Abstract

废硫化胶化学塑化机械再生法,属于废硫化橡胶 的再生处理。废胶经破碎、筛选(除纤维)后,加入一 定比例的塑化剂,经机械加工成再生胶。这种再生 法,处理过程无污染,方法简单、成本低,经处理的再 生胶可相应达到国家规定的技术指标,能根据需要加 工成新的橡胶制品。

Description

本发明涉及一种废硫化胶化学塑化机械再生法,属于废硫化橡胶的再生处理。
现在国内普遍使用的“油法”及“水油法”再生橡胶,由于工艺过程中大量排放废水、废汽,污染环境,多年以来一直是难以解决的“公害”;目前的化学塑化法,其再生产品只能用于防水涂料,不能重新加工成新的橡胶制品。
本发明的目的在于提供一种废硫化橡胶化学塑化机械再生法,处理过程无任何环境污染,处理后的再生胶可加工成新的橡胶制品。
上述目的是这样实现的。废硫化胶经机械破碎后,其粒度不必很细,按照100份(重量份)废橡胶,加入塑化剂5~40份(重量份),经过捏炼、精炼,制成再生胶,对于含纤维及其它骨架杂质的废橡胶,破碎后经过筛选,除去纤维,杂质后才可进行塑化再生。塑化剂含57。8%的香芹酮(C10H14O)、30。9%的薄荷醇(C10H18O)4。7%的庚二烯(C10H16)、6。6%的杂醇油组成。对于含硫量大于5份(重量份)以上的硫化胶或硫化程度较深的过硫胶,塑化前在100份(重量份)塑化剂中加入0。3份(重量份)多烷基苯酚二硫化物搅拌均匀,再用于塑化。
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例作进一步详述。

塑化剂含57。8%的香芹酮(C10H14O)、30。9%的薄荷醇(C10H18O)、4。7%的庚二烯(C10H16)、6。6%的杂醇油组成。对于含硫量大于5份(重量份)以上的硫化胶或硫化程度较深的过硫胶,塑化前在100份(重量份)塑化剂中加入0.3份(重量份)多烷基苯酚二硫化物搅拌均匀,再用于塑化。在破碎、筛选后的废硫化胶中加入塑化剂,使废橡胶溶胀后硫化胶分子裂解,经机械碾压重新形成新的再生橡胶,即将硫化橡胶的弹性变为新的塑性,使之再加工成新的橡胶制品。
实施例1:半自硫的各种混炼胶或橡胶制品的边皮废料,可先在开炼机或破碎机上破碎,待胶料包辊后视半自硫程度加入5~8份(重量份)塑化剂拌合,待其吸收完毕,三道薄通后即可出片。
实施例2:未经硫化的废乳胶,破碎后每100份(重量份)胶料中,直接加入塑化剂10份,在开炼机上加工出再生胶。
实施例3:硫化轮胎及鞋类,经破碎,除去纤维后成胶沫状,每100份胶料中加入塑化剂25份,均匀拌合停放四小时以上,即可进行机械加工,以密炼机或脱硫锅均匀搅合10分钟即可进行精炼胶片。若用开炼机或挤出机加工,时间要长一些。
实施例4:对于含硫量较大的硬质废橡胶,经破碎除纤后,每100份胶料先加入塑化剂25份,经停放,机械加工后,再加入15份塑化剂,再行加工即可塑化。
这种废硫化胶化学塑化机械再生法,具有方法简单,处理过程无污染,成本低产量大,经处理的再生胶相应达到国家技术标准,可加工成新的橡胶制品。

Claims (3)

1、一种废硫化胶化学塑化机械再生法,其特征在于:将废硫化胶经破碎、筛选(除纤维后),按照100份(重量份)废橡胶,加入5~40份(重量份)塑化剂,经过捏炼、精炼,制成再生胶。
2、据权利要求1所述的机械再生法,其特征在于:塑化剂含57。8%的香芹酮(C10H14O)、30。9%的薄荷醇(C10H18O)、4。7%的庚二烯(C10H16)、6.6%的杂醇油组成。
3、据权利要求1或2所述的机械再生法,其特征在于:对于含硫量大于5份(重量份)以上的硫化胶或硫化程度较深的过硫胶,塑化前在100份(重量份)塑化剂中加入0。3份(重量份)多烷基苯酚二硫化物搅拌均匀。
