担心超速而频繁关注仪表盘速度显示。
所述顶棚限速机制,在所述汽车限速设置装置第一次开启或调节更新限速值时,如果汽车的当前速度大于所设置的当前限速值,则建议此时汽车限速设置装置不发挥限速作用,即不由车载电脑ECU主动降速,而是等待由驾驶员自主制动降速,当车速降到当前限速值以下时,所述汽车限速设置装置再生效发挥作用,此时如果驾驶员再有加速行为,汽车最高速度不会超过当前限速值。这样可避免所述汽车限速设置装置设置的限速值过低,导致汽车主动大幅降速,乃至引起行车安全风险。
有益效果
通过采用本发明的汽车限速设置装置,驾驶员只需根据当地道路限速标志,迅速设置好限速值,而后就无需再关注仪表盘速度,因为无论驾驶员怎样根据路况加速或减速,本发明装置都可通过顶棚限速机制保障车辆速度不超过驾驶员所设置的限速值,所以不会因频繁关注仪表盘速度而加速精神疲劳,提升了驾驶体验,保障了行车安全。当路面限速标志的限速值发生变化时,通过本发明装置可较容易的迅速更新设置限速值。

本发明的最佳实施方式
为使本发明申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图对本申请的最佳实施方式作进一步的详细描述。所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一个最佳实施方式,而不是全部的实施方式。
如图1所示,汽车限速设置装置包含开关。开关采用上下拨动式开关,开关拨动到下方时为关闭状态,开关拨动到上方时为开启状态;开关开启时,扬声器发出“嘀”的提示音,并语音播报:“限速器打开”,而后根据粗调旋钮当前所指示的速度值挡位,显示屏点亮,并将粗调旋钮当前挡位指示的速度值作为当前限速值显示出来,扬声器继续语音播报:“限速XX”;当开关关闭时,扬声器发出“嘀”的提示音,并语音播报:“限速器关闭”,显示屏熄灭。
如图1所示,汽车限速设置装置包含粗调旋钮,可旋转调节指向相应的速度值挡位;速度值挡位数量如图1方式采用5个,分别为40、60、80、100、120;当粗调旋钮旋转挡位指示其中某个速度值时,例如旋转指示到80,则最新限速值更新为80,显示屏显示80,扬声器发出“嘀”的提示音,并语音播报:“限速80”。
如图1所示,汽车限速设置装置的粗调旋钮的速度值单位是km/h。
如图1所示,汽车限速设置装置包含微调旋钮,用于在粗调旋钮设置好的限速值的基础上,进一步作限速值的细微调节;微调旋钮每顺时针旋转一个小角度,限速值会增大一个单位速度;微调旋钮每逆时针旋转一个小角度,限速值会减小一个单位速度;例如,上述的单位速度为2km/h,驾驶员最终期望设置汽车限速值为84km/h,那么先将粗调旋钮挡位旋转指示到80,然后再顺时针旋转微调旋钮2个小角度,则限速值增加到84;再例如,驾驶员期望设置汽车限速值为30km/h,那么先将粗调旋钮挡位旋转指示到40,然后再逆时针旋转微调旋钮5个小角度,则限速值减小到30。
上述的微调旋钮,在粗调旋钮旋转指示到一个速度值挡位后,顺时针旋转可调节增加到的最大限速值,为粗调旋钮当前挡位指示的速度值与较大一挡位速度值的中值;微调旋钮逆时针旋转可调节减小到的最小限速值,为粗调旋钮当前挡位指示的速度值与较小一挡位速度值的中值;例如图1,如果粗调旋钮当前挡位指示的速度值为80,则较大一挡位速度值为100,较小一挡位速度值为60,则此时微调旋钮顺时针旋转可调节增大到的最大限速值为90,微调旋钮逆时针旋转可调节减小到的最小限速值为70;特别的,如图1,当粗调旋钮当前挡位指示的速度值为最小的40时,则微调旋钮逆时针旋转可调节到的最小限速值可采用30;特别的,如图1,当粗调旋钮当前挡位指示的速度值为最大的120时,那么微调旋钮顺时针旋转可调节到的最大限速值可采用为130。
如图1,通过粗调旋钮和微调旋钮的配合使用,在上述的单位速度为2km/h的条件下,汽车限速设置装置可设置的限速值范围为30~130km/h,可设置限速值的分辨率为2km/h。
如图1,驾驶员可单手操作旋转调节粗调旋钮和微调旋钮,并且在操作过程中,驾驶员可根据提示音和语音播报执行操作,不必一定要分散注意力去观看汽车限速设置装置的显示屏,从而提高了驾驶安全系数。
如图1所示的汽车限速设置装置,内部包括微控制器和数据接口,微控制器根据粗调旋钮和微调旋钮的旋转调节情况确定当前最新的限速值,并通过数据接口将此限速值实时发送给汽车车载电脑ECU;汽车车载电脑ECU实时检测汽车当前速度和汽车限速设置装置所设置的限速值,当检测到汽车当前速度增加到汽车限速设置装置所设置的限速值时,通过电子或机械方式控制车速不再增加,即本发明申请的技术方案,需要汽车车载电脑ECU提供相应的适配和支持。
如图1所示的汽车限速设置装置,采用顶棚限速机制,即在汽车限速设置装置处于开启状态时,汽车允许行驶的最高顶棚速度,即为汽车限速设置装置所设置的限速值;特别的,当汽车限速设置装置开启时,如果汽车当前速度超过汽车限速设置装置设置的限速值,则为驾驶安全考虑,汽车车载电脑ECU不主动将速度降到限速值以内,以免产生不受驾驶员控制的突然降速情况,避免发生追尾等交通事故,而是等待驾驶员根据实际情况主动将汽车速度降到汽车限速设置装置所设置的限速值以下,而后汽车限速设置装置发挥限速作用,此时如果驾驶员再主动加速,则车辆最高速度不会超过限速值。
上述最佳实施方式仅是对本发明申请的精神作举例说明,本发明申请所属技术领域的技术人员可以对所描述的最佳实施方式做各种各样的修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代,但并不会偏离本发明申请的精神或者超越所附权利要求书所定义的范围。
本发明的实施方式

