Abstract
一种秋水仙碱可溶性微针贴片及其制备方法。该微针贴片包括含药物秋水仙碱的透明质酸微针阵列、基底和医用胶带,微针呈圆锥形或棱锥形结构。药物仅添加于微针针体,减少成本;微针贴片可以指部按压于皮肤,实现快速释药,避免了胃肠道毒副作用,且提高了生物利用度。
