Claims (10)
- 一种利用工业废料制作鞋材制品的制作工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:S1:将工业废料进行回收;S2:将回收后的工业废料做预处理;S3:将工业废料通过粉碎机破碎形成碎片;S4:将所述碎片加入到塑胶原料或橡胶原料以及化工助剂内进行混合、混炼,然后通过制粒机进行造粒,得到再生塑胶粒或再生橡胶;S5:将所述再生塑胶粒通过注塑成型机或PU成型机或橡胶加硫机生产出鞋材制品。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种利用工业废料制作鞋材制品的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述S1包括以下步骤:A:将工业废料中的杂物除去;B:将工业废料的金属物除去。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种利用工业废料制作鞋材制品的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述碎片的大小为0.5mm~10mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种利用工业废料制作鞋材制品的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述塑胶原料为PU。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种利用工业废料制作鞋材制品的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述塑胶原料为PA。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种利用工业废料制作鞋材制品的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述塑胶原料为PC。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种利用工业废料制作鞋材制品的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述塑胶原料为TPE。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种利用工业废料制作鞋材制品的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述塑胶原料为TPU。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种利用工业废料制作鞋材制品的制作工艺, 其特征在于:所述化工助剂为交联剂/分散剂/Ksy分散油。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种利用工业废料制作鞋材制品的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述鞋材制品包括成品鞋、鞋大底、中底、鞋面配件、鞋垫。