如图1所示,汽车限速设置装置包含开关。开关可采用上下拨动式开关,开关拨动到下方时为关闭状态,开关拨动到上方时为开启状态;开关开启时,扬声器发出“嘀”的提示音,并语音播报:“限速器打开”,而后根据粗调旋钮当前所指示的速度值挡位,显示屏点亮,并将粗调旋钮当前挡位指示的速度值作为当前限速值显示出来,扬声器继续语音播报:“限速XX”;当开关关闭时,扬声器发出“嘀”的提示音,并语音播报:“限速器关闭”,显示屏熄灭。
如图1所示,汽车限速设置装置包含粗调旋钮,可旋转调节指向相应的速度值挡位;速度值挡位数量可如图1方式采用5个,分别为40、60、80、100、120;速度值挡位也可采用其他数值,例如50、70、90、110、130;速度值挡位数量也可采用超过5个,例如采用40、50、60、70、80、90、100、110、120、130;当粗调旋钮旋转挡位指示其中某个速度值时,例如旋转指示到80,则最新限速值更新为80,显示屏显示80,扬声器发出“嘀”的提示音,并语音播报:“限速80”。
如图1所示,汽车限速设置装置的粗调旋钮的速度值单位是km/h,也可采用mile/h。
如图1所示,汽车限速设置装置包含微调旋钮,用于在粗调旋钮设置好的限速值的基础上,进一步作限速值的细微调节;微调旋钮每顺时针旋转一个小角度,限速值会增大一个单位速度;微调旋钮每逆时针旋转一个小角度,限速值会减小一个单位速度;例如,假设上述的单位速度为1km/h,驾驶员最终期望设置汽车限速值为84km/h,那么先将粗调旋钮挡位旋转指示到80,然后再顺时针旋转微调旋钮4个小角度,则限速值增加到84;再例如,驾驶员期望设置汽车限速值为30km/h,那么先将粗调旋钮挡位旋转指示到40,然后再逆时针旋转微调旋钮10个小角度,则限速值减小到30。
上述的微调旋钮,在粗调旋钮旋转指示到一个速度值挡位后,顺时针旋转可调节增加到的最大限速值,为粗调旋钮当前挡位指示的速度值与较大一挡位速度值的中值;微调旋钮逆时针旋转可调节减小到的最小限速值,为粗调旋钮当前挡位指示的速度值与较小一挡位速度值的中值;例如图1,如果粗调旋钮当前挡位指示的速度值为80,则较大一挡位速度值为100,较小一挡位速度值为60,则此时微调旋钮顺时针旋转可调节增大到的最大限速值为90,微调旋钮逆时针旋转可调节减小到的最小限速值为70;特别的,如图1,当粗调旋钮当前挡位指示的速度值为最小的40时,则微调旋钮逆时针旋转可调节到的最小限速值可采用30;特别的,如图1,当粗调旋钮当前挡位指示的速度值为最大的120时,那么微调旋钮顺时针旋转可调节到的最大限速值可采用为130。
如图1,通过粗调旋钮和微调旋钮的配合使用,在上述的单位速度为1km/h的条件下,汽车限速设置装置可设置的限速值范围为30~130km/h,可设置限速值的分辨率为1km/h;特别的,上述的单位速度也可采用2km/h或其他数值,则汽车限速设置装置可设置限速值的分辨率为2km/h或其他数值。
如图1,驾驶员可单手操作旋转调节粗调旋钮和微调旋钮,并且在操作过程中,驾驶员可根据提示音和语音播报执行操作,不必一定要分散注意力去观看汽车限速设置装置的显示屏,从而提高了驾驶安全系数。

如图1所示的汽车限速设置装置,采用顶棚限速机制,即在汽车限速设置装置处于开启状态时,汽车允许行驶的最高顶棚速度,即为汽车限速设置装置所设置的限速值;特别的,当汽车限速设置装置开启时,如果汽车当前速度超过汽车限速设置装置设置的限速值,则为驾驶安全考虑,推荐汽车车载电脑ECU不主动将速度降到限速值以内,以免产生不受驾驶员控制的突然降速情况,避免发生追尾等交通事故,而是等待驾驶员根据实际情况主动将汽车速度降到汽车限速设置装置所设置的限速值以下,而后汽车限速设置装置发挥限速作用,此时如果驾驶员再主动加速,则车辆最高速度不会超过限速值。

工业实用性
本发明的汽车限速设置装置的功能实现,需要汽车车载电脑ECU的配合。随着现代计算机技术的发展,ECU中加入程序代码执行简单的判断控制逻辑非常容易,工业上实用可行。通过采用本发明的装置,可在提升驾驶体验的同时保障行车安全及避免超速违章。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种汽车限速设置装置,其特征在于,包括开关、粗调旋钮、微调旋钮、扬声器、显示屏、微控制器、数据接口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车限速设置装置,其特征在于,所述的开关用于控制汽车限速设置装置的开启和关闭。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车限速设置装置,其特征在于,所述的粗调旋钮用于粗略调节设置限速值,可旋转指向不同的速度值挡位,每个速度值挡位对应相应的限速值。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车限速设置装置,其特征在于,所述的微调旋钮用于细微调节设置限速值;所述的微调旋钮每顺时针旋转一个小角度,所设置的限速值增大一个单位速度;所述的微调旋钮每逆时针旋转一个小角度,所设置的限速值减小一个单位速度;
    所述的微调旋钮,顺时针旋转调节增大限速值时,可调节到的最大限速值,为所述粗调旋钮当前挡位指示速度值与较大一挡位速度值的中间值;特别的,当所述粗调旋钮当前挡位指示最大速度值时,所述微调旋钮顺时针旋转可调节到的最大限速值,为所述粗调旋钮当前挡位指示的最大速度值加上一个合适的速度值;

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车限速设置装置,其特征在于,所述扬声器在汽车限速设置装置打开或关闭时,可发出提示音和语音播报,播报装置打开或关闭;当所述汽车限速设置装置调节更新限速值后,所述扬声器可发出提示音和语音播报,播报当前最新设置的限速值。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车限速设置装置,其特征在于,所述的显示屏在所述汽车限速设置装置处于开启状态时,实时显示当前最新设置的限速值。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车限速设置装置,其特征在于,所述的微控制器根据所述的粗调旋钮和微调旋钮调节情况确定限速值,并通过所述的数据接口将限速值实时发送给车载电脑ECU。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车限速设置装置,其特征在于,采用顶棚限速机制,在所述汽车限速设置装置处于开启状态下,汽车车载电脑ECU通过电子或机械方式控制汽车最高速度不超过所设置的限速值;当汽车速度增加到所设置的限速值时,即使驾驶员继续踩踏油门踏板,汽车速度也不会再增加。
